Tory and Chris were especially amazing to work with, both were extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and left everything clean when finished. I can't say enough about how outstanding the service and work we received from the Alpha,Foundation team….Starting with Brad, who came out evaluated our home and situation. He explained our options and made suggestions that would help us with our decisions. Next, step was to have the work done…two crews came out. One, Clint and Hunter, to I stall piers around the perimeter. A second crew, Bobby,Philip and Alexis, had the job in the crawl space, installing jacks and support beams..Bobby explained each and everything that was going to happen. He and his crew went above and beyond what i expected. They addressed and fixed any issue they found. Squeaky floors to gaps on joists…didn't leave the job until he was sure that I was,satisfied. A few days later he reached out to check on things. I mentioned some floor movement and squeaks, a few days later he was back out under the house looking for the problem…it was found, addressed and fixed….a true professional and a really nice guy. Bobby. Philip and Alexis, Clint, and Hunter know their jobs and do it well! Thank you all.

Twice I have had to call on them to address two different but unique problems for which I had no idea how to approach. The representative was very patient and understanding but with professionalism coupled with valuable knowledge depth, and experience explained with candor what was needed. The Orange Park, Florida Office is top flight from the initial call, to the field visit by Mr. Clark to determine the recommended solution. In advance of the foundation work, we prepared the area for the Technicians, which is very helpful in expediting the work. Tyler and crew arrived at 8:30 am, followed by Brandon and crew at 11:00 am, all work was completed by 12:30 pm, and the final result was perfect. Pictures show that you would never know technical work that Alpha Foundation provides ever happened. Mr. Clark and both Crews are professional, experienced, and excellent ambassadors for their Company. We highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

Sam answered all my questions , and he walked me through the entire process of what he was going to be doing to my concrete driveway. Dealing with house settling and foundation repair has been a stressful experience; however, Alpha Foundation has felt like a partner along the way and definitely made the process feel smoother. Dean worked with me from the beginning and kept me updated on the process of permitting and scheduling. The team was able to split my repair into 2 parts so that the foam injection could be done ASAP so that I could have my new floors put in; then, once the permits came through, Charles, Tristan, and Alberto were able to come out and knock out the pier install in one day. Everyone I've interacted with at Alpha Foundation has been very professional and made me feel comfortable with my choice of who would perform such a large repair to my home. I already have and will in the future suggest Alpha Foundation to anyone in need of foundation repair.
