Installation was excellent – good communication, professional, etc. Rosalie, Jose and Paldo were the installers.Had some problems with scheduling. I had an initial meeting and installation that went great. When I tried contacting my rep, the email and phone call went unanswered. Went I contacted the company, they said he was promoted or something. I think they actually have high turnover but didn’t want to admit it. All appointments were a month out, so I scheduled it. Then they cancelled a few days before my appointment. It seems they cancelled my appointment so they could schedule other people. It took me multiple phone calls to figure that out. They rescheduled me for another month out. This also took multiple phone calls. For some reason, it seems I was on the bottom of their list.

I really appreciated George's time and expertise with the consult. He did not try to hard sell me on any very expensive (and possibly unnecessary) services like the previous company did. He told me exactly what the issues were and made some recommendations, which happened to be services Alpha didn't actually perform. I was very impressed with that level of integrity (a quality that seems to be lacking in a lot of businesses these days) and will not hesitate to reach out to Alpha if I require their services in the future.

Alpha Foundations is a top notch, classy business. I needed encapsulation of my crawl space. Every single person that I worked with was knowledgeable, communicative, helpful, kind and just truly authentic individuals.Austin was the first person to talk about my water under the house issues. The man spent an hour under the house inspecting everything. We talked afterwards over an hour. He was easy to talk to and thorough in his explanations. Very impressive! The other 2 companies that came out were here for a total of 30 minutes.Next, I spoke to Mike S. Several times. Again, gave me the courtesy of his valuable time and expertise. I so appreciated the way both Mike and Austin worked together to help solve an issue with my project. They went above and beyond on my behalf and I am grateful.Finally, I had the work crew of Rosalio, Pablo and Jose come twice to my house. These 3 fellas are just fabulous workers and more importantly, amazing human beings. On the second trip they worked until 8pm …in the dark. I never heard them complain, in fact, I had to chuckle as I listened to them get a little slap-happy while working under the house. They were kind, polite and hard-working. They are great ambassadors to the organization and deserve raises! Just can’t speak more highly about each of them. So impressive.As I write this, I hear the hum of the dehumidifier under the house, and have only positive feelings about my experiences with Alpha Foundations, and that’s even after writing the check. The work was done by two crews and all members of the crews performed the work agreed to and corrected any issues I had with the work. The workman were Crew One – Aaron, Janise, Bernard, Matt W. and Crew Two – Trace, Tanner, Keith, Hayden. I was very pleased with the quality of work Felipe, Miguel, and Ben completed at my home. I had some sagging floor joists and major rotten wood under my bathroom floor. They arrived on time and started work right away tearing out the bathroom floor and tub. Using that as an access point they repaired the sagging joists and beams under the house. As they were working, I walked through the house and noticed stability had been restored under the floors. They completed the repair by sistering the joists under the bathroom floor and replaced the subfloor. They worked so hard and were so polite the entire time they were here and took the time to answer my questions during the process. I can’t thank you enough for restoring my house and my peace of mind! You guys are amazing! Thank you!

They measured my house, went through the crawlspace, and assessed my needs and very thorough order. After an assessment of my needs, they answered my questions and addressed my concerns about the work to be done. I'm very pleased. We had three helical piers installed to stabilize one corner of our foundation. Chris W and his crew arrived early and worked quickly to hand dig the holes. They were professional and addressed any questions i had along the way. They used excavator with a boom to install the piers. They cleaned up and restored the foundation dirt/sand as if no work had been done. Best part is the foundation is stable and 'is not going anywhere'. It was not inexpensive but when I think of how expensive it is to fix damage caused by failing foundations, it was a wise investment. Additionly, considering the skill, labor and equipment required to complete the job, the cost was reasonable.

Chance, Chris, and Jordan were the team that did our house. But you wouldn't know anything was done because they installed 8 or 9 pillars and you can't tell they were ever here. On install day, the site foreman, Wil walked me thru the project and was very professional and caring. Wil worked along side his installers Jacob and Johnathon and did a very clean and professional install. I was impressed by their care and concern for my home.

