Alpha Foundations is looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to serve on our Logistics Team as the Project Scheduler. This individual must possess strong organizational, customer service and time management skills; high attention to and accuracy in detail; basic to proficient computer skills; the ability to troubleshoot; and excellent verbal communication skills.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Serves as the point of contact for customers, including answering questions, scheduling and confirming installations, providing pre-installation information, assuring quality, solving problems, and so on.
Meets or exceeds goals for installation volume, annual maintenance agreements, and customer service.
Works to ensure our crews have what they need to be successful at their installations, including accurate and timely communication about job details, coordinating utility locates, preparing any special needs of an installation, and so on.
Provides tactical support to the company’s other departments.
Provides customers with a remarkable experience.
Regular, reliable on-site attendance.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.
Skill in verbal communication.
Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English.
Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
Ability to perform accurate data entry.
