Wow! I am so happy & impressed with the work Jake & Matt did today on my driveway & walkway to my home. My home is 24 years old & the concrete driveway has seen better days. In fact, I tripped & really injured myself on the uneven slab this past October. I knew something had to be done so NO ONE else tripped on this driveway. Uneven driveway slabs are a liability & I didn't want anyone else tripping on the uneven slab like I did. The process they use is really very interesting & it works. It sure beats having a new concrete driveway installed which would be much more expensive & time consuming. Now I'm no longer the only house in my neighborhood with uneven slabs on my driveway. I'm so grateful to Jake & Matt for the wonderful job they did!

This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

Our 50 yr old house shifted 1” on one end right after thanksgiving 25. Had Alpha come inspect- they had aready solution to stabilize the house indefinitely, clear out the musty smell and lift the house so any damage inside along the ceilings could be easily recovered. They were prompt polite, very informative, went the extra mile with under the house coverage. They encapsulated the crawl space and braced the house with steel beams. From inside the house – a definite tightening was evident. House is tight, quiet & the musty smell is all but gone. Jon George Alex and Zach did an excellent job job wrapping and cleaning up on the crawlspace. KUDOS!

From start to finish, the entire process was professional, organized, and transparent. A special thank you to Foreman Lane and his crew, Will and Cam. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and communication throughout the project were outstanding. Lane did an excellent job explaining the work being performed, answering questions, and ensuring everything was completed to a high standard. Will and Cam were hardworking, courteous, and took great pride in their work. The team arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and treated my property with respect. It’s clear that Alpha Foundations invests in quality people who genuinely care about customer satisfaction.
