Steven, Isaiah and David arrived on time. Steven identified additional stair-step cracks on the side and recommended six additional braces to prevent further slab movement. He helped set up the additional financing through GreenSky. All three worked hard and completed the project in 2 days. Cleanup was good and things looked pretty much like they did before they began.

Their excellent communication, clear instructions and explanations, their punctuality, and just their overall extremely pleasant demeanor made them a joy to work with. They kept things simple and straightforward. Also, they were always on time, outstanding punctuality! The images and information they offered for my foundation issues were very helpful and made me confident in my choice to use Alpha. They explained the scope of work very well. They also kept the work site incredibly clean. I doubt I'll have any foundation issues in the future, considering their excellent work, but if I do, I will definitely use Alpha and will suggest them to anyone having foundation issues.

Contacted Alpha Foundations regarding my father’s house we inherited. Built in 1945, it is 2 old farm houses, joined by a breezeway. House was unlevel more than 3”. Tyler and his crew were excellent. A reasonable quote was provided, and the work was completed with great care and attention to detail. No damage was caused and every door in the house closes and latches properly. Sliding glass doors close smoothly for the first time in 20+ years. Thank you so much. I definitely chose the right company to handle this sentimental issue.

Dalin and Junior arrived when they said they would right on time, they worked together like a well oiled machine, Junior knew exactly how much pressure to put under the slab which his working on a both answered all my questions, they left me a clean house with holes that were drilled filled. I’m not use to the high professionalism that they showed. Down here in the keys you’re lucky if they show up and sober. I would recommend highly if you issues with sinking concrete.
