They are both very professional, super courteous, and kept me very well informed as to all aspects of the repair. They arrived on time, gave me an overview of how they were going to repair my deck and then got right to work. I’m very happy with the work Tori and Blake From Alpha foundations did to repair my back deck and I highly recommend the company.

We recently had Alpha Foundation leveling and stabilizing our swimming pool deck. Blake and Kyle showed up exactly on time. Right away I can tell that they are very passionate about their job. They took time answer all our questions and concerns. While doing their job, they cared and pay attention to details. They did it just like it is their property. Overall they did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend Alpha Foundation!

I recently moved to Tallahassee from West Palm Beach where I was born and raised. A crawl space is a new thing to me which our new home has. I kept seeing the Alpha Foundation commercials and how they could encapsulate and protect it. So I decided to give them a call and be proactive against any future problems. I have been self employed my whole life, and customer service is paramount to me! From my initial call to meeting with our salesperson Dallas, to our very professional, prompt excellent installation crew (Zach, Omar, and Jaydon) this has been a pleasurable and great decision for our new home. I highly recommend this company and the peace of mind using them will give you. Now our crawl space feels like “Space Station Alpha”, thank you Alpha Foundations!

The work was all completed today, in one day on the date that we were told. We had a great experience with the initial inspection and presentation by Jeremy, the Sales Rep. Good communication followed and the permitting process brought two men to mark the lawn so the workers would know where all the utility lines and cables were located underground. Jordan and Hector were very professional in their repair of the driveway making sure our garage door closed properly again. … and they were appropriately friendly in the process. Shortly after their departure, Filipe arrived. With a nice smile he explained his role as inspector and I forgave him for being a NY Giants fan 🙂. Steven, David, and Isaiah showed up to do the hard labor, putting in the piers. Again they were both professional and friendly, taking the customer and their work very seriously. They were careful with the grass and where to place excess dirt which had been dug up. They worked well as a team and enjoyed showing me what they were doing and why. All in all, I would say they all valued the company (Alpha Foundations) for whom they worked and took appropriate pride in all that they did. I felt good about the finished product both in the pier foundation supports and the driveway repair.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Alpha Foundation. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Tory and Christopher were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Before calling Alpha Foundation, I received estimates of over $10,000 from other contractors who planned to tear up a large portion of my pool deck. Alpha Foundation fixed the problem for about one-third of the cost, with no demolition, no mess, and the entire job was completed in just two hours. My pool deck looks beautiful! The five-year warranty and annual inspections provide added peace of mind and show their commitment to standing behind their work. If you have foundation or pool deck issues, I highly recommend Alpha Foundation. Their quality, value, and customer service are outstanding, and Tory and Christopher made the entire experience a pleasure.

From start to finish everyone was great! Our pool deck was sinking and the team used the Poly product to secure and level the slab. The sales agent MICHAEL MULLEN was very clear and professional. He took extra time to answer any follow up questions and I knew exactly what to expect the day of the job. The installation team BRANDON WELLS and NICK CAIN were very polite and professional the day of the job. They took time to discuss the job before they started, during and after it was complete. The entire process with this Fort Myers company was exceptional! From the first phone call, inspection/estimate, to the workmanship; I was impressed! Maximus, Wilkson, & Peterson were super kind, polite, & professional throughout the day and a half they were here. The three definitely show off your company as first rate! It was also a nice surprise that a supervisor showed up unexpectedly to see the results. We had settlement issues which they repaired with SettleStop Push Piers. I was also thrilled to know this company will come out once a year for 5 years to check on their work!!! I have a home in Wisconsin & wish I could get them there to do their amazing work!

Ryan and his crew were fantastic. I received a text from him the night before my appointment explaining that they would arrive around mid-morning (we live about two hours from their business). The morning of the appointment, Ryan called to confirm the estimated arrival time, and I also received a text with updates on the crew’s arrival. When they arrived, they introduced themselves, and Ryan walked me through the project, clearly explaining what they would be doing and how they planned to complete the work. Once they began, they spent most of the day under the house, working diligently. After finishing the work underneath, Ryan came inside and began raising the flooring. When the job was complete, he walked me through the areas they had worked on, explained everything that had been done, and discussed what to expect moving forward. The entire crew was very professional, and I truly appreciated the overall experience.
