From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make sure my home was taken care of with the highest level of professionalism and expertise. Dallas, the sales guy, was incredibly communicative and thorough from day one. He spent hours meticulously measuring my home’s elevation and inspecting every inch under the house to ensure an accurate and detailed assessment. He answered every single question I had with patience and a deep knowledge of the process, making sure I understood exactly what needed to be done and why. When it came time to get permits, there were a few unavoidable delays, but Dallas kept me in the loop every step of the way, giving me regular updates so I never felt left in the dark. His dedication and transparency made all the difference in giving me confidence in the project. When the work finally began, Tyler and Greg were absolutely fantastic! They were not only highly efficient but also incredibly communicative throughout the entire job. Foundation work can be nerve-wracking, but these guys made it a seamless experience. I highly Commend the team giving them all a 10/10 for a job so professionally done. Team foreman Chris W. with Webber and Resly, did their job so well and when we asked questions they did not hesitate to answer. Another Team of Wilkinson and Emmanuel also a 10/10…very professional! Josh came out and gave an estimate and the repair was scheduled.There was good communication with the company, confirming time and who would be coming to do the actual repairs.Brandon and Huntercame and began the process to lift the slab. Brandon was upfront about the challenge concerning lifting the concrete while not causing more damage to the brick overlay. He gave realistic scenarios. The patio was almost unusable prior. It is now functional again. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Alpha Foundation without any reservations.

Dean came out and provided us with an estimate for crawl space encapsulation. He came highly recommended by my brother who had previously used Alpha Foundations to do the encapsulation for his crawl space after experiencing water intrusion from Hurricane Helene. Dean was very knowledgeable. Tyler, Tristan, and Greg completed the encapsulation. They were fantastic! The installation took a little more than a day. We received text notifications both mornings when they were on their way and again when they arrived. They were friendly and professional and took pride in their work. Dealing with house settling and foundation repair has been a stressful experience; however, Alpha Foundation has felt like a partner along the way and definitely made the process feel smoother. Dean worked with me from the beginning and kept me updated on the process of permitting and scheduling. The team was able to split my repair into 2 parts so that the foam injection could be done ASAP so that I could have my new floors put in; then, once the permits came through, Charles, Tristan, and Alberto were able to come out and knock out the pier install in one day. Everyone I've interacted with at Alpha Foundation has been very professional and made me feel comfortable with my choice of who would perform such a large repair to my home. I already have and will in the future suggest Alpha Foundation to anyone in need of foundation repair.

Alpha accessed the situation and didn't try to over exaggerate the work that needed to be done. ( we got a quote from another highly promoted foundation company who wanted almost 25k to do things that were completely unnecessary). Alpha was super communicative and professional. Our community pool deck needed to be raised and stabilized; the process was carefully explained during the estimate process and again by Jake throughout the project. Here?s the actual review for the work I had done: Alpha Foundation sent a two man team to level/add support jacks under the floor of my 1939 home. The jacks were placed in the crawl space. Tori and Darien were efficient and professional, not something easy to be when you?re crawling around in such a confined space. And Tori answered my many questions cheerfully and with lots of patience. Alpha Foundation is lucky to have these guys. I?m happy with their work. Now, Home Advisor, please fix your categories.

He explained our options and made suggestions that would help us with our decisions. Next, step was to have the work done…two crews came out. One, Clint and Hunter, to I stall piers around the perimeter. A second crew, Bobby,Philip and Alexis, had the job in the crawl space, installing jacks and support beams..Bobby explained each and everything that was going to happen. He and his crew went above and beyond what i expected. They addressed and fixed any issue they found. Squeaky floors to gaps on joists…didn't leave the job until he was sure that I was,satisfied. A few days later he reached out to check on things. I mentioned some floor movement and squeaks, a few days later he was back out under the house looking for the problem…it was found, addressed and fixed….a true professional and a really nice guy. ALPHA FOUNDATIONS was my first choice because of the positive reviews, and I completely agree with those reviews. Lance, the company's CFI, inspected my property and explained in detail how the procedure to raise my sinking stem wall was going to be addressed. I was sold. On the day the work was to begin, foreman Jake arrived with his team, Charles and Alberto. I cannot tell you the skill and precision those guys exhibited. Not only were they efficient, they were respectful of my property and did everything to keep me abreast of their progress. We called Alpha on recommendation from a neighbor after experiencing water damage in our crawlspace. Scheduling and quote was fast & straightforward, with helpful "what to expect" info ahead of time and notifications/reminders in advance of actions. The end result is a clean, sealed crawlspace that has resolved our moisture issues, with the added benefit of limiting entry points for pests. Having this professionally done gives us great peace of mind that this 100yo house is ready for another 100 years. Another contractor has already been under the house for unrelated work and was very pleased to have a humidity-controlled, easily-lit, and most importantly *clean* area to work. The estimator Johnnie was pleasant and took time to explain what their proposed solution would (and wouldn't) accomplish, and presented multiple options to address our immediate concerns (moisture damage) along with how we could establish a baseline and check back in the future for foundation settling/etc. The job foreman, Brett, and his crew were great from start to finish. Communication was precise & thorough, work was prompt, and the results speak for themselves. We knew right up front that we'd have to have an electrician come in with them to run a circuit for the dehumidifier & sump pump, but we didn't know until the job started that a plumber also needed move some pipes out of the way. That miscommunication led to a bit of frustration, but the Production Manager, Daniel, reached out to me and went above & beyond to make sure I walked away happy not just with the job (which I already was), but also had a good lasting impression of the experience and Alpha's commitment to customer service and standing behind their work. Would absolutely recommend this location of Alpha Foundations, and indeed I intend to have them back out in the future to investigate/remediate settlement issues now that my emergency problem is fixed. Couldn't ask for a better experience! From the initial phone call, contacts and the actual install, it was the best professionalism one could ask for. They handled the permitting and inspections. Luke, Brett and Tyler treated the job site like it was their own property. From initial greeting, job set up, install, cleanliness and breakdown. Other than the repaired foundation, it was like they were never there. Well done. Highly recommend this installation crew and this company.

Our home was in need of foundation support and crawl space encapsulation which as you can imagine was very important to our homes longevity. Malik and the crew came in and eased our minds through the entire process with pictures, frequent updates, answers to every question and simply confidence the job was going to be done right by experts. From the beginning, Zack came and performed a free inspection to our home. We had some issues that needed taken care of and we were given several options for repair. There was no pressure whatsoever one way or the other in which option we decided, if any at all. After we made our decision, a start date was set up and my husband received a call the Friday before the Monday start date to reaffirm the schedule. That Monday we received a call that the crew was on their way and their estimated arrival time. When Chance and Chris arrived, they introduced theirselves and informed us of the plans for our foundation repair. Our job consisted of 10 piers and 36 supports which was a pretty big job. Chance and Chris are great guys and such hard workers. On the following day a new staff arrived to work with Chance and Chris, his name was Tyler, he was introduced to us and he too was an extremely hard worker. We were very impressed that Tyler was visited on site by Adlai from the corporate office to check in on him. This team worked so hard on our home, always giving us a call on their way here each day and staying late several afternoons to get the job done. They always cleaned the work area before leaving each day and they worked well together. We are so happy they were the ones to repair our home.Darryl and Trish GishValdosta, GA
