Cannot recommend this company enough! Starting with the initial consultation and walk through with Christian, to the actual installation and repair with Logan, Andrew, and Jordan, the entire team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to answer all of my questions and were very communicative throughout the entire process providing me with updates and pictures. Logan took the time to talk me through any changes and made sure everything was satisfactory. 10/10 from start to finish!

Appreciated their services so much – we confidently used them twice! We utilized Alpha Foundations in 2023 for the repair of a segment of our house that had a faltering foundation. We are utilizing them again in 2024 for the installation of a encapsulation system under our crawlspace. They were friendly, honest, and professional. Thank you to Johnny and Jacob for the great inspections and to Keith, Migue, Matt, Antione, and Jacob for the excellent execution. We are happy to to have a stable foundation once again!

JORDAN did everything we discussed and agreed to regarding my home. He listened to my needs and concerns then addressed them with creative solutions to really assist me with this unexpected and large project. Jordan and the company kept me informed during the entire process with our agreement, financing, engineering, permitting start dates and completion as scheduled in-between storms! Jordan overdelivered as he helped onsite and was there to ensure I was happy at completion. WILL AND HIS CREW – RYAN AND TAY, ON SITE, WE AWESOME TOO! Will took over where Jordan left off to get this big job done. These guys really listened to me and treated my home like it was their own. They went out of their way to address my concerns and save me time and money to rebuild the finishing touches back in my home. This entire process went as planned and discussed. I won't waste any time on quotes when my next foundation needs develop. You should meet this team if you have foundation issues!!

Alpha Foundations was the solution to my cracked and uneven patio and front walkway. They took away all the trip hazards and lifted and sealed my patio from more corrosion. Drew and Jake were friendly and knew how to tackle the problem. I highly recommend this company for any of your foundation problems. Have them a call!

Overall good experience with Alpha Foundations. Communication was good, beginning with the original quote from Taylor. They stuck with us, even though we had to postpone the work several times due to unforeseen circumstances.Shane & Chris did the concrete stabilization. Good workers, but accidental damage caused to a window, repair of which was covered by Alpha Foundations deducting cost from final payment.Foundation stabilization work done by Mike, Andrew & Brett. They were quick, made minimal mess & cleaned up after the work very well. Even replanted a bush that was in the way!Mike took the time to look at the other work that had been done and improved on the original result. Thank you!Would recommend!

Alpha Foundations was GREAT to deal with. Zach Long was my inspector and he did an "above and beyond" job of inspecting my 1925 historic home and cottage. His inspection included two exploratory trips into my crawlspace with pictures, explanations, and recommendations following each (on the same visit). As well as a follow up visit (on a different day) where he literally dug around my cottage foundation to try and sort out what the existing conditions were. There was no hesitation on his part to do any of this work. On top of that, he went to great lengths to explain and then brainstorm on which foundation repairs might provide the best solution for my specific situation. This included calls to his colleagues who had experience and might provide additional solutions. This along with multiple follow up calls, texts, and emails with pictures, additional information, etc showed me that Zach and Alpha Foundations care, want to ensure customers feel comfortable, and make sure the right solutions are recommended for the specific situation. These days, this type of customer service is unheard of. If you are in need of any foundation repairs or think you might be, I would highly recommend Zach and Alpha Foundations!

Shane and Chris arrived right on time, first thing in the morning, as promised. They performed a poly foam lift on my floating slab foundation. They repaired the tiny holes in my floor that they needed to drill to pump the poly foam down into the ground, and they were very pleasant and professional. The whole thing took about 3 hours and 15 minutes and they left no mess. I would recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone based on my experience with these two (Shane and Chris).

The team at Alpha Foundations is one of the most professional I have ever worked with. And I have high standards. Will, Ryan, Jake and Hunter worked 18 hours at my home on a Saturday to mitigate water intrusion and further damage. Everyone on the team was polite, professional and careful with my home. Will was a great communicator and kept me updated on their progress all day and night. Everyone on the team was highly skilled and I am very confident with their work. The Orange Park, Florida Office is top flight from the initial call, to the field visit by Mr. Clark to determine the recommended solution. In advance of the foundation work, we prepared the area for the Technicians, which is very helpful in expediting the work. Tyler and crew arrived at 8:30 am, followed by Brandon and crew at 11:00 am, all work was completed by 12:30 pm, and the final result was perfect. Pictures show that you would never know technical work that Alpha Foundation provides ever happened. Mr. Clark and both Crews are professional, experienced, and excellent ambassadors for their Company. We highly recommend Alpha Foundations.
