Had our foundation repaired by Alpha Foundations after damage from Hurricane Ian. Both crews were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We had Sam Martin here today to inject foam into our pool deck and foundation and he was a pleasure. He worked cleanly, methodically and quickly to complete the large job. Would not hesitate to recommed Alpha to any friends or family.

Smooth experience with Alpha Foundations. They did the permitting for us and were professional. We installed spacers for our crawl space and pillars for an exterior wall to keep it from leaning. I used Alpha Foundations to repair a foundation issue and encapsulation in our crawl space. The entire team was so professional and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We met with Noah for initial inspection to identify the issues and followed with repair by foreman Jesse and his crew Nick D and Reese. They were able to squeeze us in at last minute notice and left the site clean after the job each day. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. Thank you!

My foundation repair project with Alpha Foundations was huge. I was in a state of terror just thinking about it for months. And now, thanks to the caring and understanding and downright terrific skill of the Alpha Team, I am cool as a cucumber and ready to party! They did everything right from soup to nuts. Not one of my questions was stupid. I thank Tyler, Gregory, Kyle, and Sam for my sweet house, and stable foundation again. It was reassuring to have that level of competence working with me.

I really appreciated George's time and expertise with the consult. He did not try to hard sell me on any very expensive (and possibly unnecessary) services like the previous company did. He told me exactly what the issues were and made some recommendations, which happened to be services Alpha didn't actually perform. I was very impressed with that level of integrity (a quality that seems to be lacking in a lot of businesses these days) and will not hesitate to reach out to Alpha if I require their services in the future.

Alpha foundations is professional from start to finish from the contract person Ronnie to my to install techs Kevin and Cody. I couldn’t be happier. It started with my initial call on a Thursday actually getting a live person being able to schedule an appointment the next day and then a few days later, my work was done. Kevin and Cody are exceptional when they left. You couldn’t even tell that they were there. I looked at the job halfway through and couldn’t look anymore until it was done. They did a wonderful job. I’m very pleased with this company and it’s very easy to make a recommendation if you need any type of groundwork done thank you Ronnie Kevin and Cody you made spending money not that bad.

What a team! Jake, Alberto, and Charles took care of stabilizing our addition with piers. Communicative, on time, and professional. They put pavers back in place as well and did a great job! Then Tory came for the poly job inside our home where we had water intrusion from heavy rain. Last month we noticed some settlement cracks on the side of our home we called Alpha solutions out, and the inspector. Vincent did a thorough review of the outside of our home and the inside we found that there was some settlement cracks to the right side of our home. Vincent was able to explain to us what had happened and why we found the cracks and we went forward with his recommendation of having a process put in place to prevent further damage. The crew arrived this morning at 8 o’clock sharp the lead Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly courteous, and you could tell that he really knew what he was talking about the rest of the crew David and Isaiah were also very polite respectful. They did an amazing job within two hours installing Six piers Around the front perimeter of our home where the foundation problem existed. They had to dig a trench around the whole front area to install the peers. I was amazed at the fact that they were done within two hours. Everything was cleaned up and put back like they were never here. I Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair from their inspector to the crew who did the work. They were nothing but professional , Friendly, and Courteous.

I have had a great experience with the installation of multiple helical piers to support my home. Steven, Chris and Brandon did the work and were stellar. They went out of their way to explain everything and answer new questions of mine that I hadn't thought to ask of Ethan, who initially met with me and was also great. I really liked that pre-quote interior measurements were taken in all the rooms of the house as that gave me data to fully understand the extent of the settlement of my house. Prior to and on installation day, which took place as originally scheduled without any delays, I experienced expertise and understanding from everyone. Steven, Chris and Brandon worked efficiently and expertly and kept me informed all through the process. They are a really great team and I highly recommend them! I appreciate the peace of mind that I now have about my house. Thank you!!!

This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

Chance, Ben, & Nick were so easy to work with. Their excellent communication, clear instructions and explanations, their punctuality, and just their overall extremely pleasant demeanor made them a joy to work with. They kept things simple and straightforward. Also, they were always on time, outstanding punctuality! The images and information they offered for my foundation issues were very helpful and made me confident in my choice to use Alpha. They explained the scope of work very well. They also kept the work site incredibly clean. I doubt I'll have any foundation issues in the future, considering their excellent work, but if I do, I will definitely use Alpha and will suggest them to anyone having foundation issues.

From the beginning of the project, with the surveying the problem, planning, permitting to the actual days of work below my house, the experience with Alpha Foundation was wonderful. Nate came out first to determine the site and engineer a plan. Then Ben, Bear and George came out and stabilized my foundation, and leveled my home. They were prompt, pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this team.

Sam and Kevin just left my house after spending time fixing my walk way ! They did a great job! Our association hired them to correct the work that was done by some other company! After Sam and Kevin finished their work they rang my doorbell to make sure that I was pleased with the job . Wow what a change to find a company that stands behind their work! I would highly recommend them for any job you might have!
