They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly to our family and dog! 🐶. The cleanup was flawless and you can’t tell they were even here! We are going to paint the patio anyway so the small minor holes and repaired cracks will disappear in the new paint job! I highly recommend Alpha for any foundation work you might need!!

Taylor, Tristan, and Greg spent two days completing the work and kept me up to date on the progress. When the project was completed Tyler reviewed a check list with me to be sure I understood what was done and what to expect. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, respectful, and kind. In the process of stabilizing the lanai slab, they remedied the cracks and uneven surface caused by a combination of ground settling and improper installation during the initial house construction. They were knowledgeable and professional, explained what they were doing very well, were very detail oriented, and demonstrated great customer service. Jonathan H. was an excellent representative of this company. He was professional and efficient in all my dealings with him. The work was done by two crews and all members of the crews performed the work agreed to and corrected any issues I had with the work. The workman were Crew One – Aaron, Janise, Bernard, Matt W. and Crew Two – Trace, Tanner, Keith, Hayden. Adjustments were needed and the crew returned and performed the adjustments to my satisfaction. An excellent company and working with the crews was a smooth process.

I recently had some concrete lifting done on walkways and my driveway. Both Matt, Certified Field Inspector, and Parker, Poly Service Technician, were professional, arrived on time agreed and stayed true to their word. I am very pleased with the results. The 2 walkways are less of a trip hazard now, and the ride on the driveway is smooth.
