Alpha installed piers at our residence to stabilize the foundation. During their visit, it was noticed that another corner of the home had cracks and also needed stabilization piers. They were able to take care of the additional work while on site so we did not have to go through the permitting process again. They also repaired our sprinkler, which was not their fault, just to provide good customer service. They cleaned up our property afterward and completed all work in a timely manner. Steven, Isaiah, David, and inspector Brandon C were very pleasant and professional.

I had a foundation issue that had caused water intrusion and floor damage. Steven and Chris installed the piers that stabilized the foundation, explaining patiently and politely the entire process. It relieved so much of my worry. They were as professional and knowledgeable as anyone could hope for a big job like this one.

Tyler was Professional, polite, on time and lead a great crew with Ryan, Woody and Drew all providing great service. I will be using them again in the future. They performed fantastic work in the time frame they anticipated it would take. I love knowing that I can move around down there worry free if needed, full access to the plumbing and electric while completely protected from environmental concerns. I am completely impressed with Alpha Foundations, and especially with Wes, David, and Chance. The foundation on my 1927 old Miami home has now been reinforced – no more wobbly dressers and book cases. They were reliable and focused, finishing the job in two days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs foundation and crawl space work done.

Last month we noticed some settlement cracks on the side of our home we called Alpha solutions out, and the inspector. Vincent did a thorough review of the outside of our home and the inside we found that there was some settlement cracks to the right side of our home. Vincent was able to explain to us what had happened and why we found the cracks and we went forward with his recommendation of having a process put in place to prevent further damage. The crew arrived this morning at 8 o’clock sharp the lead Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly courteous, and you could tell that he really knew what he was talking about the rest of the crew David and Isaiah were also very polite respectful. They did an amazing job within two hours installing Six piers Around the front perimeter of our home where the foundation problem existed. They had to dig a trench around the whole front area to install the peers. I was amazed at the fact that they were done within two hours. Everything was cleaned up and put back like they were never here. I Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair from their inspector to the crew who did the work. They were nothing but professional , Friendly, and Courteous.

Brandon and Nick did a fabulous job on my driveway repair. There were two sections of concrete driveway that had sunk down because the dirt underneath had shifted out. The whole driveway and my sidewalk coming from the front door was inspected and it was determined by Tyler that there was quite a bit of dirt that had sifted out from under my driveway. Brandon and Nick were able to Get the treatment under the driveway in order to raise it up, so that it was all even. They also took out the wooden pieces that had rotted between the driveway concrete slabs, and put sealant in there, which will work much better in the hot and cold temperatures for expansion. Everything was nice and even when they finished and they cleaned up the worksite. I am very happy with the way it looks and would recommend Alpha to others with similar situations. Thanks again for your Professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail.

Tyler and Giovanni were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also delightful. They made the whole experience a pleasant one. Would highly recommend this company and these two young men. Start to finish they let you know everything that’s going on and make sure that you are happy. A secondary note: The cost of doing foundation repair is quite high. Most of that goes to permits and engineering fees. If you’re going to take care of repairing your home, sometimes you just have to pay the price. That old adage of you get what you pay for I believe stands firm in this case.
