I can't say enough great things about Alpha Foundations and the amazing crew Malik, Antoine & Andrew. Our home was in need of foundation support and crawl space encapsulation which as you can imagine was very important to our homes longevity. Malik and the crew came in and eased our minds through the entire process with pictures, frequent updates, answers to every question and simply confidence the job was going to be done right by experts. It is rare you find a company in Florida with consummate professionals; Alpha Foundations is the definition of professionalism. I would highly recommend them to you and your family if you need foundation work done. Don't shop around and waste your time and call Alpha today. Thanks Malik and team you guys were awesome.

Nick, Nick, Joe and Zach from Alpha Foundations did a fantastic job. On time, did exactly what they were supposed to do, and were very friendly. I also asked them to do a little thing that there was some confusion about whether it was included or not – and they came back the very next day to take care of it. No questions asked – the customer was right. I would recommend the Miami area team for any foundation repair. The sales team, office / permit team, and the field team were all extremely prompt, professional, and just nice human beings.

This company and their employees have performed foundation repair for our family on several occasions. They are very knowledgeable and professional in their craftsmanship! If someone is feeling worried about their specific issue, I would recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair! They explain what structural failure is occurring and the correct way to repair it forever. They also have the tools to take the bite out of financing the expense! Give them a call and see for yourself!

We recently had foundation work completed by Alpha Foundations in Jacksonville, and I am extremely pleased with the experience from start to finish. The crew — Luke, Hunter, and Jordan — were hardworking, professional, and very polite throughout the entire project. The job turned out to be more complex than originally expected because parts of the foundation layout were different from the initial assessment. Trey Sumner, the engineer who came to verify the foundation issues, was thorough and professional, and once I provided the foundation plans, the crew adapted quickly and handled the changes efficiently. Luke kept me informed every step of the way and explained things clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. There was a tremendous amount of digging and hard physical work involved, yet the crew remained positive and efficient the whole time. What impressed me even more was how clean they left the property afterward — honestly cleaner than when they arrived. It is rare these days to find a team that combines skill, communication, professionalism, and respect for the property the way they did. I would absolutely recommend them.

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations, specifically with two outstanding employeesâ Tory and Blakeâ who came out this morning to address a sidewalk issue at my property. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and their expertise really showed. I can't say enough about how great Tory and Blake were. Itâ s rare to find such exceptional service, and I am truly grateful for their hard work. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Alpha Foundation! From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make sure my home was taken care of with the highest level of professionalism and expertise. Dallas, the sales guy, was incredibly communicative and thorough from day one. He spent hours meticulously measuring my home’s elevation and inspecting every inch under the house to ensure an accurate and detailed assessment. He answered every single question I had with patience and a deep knowledge of the process, making sure I understood exactly what needed to be done and why. When it came time to get permits, there were a few unavoidable delays, but Dallas kept me in the loop every step of the way, giving me regular updates so I never felt left in the dark. His dedication and transparency made all the difference in giving me confidence in the project. When the work finally began, Tyler and Greg were absolutely fantastic! They were not only highly efficient but also incredibly communicative throughout the entire job. Foundation work can be nerve-wracking, but these guys made it a seamless experience. They treated my home with the utmost care, keeping everything clean and organized while ensuring that every step of the process was done correctly. The lifting process was the part I was most nervous about, but Tyler and Greg took such a conservative and careful approach that I knew I was in good hands. They explained each phase, reassured me along the way, and made sure that no unnecessary stress was put on my home. Their precision and expertise were evident, and they truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was done safely and effectively. If you need foundation work done, look no further! The team at Alpha Foundation is top-notch. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are second to none.
