After doing much research we called Alpha foundations to stabilize the floors in our older home built on a stemwall. Mallik, Antoine & Andrew came as planned, spent hours digging & securing metal jacks under our house to prevent the floors from bouncing. Mallik sent photos for us to see, numbering each jack they installed and showed the before, mid & finished jacks that were installed. He & Antoine explained we have an extended service for 5 years and that they can keep making slight adjustments in order to ensure a stable floor. They were very professional and were happy to answer questions we had.

A big shout out to Alpha Foundation for the excellent job you did for me. I feel so much better knowing my foundation is secured. Sheldon was so helpful from start to finish. Special thanks to my Orlando crew Miquel, Jonah, and Andrew. They kept me informed of the progress with updates continually. Highly recommend Alpha Foundation. This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

Our 50 yr old house shifted 1” on one end right after thanksgiving 25. Had Alpha come inspect- they had aready solution to stabilize the house indefinitely, clear out the musty smell and lift the house so any damage inside along the ceilings could be easily recovered. They were prompt polite, very informative, went the extra mile with under the house coverage. They encapsulated the crawl space and braced the house with steel beams. From inside the house – a definite tightening was evident. House is tight, quiet & the musty smell is all but gone. Jon George Alex and Zach did an excellent job job wrapping and cleaning up on the crawlspace. KUDOS!

super happy with the job alpha did – first and foremost, they did an outstanding job with the pier installation and foam injection. second, the specific work crew was incredible – always prompt, finished the project on time, incredibly kind and thoughtful, and somehow left the place cleaner and tidier than how they found it. they even went above and beyond to fix little things along the way that they saw (like for example they had to remove my fence door which was broken to get the excavator through…when they replaced the door, they went to home depot and got the stuff to fix the fence and fixed the fence door too). the crew, Luke, Hunter and Jordan were outstanding. I hope you never need foundation work..but if so, I'd call alpha.

We had some sinking concrete from errosion. Alpha Foundations did an excellent job using foam filler to raise concrete and also fill in other areas where there was errosion, but concrete had yet to sink. Everything was clearly explained from the consultation to start of work to job finished. Garrett and James were courteous and professional. I recommend Alpha.

Alpha Foundations is very professional; from Matt M doing our estimate to Jake and Corey completing the project! Our community pool deck needed to be raised and stabilized; the process was carefully explained during the estimate process and again by Jake throughout the project. They scheduled a time and stuck to it even though we had intermittent rain. Once the work was completed Jake and Corey cleaned up the area and replaced the pool furniture. Great crew!

I had Alpha foundation come out and look at my house. Chris was the inspector and looked at the problems I was having. Chris patiently explained to me about foundations and Florida. No pressure sale explained how many pairs I would need. The job was set up in a reasonable time period. I was contacted by Steve the Forman was told when they would be coming for the job. The day of the day I got a text to let me know they were there way. When they arrive Steve introduced me to david and isaiah. Steve was very informative about how the job was going to get done. Dave and isaiah were very friendly and went right to work. The job was done in a timely manner and clean up was completed. This team was very professional from start till finish. I would highly recommend this team/ company.
