The inspector Chris McBride was so kind. He walked me through the whole process, educated me, and walked me through an option I hadn’t even thought of which was better than the one I had initially called for and would cost me less. I have never worked with a company who is as thorough as Alpha! Logan came in and explained everything to me, checked the elevations throughout the whole process, and answered every question I had! Ethan and Chris did an awesome job on our foundation and I am so happy to be able to enjoy my home without stressing that it will fall apart at any point. 10/10 recommend!

Five stars, hands down. Before the repair, my crawlspace was the kind of place you open once, shine a flashlight into, and immediately say, “Nope. Not today.” It was dirty, cramped, and probably had its own ecosystem with spiders, roots, and three generations of previous owners’ discarded hubcaps and bad decisions. I first worked with Matt, who didn’t hesitate to crawl under there for a full inspection. He took pictures, explained everything clearly, and somehow made it sound manageable instead of catastrophic. He even came out between Christmas and New Year’s while I had time off, which I appreciated. Thanks again, Matt. Then Logan, Tori, and Corey showed up for the install. These guys spent days crawling around under my house dragging plastic encapsulation, supports, and tools through conditions that would make most people suddenly remember they had somewhere else to be. Crawlspace work is tight, dirty, uncomfortable work, and they handled it like pros. They explained the process, answered my questions, worked quickly, and didn't laugh at the repairs I had made before calling them. The transformation is honestly impressive. My crawlspace went from something I actively avoided thinking about to clean, dry, fully encapsulated, and properly supported. It’s now structurally sound, sealed up tight, and honestly better put together than some job sites I’ve seen above ground. I never thought I’d feel proud of a crawlspace, but here we are.

About 12 years ago, I noticed a step pattern crack in masonry between bricks on one side of my house. I called Alpha Foundation and after their and inspection and proposal, I accepted their proposal and they fixed the problem. I have had no other noticeable foundation problems since. Recently, I have decided to downsize and plan to put my home up for sale. I want to be able to guarantee a potential buyer that there are no issues with the foundation. So I called Alpha Foundation again and Sam Bridges, assisted by Brian, performed an extensive inspection, both inside and outside. For the inside of the house, they produced a house diagram showing 4 or more location measurements in each room noting any variance in elevation from the elevation at the center of the house. Only one interior location had a variance of -0.4 or greater so their proposal included steps to stabilize that area. Exterior concrete areas showed cracks, 2 need lifting and several need stabilization only. The price of the overall proposal was very reasonable. I got a 5% discount as a repeat customer. And I have documentation to show potential buyers that the house foundation is still solid after 24 years. The inspectors were very professional, showed me all issues found, explained how the issues would be resolved and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

I had issues with the previous repair jobs but Jacob and his crew came out and knocked it out of the park. He was professional and explained everything to me as they went along. When he realized the job was a little more than expected he called for backup to make sure it was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction, enough so to where I extended my warranty. The back up crew got right to it and got 'er done. Hats off to Matt, Thomas, Jacob and the whole team.
