They came out the day after Thanksgiving and explained everything they were doing that day and explained a few different options for us. Rich was very professional and easy to talk with and had answers for everything we were concerned about. They scheduled the work to be done in two weeks, and Zack and his team were thorough and got the work done the same day and left the work area clean! Alpha Foundations is very professional – they provide the type of service it is so very difficult to find here in Palm Coast, Florida. They respond quickly, actually show up and on time! Tyler came to our house, explained the work we needed done on our driveway, explained financing, etc. (NO pressure). The work was scheduled quickly and completed in just a portion of a day by Jake and crew. Our driveway is perfectly level now and no cracks. We are very pleased and we highly recommend this company! I highly recommend Alpha Foundations. My almost 70 year old crawlspace was a complete mess and they did a wonderful job with my crawlspace encapsulation in 2020. Today, Cameron Runyan, came to check on my system. He changed my filter and added new weather stripping to the entrance. Cameron was extremely personable and kind and he took his time answering all my questions. Also, maybe most importantly, he was so sweet to my rambunctious dogs!!

We had Sam Martin here today to inject foam into our pool deck and foundation and he was a pleasure. He worked cleanly, methodically and quickly to complete the large job.