I would highly recommend this company – I am a property manager in Sarasota/Bradenton area and found this company at my NARPM event. They were extremely informative and went to my rental properties quickly once we discussed the problem we are having. Many of my property are raised homes with crawl spaces and having soft flooring issues. Alpha Foundations was prompt and the level of expertise exceeded my expectations! The tech Jonathan Hutsell communicated with myself, my owner and the tenants very well. I am very impressed and plan to be using them in the future. I would recommend over and over again!

I have gone down the list provided by Google maps for my search of "concrete driveway". I went through at least a dozen companies and not a single one of them answered. Is it really that difficult to employ minimum skilled workers to answer phones? Alpha not only answered the call, but was also able to schedule me a time to get an in-person estimate. The ONE other company that answered wants to give me a quote based on pictures I emailed. As if pictures can't be deceptive (and not necessarily on purpose!).

After buckling floors and major moisture issues in our crawlspace (post house renovations), Alpha Foundations worked with my husband and I for over a month to ensure we were doing the optimal things to save our original 1920 wood floors and preventing mold/further deterioration in our crawlspace. Once we solidified the scope of work, Tyler, Tristan, Greg, and Dalin came out to install. They were professional and pleasant to work with (rare to find in this industry). Also, it was a pleasant surprise to watch them work together; friendly yet competent communication between Tyler and the crew (I could hear them discussing best practices and helping each other under my house as they worked LOL!) I was so impressed with these guys & the work they did. Extremely happy!

I am very pleased with the professional work Alpha Foundations did on my house. Two job were fulfilled to my fullest setisfactory: Tyler E. and his assistant installed nine helical piers. Seeing the piers being installed was confirming to me that this was the right and solid way to avoid further subsidence. Brandon W. and Nick C. worked on my pool deck. They lifted, evened out, and seal the cracks perfectly. Thank you, great jobs done.

So let me tell you the facts!! We have been needing to raise our driveway and patio for sometime and we heard about this company Alpha Foundations. So we called and set up a meeting and Maurice came to the house . Many things we found great about this company is that he called us to confirm our appointment. The next morning I called him letting him know if he could come earlier would help us out greatly and he was able to do so. Had lots of information and seemed to have much knowledge about what needed to be done and what it would take to get the desired results! We made our deal and signed on the dotted line to get things rolling. We received a call with the date and time they would come out and who would be coming. In a few hours we received a call from the foreman telling us his name and what and when he would show up the next day. Five minutes before the time George the foreman showed up and walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. George’s professionalism and his desire to do his best was seen in his work. He and Davon did everything that they said they would do and even took the time during the work to answer more questions. During the process, George was training a new guy Davon. I watched George clearly speak and work with Davon in a very kind and compassionate way. It’s good to see and hear someone like George take the time and be so thoughtful and thorough with his trainee. He complimented how great the company they work for looks after them and helps them to be better people and to work ethically. I even overheard George say to Davon always do the kind of work for the customers that you would do for your own mother and would want someone else to do for your family. There were a few things I thought this raising would fix in the driveway but George explained why it wouldn’t and it made sense. The results look good and they cleaned up all the mess they made. He walked me through again and told me all that was done and asked if I was satisfied. They went above and beyond what was expected and now all I can do is wait and see if the promises and warranty hold true over time. George also took the time after to go over and speak with two separate neighbors that had come over to see what I was having done to our home.

After years of searching for a replacement for the decaying wood/dirt retaining wall of a 40ft slab that was added in my backyard by the previous owners, I found Alpha. Ashton, who gave me the quote, was the first professional who actually knew what he was talking about, and it was a no brainer to sign with them on the spot as I could finally get rid of that huge and ugly decaying ´planter’. Josh, David and Anthony, who did the work, are all exceptional young professionals, knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful of my property, and fun to have around! It took the crew one full Florida high sun / high humidity day and a morning to reinforce the 2ft deep foundations into a 20 ft deep system and now that slab is going nowhere! They cleaned up after themselves and left the place ready for my new backyard improvements! I’m mega happy with their work and recommend them and the company even in preventative situations like mine. Money well spent! All Floridians should have this system under their house!

Had our foundation repaired by Alpha Foundations after damage from Hurricane Ian. Both crews were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We had Sam Martin here today to inject foam into our pool deck and foundation and he was a pleasure. He worked cleanly, methodically and quickly to complete the large job. Would not hesitate to recommed Alpha to any friends or family.
