I recently had Alpha Foundations stabilize and fill voids in my back addition, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Tory and Blake were the crew assigned to the job, and they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done properly. The work was completed on time, and I can already feel the difference in the stability of my addition. They also left the work area clean, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for a reliable foundation repair company, I highly recommend Alpha Foundations—especially Tory and Blake. Great experience overall!

We thought the seller of our home had patched the foundation in front of our sliding glass door. It turns out, it was a poorly done patch by the builder who cut the hole for the slider too large. Taylor was very friendly, and his measurements were incredibly helpful. Though Alpha couldn't help us this time, we know who can help us with any future concrete needs. Thanks, Taylor!

Alpha Foundations is by far the most superior specialty contractor we’ve ever experienced. We had Malik Antoine & Andrew come to our home and install a new environment underneath our home. We had mold and bouncy floors throughout our home. We wanted to make sure we had a safe environment for the family. We went through numerous contractors to see what was the best option. In this case we did not go with the cheapest option we went with by far the most credible and reputable company with what seems to be true professionals and true tradesmen. From the level of communication from A to Z it was just an amazing experience. We spent well over our expected budget of $24,000 but I had no doubt that this company was the best company to hire. The crew came in, started work immediately and truly showed that they cared throughout the entire installation. It took numerous days but they got it done and I’m very satisfied with the results. Thank you Alpha Foundations!!

Installation was excellent – good communication, professional, etc. Rosalie, Jose and Paldo were the installers.Had some problems with scheduling. I had an initial meeting and installation that went great. When I tried contacting my rep, the email and phone call went unanswered. Went I contacted the company, they said he was promoted or something. I think they actually have high turnover but didn’t want to admit it. All appointments were a month out, so I scheduled it. Then they cancelled a few days before my appointment. It seems they cancelled my appointment so they could schedule other people. It took me multiple phone calls to figure that out. They rescheduled me for another month out. This also took multiple phone calls. For some reason, it seems I was on the bottom of their list.

Jonathan H. was an excellent representative of this company. He was professional and efficient in all my dealings with him. The work was done by two crews and all members of the crews performed the work agreed to and corrected any issues I had with the work. The workman were Crew One – Aaron, Janise, Bernard, Matt W. and Crew Two – Trace, Tanner, Keith, Hayden. Adjustments were needed and the crew returned and performed the adjustments to my satisfaction. An excellent company and working with the crews was a smooth process.
