I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Alpha Foundation! From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make sure my home was taken care of with the highest level of professionalism and expertise. Dallas, the sales guy, was incredibly communicative and thorough from day one. He spent hours meticulously measuring my home’s elevation and inspecting every inch under the house to ensure an accurate and detailed assessment. He answered every single question I had with patience and a deep knowledge of the process, making sure I understood exactly what needed to be done and why. When it came time to get permits, there were a few unavoidable delays, but Dallas kept me in the loop every step of the way, giving me regular updates so I never felt left in the dark. His dedication and transparency made all the difference in giving me confidence in the project. When the work finally began, Tyler and Greg were absolutely fantastic! They were not only highly efficient but also incredibly communicative throughout the entire job. Foundation work can be nerve-wracking, but these guys made it a seamless experience. They treated my home with the utmost care, keeping everything clean and organized while ensuring that every step of the process was done correctly. The lifting process was the part I was most nervous about, but Tyler and Greg took such a conservative and careful approach that I knew I was in good hands. They explained each phase, reassured me along the way, and made sure that no unnecessary stress was put on my home. Their precision and expertise were evident, and they truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was done safely and effectively. If you need foundation work done, look no further! The team at Alpha Foundation is top-notch. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are second to none. Huge thanks to Dallas, Tyler, and Greg for making this such a smooth and stress-free experience! Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about how outstanding the service and work we received from the Alpha,Foundation team….Starting with Brad, who came out evaluated our home and situation. He explained our options and made suggestions that would help us with our decisions. Next, step was to have the work done…two crews came out. One, Clint and Hunter, to I stall piers around the perimeter. A second crew, Bobby,Philip and Alexis, had the job in the crawl space, installing jacks and support beams..Bobby explained each and everything that was going to happen. He and his crew went above and beyond what i expected. They addressed and fixed any issue they found. Squeaky floors to gaps on joists…didn't leave the job until he was sure that I was,satisfied. A few days later he reached out to check on things. I mentioned some floor movement and squeaks, a few days later he was back out under the house looking for the problem…it was found, addressed and fixed….a true professional and a really nice guy. Bobby. Philip and Alexis, Clint, and Hunter know their jobs and do it well! Thank you all.

Five stars, hands down. Before the repair, my crawlspace was the kind of place you open once, shine a flashlight into, and immediately say, “Nope. Not today.” It was dirty, cramped, and probably had its own ecosystem with spiders, roots, and three generations of previous owners’ discarded hubcaps and bad decisions. I first worked with Matt, who didn’t hesitate to crawl under there for a full inspection. He took pictures, explained everything clearly, and somehow made it sound manageable instead of catastrophic. He even came out between Christmas and New Year’s while I had time off, which I appreciated. Thanks again, Matt. Then Logan, Tori, and Corey showed up for the install. These guys spent days crawling around under my house dragging plastic encapsulation, supports, and tools through conditions that would make most people suddenly remember they had somewhere else to be. Crawlspace work is tight, dirty, uncomfortable work, and they handled it like pros. They explained the process, answered my questions, worked quickly, and didn't laugh at the repairs I had made before calling them. The transformation is honestly impressive. My crawlspace went from something I actively avoided thinking about to clean, dry, fully encapsulated, and properly supported. It’s now structurally sound, sealed up tight, and honestly better put together than some job sites I’ve seen above ground. I never thought I’d feel proud of a crawlspace, but here we are.

