Alpha installed piers at our residence to stabilize the foundation. During their visit, it was noticed that another corner of the home had cracks and also needed stabilization piers. They were able to take care of the additional work while on site so we did not have to go through the permitting process again. They also repaired our sprinkler, which was not their fault, just to provide good customer service. They cleaned up our property afterward and completed all work in a timely manner. Steven, Isaiah, David, and inspector Brandon C were very pleasant and professional.

It was incredible watching Tory work for two days to make all of this happen. My husband, who is the president of our condo association, was enthralled with the process and videotaped much of it. I had Alpha Foundations come out to inspect my townhouse because of a persistent musty smell. Mantas and Chris were fantastic. Even though the issue turned out not to be something Alpha Foundations handles, they took the time to inspect the entire house and try to help identify the source of the odor. They were professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. Rather than trying to sell me something I didn't need, they explained why the issue wasn't related to my foundation and gave me valuable advice on how to continue troubleshooting the problem. It's refreshing to work with people who genuinely want to help. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations, and especially Mantas and Chris, for their excellent customer service and integrity.

A representative came to my home and conducted a thorough evaluation. The quote I received was very reasonable, and within a few days, two technicians, Hunter and Brad, arrived to work on my driveway and sidewalk. They were both meticulous and highly skilled. Alpha did a great job encapsulating our crawlspace. It was a mess under there. The crew removed all of the old insulation and debris, which was a daunting task. All of the crew members were polite, respectful and extremely hard working. I cannot say enough about how hard they worked and what a pleasant attitude they all had. I have nothing negative to say about the entire experience. Jonny, Chris, Jake, Ethan, Carson and Tyler are exemplary employees of Alpha Foundations. Chance, the young man who came out initially for the quote, is also very nice and kind and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. This is the second project Alpha did for our family and they’ve been extremely diligent in making sure the job was done properly and completely. I would give them more stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could. Alpha Foundations is a top notch, classy business. I needed encapsulation of my crawl space. Every single person that I worked with was knowledgeable, communicative, helpful, kind and just truly authentic individuals.Austin was the first person to talk about my water under the house issues. The man spent an hour under the house inspecting everything. We talked afterwards over an hour. He was easy to talk to and thorough in his explanations. Very impressive! The other 2 companies that came out were here for a total of 30 minutes.Next, I spoke to Mike S. Several times. Again, gave me the courtesy of his valuable time and expertise. I so appreciated the way both Mike and Austin worked together to help solve an issue with my project. They went above and beyond on my behalf and I am grateful.Finally, I had the work crew of Rosalio, Pablo and Jose come twice to my house. These 3 fellas are just fabulous workers and more importantly, amazing human beings. On the second trip they worked until 8pm …in the dark. I never heard them complain, in fact, I had to chuckle as I listened to them get a little slap-happy while working under the house. They were kind, polite and hard-working. They are great ambassadors to the organization and deserve raises! Just can’t speak more highly about each of them. Wow what a team! This adventure started off with an interview and inspection of our home with Micah Nyborg. We determined that we needed some hydraulic lift on the pool deck and our home needed to be jacked up and leveled. Alpha Foundation sent Jonah, Antoine and Chris and two days of intense work the job was completed. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and the professional way it was handled. Not only was the house leveled but they also installed a sump pump and humidifier to prevent any damage from mold! Thank you Alpha Foundation now we have peace of mind knowing that our home is protected for years to come!

After doing much research we called Alpha foundations to stabilize the floors in our older home built on a stemwall. Mallik, Antoine & Andrew came as planned, spent hours digging & securing metal jacks under our house to prevent the floors from bouncing. Mallik sent photos for us to see, numbering each jack they installed and showed the before, mid & finished jacks that were installed. He & Antoine explained we have an extended service for 5 years and that they can keep making slight adjustments in order to ensure a stable floor. They were very professional and were happy to answer questions we had.

Will, Ryan, Jake and Hunter worked 18 hours at my home on a Saturday to mitigate water intrusion and further damage. Everyone on the team was polite, professional and careful with my home. Will was a great communicator and kept me updated on their progress all day and night. Everyone on the team was highly skilled and I am very confident with their work. I had interviewed another company prior to talking to Kel at Alpha foundation and after speaking with Kel Decided to go with them because of how he spent the time showing me how he knew where the voids under my pool slab was and what it would take to get there he didn’t promise anything that he couldn’t fulfill, and in fact, told me that he probably wouldn’t be able to get it exactly level, but what would do the best he could, and when Jordan and Hector came out, I spoke with Jordan and he was thorough and making sure if I had any questions or concerns that he gave me the opportunity to say something. They did a great job it was done a lot quicker than I expected and very satisfied with the work done. Brandon and Nick did a fabulous job on my driveway repair. There were two sections of concrete driveway that had sunk down because the dirt underneath had shifted out. The whole driveway and my sidewalk coming from the front door was inspected and it was determined by Tyler that there was quite a bit of dirt that had sifted out from under my driveway. Brandon and Nick were able to Get the treatment under the driveway in order to raise it up, so that it was all even. They also took out the wooden pieces that had rotted between the driveway concrete slabs, and put sealant in there, which will work much better in the hot and cold temperatures for expansion. Everything was nice and even when they finished and they cleaned up the worksite. I am very happy with the way it looks and would recommend Alpha to others with similar situations. Thanks again for your Professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail.

I just recently had an encapsulation done on a rather large house and from start to finish the process was smooth. I had obtained many quotes but no one could beat Alpha Foundations. The reviews were top notch for your company. Blake Shambro was the gentleman I was in contact with and I must say, patient will my 1,000 questions, reliable, quick response, all about the customer, and most of all very communicative. The foreman and techs were amazing and all said job was smooth and done in a very efficient amount of time. Hands down, I will call Blake Shambro again and again for any future projects.

From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. Five stars, hands down. Before the repair, my crawlspace was the kind of place you open once, shine a flashlight into, and immediately say, “Nope. Not today.” It was dirty, cramped, and probably had its own ecosystem with spiders, roots, and three generations of previous owners’ discarded hubcaps and bad decisions. I first worked with Matt, who didn’t hesitate to crawl under there for a full inspection. He took pictures, explained everything clearly, and somehow made it sound manageable instead of catastrophic. He even came out between Christmas and New Year’s while I had time off, which I appreciated. Thanks again, Matt. Then Logan, Tori, and Corey showed up for the install. These guys spent days crawling around under my house dragging plastic encapsulation, supports, and tools through conditions that would make most people suddenly remember they had somewhere else to be. Crawlspace work is tight, dirty, uncomfortable work, and they handled it like pros. They explained the process, answered my questions, worked quickly, and didn't laugh at the repairs I had made before calling them. The transformation is honestly impressive. My crawlspace went from something I actively avoided thinking about to clean, dry, fully encapsulated, and properly supported. It’s now structurally sound, sealed up tight, and honestly better put together than some job sites I’ve seen above ground. I never thought I’d feel proud of a crawlspace, but here we are.

We made an appointment with Alpha Foundations to have our foundation checked, and were lucky enough to have Cody as our field inspector. He was very thorough with his inspection and even allowed me to tag along with the process where he educated me along the way. Having dealt with other contractors, it was great to have someone as knowledgeable, honest and thorough as Cody, especially with such an important project. Can't say enough about the experience we had with him. Looking forward to using Alpha Foundations for our project!

Jonah leading the crawlspace team were likewise extremely hard-working polite they explained things to me and we’re very professional. And lastly, the team that came and did the poly were in and out of here you couldn’t even tell it they left the space so neat and clean they got to it explained what they were going to do and did it thank you everyone you were great to work with
