My family and I recently moved into a beautiful Spanish Mediterranean-style home built-in 1926. It was a crash course lesson on caring for a historic home in South Florida. The crawl space was a breeding ground for termites and mold, and the structural issues were the cause of our sagging and sinking floors.After a comprehensive assessment by the Alpha Foundation Design Technician, crawl space encapsulation and foundation support were our home's best options.
