This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

He came out, did a full inspection of my driveway, and the foundation of my house, set me at ease with some issues and addressed the driveway that needed the foam injected to level it. Brandon and Chris were the ones to come do the job, and they were fantastic. Top notch. They walked me through the process beforehand — extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled. Driveway looks great.

Alpha Foundations did a super great job on restoring and resetting the foundation of our home and driveway and have guaranteed the work to include yearly service inspections for the next 5 years. He listened to my needs and concerns then addressed them with creative solutions to really assist me with this unexpected and large project. Jordan and the company kept me informed during the entire process with our agreement, financing, engineering, permitting start dates and completion as scheduled in-between storms! Jordan overdelivered as he helped onsite and was there to ensure I was happy at completion. WILL AND HIS CREW – RYAN AND TAY, ON SITE, WE AWESOME TOO! Will took over where Jordan left off to get this big job done. These guys really listened to me and treated my home like it was their own. They went out of their way to address my concerns and save me time and money to rebuild the finishing touches back in my home. This entire process went as planned and discussed. I won't waste any time on quotes when my next foundation needs develop. You should meet this team if you have foundation issues!!
