My experience with Alpha was great. My home is over 100 years old and has always had issues with settling and cracks. Recently some things had gotten worse. I called Alpha and Cody came out to inspect and do some measurements. We scheduled the installation of jacks under some of the beams to prevent further damage. The crew arrived to do the install, we discussed what they would be doing. They were all wonderful. Very efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend Alpha. Thank you Cody, Kyle Drew and Max!!

My first interaction was with Sheldon. He came out. He took measurements and took his time explaining the whole entire process to me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and exactly what I needed to have done. The day of the insulation Steven and his crew came out to do my foundation repairs. They were absolutely amazing, very professional, on time! When the job was done, Steven came and asked me if I had any questions Or concerns. He walked me through what they had done. Again I was treated with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend anybody who is needing foundation repair to request Sheldon as your sales salesman and Steven and his crew To perform the work you were needing to have done. I I am not a person to give praise, but they did go above and beyond And deserve all this recognition!

Florida insurance decided we needed a driveway leveling to retain coverage. David from Alpha was quick to come out, do an assessment, and provide adequate documentation for my insurance company. Jordan and George did the leveling today. The process was quick and the warranty can't be beat. They even cleaned up so you can't tell anything was done. Best crews I had ever hired. I hired Alpha Foundation for two jobs: Helical piers installation under the foundation, and polyurethane foam injection in the concrete patio. They came on time with professional equipment. They explained to me what they were going to do and what they might need. Both crews – Piering crew: Steven, Chris, and Brandon, Poly: Garrett and James were very friendly, professional, polite. They were very efficient and made sure all work sites were cleaned up after the work. They were very patient with all questions I had. I’d recommend this company to anyone as they’re professional and easy to work with from the beginning to installation procedure.

I recently had Alpha Foundations stabilize and fill voids in my back addition, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Tory and Blake were the crew assigned to the job, and they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done properly. The work was completed on time, and I can already feel the difference in the stability of my addition. They also left the work area clean, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for a reliable foundation repair company, I highly recommend Alpha Foundations—especially Tory and Blake. Great experience overall!

Tyler and Giovanni from Alpha Foundations installed our stabilization helical piers on 2/11/2026, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. They arrived on time, walked us through the process clearly, and provided consistent updates throughout the project. Communication was straightforward and professional — no confusion, no surprises. What really stood out was their care for our property. This is an older home, and foundation work can feel intimidating, but they treated everything with respect and precision. The work area was kept clean, and they were mindful of minimizing disruption. Their customer service was top-notch from start to finish. You can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend Tyler and Giovanni — Alpha Foundations is fortunate to have them.

Alpha Foundations is very professional – they provide the type of service it is so very difficult to find here in Palm Coast, Florida. They respond quickly, actually show up and on time! Tyler came to our house, explained the work we needed done on our driveway, explained financing, etc. (NO pressure). The work was scheduled quickly and completed in just a portion of a day by Jake and crew. Our driveway is perfectly level now and no cracks. We are very pleased and we highly recommend this company! Alpha Foundations came out recently to help fix our crawl space. We had some minor sinking that took place from the storms last year and they helped us stabilize a few areas of our house. Now we have peace of mind knowing our 100 year house is good. Jake came out to give us the quote and communication was awesome throughout the process. Then Joseph, Houston, and Dan came out for installation. Also great communication throughout the process. They got the work done quickly and we feel confident knowing they did things the right way.
