From the beginning, Zack came and performed a free inspection to our home. We had some issues that needed taken care of and we were given several options for repair. There was no pressure whatsoever one way or the other in which option we decided, if any at all. After we made our decision, a start date was set up and my husband received a call the Friday before the Monday start date to reaffirm the schedule. That Monday we received a call that the crew was on their way and their estimated arrival time. When Chance and Chris arrived, they introduced theirselves and informed us of the plans for our foundation repair. Our job consisted of 10 piers and 36 supports which was a pretty big job. Chance and Chris are great guys and such hard workers. On the following day a new staff arrived to work with Chance and Chris, his name was Tyler, he was introduced to us and he too was an extremely hard worker. We were very impressed that Tyler was visited on site by Adlai from the corporate office to check in on him. This team worked so hard on our home, always giving us a call on their way here each day and staying late several afternoons to get the job done. They always cleaned the work area before leaving each day and they worked well together. We are so happy they were the ones to repair our home.Darryl and Trish GishValdosta, GA

Our experience with Alpha foundations has been amazing! Ethan came out to do the initial inspection and spent hours testing, measuring, inspecting our home and pool area and answering all of our questions. Once hired, Alpha Foundations took care of all the permitting to do the repairs on our property. On the day of installation we had two different crews come out as we had helical piers installed under our foundation, as well as polyurethane injected into the voids under our driveway, walkway, patio, and deck. The piers crew, Steven (foreman), Brandon, and Chris, were on time, incredibly polite and professional. They were efficient and had 14 piers installed around our home, and the site cleaned up, before 2pm. They hand dug the locations for each to ensure that they were not going to damage our electrical or plumbing in any way, before proceeding to machine drill the piers. Steven found another area of concern upon inspecting the exterior of our home, called their engineer, and verified what needed to be done to stabilize the area on the spot. The crew was patient with all of our questions and made sure we were informed every step of the way. Excellent customer service! The poly crew, Jordan (foreman), Max, and Noah, were on time, polite and professional. Jordan took extra time to go over each of the treated areas with my husband to ensure he was satisfied that all the voids were being filled. Jordan went above and beyond what we expected to make sure we were happy. We would gladly recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone who has concerns about their foundation or has issues with their concrete. What a pleasure to work with!

Would definitely recommend Alpha! I had a good bit of work done to the crawlspace of my home – five jacks, two sistered joists, and a drain system with sump pumps installed. From the start I felt really comfortable with Alpha. My salesperson, Zack Long, was excellent and so helpful with all the questions I had. The team followed up with me the week before the job started to let me know when they would arrive and to run over the specs. Keith, Miguel, and Jake could not have been more efficient throughout the whole install. Clean up was perfect and they added a few thoughtful touches that I really appreciated. Even more, since I had an electrician coming out the next day Keith and the team made sure the area where they’d be working was dry and clean so that part would go smoothly as well. I don’t think I could have asked for a better crew!Great experience start to finish. Thank you!

The driveway is now perfect and the sealant, “which I was very worried about as I’ve seen a lot of terrible sealant jobs” looks phenomenal. Will definitely be using them for any future projects.

Chose Alpha Foundations Chris V and Matt W to stabilize the concrete area under my spa and pool area and Mike and Kesly to fill the cracks on my pool deck and add poly to seal. After a few hiccups which they solved quickly they did an excellent job. Explained everything as they went along and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and professional. Cleaned the area of any debris when they were finished. I would highly recommend.

After years of searching for a replacement for the decaying wood/dirt retaining wall of a 40ft slab that was added in my backyard by the previous owners, I found Alpha. Ashton, who gave me the quote, was the first professional who actually knew what he was talking about, and it was a no brainer to sign with them on the spot as I could finally get rid of that huge and ugly decaying ´planter’. Josh, David and Anthony, who did the work, are all exceptional young professionals, knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful of my property, and fun to have around! It took the crew one full Florida high sun / high humidity day and a morning to reinforce the 2ft deep foundations into a 20 ft deep system and now that slab is going nowhere! They cleaned up after themselves and left the place ready for my new backyard improvements! I’m mega happy with their work and recommend them and the company even in preventative situations like mine. Money well spent! All Floridians should have this system under their house!

