We had a great experience with Alpha Foundations from start to finish. Our home required a piling encasement due to a split piling—something that understandably got our attention. Our realtor recommended Alpha, and the team responded quickly and professionally. They showed up on time, ready to work, and clearly knew what they were doing. Along the way, we did run into a small hiccup—some grout leakage during the install. But what really stood out was how the team handled it. The root cause (a joint alignment issue) was identified, they took ownership, and resolved it the right way. No excuses—just problem-solving and follow-through. By the end, everything was properly sealed, the work area was clean, and the job was done with care. Most importantly, the team maintained a positive attitude throughout—there were even a few smiles and light moments along the way, which we appreciated. All in all, a professional, responsive, and customer-focused team. We’d gladly recommend Alpha Foundations. — Bob

riendly, professional, and a great result! We feel a newfound confidence in our house again with a clinically clean encapsulation system complete with dehumidifier and two sump pumps! Having previously gotten work with Alpha on our foundation we were impressed with the results by Keith and team, so we had our house crawlspace encapsulation service done by them as well. We learned about our need through the inspector Jordan who was very helpful and worked through options/payment plans to find something that worked for our house and budget. Will, Chris, and Freddy from Alpha came out about a month later for the two day job. They were very friendly and approachable and communicated the whole process clearly. They were even accommodating to our particular requests, such as our request for them to evacuate any frogs before laying down the system, haha. Our crawl space used to be nothing but dirt and debris(and frogs) and a sauna of humidity but now it just what the word sounds like, encapsulated. Effectively a basement of sorts. Clean and white, like a hospital clinic! See below pics for more to see the sump pump (black circle with pipe) and dehumidifier (the box). They were able to already start bringing the humidity down with the new system before they even left the second day. We are so thankful for their friendly demeanor and it was a pleasure welcoming them into our home (or rather under it) as they delivered a great result! We will now sleep easy at night knowing our house is on literal solid ground!

Everyone I worked with at Alpha Foundations were great to work with, the initial inspector Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issues I was experiencing with my home. He didn't try to upsell anything and was thorough in explaining my options. The day before the install, the crew foreman, Donald, reached out to me to touch base and introduce himself. The day of the install, Donald and his crew arrived, introduced themselves, and immediately began working. The crew worked at an incredible pace and were happy to answer any questions I had throughout the install. Once the install was complete, they did a phenomenal job cleaning up the area. The warranty offered is outstanding. While I hope I will not need foundation work at any future houses, if I do, I will be using Alpha Foundations and their team. My experience with Alpha Foundations was top notch.

I'm very pleased. We had three helical piers installed to stabilize one corner of our foundation. Chris W and his crew arrived early and worked quickly to hand dig the holes. They were professional and addressed any questions i had along the way. They used excavator with a boom to install the piers. They cleaned up and restored the foundation dirt/sand as if no work had been done. Best part is the foundation is stable and 'is not going anywhere'. It was not inexpensive but when I think of how expensive it is to fix damage caused by failing foundations, it was a wise investment. Additionly, considering the skill, labor and equipment required to complete the job, the cost was reasonable.

Dealing with house settling and foundation repair has been a stressful experience; however, Alpha Foundation has felt like a partner along the way and definitely made the process feel smoother. Dean worked with me from the beginning and kept me updated on the process of permitting and scheduling. The team was able to split my repair into 2 parts so that the foam injection could be done ASAP so that I could have my new floors put in; then, once the permits came through, Charles, Tristan, and Alberto were able to come out and knock out the pier install in one day. Everyone I've interacted with at Alpha Foundation has been very professional and made me feel comfortable with my choice of who would perform such a large repair to my home. I already have and will in the future suggest Alpha Foundation to anyone in need of foundation repair.

Everything about my experience with Alpha was great. I had a tree that had caused serious damage to my driveway and garage. Alpha accessed the situation and didn't try to over exaggerate the work that needed to be done. ( we got a quote from another highly promoted foundation company who wanted almost 25k to do things that were completely unnecessary). Alpha was super communicative and professional. They were so flexible with my schedule as I had to keep delaying things on account of the tree removal. At the end of the day I couldn't be happier with the work and the service. Just finished with foundation stabilization work by Jake, Charles and Alberto from Alpha. Can't say enough about their professionalism and courtesy. They took the time to explain everything as the work was being done and answered all of my questions. Stayed very late to make sure they completed the work and put back everything as it was before, including patio pavers.

However, Zach kept us informed about the permit progress. The work crew was Jake, Charles, Alberto, and Tori. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Alpha Foundations came to fix my mother-in-law’s foundation. Chris, Webber and Rollie were most excellent. Chris took me around showed me the location of the pylons and explained the process. Rollie and Webber were working away. Throughout the process I’d look at where they were at and all three of them were focused on their job at hand. Quite frankly, I was amazed at how quick the job went. When they were done with the job Rollie Chris and Webber walked me around and shared their knowledge of the process and asked what I thought. it was like they were the wind. They came, conquered and left. You couldn’t tell they were even there because of the clean up job they did. They were like the wind. It was a great experience with this company and we will use them again if we have any issues.

Arrived on time, completed within a day (and worked until 6pm on a Friday to do so). They were clean, respectful and communicative. Very pleased with everyone we worked with. Alpha Foundations came out recently to help fix our crawl space. We had some minor sinking that took place from the storms last year and they helped us stabilize a few areas of our house. Now we have peace of mind knowing our 100 year house is good. Jake came out to give us the quote and communication was awesome throughout the process. From the time they came out to my home to inspect the issues to the installation they have been excellent to work with. The installation crew was great! Shout out to Tyler, Ryan, and Giovani for their excellent work, great customer service, and their attention to detail! I had 7 helical piers installed on my home and they completed the job in a day, cleaned up, and repaired concrete they had to cut through to install a pier. Excellent team, great company, and a great experience.

They crew just finished fixing my driveway and pool deck (this was from hurricane damage). Yesterday they put in some pilings to lift/support a slab on the corner of my pool deck. They did an excellent job. Both crews were very nice, friendly, and professional. I will gladly hire them again. In fact, I'll likely ask them to come back in a few months and check my foundation. I would gladly recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors.
