We are very pleased with the foundation work that was done. However, their Permit team leaves something to be desired. We started the process in January 26 and the permit wasn't received until Athe beginning of April and I had to make the phone calls to the County office to find out it was approved! We would have been pushed back another month if I had not pursued the permit. The work was done in one day which was awesome. We are still waiting for the final inspection of work almost a month later! Would have been 5 stars if the Permit department had been on the ball.

5 Stars!!! I had an amazing experience with Alpha Foundations. Cody did my initial quote. He was very detailed, very informative and made a great first impression with Alpha. Nick was my next contact, he helped streamline the whole process and even extended the expiration of a discount they were offering. Karen kept me informed throughout the whole permitting process. Big shout out to all the boys that crawled under the house and did some tough manual labor!!!! Tristan, Gio, and Will were amazing. They worked very well together and quick. They did the whole project in one day. The three of them were very informative and answered all my questions. They kept me up to date with where the project was at each step which allowed me to run errands throughout the day. Communication couldn't have been been better. In the beginning and end of the project they made sure they answered all my questions and that I was fully informed with each step. At the end they documented and photographed everything and went over each photo to make sure I was satisfied. Can't thank everyone enough for job well done!

We used Alpha Foundations from Tallahassee, and the experience was exceptional! They came out the day after Thanksgiving and explained everything they were doing that day and explained a few different options for us. Rich was very professional and easy to talk with and had answers for everything we were concerned about. They scheduled the work to be done in two weeks, and Zack and his team were thorough and got the work done the same day and left the work area clean! We are very very happy with Alpha Foundations and will recommend them to anyone needing Foundation work done. Thank you, Rick, Zack & Omar!

Awesome job! The team did not disappoint, Jesse Henson's (sales)confidence made my decision to contract with Alpha easy. The appointed was set for a few weeks. Fast forward to install day, The foreman Zach hit the ground running, with Omar and Jaydon do the heavy lifting. All three guys were great, in and out in a day and a half. We noticed the recent addition on our house had cracks in the drywall and the door wouldn’t close properly. We reached out to a handful of companies and ended up going with Alpha Foundations. They did a great job and were very professional and friendly. Tory, Christopher, and Kevin did the chemical grout after the piers were installed. They were thorough and explained everything very well. The cleanup was great. I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations for any foundation issues.

Huston, Ian, and Tristan from Alpha Foundations did an outstanding job. I’ve had contractors in my home who could learn a lot from these three. From the moment they arrived, they were professional without being stiff, communicated everything clearly, and worked at a pace that genuinely surprised me. I never had to wonder what was happening or when something would be done — they just kept me in the loop. Fast doesn’t usually mean good. In this case it meant both. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Team Will, Dylan & Tory all the way. Outstanding service. This entire crew was knowledgeable, polite, responsive and went out of their way to do little things they didn't have to. I had my carport foundation lifted to prevent water retention and had a tiny sidewalk poured. I'm completely satisfied with the hard work they all put into to my project and highly recommend them.
