Alpha Foundations raised my pool deck, Their was was an underground pipe that got damaged,That’s when Forman Gregory Parks came out ,very professional .Told me I will handle this and he did.Kept me informed with the process from start to finished. I was so impressed with how Mr.Parks managed lining up Red Rhino,cutting out concrete himself,resurfacing and the whole time keeping me informed,Kyle came out who is Mr.Parks boss also impressed with him and the whole experience was refreshing to see that there is still companies who are very customer oriented towards customer satisfaction.Highly recommend this company.

We purchased an encapsulation with a dehumidifier through the Jacksonville Alpha Foundation team in February 2024. Our initial site survey was conducted by Christian. He did a great job, showed us the pictures he took, thoroughly explained all of our options and presented a very clean proposal which was great. Ethan was our installer along with his team of Andrew and Matt. They were very obviously well trained and experienced – from the first step of unloading through the installation and clean up. Super friendly, answered all of our questions, shared post install photos -GREAT customer service. They hauled out all of the empty boxes and partially cut pieces. Even though we offered, they didn't use our trash or recycling bins which would have been easy, instead they cleaned up everything and then packed it all out. Today (3/7/25), Devin made an appointment and stopped by for our year 1 of our 5 year dehumidifier maintenance service. He cleaned the filter, pump and checked up on the seams, tape and overall encapsulation install work. He took and shared pictures of what he saw under the house. Today wasn't a sale or attempt to sell – just an inspection visit. Even so, Devin, like the rest of the team, was friendly, showed great customer service and made sure we were happy with the project – even though it wasn't generating any additional revenue. However, his continuation of this cycle of GREAT customer service has locked us in with Alpha Foundation for any work we may need in the future. The entire team – from site survey through year 1 check up – were rock stars. No issues or concerns at any point during the process. I don't believe that this is a one off experience for an Alpha Foundation customer, I believe that this is their business standard. We highly recommend Alpha Foundation as your choice for any and all home improvement work you may need.

I had heard good things regarding alpha foundations so my expectation was high. Jake and Josh were here when expected. Jake reviewed what they would do and approximately how long it should take. The job they did was remarkable! I was expecting a level floor but they somehow managed almost make the cracks diapear. They blended them into the 30 year old concrete extremely well. Was not expecting such a great job!

Thanks to Alpha Foundations for helping lift and stabilize our house. The overall experience was really great. We have a very large home, and the team did an amazing job. The house was not level, and different areas were at different elevations. In the end, they lifted it by about 8 inches or more. A special thank you to Batuhan — he stayed in touch the entire time, answered all of our questions, and didn’t just try to sell the project. He was honest about all possible situations and the challenges we might face. The pier crew was incredible — I honestly fell in love with their work. They were very detail-oriented, kept everything as clean as possible, worked fast, and always arrived on time. Foreman Dylan discussed everything with us, was very polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. You can tell they work as a strong team. The poly crew was also amazing. They worked cleanly and carefully — you can barely see where they drilled unless you really look closely. Both crews worked together as much as needed to achieve the final result. If these guys are working on your project, you can be sure you’re in good hands. And to future customers — please be kind and polite to them, offer them some cold water or coffee. Management, please consider getting them massage memberships — they work incredibly hard, and I can’t imagine how much strain they put on their backs and muscles. After doing much research we called Alpha foundations to stabilize the floors in our older home built on a stemwall. Mallik, Antoine & Andrew came as planned, spent hours digging & securing metal jacks under our house to prevent the floors from bouncing. Mallik sent photos for us to see, numbering each jack they installed and showed the before, mid & finished jacks that were installed. He & Antoine explained we have an extended service for 5 years and that they can keep making slight adjustments in order to ensure a stable floor. They were very professional and were happy to answer questions we had.

We had Alpha Foundations come out to stabilize our patio, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They used a spray foam injection method to lift and secure the slab, and the difference was immediate. The team was professional, on time, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. You can tell they take pride in their work and don’t cut corners. Most importantly, everything feels solid and secure now, which gives me peace of mind for my family. If you’re dealing with uneven or sinking concrete, I highly recommend giving Alpha Foundations a call.
