Had Nathan come out to my house to give me some help and my foundation to see if it was cracking or not luckily for me it wasn't that and he had some awesome advice for me. He seemed extremely trustworthy. If I did need foundation work, I would definitely go to them based on him. He doesn't seem like someone that would work for a shady organization so just based on my interaction with him when I need foundation work I would trust this company and Nathan was amazing.

Alpha was great from start to finish. From the initiating call to the explanation of work they had done. They were responsive, punctual, communicative, personable, tidy and did an amazing job. From the first contact with Christian to the final explanation with the crew (Brendon and Nick) it was seamless and professional. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable. Brendon and Nick did a great job! They even accommodated us on a kind of odd request. Since we had a giant hole in our floor, we asked them to leave it open so we could get a floor safe installed. They figured out what we needed and made it work! Great thinking on their feet! Almost makes me wish we had more foundation issues….Almost! I highly recommend Alpha Foundations!!

Tory and Chris were especially amazing to work with, both were extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and left everything clean when finished. Brandon and Nick did a fabulous job on my driveway repair. There were two sections of concrete driveway that had sunk down because the dirt underneath had shifted out. The whole driveway and my sidewalk coming from the front door was inspected and it was determined by Tyler that there was quite a bit of dirt that had sifted out from under my driveway. Brandon and Nick were able to Get the treatment under the driveway in order to raise it up, so that it was all even. They also took out the wooden pieces that had rotted between the driveway concrete slabs, and put sealant in there, which will work much better in the hot and cold temperatures for expansion. Everything was nice and even when they finished and they cleaned up the worksite. I am very happy with the way it looks and would recommend Alpha to others with similar situations. Thanks again for your Professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail.

We are very pleased with the foundation work that was done. However, their Permit team leaves something to be desired. We started the process in January 26 and the permit wasn't received until Athe beginning of April and I had to make the phone calls to the County office to find out it was approved! We would have been pushed back another month if I had not pursued the permit. The work was done in one day which was awesome. We are still waiting for the final inspection of work almost a month later! Would have been 5 stars if the Permit department had been on the ball.

From beginning to end everything was perfect. John Rousseau (salesman), Steven (foreman), Chris and Brandon (crew), were all well trained, very polite and courteous and seemed to be happily doing their jobs. They are the only company that did an inspection, although I had three estimates. All was explained so well that I understood exactly what to expect and the cost. They cleaned up really well and left everything in great shape. I will recommend at every opportunity.
