I had interviewed another company prior to talking to Kel at Alpha foundation and after speaking with Kel Decided to go with them because of how he spent the time showing me how he knew where the voids under my pool slab was and what it would take to get there he didn’t promise anything that he couldn’t fulfill, and in fact, told me that he probably wouldn’t be able to get it exactly level, but what would do the best he could, and when Jordan and Hector came out, I spoke with Jordan and he was thorough and making sure if I had any questions or concerns that he gave me the opportunity to say something. They did a great job it was done a lot quicker than I expected and very satisfied with the work done. We purchased the five-year service plan and I know that if we have an issue that they will take care of. done a lot quicker than I expected and very satisfied with the work done. Alpha was a great company to work with from initial inspection to final phase- all the workers on site were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough- Alpha has a great warranty with annual inspections to make sure there are no issues later We compliment Justin the inspector, Luke Hunter and Lawrence on pier installation and stabilization, and Jake and Josh on the final phase of foam injection- all were a pleasure to have on our project.

Eric Fotis, A Certified Foundation Inspector from your company came out to the house to look at the crawlspace for a possible vapor barrier. He took his time, inspecting the crawlspace of the home and even more time explain to me the situation as as and his proposed solution. Eric is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the humidity issues here in Florida. I appreciate that he came down here in Monroe County to see me and the h ome. Eric is definitely an asset to the company! At this time, I may not be able to install the vapor barrier in the home, but if and when that time comes, I will be contacting Eric at Alpha Foundations.

The entire process with this Fort Myers company was exceptional! From the first phone call, inspection/estimate, to the workmanship; I was impressed! Maximus, Wilkson, & Peterson were super kind, polite, & professional throughout the day and a half they were here. The three definitely show off your company as first rate! It was also a nice surprise that a supervisor showed up unexpectedly to see the results. We had settlement issues which they repaired with SettleStop Push Piers. I was also thrilled to know this company will come out once a year for 5 years to check on their work!!! I have a home in Wisconsin & wish I could get them there to do their amazing work!
