Taylor, Tristan, and Greg spent two days completing the work and kept me up to date on the progress. When the project was completed Tyler reviewed a check list with me to be sure I understood what was done and what to expect. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, respectful, and kind. Alpha Foundations is very professional – they provide the type of service it is so very difficult to find here in Palm Coast, Florida. They respond quickly, actually show up and on time! Tyler came to our house, explained the work we needed done on our driveway, explained financing, etc. (NO pressure). The work was scheduled quickly and completed in just a portion of a day by Jake and crew. Our driveway is perfectly level now and no cracks. We are very pleased and we highly recommend this company! I would prefer to leave them 10 stars! Nick and his crew did an excellent job installing the piers. They were professional, cleaned up the site and made certain I didn't have any questions. Samuel W., aka Cooper, and Ceasar G. did an exceptional job injecting the PolyRenewal( structural foam) under the tile. Cooper was so careful not to damage the flooring. Wow! Cooper and Ceasar were professional and polite. Gavin, my project engineer, never dropped the ball. Anytime I had a question, he always responded to my calls or texts. He is very knowledgeable about the process from the beginning to the end! Over the years, I've had several contractors to my home for various projects. I can honestly say, Alpha Foundations has been the Best!! Thank you guys!!!
