I tried different things myself but nothing worked. Im glad I called Alpha! I feel the difference already from the encapsulated crawl space. It looks like a NASA clean room under there! Hunter and Brad arrived today and performed an outstanding job making repairs to several sections of my driveway which were having issues with severe cracking, caused by settling which left void areas beneath the sections of driveway. They injected foam into those areas which will stabilize those areas to prevent further damage then filled in the cracks. Their work made a dramatic improvement in the appearance of the driveway.

We had the unfortunate situation of having foundation issues on our home. After researching the subject and meeting with a couple of foundation companies, we selected Alpha Foundations. We felt that Alpha Foundations was more inline with what needed to be done. We had the good fortune to have Steven and his field crew David and Isaiah sent to do the work. They were all very professional, but also very personable at the same time. They make a great team and worked very well together. They kept us informed of every step and were very thorough explaining what they were doing (they were very patient with my husband’s curiosity). Once everything was completed and cleaned up, you could not tell they were even there. They took pictures of various steps from start to finish and every support installed. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

I am a building contractor in Florida and have very little experience in crawl space issues. That was put to rest when "Dylan" arrived, he was very knowledgeable. He explained in depth the procedure on what was needed to be done. After careful thought we called him and signed up. We were scheduled in. When the crew arrived (Andrew, Woody and Ryan) they all introduced themselves and explained everything that was going to happen, including pictures of the work as it progressed. When they were under the house working you could hear them working ( note: we were not intentionally trying to listen we were just up there). There was no negative talk or cussing just business. Florida insurance decided we needed a driveway leveling to retain coverage. David from Alpha was quick to come out, do an assessment, and provide adequate documentation for my insurance company. Jordan and George did the leveling today. The process was quick and the warranty can't be beat. They even cleaned up so you can't tell anything was done. Mallory, field inspector came to my condo and explained the process. I had a hole outside the slab and water was causing my tiles to come up . She measured all my floors. I signed the contract and within a week George and his coworker was here filling all areas of concern. All involved were experts in their field. Within two hours job completed and you would never know they were here. It was a pleasure to deal with all involved.

This was my initial contact with Alpha foundations and I was very impressed from the live person you got when you called the office to being able to schedule an appointment within one or two days was great. Ronnie was my technician. We sat down and discussed what was going on and then walked the property. My job wasn’t a big one, but it was big for me. He gave me a price to level my AC pad outside and it was in the price range. I was kind of anticipating from what I had read. This company is very professional from the office staff and your first contact to their service technicians. I would highly recommend.

Great Company, very professional. Thank you TJ Landenberg, who was our first contact. He came to our home and looked at our issues and then educated us on the solutions. I had already done research myself so I knew that I was being given the correct information. We signed a contract to have the work completed. A week later The Alpha crew arrived at my property and went right to work. Zack, Omar and Jayden were very polite and professional and very respectful of the property. Zack communicated with us throughout the project. There is not enough good things to say about this company and their employees. I would use them again and highly recommend the company and the work.
