After Hurricane Milton we had water intrusion that forced us to remove the carpets in each room and replace the flooring. When we removed the carpet, we found a crack that went from one corner to the next in one of the rooms. Lance was our sales guy, super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and worked with us on options since our insurance wasn't going to cover it. Although some settling cracks are probably ok, I had a feeling this one wasn't. We decided to do the hydrophobic injection under the foundation. Tory came out to do the work. He was on time, very responsive, super nice. Everything moved along smooth. Tory noticed that it seemed like there was a bit more foam injected than he expected- which confirms there was a larger void in that area than we expected. Tory patched the holes and I can't even tell anything was done! Looks great! I think of this room as now the strongest room in our house. I'm SO happy I got this done. I would do this again if we ever needed to in our next house. Thank you!!!

Working with Alpha Foundations was an exceptionally positive experience from start to finish. The project manager, Joshua, came out to look at our cracking concrete patio, diagnosed the issue, and had a cost-effective solution for us. He also provided all the information we needed to get a quick approval from our HOA. The team that did the work, Tory & Blake, were on time, efficient, and highly skilled. Not only did they stabilize the concrete patio using their foam injection process, they spent a lot of time caulking and smoothing all the cracks (literally on their hands & knees) doing a meticulous job. The process worked so well, it actually lifted one section and eliminated a 1" difference in height so no more trip hazard either. This company clearly invests in a high quality product and skilled professionals. We are very glad we found them.

Our 40 year old pool deck needed stabilization and some minor lifting. Lance did a great job with the estimate and explaining the process. Tory and Blake came out and got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards like they were never even there. I would recommend Alpha Foundations.

We had such a great experience with Alpha Foundations. Tyler, Tristan, and Greg let us know when they were on the way so we could get things ready. They were the nicest team to work with and were even happy for us to let our dogs out in the yard from time-to-time to relieve themselves. The crew did amazing work, checking in with us to make sure things were right and to get the maximum benefits to our house. They did a lot of work in one day and we are really happy with the results. It makes a noticeable difference that you can feel just walking on our wood floors. The work is amazing and the team is even better!

Have to give it to Alpha Foundations – we scheduled our repair and Tyler even reached out to us to come a few days earlier. My husband is in the rehab/construction business and he said Tyler, Ryan and Drew were polite, informative and completed their work exceptionally well. Dylan was a great resource and walked us through the project and what to expect very thoroughly. When it came to the install, Tyler, Tristan, Greg and Charles were wonderful. Arrived on time, completed within a day (and worked until 6pm on a Friday to do so). They were clean, respectful and communicative. Very pleased with everyone we worked with. The crawlspace looks great and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alpha to anyone needing crawlspace repair.

We started with Zach, who set everything up to have our foundation slightly raised and stabilized. Unfortunately the work was postponed due to Hurricane Milton. However, Zach kept us informed about the permit progress. The work crew was Jake, Charles, Alberto, and Tori. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Jake explained everything that they would be doing. They left the work area perfect. I would recommend Alpha Foundations to my friends.
