Working with Alpha Foundations was an exceptionally positive experience from start to finish. The project manager, Joshua, came out to look at our cracking concrete patio, diagnosed the issue, and had a cost-effective solution for us. He also provided all the information we needed to get a quick approval from our HOA. The team that did the work, Tory & Blake, were on time, efficient, and highly skilled. Not only did they stabilize the concrete patio using their foam injection process, they spent a lot of time caulking and smoothing all the cracks (literally on their hands & knees) doing a meticulous job. The process worked so well, it actually lifted one section and eliminated a 1" difference in height so no more trip hazard either. This company clearly invests in a high quality product and skilled professionals. We are very glad we found them.

The technicians that work for Alpha are very trained and competent to do the job. Drew and Zack arrived at my house on schedule and were both very professional in their demeanor. They measured my house, went through the crawlspace, and assessed my needs and very thorough order. After an assessment of my needs, they answered my questions and addressed my concerns about the work to be done. They had the experience to answer my questions and address my concerns with no hesitation. Both Drew and Zack are very nice guys to boot and a pleasure to work with concerning my house. Alpha Foundations is a top-notch organization with very good people.

From start to finish their service was exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of such work.With the initial consultation with Blake Representing the company, Alpha Foundations was thorough and informative. He took the time To explain the process and provide detailed Information and a quote.The insulation process itself was a breeze. The crew, Jake, Chuck, and Alberto arrived on time and their efficiency was impressive. The materials used were top notch, and the craftsmanship was evident in the final Result.They worked to ensure that every aspect of the porch support system was installed correctly and met all safety standards.Furthermore, the crew Jake and Chuck and Alberto cleaned up after they were finished. Installation was excellent – good communication, professional, etc. Rosalie, Jose and Paldo were the installers.Had some problems with scheduling. I had an initial meeting and installation that went great. When I tried contacting my rep, the email and phone call went unanswered. Went I contacted the company, they said he was promoted or something. I think they actually have high turnover but didn’t want to admit it. All appointments were a month out, so I scheduled it. Then they cancelled a few days before my appointment. It seems they cancelled my appointment so they could schedule other people. It took me multiple phone calls to figure that out. They rescheduled me for another month out. This also took multiple phone calls. For some reason, it seems I was on the bottom of their list.

My family and I recently moved into a beautiful Spanish Mediterranean-style home built-in 1926. It was a crash course lesson on caring for a historic home in South Florida. The crawl space was a breeding ground for termites and mold, and the structural issues were the cause of our sagging and sinking floors.After a comprehensive assessment by the Alpha Foundation Design Technician, crawl space encapsulation and foundation support were our home's best options. Alpha Foundations encapsulated the crawl space and installed crawl space jacks ahead of schedule, eliminating the high humidity and resolving the floor leveling issue. Immediately after encapsulation, the humidity level reduced from 70% to 54% inside our home, allowing our air condition unit to operate more efficiently. The improvement in air quality and comfort inside our house is remarkable!Special thanks to Alpha Foundation's Design Technician Gavin, Foreman Jackson, Javid and Sam for their service, integrity, and professionalism. Crawl space encapsulation and foundation repair were an investment in the future of our home. Thanks to Alpha Foundations, our home will be our refuge here in paradise for many years to come.

His "crew" worked diligently, and quick;y showing they knew their stuff. We watched and photographed each step which did not bother the crew. I would highly recommend this company – I am a property manager in Sarasota/Bradenton area and found this company at my NARPM event. They were extremely informative and went to my rental properties quickly once we discussed the problem we are having. Many of my property are raised homes with crawl spaces and having soft flooring issues. Alpha Foundations was prompt and the level of expertise exceeded my expectations! So let me tell you the facts!! We have been needing to raise our driveway and patio for sometime and we heard about this company Alpha Foundations. So we called and set up a meeting and Maurice came to the house . Many things we found great about this company is that he called us to confirm our appointment. The next morning I called him letting him know if he could come earlier would help us out greatly and he was able to do so. Had lots of information and seemed to have much knowledge about what needed to be done and what it would take to get the desired results! We made our deal and signed on the dotted line to get things rolling. We received a call with the date and time they would come out and who would be coming. In a few hours we received a call from the foreman telling us his name and what and when he would show up the next day. Five minutes before the time George the foreman showed up and walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. George’s professionalism and his desire to do his best was seen in his work. He and Davon did everything that they said they would do and even took the time during the work to answer more questions. During the process, George was training a new guy Davon. I watched George clearly speak and work with Davon in a very kind and compassionate way. It’s good to see and hear someone like George take the time and be so thoughtful and thorough with his trainee. He complimented how great the company they work for looks after them and helps them to be better people and to work ethically. I even overheard George say to Davon always do the kind of work for the customers that you would do for your own mother and would want someone else to do for your family. There were a few things I thought this raising would fix in the driveway but George explained why it wouldn’t and it made sense. The results look good and they cleaned up all the mess they made. He walked me through again and told me all that was done and asked if I was satisfied. They went above and beyond what was expected and now all I can do is wait and see if the promises and warranty hold true over time. George also took the time after to go over and speak with two separate neighbors that had come over to see what I was having done to our home.

