The Orange Park, Florida Office is top flight from the initial call, to the field visit by Mr. Clark to determine the recommended solution. In advance of the foundation work, we prepared the area for the Technicians, which is very helpful in expediting the work. Tyler and crew arrived at 8:30 am, followed by Brandon and crew at 11:00 am, all work was completed by 12:30 pm, and the final result was perfect. Pictures show that you would never know technical work that Alpha Foundation provides ever happened. Mr. Clark and both Crews are professional, experienced, and excellent ambassadors for their Company. We highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

I reached out to Alpha Foundations for a quote on extensive driveway repairs caused by years of ground shifting and tree roots. I was concerned the damage would require a complete repour. A representative came to my home and conducted a thorough evaluation. The quote I received was very reasonable, and within a few days, two technicians, Hunter and Brad, arrived to work on my driveway and sidewalk. They were both meticulous and highly skilled. Thankfully, a full repour wasn’t necessary—they only needed to pour a small section, and the rest was repaired using an innovative technique. Throughout the process, they remained courteous, professional, and responsive, answering all my questions promptly. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations for anyone in need of driveway repairs.

Had our foundation repaired by Alpha Foundations after damage from Hurricane Ian. Both crews were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We had Sam Martin here today to inject foam into our pool deck and foundation and he was a pleasure. He worked cleanly, methodically and quickly to complete the large job. Would not hesitate to recommed Alpha to any friends or family.

From the beginning, Zack came and performed a free inspection to our home. We had some issues that needed taken care of and we were given several options for repair. There was no pressure whatsoever one way or the other in which option we decided, if any at all. After we made our decision, a start date was set up and my husband received a call the Friday before the Monday start date to reaffirm the schedule. That Monday we received a call that the crew was on their way and their estimated arrival time. When Chance and Chris arrived, they introduced theirselves and informed us of the plans for our foundation repair. Our job consisted of 10 piers and 36 supports which was a pretty big job. Chance and Chris are great guys and such hard workers. On the following day a new staff arrived to work with Chance and Chris, his name was Tyler, he was introduced to us and he too was an extremely hard worker. We were very impressed that Tyler was visited on site by Adlai from the corporate office to check in on him. This team worked so hard on our home, always giving us a call on their way here each day and staying late several afternoons to get the job done. They always cleaned the work area before leaving each day and they worked well together. We are so happy they were the ones to repair our home.Darryl and Trish GishValdosta, GA

Vinny and his crew were professional, friendly and efficient. From meeting with Vinny and receiving a quote over half the cost of a competitor, to the crew on site performing the spray foam injection, everything went perfectly. We had foundation repairs completed at our home today, and I cannot say enough good things about the crew — Tyler, Ryan, Kevin, and Giovanni. These men worked tirelessly all day long with incredible professionalism and dedication. They communicated clearly and effectively throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood what was being done every step of the way. Not only were they hardworking and knowledgeable, but they were also extremely polite and respectful of our home and property. It is rare to find a crew with such a strong work ethic and positive attitude. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. Alpha foundations saved our home. Gentleman named Donny took about 3 visits out to our home for various quotes and was very patient every time. By the time we pulled the trigger on a big foundation repair, Donald, Tori and Corey showed up. I could tell this was the A team. Super professional and hard working guys. We ended up with a total of 9 helical piers and the entire house crawl space supported by their jack system. They were extremely professional and even got the work done a day early. I took the days off from my work to be around and be a “fly on the wall” behind their shoulder. They were totally okay with this and gave me a play by play as they worked. They secured the houses foundation and the home feels so much more stable. Now we can work on ei downs and roof for our historic home! Thanks to you gentlemen, much respect and I’d recommend you guys in the future.
