Watching dj do his inspection was very impressive. No other company that came to quote me did such a through job. Once I decided on the work. My appointment came and josh and William did such a fabulous job. I noticed the leveling of my concrete slabs right away. Also very impressed with how highly professional and friendly they were. After the work was done, they cleaned up. I am satisfied with the high level of professionalism and quality these amazing people did for my home. I was told to even expect dj to come back and make sure everything will be reevaluated to know my home is stable and no farther problem remain in my foundation. Thank you all. I feel I am in safe hands now.

Josh came out and gave an estimate and the repair was scheduled.There was good communication with the company, confirming time and who would be coming to do the actual repairs.Brandon and Huntercame and began the process to lift the slab. Brandon was upfront about the challenge concerning lifting the concrete while not causing more damage to the brick overlay. He gave realistic scenarios. The patio was almost unusable prior. It is now functional again. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Alpha Foundation without any reservations.

Brandon Ward and Hunter Handley, we’re great hard working and didn’t drag around. They were extremely nice and respectable! Also I had called their office earlier about an invoice and the lady who took my call was extremely nice, courteous and you could tell she had a smile on her face! I certainly would hire her, sight unseen!! This is something us old business men recognize! The first person who came out to look at job and price it was also great, nice, on time! Here?s the actual review for the work I had done: Alpha Foundation sent a two man team to level/add support jacks under the floor of my 1939 home. The jacks were placed in the crawl space. Tori and Darien were efficient and professional, not something easy to be when you?re crawling around in such a confined space. And Tori answered my many questions cheerfully and with lots of patience. Alpha Foundation is lucky to have these guys. I?m happy with their work. Now, Home Advisor, please fix your categories.

Tory and Christopher were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Before calling Alpha Foundation, I received estimates of over $10,000 from other contractors who planned to tear up a large portion of my pool deck. Alpha Foundation fixed the problem for about one-third of the cost, with no demolition, no mess, and the entire job was completed in just two hours. My pool deck looks beautiful! The five-year warranty and annual inspections provide added peace of mind and show their commitment to standing behind their work. If you have foundation or pool deck issues, I highly recommend Alpha Foundation. Alpha foundations saved our home. Gentleman named Donny took about 3 visits out to our home for various quotes and was very patient every time. By the time we pulled the trigger on a big foundation repair, Donald, Tori and Corey showed up. I could tell this was the A team. Super professional and hard working guys. We ended up with a total of 9 helical piers and the entire house crawl space supported by their jack system. They were extremely professional and even got the work done a day early. I took the days off from my work to be around and be a “fly on the wall” behind their shoulder. They were totally okay with this and gave me a play by play as they worked. They secured the houses foundation and the home feels so much more stable. Now we can work on ei downs and roof for our historic home! Thanks to you gentlemen, much respect and I’d recommend you guys in the future.

Our service tech Sam was great. He was on time and was very professional and respectful. He worked very hard in the hot sun kept us informed as to his progress in completing the job. He had about 70 feet of sidewalk to level back up and when he was done it looked great plus he did a fabulous job cleaning up. He certainly represented the company and himself very well and We highly recommend this company and Sam. Michael and Judy Gregg

At the completion of the work the entire job was explained. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Great job!!

I noticed cracking in my garage and googled foundation repair companies. Alpha Foundation came up first and they had such outstanding reviews, I decided to give them a try. Well I didnt have to look any further! Every step of the process was easy and stress free! My guys, Steven, David, Isaiah and Inspector David W came out and were so helpful, informative, professional, explaining to me every step and even encouraged my "looking over their shoulders"!!!! And the patience they had with all my questions was phenomenal! I highly recommend this company…dont look any further…..Kim woodie

This is the most professional, transparent, knowledgeable, reliable company and group of people I've ever worked with! No surprises. No upsales. No disappointments. From the very beginning consultation with DJ, to the email and text updates from Brook, and the actual work done by Jonny, Chris and Jake, complete with photos and phone call follow-ups, the entire process was exactly as I was told. What a concept! And surprise, my indoor doors no longer stick! Other businesses could learn a lot from Alpha Foundations and their team!

