So we run into foundation issues all the time with these homes. Alpha Foundations is always on speed dial for us. They did the job, lifted the 7" thick foundation up 1 inch and within FL code. Nick was a pro, in and out. His leadman Aaron is another pro who explained everything multiple times never tiring. Now protected against the neighbors broken waterpipe which is drilling a cavern to the aquifer… neighbors used 80yds of concrete underpinning their foundation, we called Alpha Foundations, in and out 2 days.

Tory and Christopher were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Before calling Alpha Foundation, I received estimates of over $10,000 from other contractors who planned to tear up a large portion of my pool deck. Alpha Foundation fixed the problem for about one-third of the cost, with no demolition, no mess, and the entire job was completed in just two hours. My pool deck looks beautiful! The five-year warranty and annual inspections provide added peace of mind and show their commitment to standing behind their work. If you have foundation or pool deck issues, I highly recommend Alpha Foundation. House had settled an excessive amount on one side, so decided to go with Alpha Foundations to install helical piers to (slightly) lift and brace the house. Jake and his team were prompt, explained everything that was going on with the process of installing helical piers, and left me feeling that the house was in better shape (and protected for the future) than when they started. Overall, the folks from Alpha Foundations were reliable, set good expectations, and imo, reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend going with these guys for assistance with home foundation issues.

The entire inspection process with Alpha Foundations was great and the crawlspace encapsulation results were even better. TJ performed the initial inspection and quote. He was extremely thorough, patient, and answered all my questions. He ensured I understood the benefits of their different options and set clear expectations and scope of work. Never pushy and very easy to work and communicate with. Ben, Nick, and Chris were the crew who came to do the encapsulation. Hats off to them because I couldn't imagine doing what they did as thoroughly in such a cramped space. I was doubtful they could knock it out in the estimated two and a half days – but they did. They were fantastic and were always happy to answer my questions throughout the process. Overall a 10/10 experience. I am thrilled with the results and can rest easy knowing I've taken a big step in protecting and improving my home.

We had 3 different areas of concern. A driveway apron that was sinking, the front steps that were sinking and a crack in the front porch due to settling. The driveway and the steps were done by Brandon he had the job of putting the hydraulic cement under the driveway and steps. He was polite and courteous and definitely knew what he was doing. We had some other areas of concern with the walkway leading to the front door, which we had planned to do. However, after talking with him we re-evaluated the situation and decided replacing the sections of the sidewalk would be a better option. (this is something they don't do) His honest evaluation of the job was greatly appreciated. The front porch was done by Clint and his crew. They did a really great job, protecting the surrounding areas as they dug the holes to place the supports under the porch. When they were finished, they put everything back the way it was. You couldn't tell they were there. All the people I dealt with at Alpha Foundations are first rate if you need this type of work give them a call.

Overall was an easy and smooth process. 1st crew to install push pilings with Maximos, Wilkinson and Peterson and the 2nd crew to fill voids with Thomas and Felix did a great job, kept everything neat and organized, placed everything back in place and the guys were very professional. Job site was left clean with no complaints. Only issue I have was a slab that was discussed at the inspection that was supposed to be leveled and void filled which was talked about, did not some how make it apart of the job. Being beside another slab to get filled didn’t make sense why it wouldn’t have been listed on the contract.