The work teams that came to our house were all professional, courteous, hard working people.NICK and NICK, the crew who installed our piers did a great job. ANTHONY and GEORGE who were the first team to pump foam and pour concrete were also a great team, as were COOPER and REESE, who were our second team to pump foam. All the work teams were an excellent, did their jobs efficiently neatly and professionally.

Alpha Foundations is a top notch, classy business. I needed encapsulation of my crawl space. Every single person that I worked with was knowledgeable, communicative, helpful, kind and just truly authentic individuals.Austin was the first person to talk about my water under the house issues. The man spent an hour under the house inspecting everything. We talked afterwards over an hour. He was easy to talk to and thorough in his explanations. Very impressive! The other 2 companies that came out were here for a total of 30 minutes.Next, I spoke to Mike S. Several times. Again, gave me the courtesy of his valuable time and expertise. I so appreciated the way both Mike and Austin worked together to help solve an issue with my project. They went above and beyond on my behalf and I am grateful.Finally, I had the work crew of Rosalio, Pablo and Jose come twice to my house. These 3 fellas are just fabulous workers and more importantly, amazing human beings. On the second trip they worked until 8pm …in the dark. I never heard them complain, in fact, I had to chuckle as I listened to them get a little slap-happy while working under the house. They were kind, polite and hard-working. They are great ambassadors to the organization and deserve raises! Just can’t speak more highly about each of them. So impressive.As I write this, I hear the hum of the dehumidifier under the house, and have only positive feelings about my experiences with Alpha Foundations, and that’s even after writing the check. I am grateful for their expertise in fixing my water issues and feel so bless to have found such a great team of people! I highly recommend them!

He listened to my needs and concerns then addressed them with creative solutions to really assist me with this unexpected and large project. Jordan and the company kept me informed during the entire process with our agreement, financing, engineering, permitting start dates and completion as scheduled in-between storms! Jordan overdelivered as he helped onsite and was there to ensure I was happy at completion. WILL AND HIS CREW – RYAN AND TAY, ON SITE, WE AWESOME TOO! Will took over where Jordan left off to get this big job done. These guys really listened to me and treated my home like it was their own. They went out of their way to address my concerns and save me time and money to rebuild the finishing touches back in my home. This entire process went as planned and discussed. I won't waste any time on quotes when my next foundation needs develop. You should meet this team if you have foundation issues!!

The company has great work ethics(especially for SWFL) and conducted the work right on schedule even finishing early. I can only strongly recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone needing their services.

From the beginning, Zack came and performed a free inspection to our home. We had some issues that needed taken care of and we were given several options for repair. There was no pressure whatsoever one way or the other in which option we decided, if any at all. After we made our decision, a start date was set up and my husband received a call the Friday before the Monday start date to reaffirm the schedule. That Monday we received a call that the crew was on their way and their estimated arrival time. When Chance and Chris arrived, they introduced theirselves and informed us of the plans for our foundation repair. Our job consisted of 10 piers and 36 supports which was a pretty big job. Chance and Chris are great guys and such hard workers. On the following day a new staff arrived to work with Chance and Chris, his name was Tyler, he was introduced to us and he too was an extremely hard worker. We were very impressed that Tyler was visited on site by Adlai from the corporate office to check in on him. This team worked so hard on our home, always giving us a call on their way here each day and staying late several afternoons to get the job done. They always cleaned the work area before leaving each day and they worked well together. We are so happy they were the ones to repair our home.Darryl and Trish GishValdosta, GA
