Everything about my experience with Alpha was great. I had a tree that had caused serious damage to my driveway and garage. Alpha accessed the situation and didn't try to over exaggerate the work that needed to be done. ( we got a quote from another highly promoted foundation company who wanted almost 25k to do things that were completely unnecessary). Alpha was super communicative and professional. They were so flexible with my schedule as I had to keep delaying things on account of the tree removal. At the end of the day I couldn't be happier with the work and the service. In the process of stabilizing the lanai slab, they remedied the cracks and uneven surface caused by a combination of ground settling and improper installation during the initial house construction. They were knowledgeable and professional, explained what they were doing very well, were very detail oriented, and demonstrated great customer service. This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

They did the job, lifted the 7" thick foundation up 1 inch and within FL code. Nick was a pro, in and out. His leadman Aaron is another pro who explained everything multiple times never tiring. Now protected against the neighbors broken waterpipe which is drilling a cavern to the aquifer… neighbors used 80yds of concrete underpinning their foundation, we called Alpha Foundations, in and out 2 days.

I contacted Alpha Foundations about a brick patio that had a significant dip across the middle. Josh came out and gave an estimate and the repair was scheduled.There was good communication with the company, confirming time and who would be coming to do the actual repairs.Brandon and Huntercame and began the process to lift the slab. Brandon was upfront about the challenge concerning lifting the concrete while not causing more damage to the brick overlay. He gave realistic scenarios. The patio was almost unusable prior. It is now functional again. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Alpha Foundation without any reservations.
