They came out the day after Thanksgiving and explained everything they were doing that day and explained a few different options for us. Rich was very professional and easy to talk with and had answers for everything we were concerned about. They scheduled the work to be done in two weeks, and Zack and his team were thorough and got the work done the same day and left the work area clean!
