I am considering purchasing a home that has some structural issues. I have the inspection report if you need it. It needs add'l support beams (the original ones are not in concrete). Also has water issues and needs berm, swale or french drain to direct water from flowing from street under the house. I am OK with the house being unlevel, just want to stop further problems.

Stair step cracks on exterior walls (brick). Inside cracks along windows, doors, and drywall joints. Had a bedroom door that wouldn't shut until we got some rain a month back and now it shuts fine. I've put meters on the exterior wall and have witnessed movement on them.
