Alpha foundations saved our home. Gentleman named Donny took about 3 visits out to our home for various quotes and was very patient every time. By the time we pulled the trigger on a big foundation repair, Donald, Tori and Corey showed up. I could tell this was the A team. Super professional and hard working guys. We ended up with a total of 9 helical piers and the entire house crawl space supported by their jack system. They were extremely professional and even got the work done a day early. I took the days off from my work to be around and be a “fly on the wall” behind their shoulder. They were totally okay with this and gave me a play by play as they worked. They secured the houses foundation and the home feels so much more stable. Now we can work on ei downs and roof for our historic home! Thanks to you gentlemen, much respect and I’d recommend you guys in the future.

Today, Cameron Runyan, came to check on my system. He changed my filter and added new weather stripping to the entrance. Overall was an easy and smooth process. 1st crew to install push pilings with Maximos, Wilkinson and Peterson and the 2nd crew to fill voids with Thomas and Felix did a great job, kept everything neat and organized, placed everything back in place and the guys were very professional. Job site was left clean with no complaints. Only issue I have was a slab that was discussed at the inspection that was supposed to be leveled and void filled which was talked about, did not some how make it apart of the job. Being beside another slab to get filled didn’t make sense why it wouldn’t have been listed on the contract.

I have had the best experience with the people who represent Alpha Foundation! From the day Efrain Borrero came out to find out what was going on with my home's foundation to Steven, Brandon, and Chris coming out and performing the work needed to fix the problem. All of these people I encountered were polite, walked me through everything from what was happening to what was needed to be done to how the job would be done! Steven showed me a diagram of what my home would look like when they finished the job and I notice one corner of the home would be left without piers. I asked questions, he answered my questions/concerns with much detail! I asked if I had to wait to add the additional piers and long story short he made it happen while they were already on site which spoke volume of how the company value their customers. To Efrain, Steven , Brandon and Chris, thanks for walking me, a female homeowner through this intimidating process feeling at ease!!

We purchased a 100 year old historic home with significant issues in the crawl space. We had 100 year old support columns leaning and the beginnings of mold with all the moisture. Chris, Brad, David, and Malik spent an entire week getting dirty under my house stabilizing the columns, lifting the house, remediating all the microbial growth, and encapsulating the entire crawl space. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Floors feel stable now, and knowing the crawl is clean and dry is assuring. They brought this house back to the status it deserves to be in and set us up for years to come!

Our 50 yr old house shifted 1” on one end right after thanksgiving 25. Had Alpha come inspect- they had aready solution to stabilize the house indefinitely, clear out the musty smell and lift the house so any damage inside along the ceilings could be easily recovered. They were prompt polite, very informative, went the extra mile with under the house coverage. They encapsulated the crawl space and braced the house with steel beams. From inside the house – a definite tightening was evident. House is tight, quiet & the musty smell is all but gone. Jon George Alex and Zach did an excellent job job wrapping and cleaning up on the crawlspace. KUDOS!

I recently had George and Hunter come to my home to repair my back patio. There were large voids from soil runoff and erosion that had caused the patio to crack and fall in several places. George and Hunter were very professional and did a fantastic job filling the voids, leveling the patio, and repairing the cracks. We recently had foundation stabilization work completed on our building, along with foam lifting on a section of the sidewalk, and we were very pleased with the entire experience. While the long-term results will naturally be seen over time, the quality of the work performed was evident, and the team was professional from start to finish. Steven, David, and Isaiah did an excellent job and were always responsible, courteous, and respectful while working on site. The poly foam work completed by Jordan and Hector was handled efficiently and professionally, and they took the time to explain the process and answer our questions. A special thanks as well to Sheldon, the inspector, who was thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the project. What stood out the most was the communication. Everyone involved kept us informed, responded promptly to questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They arrived on time and explained the steps yo install a pillar support. The work was quick and the landscaping area returned to its original condition. Taylor, Tristan, and Greg spent two days completing the work and kept me up to date on the progress. When the project was completed Tyler reviewed a check list with me to be sure I understood what was done and what to expect. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, respectful, and kind. We loved working with our Project Manager, Batu. He spent the time to explain not only the problem, but why it was happening and how Alpha Foundations would fix it. That level of knowledge and professionalism gave us complete confidence in our decision. Alpha Foundations exceeded our expectations in every way. The team was punctual, respectful, and incredibly detail-oriented. Batuhan kept us informed throughout the process and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. Alpha Foundations are the folks to call. The outstanding Alpha Foundations experience began with Ked’s arrival at our home. Ked listened to our concerns about the foundation and then conducted a very thorough inspection of not only the affected area but non-affected areas. Ked provided a complete and understandable explanation of the issues and a recommendation for stabilizing the foundation. His professionalism and clear communications really helped us decide to proceed. The excellent experience continued when Tyler, Gio, and Ryan arrived to install the push piers. Tyler provided a clear explanation of the process and gave me a timeline for its completion. These guys were very professional and took fantastic care of the landscaping while digging the holes and installing the push piers. Once when I was checking on their progress, Gio and Ryan showed me how the piers are pushed into the ground and the brackets support and fully stabilize the foundation. The next step of lifting the foundation went flawlessly. Tyler kept us fully informed of progress. They ended the stabilization process and did a phenomenal job resetting the landscaping and cleaning up the area. The final step of injecting a two-part urethane polymer into the area under the foundation for added stability and better weight distribution was done by Tory and Chris. These guys were at the top of their game and achieved phenomenal results. Their professionalism and skill were plainly evident from the moment they arrive. The cleanup after the job was so good you could not tell they were even there. Bottom line, from start to finish the Alpha Foundations team is head and shoulders above the competition. The professionalism of their staff is great and the quality of the work beyond compare. If you have an issue with your foundation or any of the areas they cover you will be glad you called them.

Had a GREAT Day and a GREAT Experience with Alpha Foundations today!!! Special thanks to Steven and Chris who get all the credit. Communication with Steven was "Absolute PRO"! Actually, I was both surprised and impressed with how well I was "Kept in the loop". This was a big job and investment for me. I was a bit skeptical, anxious and overwhelmend all at the same time. But Steven explained what was going on (and why) such that I became confident that we (mainly me) were doing the right thing. WHEWWW… Anyway, glad I connected with ALPHA and really satisfied with how it all went and turned out. THANKS Steven, Chris and ALPHA!
