Alpha Foundations came out recently to help fix our crawl space. We had some minor sinking that took place from the storms last year and they helped us stabilize a few areas of our house. Now we have peace of mind knowing our 100 year house is good. Jake came out to give us the quote and communication was awesome throughout the process. Then Joseph, Houston, and Dan came out for installation. Also great communication throughout the process. They got the work done quickly and we feel confident knowing they did things the right way.

I don’t usually do reviews, but Josh and Lawrence really did a fantastic job filling our weakened pool deck with foam and deserve credit for their hard work. Where they couldn’t fix slants they took the time to grind and smooth put the decking so everything would look great. All the concerning cracks were filled and look sharp. The deck work was something we were dreading, but the fair cost and work done has made us feel better about the investment. We are confident now we made the right choice.

Alpha Foundations completed a foundation repair on our home. Will was great at explaining what needed to be done and how that would be accomplished and the cost followed by Kyle, Trent, Drew and Woody completing the repair. They arrived on time with great communication. The whole crew were so polite and professional even when they had a surprise encounter with an armadillo under our house. These young men are an asset to your company and represent you well.

Steven, Isaiah and David arrived on time. Steven identified additional stair-step cracks on the side and recommended six additional braces to prevent further slab movement. He helped set up the additional financing through GreenSky. All three worked hard and completed the project in 2 days. Cleanup was good and things looked pretty much like they did before they began.

What a great company ! From Dean Faulkenberry, certified field inspector, understanding and explaining what needed to be done to level my manufactured home, to the work crew of Greg, the foreman and his crew William ( woody) and Jeff. Got the job completed in one day, the workers showed up on time, were professionals the whole time, not one complaint, just put their heads down and got to work. I cannot rave enough about the company and the aforementioned gentlemen in this review. It was nice to witness that Customer Service is still alive and a priority to this company. Just had Joseph, Dan, Houston, Greg, and Dalin complete a full encapsulation of our crawlspace. They were amazing completing all of the work in just two days and let us informed of what was going on the entire time. Alpha Foundations as a whole including our estimator Cody were great, but the crew was amazing. If you’re in the Tampa area ask for Joseph and his crew to be your installers!
