My foundation repair project with Alpha Foundations was huge. I was in a state of terror just thinking about it for months. And now, thanks to the caring and understanding and downright terrific skill of the Alpha Team, I am cool as a cucumber and ready to party! They did everything right from soup to nuts. Not one of my questions was stupid. I thank Tyler, Gregory, Kyle, and Sam for my sweet house, and stable foundation again. It was reassuring to have that level of competence working with me.

These are really great people, and I’m so happy I used them for my foundation needs. The inspection process went super smoothly and Ryan really listened to my concerns and provided an honest, reasonable fix to the issue I had, as well as the options I had available to me. He was on time, and even bumped my inspection date up as well as my scheduled job. Ryan was in contact with me the whole time through the process and even got my repair date moved up. Trace and Tanner who were the crew that came out to do the job were efficient, on time, and super polite! They talked with me and even went over the process of what they were going to be doing. All three guys really knew what they were doing, and did an amazing job. Overall I’m super happy and if I ever have any other issues I know who I’ll be calling again! Thank you to the Aplha Foundations Sarasota team for being an honest, reliable company I feel I can trust!

Wow! I am so happy & impressed with the work Jake & Matt did today on my driveway & walkway to my home. My home is 24 years old & the concrete driveway has seen better days. In fact, I tripped & really injured myself on the uneven slab this past October. I knew something had to be done so NO ONE else tripped on this driveway. Uneven driveway slabs are a liability & I didn't want anyone else tripping on the uneven slab like I did. The process they use is really very interesting & it works. It sure beats having a new concrete driveway installed which would be much more expensive & time consuming. Now I'm no longer the only house in my neighborhood with uneven slabs on my driveway. I'm so grateful to Jake & Matt for the wonderful job they did!

Couldn't ask for a better experience! From the initial phone call, contacts and the actual install, it was the best professionalism one could ask for. They handled the permitting and inspections. Luke, Brett and Tyler treated the job site like it was their own property. From initial greeting, job set up, install, cleanliness and breakdown. Other than the repaired foundation, it was like they were never there. Well done. Highly recommend this installation crew and this company.

I was very pleased with the quality of work Felipe, Miguel, and Ben completed at my home. I had some sagging floor joists and major rotten wood under my bathroom floor. They arrived on time and started work right away tearing out the bathroom floor and tub. Using that as an access point they repaired the sagging joists and beams under the house. As they were working, I walked through the house and noticed stability had been restored under the floors. They completed the repair by sistering the joists under the bathroom floor and replaced the subfloor. They worked so hard and were so polite the entire time they were here and took the time to answer my questions during the process. I can’t thank you enough for restoring my house and my peace of mind! You guys are amazing! Thank you!

Second, the structural inspection of my crawlspace was done with a very high level of professionalism and expertise. He explained everything in great detail and showed areas within the house in comparison to what he saw within the crawlspace. Lastly, a full report and estimate was ready by the end of the inspection. I highly recommend Jonathan for your foundation and structural inspections/repair estimates!

Dylan was a great resource and walked us through the project and what to expect very thoroughly. When it came to the install, Tyler, Tristan, Greg and Charles were wonderful. Arrived on time, completed within a day (and worked until 6pm on a Friday to do so). They were clean, respectful and communicative. Very pleased with everyone we worked with. The crawlspace looks great and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alpha to anyone needing crawlspace repair.

In the process of stabilizing the lanai slab, they remedied the cracks and uneven surface caused by a combination of ground settling and improper installation during the initial house construction. They were knowledgeable and professional, explained what they were doing very well, were very detail oriented, and demonstrated great customer service. They exceeded our expectations and we would very much recommend them to others needing similar services.

Our floor was bowing and would actually bounce as we walked. In some areas was down 1” and 2”.. I very apprehensive at first not knowing what to expect, sales guy Joseph was very professional and made me feel comfortable, but still didn’t know what to expect as contractors in Miami are sketchy at best.. checked the reviews, signed the contract and hoped for the best. And frankly that is what I got in the form of Jacob and Sam.. I was very impressed not only by how clean and efficiently they worked but also how knowledgeable and friendly they were. I cannot express how happy I was when the floor lifted to level and it stopped bouncing!! Jacob really went out of his way to show me everything and answer all my endless questions. Feels firm like a slab now. Wasn’t cheap, but quality never is and peace of mind is priceless! Thank you, Joseph, Jacob, Sam and Alpha Foundations.

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations, specifically with two outstanding employeesâ Tory and Blakeâ who came out this morning to address a sidewalk issue at my property. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and their expertise really showed. I can't say enough about how great Tory and Blake were. Itâ s rare to find such exceptional service, and I am truly grateful for their hard work. I'm very pleased. We had three helical piers installed to stabilize one corner of our foundation. Chris W and his crew arrived early and worked quickly to hand dig the holes. They were professional and addressed any questions i had along the way. They used excavator with a boom to install the piers. They cleaned up and restored the foundation dirt/sand as if no work had been done. Best part is the foundation is stable and 'is not going anywhere'. It was not inexpensive but when I think of how expensive it is to fix damage caused by failing foundations, it was a wise investment. Additionly, considering the skill, labor and equipment required to complete the job, the cost was reasonable.