I just had my sidewalk lift and leveled, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Tory and Blake were the technicians, and they were both super professional. This might be a little long, but, I wanted to make sure that I hit every thing I wanted too. I also wanted to say that I am a widow, and I am a woman. As a woman and/or a widow, we are ALWAYS afraid of being taken advantage of because this kind of "stuff" is usually out of our realm and we feel uncomfortable making these kind of decisions. Feeling vulnerable for sure!! So THAT'S where I was at when I made my 1st call to schedule an estimate. Ryan Parker came out to do the estimate and he was AMAZING!!! Patient with all of my questions and repeating them when I asked again because I didn't understand. He would reword the answers so I could understand some things better as well. He made me feel comfortable and treated me like he would his own mother. Or at least I felt like that. He was there for about an hour and a half or so, measuring on the inside and outside and using tools on the outside as well. It was a full on inspection as to what was going on, and, in which part of the house. And for Free!! If I said, no thank you, still no cost. But I KNEW I had a serious problem, I just needed to understand exactly what is was, how to fix it and to feel like I was safe with whom I was trusting this with. Both structurally for my house and financially for me! And I did!!! It started with Ryan. Then on the day of installation of the piers (or beams as I call them- lol) Josh, Rickey and Antoine came out. They were equally amazing in making me feel comfortable in what was going on. They took me to the trailer that had all the equipment on it and showed me what they were and explained how they will be placed in the ground and then attached to the foundation. They let me take pictures of them when I asked and I even got to watch them put one in the ground. Made me feel like I was part of the process and not just the "payer". It helped me understand a lot better of what Ryan was saying during the initial visit. I found it all intriguing. Josh, Rickey and Antoine were super great and they worked wonderful together! They were also able to close up my stepping cracks pretty good and lifted that one corner about 2 inches!! I was very impressed!! They even found a spot that wasn't on my original plan that needed some attention either now or pretty soon. My front column was starting to move away from the house. I could visibly see that once he pointed it out to me!! Paint was even missing due to the moving of the column!!! I said yes, please, let's fix it while you are here! He even called GreenSky (their finance people that they use I guess. Not as good of a review for them. I didn't find them friendly or helpful) BUT, Josh called them and got everything squared away for me so we could add it on to what they were already doing!! They cleaned up nicely when they were done as well. I was VERY pleased with the crew (Josh, Rickey and Antoine)! I had just one more step in this process and that is to repair my sidewalk and driveway that was also moved or slanted and cracked from the shifting of my house. Jordan and Hector came out to repair this phase of the project. And like the others that came out this far, impeccable!!! Jordan and Hector introduced themselves, asked if I had any questions and then explained to me what they will be doing. I watched them do that as well because it was the foam stuff they'd shoot under the concrete and I wanted to see how that worked too!! Pretty neat!!! I asked if he could do a couple extra areas that were trip hazards for me while he was there and he said absolutely. Once again I had to call GreenSky, and had difficulties, and he was extremely patient and helped me with them as well!! He needed to come back to remove and then repair some concrete to fix an area of the garage that was sunk and when he did I asked him if he could repair some of the concrete repair that Josh's crew had done because it had rained and got messed up a bit and he said of course!!! Not upset or annoyed that I asked at all!! Jordan was very accommodating with any request I had had. Customer's wants and needs were high priority for him and it showed! When he came back out to fix all the concrete he needed to do, he sent me pictures of it and it looked beautiful!! He did a fantastic job AND he even texted me the next day to see if I was happy or if I needed anything else looked at or addressed. I am telling you, I went into this job scared, nervous and overwhelmed!! But they were ALL just AMAZING!!!!! Very kind, patient and knowledgeable in their field!!!! I couldn't of been in better hands anywhere else!! So if you are debating about calling them, DON'T!! I hope I don't ever have to call them again, but if I do need their service again……… in a heart beat!!!! Thanks guys!!!

Would definitely recommend Alpha! I had a good bit of work done to the crawlspace of my home – five jacks, two sistered joists, and a drain system with sump pumps installed. From the start I felt really comfortable with Alpha. My salesperson, Zack Long, was excellent and so helpful with all the questions I had. The team followed up with me the week before the job started to let me know when they would arrive and to run over the specs. Keith, Miguel, and Jake could not have been more efficient throughout the whole install. Clean up was perfect and they added a few thoughtful touches that I really appreciated. Even more, since I had an electrician coming out the next day Keith and the team made sure the area where they’d be working was dry and clean so that part would go smoothly as well. I don’t think I could have asked for a better crew!Great experience start to finish. Thank you!

What a terrific experience, Josh Berner let the foundation crew and those three guys worked so hard. We’re very professional, very knowledgeable and polite. Jonah leading the crawlspace team were likewise extremely hard-working polite they explained things to me and we’re very professional. And lastly, the team that came and did the poly were in and out of here you couldn’t even tell it they left the space so neat and clean they got to it explained what they were going to do and did it thank you everyone you were great to work with. These guys continue to hit it out of the park Steven, David and Isaiah. We’re here to finish the project. They were totally professional friendly knowledgeable kept me informed and like the other crew cleaned up after themselves definitely a five star rating.
