Brent Pearson

          Brent came out and performed a far more thorough inspection of my house and crawl space than the other two companies I called for quotes. He gave me a range of solutions for the problems affecting my crawl space and floors, which I appreciated. My experience thus far has been very good, and I appreciate Alpha's professionalism. The quote I received for encapsulating my crawl space was more competitive and comprehensive than another company's. I'd recommend them to anyone with crawl space issues in the big bend area.

          Brent Pearson from Alpha Foundations was excellent to work with. Brent was very personable and knowledgeable in all aspects of my foundation needs. His thoroughness and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Brent took the time to explain the many aspects of my problems and gave me options to solve my problems. He and the people I dealt with at Alpha Foundations were total professionals. I thank him and them and am looking forward to working with them for all my foundation problems.

          Brent was prompt and listened to our concerns. He presented us with two choices to solve our problem. He explained each choice fully - the pros and the cons - and allowed us to make our own decision. His computer presentation showed us both processes and was helpful in making our decision.

          Every interaction I had with Alpha Foundations was professional, efficient and courteous. From the first time I called and spoke with a receptionist up to wrapping up the project with the on-site foreman I was impressed with Alpha and their staff. They answered every question in detail and did not attempt to over-sell or under-deliver in anyway. A big shout out goes to Brent Pearson who spent almost 2 hours at my house providing great detail and insight into potential issues and recommendations for solutions – not just once but twice – and made accommodations to work around my schedule. His efforts were most appreciated. Also, Mike Oliver a Crew Foreman who was in charge of installing and setting up my clean-space as well as support jacks was a real pleasure to work with. He and his team went above & beyond and did a fantastic job ensuring the project was completed and nothing was overlooked. Finally Clint, another Crew Foreman who I was unfortunately not able to meet face-to-face was incredibly professional and courteous over the phone and took every precaution with my yard/house while installing my support piers. He and his crew even took the time to clear out some unwanted bushes and lay some pine straw in the areas that they worked in. So thanks to Brent, Mike, and Clint (and their respective teams) I can say with confidence that I could not be happier with their services. The Alpha Foundations team was able to finish everything up in under a week’s time and if I could give them 6 stars, I would!

          I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Alpha Foundations. From setting the appointment to the estimate visit from Brent to the 3 man crew that came out to do the work, everyone was professional, courteous and thorough. When the crew came out to do the work, they answered the questions I had before they started to work. During the course of the reinforcing of my retaining wall, we found another issue caused by some soil erosion. They gave me a quote on the spot and did that job as part of the same project. They had to tear up the ground cover holding the soil down on top of the retaining wall. So on the last day, they brought out ryegrass seed and spread it around. I've got grass growing on the retaining wall now! The other company I had contacted had their sub call and he was so rude on the phone, I told him not to bother coming out to do the estimate. Great call. Working with Alpha Foundations was reassuring, stress-free, and for the first time in the 9 years I have lived in this house, I feel safe. Thank you Alpha Foundations.

          Brent was a great design tech! He thoroughly explained the process and provided videos that showed the process. He explained all the financing options and what to expect the day of the service. Very pleased with Kennedie and Brent! Hoping the services provided are just as wonderful! Update: Parker and another man (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name) came and leveled my driveway this morning. They were on time. They looked presentable and the truck was in fantastic shape. They did a FANTASTIC job with all the work. It looks so great! Parker has some great suggestions for helping with water dislocation so my driveway doesn’t get washed out, again. From my first call to Alpha Foundations to the completed time work, it was nothing but a smooth and enjoyable experience! Many thanks to all the workers who assisted.
