We had foundation repairs completed at our home today, and I cannot say enough good things about the crew — Tyler, Ryan, Kevin, and Giovanni. These men worked tirelessly all day long with incredible professionalism and dedication. They communicated clearly and effectively throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood what was being done every step of the way. Not only were they hardworking and knowledgeable, but they were also extremely polite and respectful of our home and property. It is rare to find a crew with such a strong work ethic and positive attitude. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. Just had Joseph, Dan, Houston, Greg, and Dalin complete a full encapsulation of our crawlspace. They were amazing completing all of the work in just two days and let us informed of what was going on the entire time. Alpha Foundations as a whole including our estimator Cody were great, but the crew was amazing. If you’re in the Tampa area ask for Joseph and his crew to be your installers!

After shopping around for a company to fix my uneven yard, Dylan explained everything up front and gave me the best deal from any other company. Tory and Blake came out soon after and leveled my driveway and yard as well. Very professional and they both did a great job. It's been a few months and have had no issues. Great company!

Once he understood what and where the problem was, he corrected it with his employee(s). I was given a work date that day. The work is totally completed with my 100% plus satisfaction.

From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make sure my home was taken care of with the highest level of professionalism and expertise. Dallas, the sales guy, was incredibly communicative and thorough from day one. He spent hours meticulously measuring my home’s elevation and inspecting every inch under the house to ensure an accurate and detailed assessment. He answered every single question I had with patience and a deep knowledge of the process, making sure I understood exactly what needed to be done and why. When it came time to get permits, there were a few unavoidable delays, but Dallas kept me in the loop every step of the way, giving me regular updates so I never felt left in the dark. His dedication and transparency made all the difference in giving me confidence in the project. When the work finally began, Tyler and Greg were absolutely fantastic! They were not only highly efficient but also incredibly communicative throughout the entire job. Foundation work can be nerve-wracking, but these guys made it a seamless experience. They treated my home with the utmost care, keeping everything clean and organized while ensuring that every step of the process was done correctly. The lifting process was the part I was most nervous about, but Tyler and Greg took such a conservative and careful approach that I knew I was in good hands. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. Alpha Foundations did an excellent job on our lanai. In the process of stabilizing the lanai slab, they remedied the cracks and uneven surface caused by a combination of ground settling and improper installation during the initial house construction. They were knowledgeable and professional, explained what they were doing very well, were very detail oriented, and demonstrated great customer service. They exceeded our expectations and we would very much recommend them to others needing similar services.

Once the inspection is complete, the Inspector will sit with you and present their findings. And because we provide same-day estimates, you’ll have all the cost and financing information you need to make a decision right away.
Get the work done when you’re ready
When you’re ready to move forward with repairs, we’ll help you choose an installation date that works for your schedule, and notify our Installation team immediately of the upcoming work.