We had a great experience with Alpha Foundations from beginning to end. We have an old (95 years!) grove cottage that was experiencing some floor sag from an aging raised pier foundation. Mike came out and gave us a comprehensive evaluation and price. He was knowledgeable and helpful aiding us in understanding what needed to be done to correct the problem. We settled on a very good price and Mike told us that they could be available to do the work in just a few days (a cancellation maybe?). Jake, the project foreman, called the day before to make sure we were good to go and advised when they would arrive to start work. Jake and Wilson arrived on time and ready to go to work. Jake came inside to check out the problem then under the house to confirm what he suspected needed to be accomplished. He and Wilson were wonderful, Mike came by to check on the job as well. These guys are dedicated to doing a good job AND will return within 5 years if any adjustments are needed. All in all…we're very happy with the experience! Thanks guys!

I highly Commend the team giving them all a 10/10 for a job so professionally done. Team foreman Chris W. with Webber and Resly, did their job so well and when we asked questions they did not hesitate to answer. Another Team of Wilkinson and Emmanuel also a 10/10…very professional! Just finished with foundation stabilization work by Jake, Charles and Alberto from Alpha. Can't say enough about their professionalism and courtesy. They took the time to explain everything as the work was being done and answered all of my questions. Stayed very late to make sure they completed the work and put back everything as it was before, including patio pavers.

Jonathan H. was an excellent representative of this company. He was professional and efficient in all my dealings with him. The work was done by two crews and all members of the crews performed the work agreed to and corrected any issues I had with the work. The workman were Crew One – Aaron, Janise, Bernard, Matt W. and Crew Two – Trace, Tanner, Keith, Hayden. Adjustments were needed and the crew returned and performed the adjustments to my satisfaction. An excellent company and working with the crews was a smooth process.

I contacted Alpha Foundations about a brick patio that had a significant dip across the middle. Josh came out and gave an estimate and the repair was scheduled.There was good communication with the company, confirming time and who would be coming to do the actual repairs.Brandon and Huntercame and began the process to lift the slab. Brandon was upfront about the challenge concerning lifting the concrete while not causing more damage to the brick overlay. He gave realistic scenarios. The patio was almost unusable prior. It is now functional again. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Alpha Foundation without any reservations.

Cannot recommend this company enough! Starting with the initial consultation and walk through with Christian, to the actual installation and repair with Logan, Andrew, and Jordan, the entire team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to answer all of my questions and were very communicative throughout the entire process providing me with updates and pictures. Logan took the time to talk me through any changes and made sure everything was satisfactory. 10/10 from start to finish!

Great experience. Our foreman Mike Oliver and his crew, Andrew and Bret were the best. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and incredibly kind. They walked me through the project. Showed me everything and even sent pictures of before and after for my records. All my cracks are taken care of. Even my doors all close on a click. Here?s the actual review for the work I had done: Alpha Foundation sent a two man team to level/add support jacks under the floor of my 1939 home. The jacks were placed in the crawl space. Tori and Darien were efficient and professional, not something easy to be when you?re crawling around in such a confined space. And Tori answered my many questions cheerfully and with lots of patience. Alpha Foundation is lucky to have these guys. I?m happy with their work. Now, Home Advisor, please fix your categories.

Wonderful competent work My foundation repair project with Alpha Foundations was huge. I was in a state of terror just thinking about it for months. And now, thanks to the caring and understanding and downright terrific skill of the Alpha Team, I am cool as a cucumber and ready to party! They did everything right from soup to nuts. Not one of my questions was stupid. I thank Tyler, Gregory, Kyle and his team, and Sam for my sweet house, and stable foundation again. It was reassuring to have that level of competence working with me.

Alpha Foundations is a top notch, classy business. I needed encapsulation of my crawl space. Every single person that I worked with was knowledgeable, communicative, helpful, kind and just truly authentic individuals.Austin was the first person to talk about my water under the house issues. The man spent an hour under the house inspecting everything. We talked afterwards over an hour. He was easy to talk to and thorough in his explanations. Very impressive! The other 2 companies that came out were here for a total of 30 minutes.Next, I spoke to Mike S. Several times. Again, gave me the courtesy of his valuable time and expertise. I so appreciated the way both Mike and Austin worked together to help solve an issue with my project. They went above and beyond on my behalf and I am grateful.Finally, I had the work crew of Rosalio, Pablo and Jose come twice to my house. These 3 fellas are just fabulous workers and more importantly, amazing human beings. On the second trip they worked until 8pm …in the dark. I never heard them complain, in fact, I had to chuckle as I listened to them get a little slap-happy while working under the house. They were kind, polite and hard-working. They are great ambassadors to the organization and deserve raises! Just can’t speak more highly about each of them. So impressive.As I write this, I hear the hum of the dehumidifier under the house, and have only positive feelings about my experiences with Alpha Foundations, and that’s even after writing the check. I am grateful for their expertise in fixing my water issues and feel so bless to have found such a great team of people! I highly recommend them!

I have gone down the list provided by Google maps for my search of "concrete driveway". I went through at least a dozen companies and not a single one of them answered. Is it really that difficult to employ minimum skilled workers to answer phones? Alpha not only answered the call, but was also able to schedule me a time to get an in-person estimate. The ONE other company that answered wants to give me a quote based on pictures I emailed. As if pictures can't be deceptive (and not necessarily on purpose!).
