This FL homeowner was very concerned for the foundation of her home, so she decided to reach out to set up a free appointment with Alpha Foundations’ very own Louis Papas, in hopes that we could provide a solution for this problem.

After the appointment date was set with local Design Tech, Louis Papas, he discovered that this home’s foundation was in fact, settling. Louis recommended the installation of our Helical Piering System. Our helical piers are designed to transfer the weight of the home from the problem soil to proper load-bearing soil further beneath the foundation. This solution would permanently stabilize the home, and prevent any further structural damage that could occur as a result of any settlement.

The homeowner was eager to have the problem fixed, and relieved that we had the solution. Our production crew installed 5 helical piers, leaving the home both safer and healthier.
