We purchased an encapsulation with a dehumidifier through the Jacksonville Alpha Foundation team in February 2024. Our initial site survey was conducted by Christian. He did a great job, showed us the pictures he took, thoroughly explained all of our options and presented a very clean proposal which was great. Ethan was our installer along with his team of Andrew and Matt. They were very obviously well trained and experienced – from the first step of unloading through the installation and clean up. Super friendly, answered all of our questions, shared post install photos -GREAT customer service. They hauled out all of the empty boxes and partially cut pieces. Even though we offered, they didn't use our trash or recycling bins which would have been easy, instead they cleaned up everything and then packed it all out. Today (3/7/25), Devin made an appointment and stopped by for our year 1 of our 5 year dehumidifier maintenance service. He cleaned the filter, pump and checked up on the seams, tape and overall encapsulation install work. He took and shared pictures of what he saw under the house. Today wasn't a sale or attempt to sell – just an inspection visit. Even so, Devin, like the rest of the team, was friendly, showed great customer service and made sure we were happy with the project – even though it wasn't generating any additional revenue. However, his continuation of this cycle of GREAT customer service has locked us in with Alpha Foundation for any work we may need in the future. The entire team – from site survey through year 1 check up – were rock stars. No issues or concerns at any point during the process. I don't believe that this is a one off experience for an Alpha Foundation customer, I believe that this is their business standard. We highly recommend Alpha Foundation as your choice for any and all home improvement work you may need.

We had a great experience with Alpha Foundations from beginning to end. We have an old (95 years!) grove cottage that was experiencing some floor sag from an aging raised pier foundation. Mike came out and gave us a comprehensive evaluation and price. He was knowledgeable and helpful aiding us in understanding what needed to be done to correct the problem. We settled on a very good price and Mike told us that they could be available to do the work in just a few days (a cancellation maybe?). Jake, the project foreman, called the day before to make sure we were good to go and advised when they would arrive to start work. Jake and Wilson arrived on time and ready to go to work. Jake came inside to check out the problem then under the house to confirm what he suspected needed to be accomplished. He and Wilson were wonderful, Mike came by to check on the job as well. These guys are dedicated to doing a good job AND will return within 5 years if any adjustments are needed. All in all…we're very happy with the experience! Thanks guys!

Jonathan H. was an excellent representative of this company. He was professional and efficient in all my dealings with him. The work was done by two crews and all members of the crews performed the work agreed to and corrected any issues I had with the work. The workman were Crew One – Aaron, Janise, Bernard, Matt W. and Crew Two – Trace, Tanner, Keith, Hayden. Alpha Foundations did an excellent job using foam filler to raise concrete and also fill in other areas where there was errosion, but concrete had yet to sink. Everything was clearly explained from the consultation to start of work to job finished. Garrett and James were courteous and professional. I recommend Alpha.

Now protected against the neighbors broken waterpipe which is drilling a cavern to the aquifer… neighbors used 80yds of concrete underpinning their foundation, we called Alpha Foundations, in and out 2 days.

Today, Cameron Runyan, came to check on my system. He changed my filter and added new weather stripping to the entrance. I am so glad that I choose Alpha Foundations for my pool deck leveling. From the time Sam and Kevin arrived, until the job was completed, they worked as a team with precision and knowledge that could be seen right from the start. Any and all my questions were answered and explained, sometimes with a laugh thrown in. So pleasant to hear that, which is rare these days. They worked nonstop until the job was done. super happy with the job alpha did – first and foremost, they did an outstanding job with the pier installation and foam injection. second, the specific work crew was incredible – always prompt, finished the project on time, incredibly kind and thoughtful, and somehow left the place cleaner and tidier than how they found it. they even went above and beyond to fix little things along the way that they saw (like for example they had to remove my fence door which was broken to get the excavator through…when they replaced the door, they went to home depot and got the stuff to fix the fence and fixed the fence door too). the crew, Luke, Hunter and Jordan were outstanding. I recently had Alpha Foundations insulate and encapsulate my crawlspace. DJ came out and provided a thorough inspection and report of the existing conditions. Joseph, Will, Dan, and Jeff came out to do the work. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Communication was too notch and they arrived on time, ready to work, with all the tools and materials needed to do the job.

