This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

I recently moved to Tallahassee from West Palm Beach where I was born and raised. A crawl space is a new thing to me which our new home has. I kept seeing the Alpha Foundation commercials and how they could encapsulate and protect it. So I decided to give them a call and be proactive against any future problems. I have been self employed my whole life, and customer service is paramount to me! From my initial call to meeting with our salesperson Dallas, to our very professional, prompt excellent installation crew (Zach, Omar, and Jaydon) this has been a pleasurable and great decision for our new home. I highly recommend this company and the peace of mind using them will give you. Now our crawl space feels like “Space Station Alpha”, thank you Alpha Foundations!

Jake came over promptly and repaired the area of my pool deck within half a day! Was very particular and did a great job! He was worried about how to accomplish the tricky repair of the uneven concrete and not damage the pool pipes with foam. Thank you for fixing my deck and getting ready for the summer season!

I had heard good things regarding alpha foundations so my expectation was high. Jake and Josh were here when expected. Jake reviewed what they would do and approximately how long it should take. The job they did was remarkable! I was expecting a level floor but they somehow managed almost make the cracks diapear. They blended them into the 30 year old concrete extremely well. Was not expecting such a great job!

I have never worked with a company who is as thorough as Alpha! Logan came in and explained everything to me, checked the elevations throughout the whole process, and answered every question I had! Ethan and Chris did an awesome job on our foundation and I am so happy to be able to enjoy my home without stressing that it will fall apart at any point. 10/10 recommend!

Just had Joseph, Dan, Houston, Greg, and Dalin complete a full encapsulation of our crawlspace. They were amazing completing all of the work in just two days and let us informed of what was going on the entire time. Alpha Foundations as a whole including our estimator Cody were great, but the crew was amazing. If you’re in the Tampa area ask for Joseph and his crew to be your installers!

We had two areas in our walkways where the concrete had sunk. We contracted Alpha Foundations to lift, level and restore the concrete. Alpha’s work quality exceeded our expectations. Batuhan Or and Sam Martin were responsive and professional. Even after job completion, Batuhan was helpful on unrelated issues.
