Jonathan was absolutely fantastic. First off, he was able to schedule an inspection within 2 days of making contact. Second, the structural inspection of my crawlspace was done with a very high level of professionalism and expertise. He explained everything in great detail and showed areas within the house in comparison to what he saw within the crawlspace. I would highly recommend this company – I am a property manager in Sarasota/Bradenton area and found this company at my NARPM event. They were extremely informative and went to my rental properties quickly once we discussed the problem we are having. Many of my property are raised homes with crawl spaces and having soft flooring issues. Alpha Foundations was prompt and the level of expertise exceeded my expectations! The tech Jonathan Hutsell communicated with myself, my owner and the tenants very well. I am very impressed and plan to be using them in the future. I would recommend over and over again!

The technicians that work for Alpha are very trained and competent to do the job. Drew and Zack arrived at my house on schedule and were both very professional in their demeanor. They measured my house, went through the crawlspace, and assessed my needs and very thorough order. After an assessment of my needs, they answered my questions and addressed my concerns about the work to be done. They had the experience to answer my questions and address my concerns with no hesitation. Both Drew and Zack are very nice guys to boot and a pleasure to work with concerning my house. Although our project was small ( two supports installed at corner of garage) I was greatly impressed by Chris and his crew !Chris answered any and all ( there were many) of our questions thoroughly , and was very professional and friendly. His "crew" worked diligently, and quick;y showing they knew their stuff. We watched and photographed each step which did not bother the crew. Matter of fact, they stopped occasionally nd asked if we wanted a photo of current step !The work was quick, the cleanup perfect !When you employ Alpha Foundations, count yourself lucky if Chris and his crew are the ones showing uop at your home

My family and I recently moved into a beautiful Spanish Mediterranean-style home built-in 1926. It was a crash course lesson on caring for a historic home in South Florida. The crawl space was a breeding ground for termites and mold, and the structural issues were the cause of our sagging and sinking floors.After a comprehensive assessment by the Alpha Foundation Design Technician, crawl space encapsulation and foundation support were our home's best options. Alpha Foundations encapsulated the crawl space and installed crawl space jacks ahead of schedule, eliminating the high humidity and resolving the floor leveling issue. Immediately after encapsulation, the humidity level reduced from 70% to 54% inside our home, allowing our air condition unit to operate more efficiently. The improvement in air quality and comfort inside our house is remarkable!Special thanks to Alpha Foundation's Design Technician Gavin, Foreman Jackson, Javid and Sam for their service, integrity, and professionalism.