We used Alpha Foundations for a retaining wall job and they were just fantastic from start to finish. Kegan was our initial contact and was very polished and professional, explaining clearly the work that needed to be done. Stephen, David, and Isaiah were the team who completed the job. The guys were pleasant, professional, explained the work process clearly, and then did the job efficiently and effectively. Stephen also confirmed that we have the 5-year plan that warranties the work. We highly recommend Alpha Foundations!

Spencer did a great job explaining the process needed to raise my cracked pool deck up and supporting underneath the whole deck with the product. Tom and Felix later came out and performed the work and all I can say is that this company from start to finish is the best in there field. I am in the construction business and will definitely refer them to other people and highly recommend using them.

I've used Alpha foundations now two times. Tory was my technician before and I requested him to come back out to look at another project I was doing and wanted him to see if I was having settling issues. It ended up being normal settling but he did recommend doing preventative stabilization. Tory & Christopher did an excellent job and did find some voids in the slab so I'm glad I had them do the preventative. They were very knowledgeable, professional and they clean up after they were completed. I would highly recommend having these two guys evaluate any concrete / Foundation settling issues you may have. This is the second time I have used Alpha and had the same technicians do the exact same quality work from the first time.

I have had a great experience with the installation of multiple helical piers to support my home. Steven, Chris and Brandon did the work and were stellar. They went out of their way to explain everything and answer new questions of mine that I hadn't thought to ask of Ethan, who initially met with me and was also great. I really liked that pre-quote interior measurements were taken in all the rooms of the house as that gave me data to fully understand the extent of the settlement of my house. Prior to and on installation day, which took place as originally scheduled without any delays, I experienced expertise and understanding from everyone. Steven, Chris and Brandon worked efficiently and expertly and kept me informed all through the process. They are a really great team and I highly recommend them! I appreciate the peace of mind that I now have about my house. Thank you!!!

Alpha Foundations did such a great job! I truly enjoyed working with them. Tyler Greg, Tristan, and Ryan were the crew who came out, and they were so kind, helpful, and courteous. They answered all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I loved working with them! Lance, our field inspector, was also incredibly nice and made sure we understood all the details clearly. It was such a great experience working with this team. Had our foundation repaired by Alpha Foundations after damage from Hurricane Ian. Both crews were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We had Sam Martin here today to inject foam into our pool deck and foundation and he was a pleasure. He worked cleanly, methodically and quickly to complete the large job. Would not hesitate to recommed Alpha to any friends or family.

Thank you very meticulous, they stopped my water leakage from coming from below.Foundation & pier crew Jake & Alberto saved my overhead floor from collapse. We were kept informed all the way in each process. We were of course very curious of each step kept informed of each process Eager to show the process to us. We believe they felt like they were glad to save our home. Built in 1961 and Helene and Milton hurricanes really took a toll on our foundation. Alpha was the rescue. We even chatted about Mike Rowe from dirty jobs. Thank you one and all.

We have an almost 100-year-old house and discovered our washing machine was sinking through the floor. Christian came out, put on a hazmat suit, and crawled under our house for an inspection. We were very impressed with his thoroughness, assurance of the construction timeline, and other high reviews and decided to go with Alpha. Will, our foreman, was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with as he stayed in contact with us and on schedule. The entire floor of our kitchen and utility area was removed, spray-on insulation scraped off and joists reinforced. This was especially impressive as our subfloor had dissolved into mulch in places and was only held up by ceramic tile! Crew members Freddy, Broskey, Jake and Emmanuel did a great job both with construction and clean-up. Alpha's reviews are well deserved for their quality of work and ability to stay on schedule. We highly recommend them as well!

The company has great work ethics(especially for SWFL) and conducted the work right on schedule even finishing early. The crew Steven, Chris and Brandon just finished our foundation stabilization. Steven explained the procedure and cost in detail in two different meetings. He was very professional, yet warm in his presentation. Before the work started I was given a written contract for my files and addendum to the contract. I so appreciated their professionalism in completing the work and keeping me informed of their progress. they were also friendly and it was a very cohesive team. I appreciate the hard work they did.
