Our 50 yr old house shifted 1” on one end right after thanksgiving 25. Had Alpha come inspect- they had aready solution to stabilize the house indefinitely, clear out the musty smell and lift the house so any damage inside along the ceilings could be easily recovered. They were prompt polite, very informative, went the extra mile with under the house coverage. They encapsulated the crawl space and braced the house with steel beams. From inside the house – a definite tightening was evident. House is tight, quiet & the musty smell is all but gone. Jon George Alex and Zach did an excellent job job wrapping and cleaning up on the crawlspace. KUDOS!

Appreciated their services so much – we confidently used them twice! We utilized Alpha Foundations in 2023 for the repair of a segment of our house that had a faltering foundation. We are utilizing them again in 2024 for the installation of a encapsulation system under our crawlspace. They were friendly, honest, and professional. This year was phase 2 of a foundation stabilization project at my house, with the work done by Alpha Foundations. Sam and Kevin were here today to fill voids and stabilize indoors underneath my tile floors. Both guys were very professional, very courteous and friendly. They explained things so that I could understand what needed to be done and then proceeded to do it efficiently and effectively. And as a bonus, they really liked my dogs! Yesterday, Chris and crew were here to install 9 piers to stabilize my foundation on the outside. The crew again, very professional, very courteous and did the job efficiently and effectively. I very much appreciate that Alpha Foundations will check back each year for the next few years to make sure things are still stable and to determine whether I need a phase 3 to my foundation issues.

We’ve used Alpha Foundations twice now. Once right after the hurricane to take care of some foundation damage and now to complete encapsulation under the home. Everyone we’ve worked with has been extremely professional and informative. The work has always been implacable. This time the work was done by Will, Jeff and Dan who did an immaculate job with the encapsulation. Taking so much care around the property.
