Tory and Christopher were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Before calling Alpha Foundation, I received estimates of over $10,000 from other contractors who planned to tear up a large portion of my pool deck. Alpha Foundation fixed the problem for about one-third of the cost, with no demolition, no mess, and the entire job was completed in just two hours. My pool deck looks beautiful! The five-year warranty and annual inspections provide added peace of mind and show their commitment to standing behind their work. If you have foundation or pool deck issues, I highly recommend Alpha Foundation. Their quality, value, and customer service are outstanding, and Tory and Christopher made the entire experience a pleasure.

We are very pleased with the foundation work that was done. However, their Permit team leaves something to be desired. We started the process in January 26 and the permit wasn't received until Athe beginning of April and I had to make the phone calls to the County office to find out it was approved! We would have been pushed back another month if I had not pursued the permit. The work was done in one day which was awesome. We are still waiting for the final inspection of work almost a month later! Would have been 5 stars if the Permit department had been on the ball.

This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

These are really great people, and I’m so happy I used them for my foundation needs. The inspection process went super smoothly and Ryan really listened to my concerns and provided an honest, reasonable fix to the issue I had, as well as the options I had available to me. He was on time, and even bumped my inspection date up as well as my scheduled job. Ryan was in contact with me the whole time through the process and even got my repair date moved up. Trace and Tanner who were the crew that came out to do the job were efficient, on time, and super polite! They talked with me and even went over the process of what they were going to be doing. All three guys really knew what they were doing, and did an amazing job. Overall I’m super happy and if I ever have any other issues I know who I’ll be calling again! Thank you to the Aplha Foundations Sarasota team for being an honest, reliable company I feel I can trust!

I have had a great experience with the installation of multiple helical piers to support my home. Steven, Chris and Brandon did the work and were stellar. They went out of their way to explain everything and answer new questions of mine that I hadn't thought to ask of Ethan, who initially met with me and was also great. I really liked that pre-quote interior measurements were taken in all the rooms of the house as that gave me data to fully understand the extent of the settlement of my house. Prior to and on installation day, which took place as originally scheduled without any delays, I experienced expertise and understanding from everyone. Steven, Chris and Brandon worked efficiently and expertly and kept me informed all through the process. They are a really great team and I highly recommend them! I appreciate the peace of mind that I now have about my house. Thank you!!!

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations, specifically with two outstanding employees–Tory and Blake–who came out this morning to address a sidewalk issue at my property. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and their expertise really showed. I can't say enough about how great Tory and Blake were. It's rare to find such exceptional service, and I am truly grateful for their hard work. If you're considering any foundation or concrete work, I highly recommend Alpha Foundations, and if you get the chance to work with Tory and Blake, you're in excellent hands! Jonah leading the crawlspace team were likewise extremely hard-working polite they explained things to me and we’re very professional. This might be a little long, but, I wanted to make sure that I hit every thing I wanted too. I also wanted to say that I am a widow, and I am a woman. As a woman and/or a widow, we are ALWAYS afraid of being taken advantage of because this kind of "stuff" is usually out of our realm and we feel uncomfortable making these kind of decisions. Feeling vulnerable for sure!! So THAT'S where I was at when I made my 1st call to schedule an estimate. Ryan Parker came out to do the estimate and he was AMAZING!!! Patient with all of my questions and repeating them when I asked again because I didn't understand. He would reword the answers so I could understand some things better as well. He made me feel comfortable and treated me like he would his own mother. Or at least I felt like that. He was there for about an hour and a half or so, measuring on the inside and outside and using tools on the outside as well. It was a full on inspection as to what was going on, and, in which part of the house. And for Free!! If I said, no thank you, still no cost. But I KNEW I had a serious problem, I just needed to understand exactly what is was, how to fix it and to feel like I was safe with whom I was trusting this with. Both structurally for my house and financially for me! And I did!!! It started with Ryan. Then on the day of installation of the piers (or beams as I call them- lol) Josh, Rickey and Antoine came out. They were equally amazing in making me feel comfortable in what was going on. They took me to the trailer that had all the equipment on it and showed me what they were and explained how they will be placed in the ground and then attached to the foundation. They let me take pictures of them when I asked and I even got to watch them put one in the ground. Made me feel like I was part of the process and not just the "payer". It helped me understand a lot better of what Ryan was saying during the initial visit. I found it all intriguing. Josh, Rickey and Antoine were super great and they worked wonderful together! They were also able to close up my stepping cracks pretty good and lifted that one corner about 2 inches!! I was very impressed!! They even found a spot that wasn't on my original plan that needed some attention either now or pretty soon. My front column was starting to move away from the house. I could visibly see that once he pointed it out to me!! Paint was even missing due to the moving of the column!!! I said yes, please, let's fix it while you are here! He even called GreenSky (their finance people that they use I guess. Not as good of a review for them. I didn't find them friendly or helpful) BUT, Josh called them and got everything squared away for me so we could add it on to what they were already doing!! They cleaned up nicely when they were done as well. I was VERY pleased with the crew (Josh, Rickey and Antoine)! I had just one more step in this process and that is to repair my sidewalk and driveway that was also moved or slanted and cracked from the shifting of my house. Jordan and Hector came out to repair this phase of the project. And like the others that came out this far, impeccable!!! Jordan and Hector introduced themselves, asked if I had any questions and then explained to me what they will be doing. I watched them do that as well because it was the foam stuff they'd shoot under the concrete and I wanted to see how that worked too!! Pretty neat!!! I asked if he could do a couple extra areas that were trip hazards for me while he was there and he said absolutely. Once again I had to call GreenSky, and had difficulties, and he was extremely patient and helped me with them as well!! He needed to come back to remove and then repair some concrete to fix an area of the garage that was sunk and when he did I asked him if he could repair some of the concrete repair that Josh's crew had done because it had rained and got messed up a bit and he said of course!!! Not upset or annoyed that I asked at all!! Jordan was very accommodating with any request I had had. Customer's wants and needs were high priority for him and it showed! When he came back out to fix all the concrete he needed to do, he sent me pictures of it and it looked beautiful!! He did a fantastic job AND he even texted me the next day to see if I was happy or if I needed anything else looked at or addressed. I am telling you, I went into this job scared, nervous and overwhelmed!! But they were ALL just AMAZING!!!!! Very kind, patient and knowledgeable in their field!!!! I couldn't of been in better hands anywhere else!! So if you are debating about calling them, DON'T!! I hope I don't ever have to call them again, but if I do need their service again……… in a heart beat!!!! Thanks guys!!!
