I have had the best experience with the people who represent Alpha Foundation! From the day Efrain Borrero came out to find out what was going on with my home's foundation to Steven, Brandon, and Chris coming out and performing the work needed to fix the problem. All of these people I encountered were polite, walked me through everything from what was happening to what was needed to be done to how the job would be done! Steven showed me a diagram of what my home would look like when they finished the job and I notice one corner of the home would be left without piers. I asked questions, he answered my questions/concerns with much detail! I asked if I had to wait to add the additional piers and long story short he made it happen while they were already on site which spoke volume of how the company value their customers. To Efrain, Steven , Brandon and Chris, thanks for walking me, a female homeowner through this intimidating process feeling at ease!!

Alpha foundation led by Lance and Tory did an amazing job repairing our concrete walkway to the Gulf as well as lifting carports, garages, and screened in lanai. It was incredible watching Tory work for two days to make all of this happen. My husband, who is the president of our condo association, was enthralled with the process and videotaped much of it. It was cost-effective, easy, and the communication was amazing! I highly highly recommend Alpha foundation.

I couldn't be happier with Alpha Foundations. I had an appt. on 10-12-23 at 8:30am. I arrived at 8:25 and Jordan, Kalod and Jon were on site working. The job entailed placing nine supports and leveling a mobile home damaged during hurricane Ian. I expected it to be an all day job; they finished in 2 hours. I walked through the home, the floors in all rooms were solid under foot.I highly recommend Alpha Foundations. They are true to their word and very professional.

They arrived on time, walked us through the process clearly, and provided consistent updates throughout the project. Communication was straightforward and professional — no confusion, no surprises. What really stood out was their care for our property. This is an older home, and foundation work can feel intimidating, but they treated everything with respect and precision. What a team! Jake, Alberto, and Charles took care of stabilizing our addition with piers. Communicative, on time, and professional. They put pavers back in place as well and did a great job! Then Tory came for the poly job inside our home where we had water intrusion from heavy rain. He communicated the areas that took more material than others reinforcing our decision that we needed this done. Again, communicative and on time! 10/10!
