Dealing with house settling and foundation repair has been a stressful experience; however, Alpha Foundation has felt like a partner along the way and definitely made the process feel smoother. Dean worked with me from the beginning and kept me updated on the process of permitting and scheduling. The team was able to split my repair into 2 parts so that the foam injection could be done ASAP so that I could have my new floors put in; then, once the permits came through, Charles, Tristan, and Alberto were able to come out and knock out the pier install in one day. Everyone I've interacted with at Alpha Foundation has been very professional and made me feel comfortable with my choice of who would perform such a large repair to my home. I already have and will in the future suggest Alpha Foundation to anyone in need of foundation repair.

Alpha Foundations did a wonderful job sealing my crawl space. Dean explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions. Taylor, Tristan, and Greg spent two days completing the work and kept me up to date on the progress. When the project was completed Tyler reviewed a check list with me to be sure I understood what was done and what to expect. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, respectful, and kind. I was very pleased with the quality of work Felipe, Miguel, and Ben completed at my home. I had some sagging floor joists and major rotten wood under my bathroom floor. They arrived on time and started work right away tearing out the bathroom floor and tub. Using that as an access point they repaired the sagging joists and beams under the house. As they were working, I walked through the house and noticed stability had been restored under the floors. They completed the repair by sistering the joists under the bathroom floor and replaced the subfloor. They worked so hard and were so polite the entire time they were here and took the time to answer my questions during the process. I can’t thank you enough for restoring my house and my peace of mind! You guys are amazing! Thank you!

Just finished with foundation stabilization work by Jake, Charles and Alberto from Alpha. Can't say enough about their professionalism and courtesy. They took the time to explain everything as the work was being done and answered all of my questions. Stayed very late to make sure they completed the work and put back everything as it was before, including patio pavers.

So let me tell you the facts!! We have been needing to raise our driveway and patio for sometime and we heard about this company Alpha Foundations. So we called and set up a meeting and Maurice came to the house . Many things we found great about this company is that he called us to confirm our appointment. The next morning I called him letting him know if he could come earlier would help us out greatly and he was able to do so. Had lots of information and seemed to have much knowledge about what needed to be done and what it would take to get the desired results! We made our deal and signed on the dotted line to get things rolling. We received a call with the date and time they would come out and who would be coming. In a few hours we received a call from the foreman telling us his name and what and when he would show up the next day. Five minutes before the time George the foreman showed up and walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. George’s professionalism and his desire to do his best was seen in his work. He and Davon did everything that they said they would do and even took the time during the work to answer more questions. During the process, George was training a new guy Davon. I watched George clearly speak and work with Davon in a very kind and compassionate way. It’s good to see and hear someone like George take the time and be so thoughtful and thorough with his trainee. He complimented how great the company they work for looks after them and helps them to be better people and to work ethically. I even overheard George say to Davon always do the kind of work for the customers that you would do for your own mother and would want someone else to do for your family. There were a few things I thought this raising would fix in the driveway but George explained why it wouldn’t and it made sense. The results look good and they cleaned up all the mess they made. He walked me through again and told me all that was done and asked if I was satisfied. They went above and beyond what was expected and now all I can do is wait and see if the promises and warranty hold true over time. George also took the time after to go over and speak with two separate neighbors that had come over to see what I was having done to our home.

House had settled an excessive amount on one side, so decided to go with Alpha Foundations to install helical piers to (slightly) lift and brace the house. Jake and his team were prompt, explained everything that was going on with the process of installing helical piers, and left me feeling that the house was in better shape (and protected for the future) than when they started. Overall, the folks from Alpha Foundations were reliable, set good expectations, and imo, reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend going with these guys for assistance with home foundation issues.
