I noticed cracking in my garage and googled foundation repair companies. Alpha Foundation came up first and they had such outstanding reviews, I decided to give them a try. Well I didnt have to look any further! Every step of the process was easy and stress free! My guys, Steven, David, Isaiah and Inspector David W came out and were so helpful, informative, professional, explaining to me every step and even encouraged my "looking over their shoulders"!!!! And the patience they had with all my questions was phenomenal! I highly recommend this company…dont look any further…..Kim woodie

This is my second experience with Alpha Foundations in Apopka… Like the first, the second was outstanding. They arrived on time at 8 am. They installed 12 pilars in less than 5 hours. They are fast, professional, experienced, and HONEST! I am so thankful that I found AF. They have SAVED my house. Today's crew of Josh, Rickey, Antoine, and Ray were delightful to work with. Very kind, patient, and friendly. They listened to my questions and were happy to help. They were happy to be there. They enjoy what they do. Thank you again! Money well spent!

Had the opportunity to meet with Chris B. Based on a request for Alpha to review my recently purchased property due to some found erosion and differential shifting noticed. He was extremely professional, information but mostly honest. He provided me a few recommendations to help with the current issues experienced but also a plan to help with proactively attacking the overall issue now before it worsens. Really appreciate the great customer service provided today along with the plethora of knowledge shared.

We are beyond pleased with our experience with Alpha Foundations! Our salesman, Ezekiel, was incredibly thorough in his inspection and so wonderfully patient with us as we asked him 1000+ questions about the products, process, and pricing. We especially appreciate how flexible and creative he was while helping us to create a solution that satisfied our needs and our budget – something that other companies we'd spoken with hadn't even tried to do. Our work permit was processed faster than expected, so we were given the option to move our install date up by 3 weeks! The work was completed just before Christmas, and what a gift it was. Steven, Chris, and Brandon did an absolutely phenomenal job and we are so grateful to have had such dedicated, attentive, and hard-working professionals for our job. They arrived right on time bright and early and got to work straight away installing 19 helical piers to support the lower half of our home. In order to access the foundation in some places they had to cut several holes in my concrete patio and remove a panel of my vinyl fence. After all of that plus a trip to the hardware store for a new hose they were still done by 4pm- and that includes an unparalleled cleanup job! The fence panel was back in place, all debris was removed, new concrete was poured and leveled, and all dirt was tamped back down. Honestly, my yard looked better after they left than it did when they arrived. HUGE thank you to everyone at Alpha Foundations! We are so happy that we chose this company and we recommend them for any foundation needs.

Steven, Isaiah and David arrived on time. Steven identified additional stair-step cracks on the side and recommended six additional braces to prevent further slab movement. He helped set up the additional financing through GreenSky. All three worked hard and completed the project in 2 days. Cleanup was good and things looked pretty much like they did before they began.

Alpha Foundations are the folks to call. The outstanding Alpha Foundations experience began with Ked’s arrival at our home. Ked listened to our concerns about the foundation and then conducted a very thorough inspection of not only the affected area but non-affected areas. Ked provided a complete and understandable explanation of the issues and a recommendation for stabilizing the foundation. His professionalism and clear communications really helped us decide to proceed. The excellent experience continued when Tyler, Gio, and Ryan arrived to install the push piers. Tyler provided a clear explanation of the process and gave me a timeline for its completion. These guys were very professional and took fantastic care of the landscaping while digging the holes and installing the push piers. Once when I was checking on their progress, Gio and Ryan showed me how the piers are pushed into the ground and the brackets support and fully stabilize the foundation. The next step of lifting the foundation went flawlessly. Tyler kept us fully informed of progress. They ended the stabilization process and did a phenomenal job resetting the landscaping and cleaning up the area. The final step of injecting a two-part urethane polymer into the area under the foundation for added stability and better weight distribution was done by Tory and Chris. These guys were at the top of their game and achieved phenomenal results. Their professionalism and skill were plainly evident from the moment they arrive. The cleanup after the job was so good you could not tell they were even there. Bottom line, from start to finish the Alpha Foundations team is head and shoulders above the competition. The professionalism of their staff is great and the quality of the work beyond compare. If you have an issue with your foundation or any of the areas they cover you will be glad you called them.

Alpha Foundations is a top notch, classy business. I needed encapsulation of my crawl space. Every single person that I worked with was knowledgeable, communicative, helpful, kind and just truly authentic individuals.Austin was the first person to talk about my water under the house issues. The man spent an hour under the house inspecting everything. We talked afterwards over an hour. He was easy to talk to and thorough in his explanations. Very impressive! The other 2 companies that came out were here for a total of 30 minutes.Next, I spoke to Mike S. Several times. Again, gave me the courtesy of his valuable time and expertise. I so appreciated the way both Mike and Austin worked together to help solve an issue with my project. They went above and beyond on my behalf and I am grateful.Finally, I had the work crew of Rosalio, Pablo and Jose come twice to my house. These 3 fellas are just fabulous workers and more importantly, amazing human beings. On the second trip they worked until 8pm …in the dark. I never heard them complain, in fact, I had to chuckle as I listened to them get a little slap-happy while working under the house. They were kind, polite and hard-working. They are great ambassadors to the organization and deserve raises! Just can’t speak more highly about each of them. So impressive.As I write this, I hear the hum of the dehumidifier under the house, and have only positive feelings about my experiences with Alpha Foundations, and that’s even after writing the check. I am grateful for their expertise in fixing my water issues and feel so bless to have found such a great team of people! I highly recommend them!

Vinny, Steven, David, and Isaiah were fantastic to work with. Vinny was thorough during the inspection and clearly explained the issues and the recommended solution. Steven, David, and Isaiah did an excellent job installing the helical piers. They were professional, efficient, and kept the work area clean and organized from start to finish. Thanks to their work, our foundation was stabilized before the issue could cause any serious structural damage. We really appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend this team.

Dylan, Jake, Alberto, Charles and Blake did a fantastic job from the initial contact and estimation of the job to the installation of the towers and finally to the installation of the foam. I feel confident that we will no longer have any water intrusion through our foundation. When they were done each day, you could not even see that they had been there .They were always on time, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

Had a GREAT Day and a GREAT Experience with Alpha Foundations today!!! Special thanks to Steven and Chris who get all the credit. Communication with Steven was "Absolute PRO"! Actually, I was both surprised and impressed with how well I was "Kept in the loop". This was a big job and investment for me. I was a bit skeptical, anxious and overwhelmend all at the same time. But Steven explained what was going on (and why) such that I became confident that we (mainly me) were doing the right thing. WHEWWW… Anyway, glad I connected with ALPHA and really satisfied with how it all went and turned out. THANKS Steven, Chris and ALPHA!
