From the beginning of the project, with the surveying the problem, planning, permitting to the actual days of work below my house, the experience with Alpha Foundation was wonderful. Nate came out first to determine the site and engineer a plan. Then Ben, Bear and George came out and stabilized my foundation, and leveled my home. They were prompt, pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this team.

They kept their work area clean and organized. My house and porch also feel stable and the floors are even now. Alpha Foundations are the folks to call. The outstanding Alpha Foundations experience began with Ked’s arrival at our home. Ked listened to our concerns about the foundation and then conducted a very thorough inspection of not only the affected area but non-affected areas. Ked provided a complete and understandable explanation of the issues and a recommendation for stabilizing the foundation. His professionalism and clear communications really helped us decide to proceed. The excellent experience continued when Tyler, Gio, and Ryan arrived to install the push piers. Tyler provided a clear explanation of the process and gave me a timeline for its completion. These guys were very professional and took fantastic care of the landscaping while digging the holes and installing the push piers. Once when I was checking on their progress, Gio and Ryan showed me how the piers are pushed into the ground and the brackets support and fully stabilize the foundation. The next step of lifting the foundation went flawlessly. Tyler kept us fully informed of progress. They ended the stabilization process and did a phenomenal job resetting the landscaping and cleaning up the area. The final step of injecting a two-part urethane polymer into the area under the foundation for added stability and better weight distribution was done by Tory and Chris. These guys were at the top of their game and achieved phenomenal results. Their professionalism and skill were plainly evident from the moment they arrive. The cleanup after the job was so good you could not tell they were even there. Bottom line, from start to finish the Alpha Foundations team is head and shoulders above the competition. The professionalism of their staff is great and the quality of the work beyond compare. If you have an issue with your foundation or any of the areas they cover you will be glad you called them.

Loved how professional everyone was! Great at communication from estimate, text messages and e-mails as well as phone calls. Explained the process and gave literature also explaining the process too. Short window of arrival time! Workers that came were kind and went above and beyond what was expected! David gave our estimate and was available whenever we had questions. We are beyond pleased with our experience with Alpha Foundations! Our salesman, Ezekiel, was incredibly thorough in his inspection and so wonderfully patient with us as we asked him 1000+ questions about the products, process, and pricing. We especially appreciate how flexible and creative he was while helping us to create a solution that satisfied our needs and our budget – something that other companies we'd spoken with hadn't even tried to do. Our work permit was processed faster than expected, so we were given the option to move our install date up by 3 weeks! The work was completed just before Christmas, and what a gift it was. Steven, Chris, and Brandon did an absolutely phenomenal job and we are so grateful to have had such dedicated, attentive, and hard-working professionals for our job. They arrived right on time bright and early and got to work straight away installing 19 helical piers to support the lower half of our home. In order to access the foundation in some places they had to cut several holes in my concrete patio and remove a panel of my vinyl fence. After all of that plus a trip to the hardware store for a new hose they were still done by 4pm- and that includes an unparalleled cleanup job! The fence panel was back in place, all debris was removed, new concrete was poured and leveled, and all dirt was tamped back down. Honestly, my yard looked better after they left than it did when they arrived. HUGE thank you to everyone at Alpha Foundations! We are so happy that we chose this company and we recommend them for any foundation needs.

We had major issues at my house and called Alpha foundation. They walked us through the whole process and answered all questions we had. On the day of the job Dillon and Chris showed up and explained every step of the work which I thought was outstanding. These guys did a walk through first showed us every step of the scope of work. I believe Aloha foundation hit a home run by employing Dillon and Chris. Thank you for giving my family peace of mind and allowing us to love our home again.

Alpha installed piers at our residence to stabilize the foundation. During their visit, it was noticed that another corner of the home had cracks and also needed stabilization piers. They were able to take care of the additional work while on site so we did not have to go through the permitting process again. They also repaired our sprinkler, which was not their fault, just to provide good customer service. They cleaned up our property afterward and completed all work in a timely manner. Steven, Isaiah, David, and inspector Brandon C were very pleasant and professional.

Had a GREAT Day and a GREAT Experience with Alpha Foundations today!!! Special thanks to Steven and Chris who get all the credit. Communication with Steven was "Absolute PRO"! Actually, I was both surprised and impressed with how well I was "Kept in the loop". This was a big job and investment for me. I was a bit skeptical, anxious and overwhelmend all at the same time. But Steven explained what was going on (and why) such that I became confident that we (mainly me) were doing the right thing. WHEWWW… Anyway, glad I connected with ALPHA and really satisfied with how it all went and turned out. THANKS Steven, Chris and ALPHA!
