I had a great experience with Alpha Foundations. Justin and Gavin were extremely detailed during the inspection and took the time to answer every question I had without rushing me. They explained everything clearly, including what they found, possible causes, and the recommended solutions. I really appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, and helpful they both were throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find companies that are this thorough and honest. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing foundation work or an evaluation.

Cody diligently analyzed the foundation/pool deck for any possible issues, establishing a baseline to revisit over time. Working the Tory – one the handful of top professionals nationwide – my outdoor pool deck was stabilized, circumventing any future concerns. What a great company ! From Dean Faulkenberry, certified field inspector, understanding and explaining what needed to be done to level my manufactured home, to the work crew of Greg, the foreman and his crew William ( woody) and Jeff. Got the job completed in one day, the workers showed up on time, were professionals the whole time, not one complaint, just put their heads down and got to work. I cannot rave enough about the company and the aforementioned gentlemen in this review. It was nice to witness that Customer Service is still alive and a priority to this company. Alpha Foundations raised my pool deck, Their was was an underground pipe that got damaged,That’s when Forman Gregory Parks came out ,very professional .Told me I will handle this and he did.Kept me informed with the process from start to finished. I was so impressed with how Mr.Parks managed lining up Red Rhino,cutting out concrete himself,resurfacing and the whole time keeping me informed,Kyle came out who is Mr.Parks boss also impressed with him and the whole experience was refreshing to see that there is still companies who are very customer oriented towards customer satisfaction.Highly recommend this company.

Dylan was a great resource and walked us through the project and what to expect very thoroughly. When it came to the install, Tyler, Tristan, Greg and Charles were wonderful. Arrived on time, completed within a day (and worked until 6pm on a Friday to do so). They were clean, respectful and communicative. Very pleased with everyone we worked with. The crawlspace looks great and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alpha to anyone needing crawlspace repair.

Last month we noticed some settlement cracks on the side of our home we called Alpha solutions out, and the inspector. Vincent did a thorough review of the outside of our home and the inside we found that there was some settlement cracks to the right side of our home. Vincent was able to explain to us what had happened and why we found the cracks and we went forward with his recommendation of having a process put in place to prevent further damage. The crew arrived this morning at 8 o’clock sharp the lead Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly courteous, and you could tell that he really knew what he was talking about the rest of the crew David and Isaiah were also very polite respectful. They did an amazing job within two hours installing Six piers Around the front perimeter of our home where the foundation problem existed. They had to dig a trench around the whole front area to install the peers. I was amazed at the fact that they were done within two hours. Everything was cleaned up and put back like they were never here. I Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair from their inspector to the crew who did the work. They were nothing but professional , Friendly, and Courteous.
