After years of searching for a replacement for the decaying wood/dirt retaining wall of a 40ft slab that was added in my backyard by the previous owners, I found Alpha. Ashton, who gave me the quote, was the first professional who actually knew what he was talking about, and it was a no brainer to sign with them on the spot as I could finally get rid of that huge and ugly decaying ´planter’. Josh, David and Anthony, who did the work, are all exceptional young professionals, knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful of my property, and fun to have around! It took the crew one full Florida high sun / high humidity day and a morning to reinforce the 2ft deep foundations into a 20 ft deep system and now that slab is going nowhere! They cleaned up after themselves and left the place ready for my new backyard improvements! I’m mega happy with their work and recommend them and the company even in preventative situations like mine. Money well spent! All Floridians should have this system under their house!

My first interaction was with Sheldon. He came out. He took measurements and took his time explaining the whole entire process to me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and exactly what I needed to have done. The day of the insulation Steven and his crew came out to do my foundation repairs. They were absolutely amazing, very professional, on time! When the job was done, Steven came and asked me if I had any questions Or concerns. He walked me through what they had done. Again I was treated with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend anybody who is needing foundation repair to request Sheldon as your sales salesman and Steven and his crew To perform the work you were needing to have done. I I am not a person to give praise, but they did go above and beyond And deserve all this recognition!

Tori and Chris did an outstanding job repairing my driveway and sidewalk. Both guys are top shelf, personable, hard-working, perfectionists. They don't settle for "good enough." They explained what they would do, how they would do it, how the product works, and cleaned up leaving the place looking better than when they arrived. The finished product was outstanding. I couldn't be more impressed. Great job!

I have had a great experience with the installation of multiple helical piers to support my home. Steven, Chris and Brandon did the work and were stellar. They went out of their way to explain everything and answer new questions of mine that I hadn't thought to ask of Ethan, who initially met with me and was also great. I really liked that pre-quote interior measurements were taken in all the rooms of the house as that gave me data to fully understand the extent of the settlement of my house. Prior to and on installation day, which took place as originally scheduled without any delays, I experienced expertise and understanding from everyone. Steven, Chris and Brandon worked efficiently and expertly and kept me informed all through the process. They are a really great team and I highly recommend them! I appreciate the peace of mind that I now have about my house. Thank you!!!

I have gone down the list provided by Google maps for my search of "concrete driveway". I went through at least a dozen companies and not a single one of them answered. Is it really that difficult to employ minimum skilled workers to answer phones? Alpha not only answered the call, but was also able to schedule me a time to get an in-person estimate. The ONE other company that answered wants to give me a quote based on pictures I emailed. As if pictures can't be deceptive (and not necessarily on purpose!).

Alpha did a great job encapsulating our crawlspace. It was a mess under there. The crew removed all of the old insulation and debris, which was a daunting task. All of the crew members were polite, respectful and extremely hard working. I cannot say enough about how hard they worked and what a pleasant attitude they all had. I have nothing negative to say about the entire experience. Jonny, Chris, Jake, Ethan, Carson and Tyler are exemplary employees of Alpha Foundations. Chance, the young man who came out initially for the quote, is also very nice and kind and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. This is the second project Alpha did for our family and they’ve been extremely diligent in making sure the job was done properly and completely. I would give them more stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could. The first 4 photos are before, the last 4 are after.

Alpha Foundations was GREAT to deal with. Zach Long was my inspector and he did an "above and beyond" job of inspecting my 1925 historic home and cottage. His inspection included two exploratory trips into my crawlspace with pictures, explanations, and recommendations following each (on the same visit). As well as a follow up visit (on a different day) where he literally dug around my cottage foundation to try and sort out what the existing conditions were. There was no hesitation on his part to do any of this work. On top of that, he went to great lengths to explain and then brainstorm on which foundation repairs might provide the best solution for my specific situation. This included calls to his colleagues who had experience and might provide additional solutions. This along with multiple follow up calls, texts, and emails with pictures, additional information, etc showed me that Zach and Alpha Foundations care, want to ensure customers feel comfortable, and make sure the right solutions are recommended for the specific situation. These days, this type of customer service is unheard of. If you are in need of any foundation repairs or think you might be, I would highly recommend Zach and Alpha Foundations!

Jonathan H. was an excellent representative of this company. He was professional and efficient in all my dealings with him. The work was done by two crews and all members of the crews performed the work agreed to and corrected any issues I had with the work. The workman were Crew One – Aaron, Janise, Bernard, Matt W. and Crew Two – Trace, Tanner, Keith, Hayden. Adjustments were needed and the crew returned and performed the adjustments to my satisfaction. An excellent company and working with the crews was a smooth process.
