He was very professional, yet warm in his presentation. Before the work started I was given a written contract for my files and addendum to the contract. I so appreciated their professionalism in completing the work and keeping me informed of their progress. they were also friendly and it was a very cohesive team. I appreciate the hard work they did. Shane and Chris arrived right on time, first thing in the morning, as promised. They performed a poly foam lift on my floating slab foundation. They repaired the tiny holes in my floor that they needed to drill to pump the poly foam down into the ground, and they were very pleasant and professional. The whole thing took about 3 hours and 15 minutes and they left no mess. I would recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone based on my experience with these two (Shane and Chris).
