After years of searching for a replacement for the decaying wood/dirt retaining wall of a 40ft slab that was added in my backyard by the previous owners, I found Alpha. Ashton, who gave me the quote, was the first professional who actually knew what he was talking about, and it was a no brainer to sign with them on the spot as I could finally get rid of that huge and ugly decaying ´planter’. Josh, David and Anthony, who did the work, are all exceptional young professionals, knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful of my property, and fun to have around! It took the crew one full Florida high sun / high humidity day and a morning to reinforce the 2ft deep foundations into a 20 ft deep system and now that slab is going nowhere! They cleaned up after themselves and left the place ready for my new backyard improvements! I’m mega happy with their work and recommend them and the company even in preventative situations like mine. Money well spent! All Floridians should have this system under their house!

I had a great experience with Alpha Foundations. Justin and Gavin were extremely detailed during the inspection and took the time to answer every question I had without rushing me. They explained everything clearly, including what they found, possible causes, and the recommended solutions. I really appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, and helpful they both were throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find companies that are this thorough and honest. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing foundation work or an evaluation.

We had foundation repairs completed at our home today, and I cannot say enough good things about the crew — Tyler, Ryan, Kevin, and Giovanni. These men worked tirelessly all day long with incredible professionalism and dedication. They communicated clearly and effectively throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood what was being done every step of the way. Not only were they hardworking and knowledgeable, but they were also extremely polite and respectful of our home and property. It is rare to find a crew with such a strong work ethic and positive attitude. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. I needed to have my lanai repaired where the corners were cracking a dropping due to erosion. I had quotes done with 3 different companies and went with Alpha, not just because they were competitive with pricing but also because of the people. Starting with Lance who quoted the job, I felt that he was being completely transparent and honest with what I needed to get done. At no time did I feel like he was trying to take advantage to gain extra dollars. Then the crew came to do the pilings, Tyler, Giovanni, and Ryan. Also fantastic! They were so nice, informative, communicative. 2 days later, Tory and Christopher came to do the foam. Equally as fabulous. You can tell that all of the team is invested in their jobs and the quality shows. They weren't there just to make a paycheck. I would ABSOLUTELY use them again without hesitation and would 100% recommend them!

A year ago we contacted Cooper Baker from Alpha Foundations to inspect a home we were under contract to purchase. Thanks to his expertise, he identified significant structural concerns, which ultimately helped us make the decision not to move forward with that property. We were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism that when we later noticed a few cracks in the home we did purchase, we didn’t hesitate to call him again. After a thorough inspection, he reassured us that there was nothing concerning and no action was needed. I truly appreciate his honesty and integrity. It’s clear he prioritizes what’s best for the homeowner. I would absolutely recommend Cooper to anyone in need of a trustworthy and knowledgeable inspection.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Alpha Foundation. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Tory and Christopher were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Before calling Alpha Foundation, I received estimates of over $10,000 from other contractors who planned to tear up a large portion of my pool deck. Alpha Foundation fixed the problem for about one-third of the cost, with no demolition, no mess, and the entire job was completed in just two hours. My pool deck looks beautiful! The five-year warranty and annual inspections provide added peace of mind and show their commitment to standing behind their work. If you have foundation or pool deck issues, I highly recommend Alpha Foundation. Their quality, value, and customer service are outstanding, and Tory and Christopher made the entire experience a pleasure.
