On the day of the job Dillon and Chris showed up and explained every step of the work which I thought was outstanding. These guys did a walk through first showed us every step of the scope of work. Sam answered all my questions , and he walked me through the entire process of what he was going to be doing to my concrete driveway. The guys at Alpha Foundations did an awesome job on my foundation. They diagnosed the problem and came up with the plan quickly. They were flexible on the schedule, showed up when they were supposed to, were professional and polite, worked quickly, and cleaned up the mess before leaving. So we run into foundation issues all the time with these homes. Alpha Foundations is always on speed dial for us. Justin Hurd was an amazing communicator, he showed up on time and gave us good details on-site. Afterwards he emailed us the inspection report in even greater detail & included drawings.
