Alpha foundations is one of the best companies we have worked with in a very long time. Our entire experience, from start to finish, was pleasant. Our foreman, Will, was an absolute professional. He and his team (Jake & Hunter) did a stellar job on our encapsulation and even stayed late the first day on the job to ensure they got to a point where they knew they could finish it up on time the next day. He even discovered a pest situation we weren’t aware of under our home and when the pest control man went under the house, even he was impressed by their work! He said he’s seen a lot of encapsulation jobs under homes and ours was by far the best he’s ever seen. We highly recommend this company and you will be even luckier if Will, Jake, and Hunter are your assigned team to get the job done.

I had an encapsulation done with the help of Jordan Nesheim coordinating. Jordan is sincere and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand the process. On install day, the site foreman, Wil walked me thru the project and was very professional and caring. Wil worked along side his installers Jacob and Johnathon and did a very clean and professional install. I was impressed by their care and concern for my home.

Wow! I am so happy & impressed with the work Jake & Matt did today on my driveway & walkway to my home. My home is 24 years old & the concrete driveway has seen better days. In fact, I tripped & really injured myself on the uneven slab this past October. I knew something had to be done so NO ONE else tripped on this driveway. Uneven driveway slabs are a liability & I didn't want anyone else tripping on the uneven slab like I did. The process they use is really very interesting & it works. It sure beats having a new concrete driveway installed which would be much more expensive & time consuming. Now I'm no longer the only house in my neighborhood with uneven slabs on my driveway. I'm so grateful to Jake & Matt for the wonderful job they did!

Alpha Foundations, especially inspector Justin Hurd, is our go to when we need solutions and quotes. (We buy old homes in the Jax area and flip them to revitalize the community). So we run into foundation issues all the time with these homes. Alpha Foundations is always on speed dial for us. Justin Hurd was an amazing communicator, he showed up on time and gave us good details on-site. Afterwards he emailed us the inspection report in even greater detail & included drawings. It's so helpful to us and Justin is great to work with! Thank you!

We have an almost 100-year-old house and discovered our washing machine was sinking through the floor. Christian came out, put on a hazmat suit, and crawled under our house for an inspection. We were very impressed with his thoroughness, assurance of the construction timeline, and other high reviews and decided to go with Alpha. Will, our foreman, was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with as he stayed in contact with us and on schedule. The entire floor of our kitchen and utility area was removed, spray-on insulation scraped off and joists reinforced. This was especially impressive as our subfloor had dissolved into mulch in places and was only held up by ceramic tile! Crew members Freddy, Broskey, Jake and Emmanuel did a great job both with construction and clean-up. Alpha's reviews are well deserved for their quality of work and ability to stay on schedule. We highly recommend them as well!

Appreciated their services so much – we confidently used them twice! We utilized Alpha Foundations in 2023 for the repair of a segment of our house that had a faltering foundation. We are utilizing them again in 2024 for the installation of a encapsulation system under our crawlspace. They were friendly, honest, and professional. Thank you to Johnny and Jacob for the great inspections and to Keith, Migue, Matt, Antione, and Jacob for the excellent execution. We are happy to to have a stable foundation once again!

Our 100 year old house sustained significant foundation damage from Hurricane Helene in August 2024. Half of the supporting piers in our crawlspace were washed away by storm surge. Half of the house was suspended in the air without support. I contacted 3 different foundation companies for quotes. By far, Alpha Foundations is the best. An appointment was scheduled immediately with Johnnie the site estimator. He showed on time and communicated during his trip where he was and when he would arrive. He spent about 3 hours at our home during the evaluation. He was the only one of the 3 companies we contacted, who climbed under the house. He spent 90 minutes in a dark, damp and narrow crawl space. He did a thorough evaluation. He discussed with me and my wife his findings and recommendations. Prior to leaving he left a detailed quote and estimated timing to complete the project. We selected Alpha Foundations to repair our home. A repair date was scheduled and the office communicated with us multiple times prior to the repair date. On the repair date, Luke, Ryan and Jordan arrived as scheduled. They were courteous, friendly and very professional. Luke was the job foreman and reviewed the repair plans in detail. He was available for questions throughout the process. The crew was here for 3 days and did a fantastic job. Our home had a 4" drop in the family room, which was corrected. The sloping floors throughout the house were gone. Fantastic job done by these young men. Alpha Foundations is a 5-star company and will provide on-time, professional and excellent service. I highly recommend their company…….and I hope to never need this time of repair again.

Colin was super knowledgeable about encapsulation and took his time showing me everything he was proposing .. he even invited me under the house which i did to see everything … then the install crew came and did outstanding job. the forman Will texted me when he was on the way with an ETA which was great. The whole install crew Jacob, Jacob & Hunter were all great. Polite, knowledgeable, professionals. They did outstanding job. They left the job site clean & neat which is always appreciated.
