We recently had foundation work completed by Alpha Foundations in Jacksonville, and I am extremely pleased with the experience from start to finish. The crew — Luke, Hunter, and Jordan — were hardworking, professional, and very polite throughout the entire project. The job turned out to be more complex than originally expected because parts of the foundation layout were different from the initial assessment. Trey Sumner, the engineer who came to verify the foundation issues, was thorough and professional, and once I provided the foundation plans, the crew adapted quickly and handled the changes efficiently. Luke kept me informed every step of the way and explained things clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. There was a tremendous amount of digging and hard physical work involved, yet the crew remained positive and efficient the whole time. What impressed me even more was how clean they left the property afterward — honestly cleaner than when they arrived. It is rare these days to find a team that combines skill, communication, professionalism, and respect for the property the way they did. I would absolutely recommend them.

Great experience. Our foreman Mike Oliver and his crew, Andrew and Bret were the best. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and incredibly kind. They walked me through the project. Showed me everything and even sent pictures of before and after for my records. All my cracks are taken care of. Even my doors all close on a click. This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

Installation was excellent – good communication, professional, etc. Rosalie, Jose and Paldo were the installers.Had some problems with scheduling. I had an initial meeting and installation that went great. When I tried contacting my rep, the email and phone call went unanswered. Went I contacted the company, they said he was promoted or something. I think they actually have high turnover but didn’t want to admit it. All appointments were a month out, so I scheduled it. Then they cancelled a few days before my appointment. It seems they cancelled my appointment so they could schedule other people. It took me multiple phone calls to figure that out. They rescheduled me for another month out. This also took multiple phone calls. For some reason, it seems I was on the bottom of their list.
