I can't say enough about the great job Alpha Foundations did for us. From Ezekiel's initial assessment to Bridget with the GPR to Donald, Dillon, Josh, and Parker who put in the piers to Garrett's crew with the foam, everyone was professional and considerate. They made sure I knew exactly what was being done and really made me comfortable with the entire repair process. Thanks for a job well done!

Everyone I worked with at Alpha Foundations were great to work with, the initial inspector Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issues I was experiencing with my home. He didn't try to upsell anything and was thorough in explaining my options. The day before the install, the crew foreman, Donald, reached out to me to touch base and introduce himself. The day of the install, Donald and his crew arrived, introduced themselves, and immediately began working. The crew worked at an incredible pace and were happy to answer any questions I had throughout the install. Once the install was complete, they did a phenomenal job cleaning up the area. The warranty offered is outstanding. While I hope I will not need foundation work at any future houses, if I do, I will be using Alpha Foundations and their team. My experience with Alpha Foundations was top notch.

We purchased a 100 year old historic home with significant issues in the crawl space. We had 100 year old support columns leaning and the beginnings of mold with all the moisture. Chris, Brad, David, and Malik spent an entire week getting dirty under my house stabilizing the columns, lifting the house, remediating all the microbial growth, and encapsulating the entire crawl space. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Floors feel stable now, and knowing the crawl is clean and dry is assuring. They brought this house back to the status it deserves to be in and set us up for years to come!

They kept their work area clean and organized. My house and porch also feel stable and the floors are even now. Alpha Foundations is a top notch, classy business. I needed encapsulation of my crawl space. Every single person that I worked with was knowledgeable, communicative, helpful, kind and just truly authentic individuals.Austin was the first person to talk about my water under the house issues. The man spent an hour under the house inspecting everything. We talked afterwards over an hour. He was easy to talk to and thorough in his explanations. Very impressive! The other 2 companies that came out were here for a total of 30 minutes.Next, I spoke to Mike S. Several times. Again, gave me the courtesy of his valuable time and expertise. I so appreciated the way both Mike and Austin worked together to help solve an issue with my project. They went above and beyond on my behalf and I am grateful.Finally, I had the work crew of Rosalio, Pablo and Jose come twice to my house. These 3 fellas are just fabulous workers and more importantly, amazing human beings. On the second trip they worked until 8pm …in the dark. I never heard them complain, in fact, I had to chuckle as I listened to them get a little slap-happy while working under the house. They were kind, polite and hard-working. They are great ambassadors to the organization and deserve raises! Just can’t speak more highly about each of them. So impressive.As I write this, I hear the hum of the dehumidifier under the house, and have only positive feelings about my experiences with Alpha Foundations, and that’s even after writing the check. I am grateful for their expertise in fixing my water issues and feel so bless to have found such a great team of people! I highly recommend them!
