Steven, David, and Isaiah did an excellent job installing the helical piers. They were professional, efficient, and kept the work area clean and organized from start to finish. Ryan and his crew were fantastic. I received a text from him the night before my appointment explaining that they would arrive around mid-morning (we live about two hours from their business). The morning of the appointment, Ryan called to confirm the estimated arrival time, and I also received a text with updates on the crew’s arrival. When they arrived, they introduced themselves, and Ryan walked me through the project, clearly explaining what they would be doing and how they planned to complete the work. Once they began, they spent most of the day under the house, working diligently. After finishing the work underneath, Ryan came inside and began raising the flooring. When the job was complete, he walked me through the areas they had worked on, explained everything that had been done, and discussed what to expect moving forward. The entire crew was very professional, and I truly appreciated the overall experience.

I contacted Alpha Foundations about a brick patio that had a significant dip across the middle. Josh came out and gave an estimate and the repair was scheduled.There was good communication with the company, confirming time and who would be coming to do the actual repairs.Brandon and Huntercame and began the process to lift the slab. Brandon was upfront about the challenge concerning lifting the concrete while not causing more damage to the brick overlay. He gave realistic scenarios. The patio was almost unusable prior. It is now functional again. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Alpha Foundation without any reservations.

From start to finish, Alpha Foundations was a great experience. My foundation began to slip a while ago, and fortunately my paver professional suggested I have a foundation company do an assessment. ALPHA FOUNDATIONS was my first choice because of the positive reviews, and I completely agree with those reviews. Lance, the company's CFI, inspected my property and explained in detail how the procedure to raise my sinking stem wall was going to be addressed. I was sold. On the day the work was to begin, foreman Jake arrived with his team, Charles and Alberto. I cannot tell you the skill and precision those guys exhibited. Not only were they efficient, they were respectful of my property and did everything to keep me abreast of their progress. Jake, Charles and Alberto went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased with their work. They were AWESOME. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations for any foundation issues. 100%! And the lifetime guarantee isn't bad either
