From the very first call, their team was responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in solving our problem quickly. We were especially impressed with Alex, who came out for the inspection the very next day. He was incredibly thorough, clearly explained what was causing the issues, and walked us through exactly how they would fix it. His knowledge and friendly demeanor put us completely at ease. The real standout, though, was the crew that performed the work—Jake and Josh. These guys were absolute rock stars! They arrived on time, worked efficiently without cutting any corners, and left the site cleaner than they found it. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding, and the pool deck now looks better than it did when it was new. If you're dealing with any concrete or foundation issues, do yourself a favor and call Alpha Foundations. Their speed, professionalism, and attention to detail are second to none.
