Firstly, if you are having foundation issues the peace of mind that comes with a repair is worth it. And I’m very pleased we went with Alpha for that work. We went with Alpha after getting the project scoped and quoted by 3 companies, they were competitively priced but one of the biggest reasons was how well the inspector Alton communicated, I felt he really cared about making sure the job was done right and we were confident in the process. The office team we corresponded with while permitting and scheduling were all quick to reply and courteous. Once the work began I was really really impressed with the team we had for the project. Tyler, Giovanni, Charles and Jeff. They carried the same great communication and genuine care for our house that brought us to choose Alpha. Making sure to leave the work areas clean and well marked at the end of each day. It was a big project and they were still able to complete it 100% on time – which if you’ve worked with contractors you’ll appreciate is remarkable in its own right. I’m not sure how typical it is of all jobs but many of the areas look completely undisturbed when they finished which I was really impressed by – what would leave lasting cosmetic marks they were clear about up front and they worked with us to accommodate how we wanted it left so that we could get it further repaired. Absolutely the smoothest experience I’ve ever had in a house project, and very grateful I chose Alpha. I’ve already recommended them to some family who are looking for similar work and I’ll absolutely be recommending they ask for the team we had, those guys were great.

Could not recommend this company more. The initial quote was informative, the customer service was helpful, scheduling was quick. Tory and Blake, the technicians for my project, are nothing short of experts at their craft. They were very knowledgeable and explained in detail what the process was, what to expect and things to look out for. I highly recommend requesting them if possible.

We are very pleased with the work that Alpha Foundations did in our crawl space: Before we invest in a new kitchen we decided to have a professional contractor company look at our foundation. Concerned with preserving the wood, preventing mold and settling pilings, we trusted Alpha to get it right. The job done by TJ, Zack, Omar and Jaydon, was professional, courteous and done in 2 days! Now can’t we can’t wait to get started on our new kitchen!

Tyler was Professional, polite, on time and lead a great crew with Ryan, Woody and Drew all providing great service. I will be using them again in the future. They performed fantastic work in the time frame they anticipated it would take. I love knowing that I can move around down there worry free if needed, full access to the plumbing and electric while completely protected from environmental concerns. Just finished with foundation stabilization work by Jake, Charles and Alberto from Alpha. Can't say enough about their professionalism and courtesy. They took the time to explain everything as the work was being done and answered all of my questions. Stayed very late to make sure they completed the work and put back everything as it was before, including patio pavers.

I recently had Alpha Foundations stabilize and fill voids in my back addition, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Tory and Blake were the crew assigned to the job, and they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done properly. The work was completed on time, and I can already feel the difference in the stability of my addition. They also left the work area clean, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for a reliable foundation repair company, I highly recommend Alpha Foundations—especially Tory and Blake. Great experience overall!

Jake, Alberto and Charles, did an amazing job with my rental property’s foundation repairs. My property is an older home and when I found out that there were foundation issues, I sought out Alpha Foundations due to their impeccable reputation and quality of work. Jake and the crew did not disappoint. They kept me informed of the work, sent pictures of the progress and assured me that my home would be taken care of the correct way. After the work was complete, I was also notified of the next steps to complete the inspection. Kudos to the team – I would definitely recommend Alpha Foundations to my friends and family in the future.
