Tory was very courtesy with communication to give me advanced notice to confirm his arrival a day before he came, and called me on his way to my house, and arrived on time. He worked very detail in every step with explanation and did perfect cleaning job after his work. The condition inside my house and outside backyard patio looked perfectly without any sight of work done.

Sheldon was the inspector Steven, David, and Isaiah were the install crew and they gave me peace of mind throughout the process. I was very impressed with how the work sight was restored back to normal. They also invited me to come out and see the pillar before they covered them up and explained what they were doing. It was a positive experience and I am planning to recommend Alpha Foundation because of my experience.

Absolutely outstanding experience with Alpha Foundations! From start to finish, the entire process was professional, informative, and stress-free. Tory and Chris were especially amazing to work with, both were extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and left everything clean when finished. It’s hard to find companies these days with this level of professionalism and communication. Highly recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone needing foundation or concrete work done!

We highly recommend Alpha Foundations for seawall and foundation repairs. Jason and Kegan very knowledgeable and professional. Tristan, Charles, Ian and Alberto were very polite and courteous entire time they worked on our seawall installing all the anchors. They cleaned up before they finished for the day and kept us informed during the process. Tory, Chris and Kevin did amazing job with finishing the job with polyurethane and they even lifted my ramp back up because it was sinking next to the seawall. Entire crew that worked on our project was great to work with and excellent workmanship. Thank you so much for giving us piece of mind that we don't need to worry about our seawall now.

We had a great experience with Alpha Foundations from beginning to end. We have an old (95 years!) grove cottage that was experiencing some floor sag from an aging raised pier foundation. Mike came out and gave us a comprehensive evaluation and price. He was knowledgeable and helpful aiding us in understanding what needed to be done to correct the problem. We settled on a very good price and Mike told us that they could be available to do the work in just a few days (a cancellation maybe?). Jake, the project foreman, called the day before to make sure we were good to go and advised when they would arrive to start work. Jake and Wilson arrived on time and ready to go to work. Jake came inside to check out the problem then under the house to confirm what he suspected needed to be accomplished. He and Wilson were wonderful, Mike came by to check on the job as well. These guys are dedicated to doing a good job AND will return within 5 years if any adjustments are needed. All in all…we're very happy with the experience! Thanks guys!

Chance, Ben, & Nick were so easy to work with. Their excellent communication, clear instructions and explanations, their punctuality, and just their overall extremely pleasant demeanor made them a joy to work with. They kept things simple and straightforward. Also, they were always on time, outstanding punctuality! The images and information they offered for my foundation issues were very helpful and made me confident in my choice to use Alpha. They explained the scope of work very well. They also kept the work site incredibly clean. I doubt I'll have any foundation issues in the future, considering their excellent work, but if I do, I will definitely use Alpha and will suggest them to anyone having foundation issues.

The work was all completed today, in one day on the date that we were told. We had a great experience with the initial inspection and presentation by Jeremy, the Sales Rep. Good communication followed and the permitting process brought two men to mark the lawn so the workers would know where all the utility lines and cables were located underground. Jordan and Hector were very professional in their repair of the driveway making sure our garage door closed properly again. … and they were appropriately friendly in the process. Shortly after their departure, Filipe arrived. With a nice smile he explained his role as inspector and I forgave him for being a NY Giants fan 🙂. Steven, David, and Isaiah showed up to do the hard labor, putting in the piers. Again they were both professional and friendly, taking the customer and their work very seriously. They were careful with the grass and where to place excess dirt which had been dug up. They worked well as a team and enjoyed showing me what they were doing and why. All in all, I would say they all valued the company (Alpha Foundations) for whom they worked and took appropriate pride in all that they did. I felt good about the finished product both in the pier foundation supports and the driveway repair.
