Hunter and Brad arrived today and performed an outstanding job making repairs to several sections of my driveway which were having issues with severe cracking, caused by settling which left void areas beneath the sections of driveway. They injected foam into those areas which will stabilize those areas to prevent further damage then filled in the cracks. Their work made a dramatic improvement in the appearance of the driveway.

Our lanai slab had cracks and had settled in a couple if spots. Our screen door would not open without a struggle. We could not have any ciating done to make it attractive. Alpha Foundations came in and leveled the slab. The door works well now and we had the floor coated all within one week. I cannit remember the tecs names but they were tge nicest. Hardest working young men. Our salesman was also excellent. This company is top shelf and highly recommended. Don't hesitate to hire them for you foundation work.

We had a great experience with Alpha Foundations from start to finish. Our home required a piling encasement due to a split piling—something that understandably got our attention. Our realtor recommended Alpha, and the team responded quickly and professionally. They showed up on time, ready to work, and clearly knew what they were doing. Along the way, we did run into a small hiccup—some grout leakage during the install. But what really stood out was how the team handled it. The root cause (a joint alignment issue) was identified, they took ownership, and resolved it the right way. No excuses—just problem-solving and follow-through. By the end, everything was properly sealed, the work area was clean, and the job was done with care. Most importantly, the team maintained a positive attitude throughout—there were even a few smiles and light moments along the way, which we appreciated. Five stars, hands down. Before the repair, my crawlspace was the kind of place you open once, shine a flashlight into, and immediately say, “Nope. Not today.” It was dirty, cramped, and probably had its own ecosystem with spiders, roots, and three generations of previous owners’ discarded hubcaps and bad decisions. I first worked with Matt, who didn’t hesitate to crawl under there for a full inspection. He took pictures, explained everything clearly, and somehow made it sound manageable instead of catastrophic. He even came out between Christmas and New Year’s while I had time off, which I appreciated. Thanks again, Matt. Then Logan, Tori, and Corey showed up for the install. These guys spent days crawling around under my house dragging plastic encapsulation, supports, and tools through conditions that would make most people suddenly remember they had somewhere else to be. Crawlspace work is tight, dirty, uncomfortable work, and they handled it like pros. They explained the process, answered my questions, worked quickly, and didn't laugh at the repairs I had made before calling them. The transformation is honestly impressive. My crawlspace went from something I actively avoided thinking about to clean, dry, fully encapsulated, and properly supported. It’s now structurally sound, sealed up tight, and honestly better put together than some job sites I’ve seen above ground. I never thought I’d feel proud of a crawlspace, but here we are.

3/2025 Called alpha Foundations because our front walk was sinking and we were concerned that someone would trip and fall. Mike Mullen came the next day and gave us a through assessment of the work to be completed and the expense involved. We agreed they should compete the work and we received a repair date. This morning at 8:30 Brendan Wells and Nick Coln arrived in lite rain and began drilling holes. Less than one hour later they had drilled and lifted the 6 large concrete panel of our front walkway. Brendan was very clear that we had a 5 year warranty should the panels begin to sink again we should call them. We are very pleased!

We recently had foundation work completed by Alpha Foundations in Jacksonville, and I am extremely pleased with the experience from start to finish. The crew — Luke, Hunter, and Jordan — were hardworking, professional, and very polite throughout the entire project. The job turned out to be more complex than originally expected because parts of the foundation layout were different from the initial assessment. Trey Sumner, the engineer who came to verify the foundation issues, was thorough and professional, and once I provided the foundation plans, the crew adapted quickly and handled the changes efficiently. Luke kept me informed every step of the way and explained things clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. There was a tremendous amount of digging and hard physical work involved, yet the crew remained positive and efficient the whole time. What impressed me even more was how clean they left the property afterward — honestly cleaner than when they arrived. It is rare these days to find a team that combines skill, communication, professionalism, and respect for the property the way they did. I would absolutely recommend them.

Brandon and Nick did a fabulous job on my driveway repair. There were two sections of concrete driveway that had sunk down because the dirt underneath had shifted out. The whole driveway and my sidewalk coming from the front door was inspected and it was determined by Tyler that there was quite a bit of dirt that had sifted out from under my driveway. Brandon and Nick were able to Get the treatment under the driveway in order to raise it up, so that it was all even. They also took out the wooden pieces that had rotted between the driveway concrete slabs, and put sealant in there, which will work much better in the hot and cold temperatures for expansion. Everything was nice and even when they finished and they cleaned up the worksite. I am very happy with the way it looks and would recommend Alpha to others with similar situations. Thanks again for your Professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail.
