Born and raised in Tallahassee, FL, Austin Jones is very familiar with customer service. While obtaining his degree at Florida State University, Austin managed the kitchen of a local favorite restaurant, where he learned the value of efficiency and listening to the customer rather than just focusing on dollar signs. Once graduated, Austin went to the legal field as a litigation paralegal for a local firm focusing on civil insurance and personal injury law. Throughout the years, Austin has seen how certain companies tend to only focus on what the customer wants. Thus, his experience in hospitality and the legal field has taught him how to effectively advocate for not just what the customer wants, but more importantly WHY the customer wants a specific outcome.
