Could not recommend this company more. The initial quote was informative, the customer service was helpful, scheduling was quick. Tory and Blake, the technicians for my project, are nothing short of experts at their craft. They were very knowledgeable and explained in detail what the process was, what to expect and things to look out for. I highly recommend requesting them if possible.

Would definitely recommend Alpha! I had a good bit of work done to the crawlspace of my home – five jacks, two sistered joists, and a drain system with sump pumps installed. From the start I felt really comfortable with Alpha. My salesperson, Zack Long, was excellent and so helpful with all the questions I had. The team followed up with me the week before the job started to let me know when they would arrive and to run over the specs. Keith, Miguel, and Jake could not have been more efficient throughout the whole install. Clean up was perfect and they added a few thoughtful touches that I really appreciated. Even more, since I had an electrician coming out the next day Keith and the team made sure the area where they’d be working was dry and clean so that part would go smoothly as well. I don’t think I could have asked for a better crew!Great experience start to finish. Thank you!

super happy with the job alpha did – first and foremost, they did an outstanding job with the pier installation and foam injection. second, the specific work crew was incredible – always prompt, finished the project on time, incredibly kind and thoughtful, and somehow left the place cleaner and tidier than how they found it. they even went above and beyond to fix little things along the way that they saw (like for example they had to remove my fence door which was broken to get the excavator through…when they replaced the door, they went to home depot and got the stuff to fix the fence and fixed the fence door too). the crew, Luke, Hunter and Jordan were outstanding. I hope you never need foundation work..but if so, I'd call alpha.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Alpha Foundation. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Tory and Christopher were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Before calling Alpha Foundation, I received estimates of over $10,000 from other contractors who planned to tear up a large portion of my pool deck. Alpha Foundation fixed the problem for about one-third of the cost, with no demolition, no mess, and the entire job was completed in just two hours. My pool deck looks beautiful! The five-year warranty and annual inspections provide added peace of mind and show their commitment to standing behind their work. If you have foundation or pool deck issues, I highly recommend Alpha Foundation.

I just recently had an encapsulation done on a rather large house and from start to finish the process was smooth. I had obtained many quotes but no one could beat Alpha Foundations. The reviews were top notch for your company. Blake Shambro was the gentleman I was in contact with and I must say, patient will my 1,000 questions, reliable, quick response, all about the customer, and most of all very communicative. We had a great experience with Alpha Foundations from start to finish. Our home required a piling encasement due to a split piling—something that understandably got our attention. Our realtor recommended Alpha, and the team responded quickly and professionally. They showed up on time, ready to work, and clearly knew what they were doing. Along the way, we did run into a small hiccup—some grout leakage during the install. But what really stood out was how the team handled it. The root cause (a joint alignment issue) was identified, they took ownership, and resolved it the right way. No excuses—just problem-solving and follow-through. By the end, everything was properly sealed, the work area was clean, and the job was done with care. Most importantly, the team maintained a positive attitude throughout—there were even a few smiles and light moments along the way, which we appreciated. All in all, a professional, responsive, and customer-focused team. We’d gladly recommend Alpha Foundations. — Bob

Last month we noticed some settlement cracks on the side of our home we called Alpha solutions out, and the inspector. Vincent did a thorough review of the outside of our home and the inside we found that there was some settlement cracks to the right side of our home. Vincent was able to explain to us what had happened and why we found the cracks and we went forward with his recommendation of having a process put in place to prevent further damage. The crew arrived this morning at 8 o’clock sharp the lead Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly courteous, and you could tell that he really knew what he was talking about the rest of the crew David and Isaiah were also very polite respectful. They did an amazing job within two hours installing Six piers Around the front perimeter of our home where the foundation problem existed. They had to dig a trench around the whole front area to install the peers. I was amazed at the fact that they were done within two hours. Everything was cleaned up and put back like they were never here. I Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair from their inspector to the crew who did the work. They were nothing but professional , Friendly, and Courteous.

