I had interviewed another company prior to talking to Kel at Alpha foundation and after speaking with Kel Decided to go with them because of how he spent the time showing me how he knew where the voids under my pool slab was and what it would take to get there he didn’t promise anything that he couldn’t fulfill, and in fact, told me that he probably wouldn’t be able to get it exactly level, but what would do the best he could, and when Jordan and Hector came out, I spoke with Jordan and he was thorough and making sure if I had any questions or concerns that he gave me the opportunity to say something. They did a great job it was done a lot quicker than I expected and very satisfied with the work done. Dillon, Chris and Caleem could not have been more professional. They communicated with me before their arrival and throughout the work day. The arrived on time and were all dressed professionally in matching work shirts. They showed great care in doing minimal damage to my plantings and grass. Once they cleaned up, it was difficult to tell that they had been here. I recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone who even thinks they need foundation work. If you don't need it, they will tell you and you will have peace of mind.

Our floor was bowing and would actually bounce as we walked. In some areas was down 1” and 2”.. I very apprehensive at first not knowing what to expect, sales guy Joseph was very professional and made me feel comfortable, but still didn’t know what to expect as contractors in Miami are sketchy at best.. checked the reviews, signed the contract and hoped for the best. And frankly that is what I got in the form of Jacob and Sam.. I was very impressed not only by how clean and efficiently they worked but also how knowledgeable and friendly they were. I cannot express how happy I was when the floor lifted to level and it stopped bouncing!! Jacob really went out of his way to show me everything and answer all my endless questions. Feels firm like a slab now. Wasn’t cheap, but quality never is and peace of mind is priceless! Thank you, Joseph, Jacob, Sam and Alpha Foundations.

Had a great experience with Alpha Foundations. Jake H. came and inspected the work I previously had done 3 to 4 years ago. He found cracked floor joists. We came up with a game plan for repairs.
