I recently had Alpha Foundations stabilize and fill voids in my back addition, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Tory and Blake were the crew assigned to the job, and they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done properly. The work was completed on time, and I can already feel the difference in the stability of my addition. They also left the work area clean, which I really appreciated. 3/2025 Called alpha Foundations because our front walk was sinking and we were concerned that someone would trip and fall. Mike Mullen came the next day and gave us a through assessment of the work to be completed and the expense involved. We agreed they should compete the work and we received a repair date. This morning at 8:30 Brendan Wells and Nick Coln arrived in lite rain and began drilling holes. Less than one hour later they had drilled and lifted the 6 large concrete panel of our front walkway. Brendan was very clear that we had a 5 year warranty should the panels begin to sink again we should call them. We are very pleased!

I write this review to commend Collin Tower the field inspector who came out today and addressed our issues. This guy was so very professional, polite and knowledgeable!! He guided us through the whole process and advised what would be the best solution for our concerns. It's refreshing to know that there are honest people that do what is truly best for the customer and not just out to take your money. If he were one of my employees, he would be promoted immediately! Our 100 year old house sustained significant foundation damage from Hurricane Helene in August 2024. Half of the supporting piers in our crawlspace were washed away by storm surge. Half of the house was suspended in the air without support. I contacted 3 different foundation companies for quotes. By far, Alpha Foundations is the best. An appointment was scheduled immediately with Johnnie the site estimator. He showed on time and communicated during his trip where he was and when he would arrive. He spent about 3 hours at our home during the evaluation. He was the only one of the 3 companies we contacted, who climbed under the house. He spent 90 minutes in a dark, damp and narrow crawl space. He did a thorough evaluation. He discussed with me and my wife his findings and recommendations. Prior to leaving he left a detailed quote and estimated timing to complete the project. We selected Alpha Foundations to repair our home. A repair date was scheduled and the office communicated with us multiple times prior to the repair date. On the repair date, Luke, Ryan and Jordan arrived as scheduled. They were courteous, friendly and very professional. Luke was the job foreman and reviewed the repair plans in detail. He was available for questions throughout the process. The crew was here for 3 days and did a fantastic job. Our home had a 4" drop in the family room, which was corrected. The sloping floors throughout the house were gone. Fantastic job done by these young men. Alpha Foundations is a 5-star company and will provide on-time, professional and excellent service. I highly recommend their company…….and I hope to never need this time of repair again.

They explained everything clearly, including what they found, possible causes, and the recommended solutions. I really appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, and helpful they both were throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find companies that are this thorough and honest. The entire inspection process with Alpha Foundations was great and the crawlspace encapsulation results were even better. TJ performed the initial inspection and quote. He was extremely thorough, patient, and answered all my questions. He ensured I understood the benefits of their different options and set clear expectations and scope of work. Never pushy and very easy to work and communicate with. Ben, Nick, and Chris were the crew who came to do the encapsulation. Hats off to them because I couldn't imagine doing what they did as thoroughly in such a cramped space. I was doubtful they could knock it out in the estimated two and a half days – but they did. They were fantastic and were always happy to answer my questions throughout the process. Overall a 10/10 experience. I am thrilled with the results and can rest easy knowing I've taken a big step in protecting and improving my home.

We had a great experience with Alpha Foundations from start to finish. Our home required a piling encasement due to a split piling—something that understandably got our attention. Our realtor recommended Alpha, and the team responded quickly and professionally. They showed up on time, ready to work, and clearly knew what they were doing. Along the way, we did run into a small hiccup—some grout leakage during the install. But what really stood out was how the team handled it. The root cause (a joint alignment issue) was identified, they took ownership, and resolved it the right way. No excuses—just problem-solving and follow-through. By the end, everything was properly sealed, the work area was clean, and the job was done with care. Most importantly, the team maintained a positive attitude throughout—there were even a few smiles and light moments along the way, which we appreciated. Alpha Foundations: Josh started our project but had to stop 34 way due to heavy rain. But he and his assistant were very professional and a pleasure watching them work with so much care in what they did ( including clean up as they worked ). The next two men that came to finishvthe project was Jacob Smith and the same assistant that Josh had but I'm Sorry his name escapes me. They all did a very professional job including Jesse Grant who started the project going by his inspection. He was also very helpful with financing and courteous. I had issues with the previous repair jobs but Jacob and his crew came out and knocked it out of the park. He was professional and explained everything to me as they went along. When he realized the job was a little more than expected he called for backup to make sure it was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction, enough so to where I extended my warranty. Brandon and Nick did a fabulous job on my driveway repair. There were two sections of concrete driveway that had sunk down because the dirt underneath had shifted out. The whole driveway and my sidewalk coming from the front door was inspected and it was determined by Tyler that there was quite a bit of dirt that had sifted out from under my driveway. Brandon and Nick were able to Get the treatment under the driveway in order to raise it up, so that it was all even. They also took out the wooden pieces that had rotted between the driveway concrete slabs, and put sealant in there, which will work much better in the hot and cold temperatures for expansion. Everything was nice and even when they finished and they cleaned up the worksite. I am very happy with the way it looks and would recommend Alpha to others with similar situations. Thanks again for your Professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail.

We were recommended this company by our son who had work done by them. They came when they said they would. Their price was reasonable and their work was excellent. Our lanai slab had cracks and had settled in a couple if spots. Our screen door would not open without a struggle. We could not have any ciating done to make it attractive. Alpha Foundations came in and leveled the slab. The door works well now and we had the floor coated all within one week. I cannit remember the tecs names but they were tge nicest. Hardest working young men. Our salesman was also excellent. This company is top shelf and highly recommended. Don't hesitate to hire them for you foundation work.

The work was all completed today, in one day on the date that we were told. We had a great experience with the initial inspection and presentation by Jeremy, the Sales Rep. Good communication followed and the permitting process brought two men to mark the lawn so the workers would know where all the utility lines and cables were located underground. Jordan and Hector were very professional in their repair of the driveway making sure our garage door closed properly again. … and they were appropriately friendly in the process. Shortly after their departure, Filipe arrived. With a nice smile he explained his role as inspector and I forgave him for being a NY Giants fan 🙂. Steven, David, and Isaiah showed up to do the hard labor, putting in the piers. Again they were both professional and friendly, taking the customer and their work very seriously. They were careful with the grass and where to place excess dirt which had been dug up. They worked well as a team and enjoyed showing me what they were doing and why. All in all, I would say they all valued the company (Alpha Foundations) for whom they worked and took appropriate pride in all that they did. I felt good about the finished product both in the pier foundation supports and the driveway repair.

Would definitely recommend Alpha! I had a good bit of work done to the crawlspace of my home – five jacks, two sistered joists, and a drain system with sump pumps installed. From the start I felt really comfortable with Alpha. My salesperson, Zack Long, was excellent and so helpful with all the questions I had. The team followed up with me the week before the job started to let me know when they would arrive and to run over the specs. Keith, Miguel, and Jake could not have been more efficient throughout the whole install. Clean up was perfect and they added a few thoughtful touches that I really appreciated. Even more, since I had an electrician coming out the next day Keith and the team made sure the area where they’d be working was dry and clean so that part would go smoothly as well. I don’t think I could have asked for a better crew!Great experience start to finish. Thank you!