Alpha Foundations did a great job earlier this week on providing outdoor foundation support with piers and indoor support with injected poly under the slab. We found all of the workers very professional and speedy while still being willing to stop and answer any questions. Dylan, Chris and Caleem handled the outside. These guys jumped into the job. Caleem dug out the initial holes and he was an incredibly hard worker throughout the day (with the most manual job). Chris placed the piers and Dylan ran the crew and the equipment. Dylan also answered all my wife’s questions with patience and politeness. Jonathan and Adam arrived about 30 minutes later and started on the inside. They didn’t break a single tile by drilling through the grout. The carpet had to be cut, but that was expected. They made as little mess as possible and cleaned up like their mother was watching. We were warned that it would be dusty so we covered lots of furniture, but the mess was localized and cleaned up by Jonathan and Adam. I’ve already recommended Alpha Foundations to a friend and will again when given the opportunity.

About 12 years ago, I noticed a step pattern crack in masonry between bricks on one side of my house. I called Alpha Foundation and after their and inspection and proposal, I accepted their proposal and they fixed the problem. I have had no other noticeable foundation problems since. Recently, I have decided to downsize and plan to put my home up for sale. I want to be able to guarantee a potential buyer that there are no issues with the foundation. So I called Alpha Foundation again and Sam Bridges, assisted by Brian, performed an extensive inspection, both inside and outside. For the inside of the house, they produced a house diagram showing 4 or more location measurements in each room noting any variance in elevation from the elevation at the center of the house. Only one interior location had a variance of -0.4 or greater so their proposal included steps to stabilize that area. Exterior concrete areas showed cracks, 2 need lifting and several need stabilization only. The price of the overall proposal was very reasonable. I got a 5% discount as a repeat customer. And I have documentation to show potential buyers that the house foundation is still solid after 24 years. The inspectors were very professional, showed me all issues found, explained how the issues would be resolved and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

They explained everything clearly, including what they found, possible causes, and the recommended solutions. I really appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, and helpful they both were throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find companies that are this thorough and honest. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing foundation work or an evaluation.

We had foundation repairs completed at our home today, and I cannot say enough good things about the crew — Tyler, Ryan, Kevin, and Giovanni. These men worked tirelessly all day long with incredible professionalism and dedication. They communicated clearly and effectively throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood what was being done every step of the way. Not only were they hardworking and knowledgeable, but they were also extremely polite and respectful of our home and property. It is rare to find a crew with such a strong work ethic and positive attitude. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. Thank you again, Tyler, Ryan, Kevin, and Giovanni, for your outstanding work and excellent customer service!

They were flexible on the schedule, showed up when they were supposed to, were professional and polite, worked quickly, and cleaned up the mess before leaving. Tyler and Giovanni from Alpha Foundations installed our stabilization helical piers on 2/11/2026, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. They arrived on time, walked us through the process clearly, and provided consistent updates throughout the project. Communication was straightforward and professional — no confusion, no surprises. What really stood out was their care for our property. This is an older home, and foundation work can feel intimidating, but they treated everything with respect and precision. The work area was kept clean, and they were mindful of minimizing disruption. Their customer service was top-notch from start to finish. You can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend Tyler and Giovanni — Alpha Foundations is fortunate to have them.

Watching dj do his inspection was very impressive. No other company that came to quote me did such a through job. Once I decided on the work. My appointment came and josh and William did such a fabulous job. I noticed the leveling of my concrete slabs right away. Also very impressed with how highly professional and friendly they were. After the work was done, they cleaned up. I am satisfied with the high level of professionalism and quality these amazing people did for my home. I was told to even expect dj to come back and make sure everything will be reevaluated to know my home is stable and no farther problem remain in my foundation. Thank you all. I feel I am in safe hands now.

George and Jeff are excellent service techs. They were great communicators, and kindly answered all my questions. Site visit was clean, efficient and pleasant. Could not ask for a better experience on this first stage of the project. My field technician Batuhan and his team have been excellent in setting this up and putting the pieces in place. Looking forward to stage 2!

I used Alpha Foundations to repair a foundation issue and encapsulation in our crawl space. The entire team was so professional and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We met with Noah for initial inspection to identify the issues and followed with repair by foreman Jesse and his crew Nick D and Reese. They were able to squeeze us in at last minute notice and left the site clean after the job each day. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. Thank you!

We had a major crack in our found slab that rendered the floor uneven. And outside, we had an uneven walkway. Kevin arrived ready to get both jobs done! He explained everything he was about to do and when finished, he reviewed it all again. An apparent perfectionist, he didn't leave until he was 100% confident that the void was filled and we were satisfied. Then… he left everything just as he found it… he even returned the door mat to its place. Thank you Kevin!
