We were recommended this company by our son who had work done by them. They came when they said they would. Their price was reasonable and their work was excellent. Our lanai slab had cracks and had settled in a couple if spots. Our screen door would not open without a struggle. We could not have any ciating done to make it attractive. Alpha Foundations came in and leveled the slab. The door works well now and we had the floor coated all within one week. I cannit remember the tecs names but they were tge nicest. Hardest working young men. Our salesman was also excellent. This company is top shelf and highly recommended. Don't hesitate to hire them for you foundation work.

I have been trying to decide on replacing concrete or using Alpha Foundations for a couple of years. Well I can tell you now, It is a no brainer. I am glad I chose Alpha Foundations after a few hours, my concrete around my pool is back to it's original state before the cracking and settling. Awesome job! The team did not disappoint, Jesse Henson's (sales)confidence made my decision to contract with Alpha easy. The appointed was set for a few weeks. Fast forward to install day, The foreman Zach hit the ground running, with Omar and Jaydon do the heavy lifting. All three guys were great, in and out in a day and a half. Our home was built in 1959, with a crawlspace and a wood floor/subfloor that was starting to warp and sag. Alpha Foundations took care of us. David W. educated us regarding all the technicalities of the crawlspace encapsulation, equipment, and process, and explained how the jacks would correct the un-even floor. The crew (Jonah, Malik, Tammy, and Andrew) were outstanding, courteous, efficient, proficient, and the communication was great from start to finish! Thank you all for a wonderful job!

After Hurricane Milton we had water intrusion that forced us to remove the carpets in each room and replace the flooring. When we removed the carpet, we found a crack that went from one corner to the next in one of the rooms. Lance was our sales guy, super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and worked with us on options since our insurance wasn't going to cover it. Although some settling cracks are probably ok, I had a feeling this one wasn't. We decided to do the hydrophobic injection under the foundation. Tory came out to do the work. He was on time, very responsive, super nice. Everything moved along smooth. Tory noticed that it seemed like there was a bit more foam injected than he expected- which confirms there was a larger void in that area than we expected. Tory patched the holes and I can't even tell anything was done! Looks great! I think of this room as now the strongest room in our house. I'm SO happy I got this done. I would do this again if we ever needed to in our next house. Thank you!!!

This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

Brandon and Nick did a fabulous job on my driveway repair. There were two sections of concrete driveway that had sunk down because the dirt underneath had shifted out. The whole driveway and my sidewalk coming from the front door was inspected and it was determined by Tyler that there was quite a bit of dirt that had sifted out from under my driveway. Brandon and Nick were able to Get the treatment under the driveway in order to raise it up, so that it was all even. They also took out the wooden pieces that had rotted between the driveway concrete slabs, and put sealant in there, which will work much better in the hot and cold temperatures for expansion. Everything was nice and even when they finished and they cleaned up the worksite. I am very happy with the way it looks and would recommend Alpha to others with similar situations. Thanks again for your Professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail.

We had the unfortunate situation of having foundation issues on our home. After researching the subject and meeting with a couple of foundation companies, we selected Alpha Foundations. We felt that Alpha Foundations was more inline with what needed to be done. We had the good fortune to have Steven and his field crew David and Isaiah sent to do the work. They were all very professional, but also very personable at the same time. They make a great team and worked very well together. They kept us informed of every step and were very thorough explaining what they were doing (they were very patient with my husband’s curiosity). Once everything was completed and cleaned up, you could not tell they were even there. They took pictures of various steps from start to finish and every support installed. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

This was my initial contact with Alpha foundations and I was very impressed from the live person you got when you called the office to being able to schedule an appointment within one or two days was great. Ronnie was my technician. We sat down and discussed what was going on and then walked the property. My job wasn’t a big one, but it was big for me. He gave me a price to level my AC pad outside and it was in the price range. I was kind of anticipating from what I had read. This company is very professional from the office staff and your first contact to their service technicians. I would highly recommend.

It was great to work with Alpha Foundations everyone was great and the work they did was outstanding. They listened then they thoroughly searched out all of my foundation concerns. They were able to do the work that was required very efficiently and meticulously. All the staff were great: Steven, Brandon and Chris installed the piers, David, Jonah, and Antoine did the crawl space, then Garrett and Hector were the poly crew. This team was very professional and they worked tirelessly until the job was done.

No pressure sale explained how many pairs I would need. The job was set up in a reasonable time period. I was contacted by Steve the Forman was told when they would be coming for the job. The day of the day I got a text to let me know they were there way. When they arrive Steve introduced me to david and isaiah. Steve was very informative about how the job was going to get done. Dave and isaiah were very friendly and went right to work. The job was done in a timely manner and clean up was completed. This team was very professional from start till finish. Is it really that difficult to employ minimum skilled workers to answer phones? Alpha not only answered the call, but was also able to schedule me a time to get an in-person estimate. The ONE other company that answered wants to give me a quote based on pictures I emailed. As if pictures can't be deceptive (and not necessarily on purpose!).
