Note: HomeAdvisor did not have the correct category for the work done on my house, which has a raised/pier construction. So I have a complaint against Home Advisor. BUT?. Here?s the actual review for the work I had done: Alpha Foundation sent a two man team to level/add support jacks under the floor of my 1939 home. The jacks were placed in the crawl space. Tori and Darien were efficient and professional, not something easy to be when you?re crawling around in such a confined space. And Tori answered my many questions cheerfully and with lots of patience. Alpha Foundation is lucky to have these guys. I?m happy with their work. Now, Home Advisor, please fix your categories.

The crew (Dale, Tori, Darian and others) could not have been more courteous, professional and informative. Plus, they cleaned up with attention to detail. We first spoke about our needs with Taylor who provided information and clear explanations about how Alph could help insure our crawl space will stay dry and at the proper level of humidity. Taylor was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, as was the work crew. We are entirely pleased with Alpha.

3/2025 Called alpha Foundations because our front walk was sinking and we were concerned that someone would trip and fall. Mike Mullen came the next day and gave us a through assessment of the work to be completed and the expense involved. We agreed they should compete the work and we received a repair date. This morning at 8:30 Brendan Wells and Nick Coln arrived in lite rain and began drilling holes. Less than one hour later they had drilled and lifted the 6 large concrete panel of our front walkway. Brendan was very clear that we had a 5 year warranty should the panels begin to sink again we should call them. We are very pleased!

Colin came out and did an inspection and was very thorough and professional. Alpha handled the city permits and everything. Colin also checked in with me before and after. Logan, the foreman and Lane came out to do the actual work. We had to have some foundation work under our house. Logan talked me through the whole process and the entire job only took a few hours. He was very professional and kind. Everyone was great to work with! I chose Alpha based on recommendations from friends and I’m very happy with the work and communication. They had fair pricing and did a good job with every step of the process. Highly recommend!

Our 100 year old house sustained significant foundation damage from Hurricane Helene in August 2024. Half of the supporting piers in our crawlspace were washed away by storm surge. Half of the house was suspended in the air without support. I contacted 3 different foundation companies for quotes. By far, Alpha Foundations is the best. An appointment was scheduled immediately with Johnnie the site estimator. He showed on time and communicated during his trip where he was and when he would arrive. He spent about 3 hours at our home during the evaluation. He was the only one of the 3 companies we contacted, who climbed under the house. He spent 90 minutes in a dark, damp and narrow crawl space. He did a thorough evaluation. He discussed with me and my wife his findings and recommendations. Prior to leaving he left a detailed quote and estimated timing to complete the project. We selected Alpha Foundations to repair our home. A repair date was scheduled and the office communicated with us multiple times prior to the repair date. On the repair date, Luke, Ryan and Jordan arrived as scheduled. They were courteous, friendly and very professional. Luke was the job foreman and reviewed the repair plans in detail. He was available for questions throughout the process. The crew was here for 3 days and did a fantastic job. Our home had a 4" drop in the family room, which was corrected. The sloping floors throughout the house were gone. Fantastic job done by these young men. Alpha Foundations is a 5-star company and will provide on-time, professional and excellent service. I highly recommend their company…….and I hope to never need this time of repair again.

I am very pleased with the professional work Alpha Foundations did on my house. Two job were fulfilled to my fullest setisfactory: Tyler E. and his assistant installed nine helical piers. Seeing the piers being installed was confirming to me that this was the right and solid way to avoid further subsidence. Brandon W. and Nick C. worked on my pool deck. They lifted, evened out, and seal the cracks perfectly. Thank you, great jobs done.

I had issues with the previous repair jobs but Jacob and his crew came out and knocked it out of the park. He was professional and explained everything to me as they went along. When he realized the job was a little more than expected he called for backup to make sure it was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction, enough so to where I extended my warranty. The back up crew got right to it and got 'er done. Hats off to Matt, Thomas, Jacob and the whole team.