I recently moved to Tallahassee from West Palm Beach where I was born and raised. A crawl space is a new thing to me which our new home has. I kept seeing the Alpha Foundation commercials and how they could encapsulate and protect it. So I decided to give them a call and be proactive against any future problems. I have been self employed my whole life, and customer service is paramount to me! From my initial call to meeting with our salesperson Dallas, to our very professional, prompt excellent installation crew (Zach, Omar, and Jaydon) this has been a pleasurable and great decision for our new home. I highly recommend this company and the peace of mind using them will give you. Now our crawl space feels like “Space Station Alpha”, thank you Alpha Foundations!

I have an old home and it needed the foundation repaired and new floors. I am a retired teacher on limited salary. Noah from ALpha came out, check, measured and provided me with a quote takingin consideration for price. It was great. Then the best was a few week later Alec and his crew (Jesus & John) came out and did the first par tof the house in 2 days. rippedout beans, replaced and put in new sublfoor -All in 3 days. They were courteous, let me know what was happening, check that everythign was progressing as I needed. They fixed things to make me happy. 2 weeks later they came out and finished the job!. Alec was just the best!

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations, specifically with two outstanding employees–Tory and Blake–who came out this morning to address a sidewalk issue at my property. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. We had Sam Martin here today to inject foam into our pool deck and foundation and he was a pleasure. He worked cleanly, methodically and quickly to complete the large job. Would not hesitate to recommed Alpha to any friends or family.

I couldn't be happier with Alpha Foundations. I had an appt. on 10-12-23 at 8:30am. I arrived at 8:25 and Jordan, Kalod and Jon were on site working. The job entailed placing nine supports and leveling a mobile home damaged during hurricane Ian. I expected it to be an all day job; they finished in 2 hours. I walked through the home, the floors in all rooms were solid under foot.I highly recommend Alpha Foundations. They are true to their word and very professional.

I highly Commend the team giving them all a 10/10 for a job so professionally done. Team foreman Chris W. with Webber and Resly, did their job so well and when we asked questions they did not hesitate to answer. Another Team of Wilkinson and Emmanuel also a 10/10…very professional! The team at Alpha Foundations is one of the most professional I have ever worked with. And I have high standards. Will, Ryan, Jake and Hunter worked 18 hours at my home on a Saturday to mitigate water intrusion and further damage. Everyone on the team was polite, professional and careful with my home. Will was a great communicator and kept me updated on their progress all day and night. Everyone on the team was highly skilled and I am very confident with their work. We purchased an encapsulation with a dehumidifier through the Jacksonville Alpha Foundation team in February 2024. Our initial site survey was conducted by Christian. He did a great job, showed us the pictures he took, thoroughly explained all of our options and presented a very clean proposal which was great. Ethan was our installer along with his team of Andrew and Matt. They were very obviously well trained and experienced – from the first step of unloading through the installation and clean up. Super friendly, answered all of our questions, shared post install photos -GREAT customer service. They hauled out all of the empty boxes and partially cut pieces. Even though we offered, they didn't use our trash or recycling bins which would have been easy, instead they cleaned up everything and then packed it all out. Today (3/7/25), Devin made an appointment and stopped by for our year 1 of our 5 year dehumidifier maintenance service. He cleaned the filter, pump and checked up on the seams, tape and overall encapsulation install work. He took and shared pictures of what he saw under the house. Today wasn't a sale or attempt to sell – just an inspection visit. Even so, Devin, like the rest of the team, was friendly, showed great customer service and made sure we were happy with the project – even though it wasn't generating any additional revenue. However, his continuation of this cycle of GREAT customer service has locked us in with Alpha Foundation for any work we may need in the future. The entire team – from site survey through year 1 check up – were rock stars. No issues or concerns at any point during the process. I don't believe that this is a one off experience for an Alpha Foundation customer, I believe that this is their business standard. We highly recommend Alpha Foundation as your choice for any and all home improvement work you may need.
