Drew and his team ( William and Ryan) arrived on-time, gave me a thorough explanation of what they were going to work on. During the initial inspection and work Drew found that I didn't need additional structural support which saved me a significant amount of money. They also patched some of the previous work completed that had some wear and tear from weather and pests.

What a team! Jake, Alberto, and Charles took care of stabilizing our addition with piers. Communicative, on time, and professional. They put pavers back in place as well and did a great job! Then Tory came for the poly job inside our home where we had water intrusion from heavy rain. He communicated the areas that took more material than others reinforcing our decision that we needed this done. Again, communicative and on time! 10/10!

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations, specifically with two outstanding employees—Tory and Blake—who came out this morning to address a sidewalk issue at my property. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and their expertise really showed. I can't say enough about how great Tory and Blake were. It’s rare to find such exceptional service, and I am truly grateful for their hard work. Alpha Foundations completed a foundation repair on our home. Will was great at explaining what needed to be done and how that would be accomplished and the cost followed by Kyle, Trent, Drew and Woody completing the repair. They arrived on time with great communication. The whole crew were so polite and professional even when they had a surprise encounter with an armadillo under our house. These young men are an asset to your company and represent you well.

I needed to have my lanai repaired where the corners were cracking a dropping due to erosion. I had quotes done with 3 different companies and went with Alpha, not just because they were competitive with pricing but also because of the people. Starting with Lance who quoted the job, I felt that he was being completely transparent and honest with what I needed to get done. At no time did I feel like he was trying to take advantage to gain extra dollars. Then the crew came to do the pilings, Tyler, Giovanni, and Ryan. Also fantastic! They were so nice, informative, communicative. 2 days later, Tory and Christopher came to do the foam. Equally as fabulous. You can tell that all of the team is invested in their jobs and the quality shows. They weren't there just to make a paycheck. I would ABSOLUTELY use them again without hesitation and would 100% recommend them!

After Hurricane Milton we had water intrusion that forced us to remove the carpets in each room and replace the flooring. When we removed the carpet, we found a crack that went from one corner to the next in one of the rooms. Lance was our sales guy, super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and worked with us on options since our insurance wasn't going to cover it. Although some settling cracks are probably ok, I had a feeling this one wasn't. We decided to do the hydrophobic injection under the foundation. Tory came out to do the work. He was on time, very responsive, super nice. Everything moved along smooth. Tory noticed that it seemed like there was a bit more foam injected than he expected- which confirms there was a larger void in that area than we expected. Tory patched the holes and I can't even tell anything was done! Looks great! I think of this room as now the strongest room in our house. I'm SO happy I got this done. I would do this again if we ever needed to in our next house. Thank you!!!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Alpha Foundation. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Tory and Christopher were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Before calling Alpha Foundation, I received estimates of over $10,000 from other contractors who planned to tear up a large portion of my pool deck. Alpha Foundation fixed the problem for about one-third of the cost, with no demolition, no mess, and the entire job was completed in just two hours. My pool deck looks beautiful! The five-year warranty and annual inspections provide added peace of mind and show their commitment to standing behind their work. If you have foundation or pool deck issues, I highly recommend Alpha Foundation. Their quality, value, and customer service are outstanding, and Tory and Christopher made the entire experience a pleasure.

What a great company ! From Dean Faulkenberry, certified field inspector, understanding and explaining what needed to be done to level my manufactured home, to the work crew of Greg, the foreman and his crew William ( woody) and Jeff. Got the job completed in one day, the workers showed up on time, were professionals the whole time, not one complaint, just put their heads down and got to work. I cannot rave enough about the company and the aforementioned gentlemen in this review. It was nice to witness that Customer Service is still alive and a priority to this company.
