We had our driveway done by Alpha Foundations. First, Zack did our initial inspection & presented the findings in a clear manner. Now to the work itself. Tory & Blake did a wonderful job – they have a great work ethic, kept us informed during the entire process and cleaned up the area after completion. We are very pleased with the result. Watching dj do his inspection was very impressive. No other company that came to quote me did such a through job. Once I decided on the work. My appointment came and josh and William did such a fabulous job. I noticed the leveling of my concrete slabs right away. Also very impressed with how highly professional and friendly they were. After the work was done, they cleaned up. I am satisfied with the high level of professionalism and quality these amazing people did for my home. I was told to even expect dj to come back and make sure everything will be reevaluated to know my home is stable and no farther problem remain in my foundation. Thank you all. I feel I am in safe hands now.

Alpha foundation led by Lance and Tory did an amazing job repairing our concrete walkway to the Gulf as well as lifting carports, garages, and screened in lanai. It was incredible watching Tory work for two days to make all of this happen. My husband, who is the president of our condo association, was enthralled with the process and videotaped much of it. It was cost-effective, easy, and the communication was amazing! I highly highly recommend Alpha foundation.

We had our crawl space encapsulated and a sump pump and dehumidifier installed in our 1985 home. Ben and his team did an excellent job and were professional and courteous throughout the installation. The reason for the four-star review is related to communication and scheduling. We first contacted Alpha Foundations on September 26. Our inspector, David, was friendly and knowledgeable, and we agreed on the scope of work and paid our deposit. The job was originally scheduled for November 17, however no one arrived that day and we did not receive a call. After reaching out, we were informed that the permit had been delayed due to county approval issues. Based on county records, it appeared the permit had not been submitted in a timely manner. The job was ultimately rescheduled and completed on December 29 without issue. The company did attempt to move the installation up sooner, but we were unable to accommodate due to holidays and vacation plans. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the work and the installation team. My only disappointment was the lack of communication and follow-through leading up to the install date.

Tyler and Giovanni were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also delightful. They made the whole experience a pleasant one. Would highly recommend this company and these two young men. Start to finish they let you know everything that’s going on and make sure that you are happy. A secondary note: The cost of doing foundation repair is quite high. Most of that goes to permits and engineering fees. If you’re going to take care of repairing your home, sometimes you just have to pay the price. That old adage of you get what you pay for I believe stands firm in this case.

They did the job, lifted the 7" thick foundation up 1 inch and within FL code. Nick was a pro, in and out. His leadman Aaron is another pro who explained everything multiple times never tiring. Now protected against the neighbors broken waterpipe which is drilling a cavern to the aquifer… neighbors used 80yds of concrete underpinning their foundation, we called Alpha Foundations, in and out 2 days.

So let me tell you the facts!! We have been needing to raise our driveway and patio for sometime and we heard about this company Alpha Foundations. So we called and set up a meeting and Maurice came to the house . Many things we found great about this company is that he called us to confirm our appointment. The next morning I called him letting him know if he could come earlier would help us out greatly and he was able to do so. Had lots of information and seemed to have much knowledge about what needed to be done and what it would take to get the desired results! We made our deal and signed on the dotted line to get things rolling. We received a call with the date and time they would come out and who would be coming. In a few hours we received a call from the foreman telling us his name and what and when he would show up the next day. Five minutes before the time George the foreman showed up and walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. George’s professionalism and his desire to do his best was seen in his work. He and Davon did everything that they said they would do and even took the time during the work to answer more questions. During the process, George was training a new guy Davon. I watched George clearly speak and work with Davon in a very kind and compassionate way. It’s good to see and hear someone like George take the time and be so thoughtful and thorough with his trainee. He complimented how great the company they work for looks after them and helps them to be better people and to work ethically. I even overheard George say to Davon always do the kind of work for the customers that you would do for your own mother and would want someone else to do for your family. There were a few things I thought this raising would fix in the driveway but George explained why it wouldn’t and it made sense. The results look good and they cleaned up all the mess they made. He walked me through again and told me all that was done and asked if I was satisfied. They went above and beyond what was expected and now all I can do is wait and see if the promises and warranty hold true over time. George also took the time after to go over and speak with two separate neighbors that had come over to see what I was having done to our home.
