Last month we noticed some settlement cracks on the side of our home we called Alpha solutions out, and the inspector. Vincent did a thorough review of the outside of our home and the inside we found that there was some settlement cracks to the right side of our home. Vincent was able to explain to us what had happened and why we found the cracks and we went forward with his recommendation of having a process put in place to prevent further damage. The crew arrived this morning at 8 o’clock sharp the lead Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly courteous, and you could tell that he really knew what he was talking about the rest of the crew David and Isaiah were also very polite respectful. They did an amazing job within two hours installing Six piers Around the front perimeter of our home where the foundation problem existed. They had to dig a trench around the whole front area to install the peers. I was amazed at the fact that they were done within two hours. Everything was cleaned up and put back like they were never here. I Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair from their inspector to the crew who did the work. They were nothing but professional , Friendly, and Courteous.

Steven, Isaiah and David arrived on time. Steven identified additional stair-step cracks on the side and recommended six additional braces to prevent further slab movement. He helped set up the additional financing through GreenSky. All three worked hard and completed the project in 2 days. Cleanup was good and things looked pretty much like they did before they began.

I am so glad that I choose Alpha Foundations for my pool deck leveling. From the time Sam and Kevin arrived, until the job was completed, they worked as a team with precision and knowledge that could be seen right from the start. Any and all my questions were answered and explained, sometimes with a laugh thrown in. So pleasant to hear that, which is rare these days. They worked nonstop until the job was done. This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.
