I am very pleased with the work that Alpha Foundations did. Jordan and his crew did the structural plate. There was a 2” irrigation line underneath the electrical line on the front face of the elevated slab, which they didn’t know about until they got started, so they put the plate on the side to support it. They weren’t able to lift it, but said it won’t settle any further. Ryan came the next day to do the structural foam. He was very thorough. I still had a 1/2” gap between the slab and the garage. Ryan applied some caulk, which was a perfect color match, and that took care of that.