I recently had some concrete lifting done on walkways and my driveway. Both Matt, Certified Field Inspector, and Parker, Poly Service Technician, were professional, arrived on time agreed and stayed true to their word. I am very pleased with the results. The 2 walkways are less of a trip hazard now, and the ride on the driveway is smooth.

I can't say enough about how outstanding the service and work we received from the Alpha,Foundation team….Starting with Brad, who came out evaluated our home and situation. He explained our options and made suggestions that would help us with our decisions. Next, step was to have the work done…two crews came out. One, Clint and Hunter, to I stall piers around the perimeter. A second crew, Bobby,Philip and Alexis, had the job in the crawl space, installing jacks and support beams..Bobby explained each and everything that was going to happen. He and his crew went above and beyond what i expected. They addressed and fixed any issue they found. Squeaky floors to gaps on joists…didn't leave the job until he was sure that I was,satisfied. A few days later he reached out to check on things. I mentioned some floor movement and squeaks, a few days later he was back out under the house looking for the problem…it was found, addressed and fixed….a true professional and a really nice guy. Bobby. Philip and Alexis, Clint, and Hunter know their jobs and do it well! Thank you all.

This year was phase 2 of a foundation stabilization project at my house, with the work done by Alpha Foundations. Sam and Kevin were here today to fill voids and stabilize indoors underneath my tile floors. Both guys were very professional, very courteous and friendly. They explained things so that I could understand what needed to be done and then proceeded to do it efficiently and effectively. And as a bonus, they really liked my dogs! Yesterday, Chris and crew were here to install 9 piers to stabilize my foundation on the outside. The crew again, very professional, very courteous and did the job efficiently and effectively. I very much appreciate that Alpha Foundations will check back each year for the next few years to make sure things are still stable and to determine whether I need a phase 3 to my foundation issues.

Max came inspected the house and professionally explained what was wrong and what they needed to do to stabilize my house. Tory and Curtis then came and fixed my house. Both were nice and took their shoes off before I even asked. They were very careful to not let the cats out. A+ service all around.

Zach Larson, a field inspector with Alpha Foundations, arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly, provided a competitive repair cost, and managed to get us on the schedule within a week. Sam Martin, a field foreman, arrived on time, provided an explanation of services, and completed the necessary repairs ahead of schedule. Both guys did a great job from start to finish! I would definitely hire them again if needed.

Pool deck is 30 years old and not even in several places. I found Alpha on a google search, reached out and DJ was out the next day to give an estimate. We accepted and the job was scheduled a few days later. Hunter and George showed up for the job and did above and beyond the scope of the job. They were professional and polite. The entire process with this Fort Myers company was exceptional! From the first phone call, inspection/estimate, to the workmanship; I was impressed! Maximus, Wilkson, & Peterson were super kind, polite, & professional throughout the day and a half they were here. The three definitely show off your company as first rate! It was also a nice surprise that a supervisor showed up unexpectedly to see the results. We had settlement issues which they repaired with SettleStop Push Piers. I was also thrilled to know this company will come out once a year for 5 years to check on their work!!! I have a home in Wisconsin & wish I could get them there to do their amazing work!

Will, Ryan, Jake and Hunter worked 18 hours at my home on a Saturday to mitigate water intrusion and further damage. Everyone on the team was polite, professional and careful with my home. Here?s the actual review for the work I had done: Alpha Foundation sent a two man team to level/add support jacks under the floor of my 1939 home. The jacks were placed in the crawl space. Tori and Darien were efficient and professional, not something easy to be when you?re crawling around in such a confined space. And Tori answered my many questions cheerfully and with lots of patience. Alpha Foundation is lucky to have these guys. I?m happy with their work. Now, Home Advisor, please fix your categories.
