I had an excellent experience with Caleb from Alpha Foundations. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Before starting the work, Caleb took the time to clearly explain the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect. His communication throughout was outstanding, and he was thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s not often you come across someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer service. Caleb made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. If you’re considering Alpha Foundations, I highly recommend asking for Caleb. He is a true professional and a great representative of the company.

Chose Alpha Foundations Chris V and Matt W to stabilize the concrete area under my spa and pool area and Mike and Kesly to fill the cracks on my pool deck and add poly to seal. After a few hiccups which they solved quickly they did an excellent job. Explained everything as they went along and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and professional. Cleaned the area of any debris when they were finished. I would highly recommend.

The crew Steven, Chris and Brandon just finished our foundation stabilization. Steven explained the procedure and cost in detail in two different meetings. He was very professional, yet warm in his presentation. Before the work started I was given a written contract for my files and addendum to the contract. I so appreciated their professionalism in completing the work and keeping me informed of their progress. they were also friendly and it was a very cohesive team. I appreciate the hard work they did. We had the unfortunate situation of having foundation issues on our home. After researching the subject and meeting with a couple of foundation companies, we selected Alpha Foundations. We felt that Alpha Foundations was more inline with what needed to be done. We had the good fortune to have Steven and his field crew David and Isaiah sent to do the work. They were all very professional, but also very personable at the same time. They make a great team and worked very well together. They kept us informed of every step and were very thorough explaining what they were doing (they were very patient with my husband’s curiosity). Once everything was completed and cleaned up, you could not tell they were even there. They took pictures of various steps from start to finish and every support installed. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

I recently moved to Tallahassee from West Palm Beach where I was born and raised. A crawl space is a new thing to me which our new home has. I kept seeing the Alpha Foundation commercials and how they could encapsulate and protect it. So I decided to give them a call and be proactive against any future problems. I have been self employed my whole life, and customer service is paramount to me! From my initial call to meeting with our salesperson Dallas, to our very professional, prompt excellent installation crew (Zach, Omar, and Jaydon) this has been a pleasurable and great decision for our new home. I highly recommend this company and the peace of mind using them will give you. Now our crawl space feels like “Space Station Alpha”, thank you Alpha Foundations!
