Colin came out and did an inspection and was very thorough and professional. Alpha handled the city permits and everything. Colin also checked in with me before and after. Logan, the foreman and Lane came out to do the actual work. We had to have some foundation work under our house. Logan talked me through the whole process and the entire job only took a few hours. He was very professional and kind. Everyone was great to work with! I chose Alpha based on recommendations from friends and I’m very happy with the work and communication. About 12 years ago, I noticed a step pattern crack in masonry between bricks on one side of my house. I called Alpha Foundation and after their and inspection and proposal, I accepted their proposal and they fixed the problem. I have had no other noticeable foundation problems since. Recently, I have decided to downsize and plan to put my home up for sale. I want to be able to guarantee a potential buyer that there are no issues with the foundation. So I called Alpha Foundation again and Sam Bridges, assisted by Brian, performed an extensive inspection, both inside and outside. For the inside of the house, they produced a house diagram showing 4 or more location measurements in each room noting any variance in elevation from the elevation at the center of the house. Only one interior location had a variance of -0.4 or greater so their proposal included steps to stabilize that area. Exterior concrete areas showed cracks, 2 need lifting and several need stabilization only. The price of the overall proposal was very reasonable. I got a 5% discount as a repeat customer. And I have documentation to show potential buyers that the house foundation is still solid after 24 years. The inspectors were very professional, showed me all issues found, explained how the issues would be resolved and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

My experience with Alpha was great. My home is over 100 years old and has always had issues with settling and cracks. Recently some things had gotten worse. I called Alpha and Cody came out to inspect and do some measurements. We scheduled the installation of jacks under some of the beams to prevent further damage. The crew arrived to do the install, we discussed what they would be doing. They were all wonderful. Very efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend Alpha. Would definitely recommend Alpha! I had a good bit of work done to the crawlspace of my home – five jacks, two sistered joists, and a drain system with sump pumps installed. From the start I felt really comfortable with Alpha. My salesperson, Zack Long, was excellent and so helpful with all the questions I had. The team followed up with me the week before the job started to let me know when they would arrive and to run over the specs. Keith, Miguel, and Jake could not have been more efficient throughout the whole install. Clean up was perfect and they added a few thoughtful touches that I really appreciated. Even more, since I had an electrician coming out the next day Keith and the team made sure the area where they’d be working was dry and clean so that part would go smoothly as well. I don’t think I could have asked for a better crew!Great experience start to finish. Thank you!

Alpha foundations is one of the best companies we have worked with in a very long time. Our entire experience, from start to finish, was pleasant. Our foreman, Will, was an absolute professional. He and his team (Jake & Hunter) did a stellar job on our encapsulation and even stayed late the first day on the job to ensure they got to a point where they knew they could finish it up on time the next day. He even discovered a pest situation we weren’t aware of under our home and when the pest control man went under the house, even he was impressed by their work! He said he’s seen a lot of encapsulation jobs under homes and ours was by far the best he’s ever seen. We highly recommend this company and you will be even luckier if Will, Jake, and Hunter are your assigned team to get the job done.

I really appreciated George's time and expertise with the consult. He did not try to hard sell me on any very expensive (and possibly unnecessary) services like the previous company did. He told me exactly what the issues were and made some recommendations, which happened to be services Alpha didn't actually perform. My property is an older home and when I found out that there were foundation issues, I sought out Alpha Foundations due to their impeccable reputation and quality of work. The crawl space was a breeding ground for termites and mold, and the structural issues were the cause of our sagging and sinking floors.After a comprehensive assessment by the Alpha Foundation Design Technician, crawl space encapsulation and foundation support were our home's best options. Alpha Foundations encapsulated the crawl space and installed crawl space jacks ahead of schedule, eliminating the high humidity and resolving the floor leveling issue. Immediately after encapsulation, the humidity level reduced from 70% to 54% inside our home, allowing our air condition unit to operate more efficiently. Wow what a team! This adventure started off with an interview and inspection of our home with Micah Nyborg. We determined that we needed some hydraulic lift on the pool deck and our home needed to be jacked up and leveled. Alpha Foundation sent Jonah, Antoine and Chris and two days of intense work the job was completed. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and the professional way it was handled. Not only was the house leveled but they also installed a sump pump and humidifier to prevent any damage from mold! Thank you Alpha Foundation now we have peace of mind knowing that our home is protected for years to come!

We made an appointment with Alpha Foundations to have our foundation checked, and were lucky enough to have Cody as our field inspector. He was very thorough with his inspection and even allowed me to tag along with the process where he educated me along the way. Having dealt with other contractors, it was great to have someone as knowledgeable, honest and thorough as Cody, especially with such an important project.
