The work was amazing. My patio foundation is perfectly level and we are very happy with how it looks and how affordable it was. My only complaint is that the appointment was supposed to start between 8 and 9am and no one showed up til after 11am. No phone called until 11:20. And as soon as they got here they had to leave to get supplies.

Chose Alpha Foundations Chris V and Matt W to stabilize the concrete area under my spa and pool area and Mike and Kesly to fill the cracks on my pool deck and add poly to seal. After a few hiccups which they solved quickly they did an excellent job. Explained everything as they went along and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and professional. Cleaned the area of any debris when they were finished. I would highly recommend.

He listened to my needs and concerns then addressed them with creative solutions to really assist me with this unexpected and large project. Jordan and the company kept me informed during the entire process with our agreement, financing, engineering, permitting start dates and completion as scheduled in-between storms! Jordan overdelivered as he helped onsite and was there to ensure I was happy at completion. WILL AND HIS CREW – RYAN AND TAY, ON SITE, WE AWESOME TOO! Will took over where Jordan left off to get this big job done. These guys really listened to me and treated my home like it was their own. They went out of their way to address my concerns and save me time and money to rebuild the finishing touches back in my home. This entire process went as planned and discussed. I won't waste any time on quotes when my next foundation needs develop. You should meet this team if you have foundation issues!!

About 12 years ago, I noticed a step pattern crack in masonry between bricks on one side of my house. I called Alpha Foundation and after their and inspection and proposal, I accepted their proposal and they fixed the problem. I have had no other noticeable foundation problems since. Recently, I have decided to downsize and plan to put my home up for sale. I want to be able to guarantee a potential buyer that there are no issues with the foundation. So I called Alpha Foundation again and Sam Bridges, assisted by Brian, performed an extensive inspection, both inside and outside. For the inside of the house, they produced a house diagram showing 4 or more location measurements in each room noting any variance in elevation from the elevation at the center of the house. Only one interior location had a variance of -0.4 or greater so their proposal included steps to stabilize that area. Exterior concrete areas showed cracks, 2 need lifting and several need stabilization only. The price of the overall proposal was very reasonable. I got a 5% discount as a repeat customer. And I have documentation to show potential buyers that the house foundation is still solid after 24 years. The inspectors were very professional, showed me all issues found, explained how the issues would be resolved and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

Jonathan was absolutely fantastic. First off, he was able to schedule an inspection within 2 days of making contact. Second, the structural inspection of my crawlspace was done with a very high level of professionalism and expertise. He explained everything in great detail and showed areas within the house in comparison to what he saw within the crawlspace. Lastly, a full report and estimate was ready by the end of the inspection. I highly recommend Jonathan for your foundation and structural inspections/repair estimates!

I would highly recommend this company – I am a property manager in Sarasota/Bradenton area and found this company at my NARPM event. They were extremely informative and went to my rental properties quickly once we discussed the problem we are having. Many of my property are raised homes with crawl spaces and having soft flooring issues. Alpha Foundations was prompt and the level of expertise exceeded my expectations! We made an appointment with Alpha Foundations to have our foundation checked, and were lucky enough to have Cody as our field inspector. He was very thorough with his inspection and even allowed me to tag along with the process where he educated me along the way. Having dealt with other contractors, it was great to have someone as knowledgeable, honest and thorough as Cody, especially with such an important project. Can't say enough about the experience we had with him. Looking forward to using Alpha Foundations for our project!

It was great to work with Alpha Foundations everyone was great and the work they did was outstanding. They listened then they thoroughly searched out all of my foundation concerns. They were able to do the work that was required very efficiently and meticulously. All the staff were great: Steven, Brandon and Chris installed the piers, David, Jonah, and Antoine did the crawl space, then Garrett and Hector were the poly crew. This team was very professional and they worked tirelessly until the job was done.

Great experience. Our foreman Mike Oliver and his crew, Andrew and Bret were the best. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and incredibly kind. They walked me through the project. Showed me everything and even sent pictures of before and after for my records. All my cracks are taken care of. Even my doors all close on a click. Nick, Nick, Joe and Zach from Alpha Foundations did a fantastic job. On time, did exactly what they were supposed to do, and were very friendly. I also asked them to do a little thing that there was some confusion about whether it was included or not – and they came back the very next day to take care of it. No questions asked – the customer was right. I would recommend the Miami area team for any foundation repair. The sales team, office / permit team, and the field team were all extremely prompt, professional, and just nice human beings.

Our floor was bowing and would actually bounce as we walked. In some areas was down 1” and 2”.. I very apprehensive at first not knowing what to expect, sales guy Joseph was very professional and made me feel comfortable, but still didn’t know what to expect as contractors in Miami are sketchy at best.. checked the reviews, signed the contract and hoped for the best. And frankly that is what I got in the form of Jacob and Sam.. I was very impressed not only by how clean and efficiently they worked but also how knowledgeable and friendly they were. I cannot express how happy I was when the floor lifted to level and it stopped bouncing!! Jacob really went out of his way to show me everything and answer all my endless questions. Feels firm like a slab now. Wasn’t cheap, but quality never is and peace of mind is priceless! Thank you, Joseph, Jacob, Sam and Alpha Foundations.

I used Alpha Foundations to repair a foundation issue and encapsulation in our crawl space. The entire team was so professional and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We met with Noah for initial inspection to identify the issues and followed with repair by foreman Jesse and his crew Nick D and Reese. Everything about my experience with Alpha was great. I had a tree that had caused serious damage to my driveway and garage. Alpha accessed the situation and didn't try to over exaggerate the work that needed to be done. ( we got a quote from another highly promoted foundation company who wanted almost 25k to do things that were completely unnecessary). Alpha was super communicative and professional. They were so flexible with my schedule as I had to keep delaying things on account of the tree removal. At the end of the day I couldn't be happier with the work and the service.
