His "crew" worked diligently, and quick;y showing they knew their stuff. We watched and photographed each step which did not bother the crew. Installation was excellent – good communication, professional, etc. Rosalie, Jose and Paldo were the installers.Had some problems with scheduling. I had an initial meeting and installation that went great. When I tried contacting my rep, the email and phone call went unanswered. Went I contacted the company, they said he was promoted or something. I think they actually have high turnover but didn’t want to admit it. All appointments were a month out, so I scheduled it. Then they cancelled a few days before my appointment. It seems they cancelled my appointment so they could schedule other people. It took me multiple phone calls to figure that out. They rescheduled me for another month out. This also took multiple phone calls. For some reason, it seems I was on the bottom of their list.

I would highly recommend this company – I am a property manager in Sarasota/Bradenton area and found this company at my NARPM event. They were extremely informative and went to my rental properties quickly once we discussed the problem we are having. Many of my property are raised homes with crawl spaces and having soft flooring issues. Alpha Foundations was prompt and the level of expertise exceeded my expectations! The technicians that work for Alpha are very trained and competent to do the job. Drew and Zack arrived at my house on schedule and were both very professional in their demeanor. They measured my house, went through the crawlspace, and assessed my needs and very thorough order. After an assessment of my needs, they answered my questions and addressed my concerns about the work to be done. Our home’s foundation, built in 1926, had issues. They were able to stabilize the structure and lift 2.5 inches without any damage to the tiles. Utterly happy with the results. Highly recommended.

Team Will, Dylan & Tory all the way. Outstanding service. This entire crew was knowledgeable, polite, responsive and went out of their way to do little things they didn't have to. I had my carport foundation lifted to prevent water retention and had a tiny sidewalk poured. I'm completely satisfied with the hard work they all put into to my project and highly recommend them.

Jonathan was absolutely fantastic. First off, he was able to schedule an inspection within 2 days of making contact. Second, the structural inspection of my crawlspace was done with a very high level of professionalism and expertise. He explained everything in great detail and showed areas within the house in comparison to what he saw within the crawlspace. Lastly, a full report and estimate was ready by the end of the inspection. I highly recommend Jonathan for your foundation and structural inspections/repair estimates!

Alpha Foundations was GREAT to deal with. Zach Long was my inspector and he did an "above and beyond" job of inspecting my 1925 historic home and cottage. His inspection included two exploratory trips into my crawlspace with pictures, explanations, and recommendations following each (on the same visit). As well as a follow up visit (on a different day) where he literally dug around my cottage foundation to try and sort out what the existing conditions were. There was no hesitation on his part to do any of this work. On top of that, he went to great lengths to explain and then brainstorm on which foundation repairs might provide the best solution for my specific situation. This included calls to his colleagues who had experience and might provide additional solutions. This along with multiple follow up calls, texts, and emails with pictures, additional information, etc showed me that Zach and Alpha Foundations care, want to ensure customers feel comfortable, and make sure the right solutions are recommended for the specific situation. These days, this type of customer service is unheard of. If you are in need of any foundation repairs or think you might be, I would highly recommend Zach and Alpha Foundations!

Jonathan H. was an excellent representative of this company. He was professional and efficient in all my dealings with him. The work was done by two crews and all members of the crews performed the work agreed to and corrected any issues I had with the work. The workman were Crew One – Aaron, Janise, Bernard, Matt W. and Crew Two – Trace, Tanner, Keith, Hayden. Adjustments were needed and the crew returned and performed the adjustments to my satisfaction. An excellent company and working with the crews was a smooth process.

My only complaint is that the appointment was supposed to start between 8 and 9am and no one showed up til after 11am. No phone called until 11:20. And as soon as they got here they had to leave to get supplies.

These are really great people, and I’m so happy I used them for my foundation needs. The inspection process went super smoothly and Ryan really listened to my concerns and provided an honest, reasonable fix to the issue I had, as well as the options I had available to me. He was on time, and even bumped my inspection date up as well as my scheduled job. Ryan was in contact with me the whole time through the process and even got my repair date moved up. Trace and Tanner who were the crew that came out to do the job were efficient, on time, and super polite! They talked with me and even went over the process of what they were going to be doing. All three guys really knew what they were doing, and did an amazing job. Overall I’m super happy and if I ever have any other issues I know who I’ll be calling again!
