Great company to work with. They answers all my questions and made sure that I was comfortable with the process. I am so happy with Zach D.’s crew! Zach, John, Lorenzo, Josh, and Sam worked hard and kept me updated of the work that was done. They finished the work on time and cleaned everything like nothing happened. We’ve used Alpha Foundations twice now. Once right after the hurricane to take care of some foundation damage and now to complete encapsulation under the home. Everyone we’ve worked with has been extremely professional and informative. The work has always been implacable. This time the work was done by Will, Jeff and Dan who did an immaculate job with the encapsulation. Taking so much care around the property.

We had our crawl space encapsulated and a sump pump and dehumidifier installed in our 1985 home. Ben and his team did an excellent job and were professional and courteous throughout the installation. The reason for the four-star review is related to communication and scheduling. We first contacted Alpha Foundations on September 26. Our inspector, David, was friendly and knowledgeable, and we agreed on the scope of work and paid our deposit. The job was originally scheduled for November 17, however no one arrived that day and we did not receive a call. After reaching out, we were informed that the permit had been delayed due to county approval issues. Based on county records, it appeared the permit had not been submitted in a timely manner. The job was ultimately rescheduled and completed on December 29 without issue. The company did attempt to move the installation up sooner, but we were unable to accommodate due to holidays and vacation plans. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the work and the installation team. My only disappointment was the lack of communication and follow-through leading up to the install date.

My Alpha Foundation crew was amazing ! All three of them , Steven , David & Isaiah were professional, but friendly. They all worked so hard and even stayed until dark to finish my job in one day. They were courteous from a minute they got here. They took the time to explain everything they were doing. They suggested some field adjustments to give me the best results.—- but without pressure. My sales rep Skylar was also professional and helpful. He even helped me move some furniture before the project began. I had gotten three quotes and he was willing to work with me to get very competitive pricing. The inside crew, Jordan and Hector were all of the above— professional, friendly, helpful, and fast! Did a great job cleaning up when they were done! We had a few broken sprinklers, unavoidable with the digging locations needed. But Alpha Foundation scheduled the repair work the very next day and took care of the bill. You couldn’t ask for a better company to deal with!! These guys genuinely cared about making me —-the customer, happy! I Highly recommend you work with Alpha Foundation. Thanks and much appreciation to all these great guys !!!

Alpha Foundations is very professional – they provide the type of service it is so very difficult to find here in Palm Coast, Florida. They respond quickly, actually show up and on time! Tyler came to our house, explained the work we needed done on our driveway, explained financing, etc. (NO pressure). The work was scheduled quickly and completed in just a portion of a day by Jake and crew. Our driveway is perfectly level now and no cracks. We are very pleased and we highly recommend this company!
