I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations, specifically with two outstanding employees–Tory and Blake–who came out this morning to address a sidewalk issue at my property. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and their expertise really showed. I can't say enough about how great Tory and Blake were. It's rare to find such exceptional service, and I am truly grateful for their hard work. I had Alpha foundation come out and look at my house. Chris was the inspector and looked at the problems I was having. Chris patiently explained to me about foundations and Florida. No pressure sale explained how many pairs I would need. The job was set up in a reasonable time period. I was contacted by Steve the Forman was told when they would be coming for the job. The day of the day I got a text to let me know they were there way. When they arrive Steve introduced me to david and isaiah. Steve was very informative about how the job was going to get done. Dave and isaiah were very friendly and went right to work. The job was done in a timely manner and clean up was completed. This team was very professional from start till finish. I would highly recommend this team/ company.

Alpha Foundations did an amazing job from start to finish. Jacob K with the full information of the project and kept us up to date on the progress and key dates on when the installation was going to happen. Our Poly Guys George and Hector were amazing and full of information on the procedure, encouraged us to watch what they were doing, and even gave recommendation on what we need done in the future. When the piers were installed by Steven and Chris, I was a bit nervous that my house would fall over, they assured me that would not happen. From every phone call to full completion Steven was on the ball – communication was way better that I expected and even small talk was fun and engaging. Both Steven and Chris were very informative with each step of the process and also encouraged us watch along. When the project was completed they cleaned up not only our yard but themselves as well. Very professional and would recommend Alpha to anyone who has a slight issue. Thank you for working so hard on a warm day.
