I had the pleasure of working with Ronnie, Dylan and Cooper. All were the epitome of professionalism. Ronnie handled sales and explained every detail of the process. Dylan was part of the team that installed the pillars and Cooper served as the closer and installed the polyfoam. Alpha Foundations is a gem of a company that values the input and desires of the customer.

We purchased a 100 year old historic home with significant issues in the crawl space. We had 100 year old support columns leaning and the beginnings of mold with all the moisture. Chris, Brad, David, and Malik spent an entire week getting dirty under my house stabilizing the columns, lifting the house, remediating all the microbial growth, and encapsulating the entire crawl space. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Floors feel stable now, and knowing the crawl is clean and dry is assuring. They brought this house back to the status it deserves to be in and set us up for years to come!

Installation was excellent – good communication, professional, etc. Rosalie, Jose and Paldo were the installers.Had some problems with scheduling. I had an initial meeting and installation that went great. When I tried contacting my rep, the email and phone call went unanswered. Went I contacted the company, they said he was promoted or something. I think they actually have high turnover but didn’t want to admit it. All appointments were a month out, so I scheduled it. Then they cancelled a few days before my appointment. It seems they cancelled my appointment so they could schedule other people. It took me multiple phone calls to figure that out. They rescheduled me for another month out. This also took multiple phone calls. For some reason, it seems I was on the bottom of their list.

My experience with Alpha Foundations has been a pleasurable one – from beginning to end. Starting with their Sales Representative, Juan, followed by Production Manager, Nick, followed by Piercing Foreman, Kyle, and today’s Poly Foreman, Sam.Each one of them was extremely courteous and knowledgeable in their areas of expertise, and they all performed their duties to the highest level a customer would expect.As such, due to my experience – I highly recommend Alpha Foundations because of their strong emphasis on customer service and their quality of work.

Alpha Foundations did a wonderful job sealing my crawl space. Dean explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions. Taylor, Tristan, and Greg spent two days completing the work and kept me up to date on the progress. When the project was completed Tyler reviewed a check list with me to be sure I understood what was done and what to expect. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, respectful, and kind. An excellent company for sure!

My Alpha Foundation crew was amazing ! All three of them , Steven , David & Isaiah were professional, but friendly. They all worked so hard and even stayed until dark to finish my job in one day. They were courteous from a minute they got here. They took the time to explain everything they were doing. They suggested some field adjustments to give me the best results.—- but without pressure. My sales rep Skylar was also professional and helpful. He even helped me move some furniture before the project began. I had gotten three quotes and he was willing to work with me to get very competitive pricing. The inside crew, Jordan and Hector were all of the above— professional, friendly, helpful, and fast! Did a great job cleaning up when they were done! We had a few broken sprinklers, unavoidable with the digging locations needed. But Alpha Foundation scheduled the repair work the very next day and took care of the bill. You couldn’t ask for a better company to deal with!! These guys genuinely cared about making me —-the customer, happy! I Highly recommend you work with Alpha Foundation. Thanks and much appreciation to all these great guys !!!
