Dalin and Junior arrived when they said they would right on time, they worked together like a well oiled machine, Junior knew exactly how much pressure to put under the slab which his working on a both answered all my questions, they left me a clean house with holes that were drilled filled. I’m not use to the high professionalism that they showed. Down here in the keys you’re lucky if they show up and sober. I would recommend highly if you issues with sinking concrete.

Just great. They were on time. Worked as a well experienced team and were very patient with me when I asked questions—of which I asked many. Was skeptical on cost until I saw them work and scope of the job. Would recommend anyone needing ground work to talk with Alpha. Steven, David, Isaiah, Hector and Jordon were good at what they do and in working with people. And great to explanations of the process.

The salesman, Cameron, was such a joy to work with and explained all of his recommendations thoroughly making sure I had no questions unanswered. I was very impressed with the way the work crew of Tyler, Alex, Matt, and Wes worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. All the guys were very polite, hardworking, and conscientious. Finishing up late on a Friday with a couple of hours drive to get home, with no hesitations, Alex took the time to show me pictures of the crawl space and explain the job. I had a settling issue on my front pillar of my house and was concerned with how much was involved to repair.I called Alpha Foundations and spoke to a gentleman named Matthew. In no time a meeting was set up and right after I was on the schedule.The crew arrived on time and were courteous and professional. Nick the lead man talked me through the process and before you know it it was completed.The crew cleaned up just like it was prior to starting. I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

This is my second experience with Alpha Foundations in Apopka… Like the first, the second was outstanding. They arrived on time at 8 am. They installed 12 pilars in less than 5 hours. They are fast, professional, experienced, and HONEST! I am so thankful that I found AF. They have SAVED my house. Today's crew of Josh, Rickey, Antoine, and Ray were delightful to work with. Very kind, patient, and friendly. They listened to my questions and were happy to help. They were happy to be there. They enjoy what they do. Thank you again! Money well spent!

What a terrific experience, Josh Berner let the foundation crew and those three guys worked so hard. We’re very professional, very knowledgeable and polite. Jonah leading the crawlspace team were likewise extremely hard-working polite they explained things to me and we’re very professional. And lastly, the team that came and did the poly were in and out of here you couldn’t even tell it they left the space so neat and clean they got to it explained what they were going to do and did it thank you everyone you were great to work with. These guys continue to hit it out of the park Steven, David and Isaiah. We’re here to finish the project. They were totally professional friendly knowledgeable kept me informed and like the other crew cleaned up after themselves definitely a five star rating.

Alpha Foundations is a top notch, classy business. I needed encapsulation of my crawl space. Every single person that I worked with was knowledgeable, communicative, helpful, kind and just truly authentic individuals.Austin was the first person to talk about my water under the house issues. The man spent an hour under the house inspecting everything. We talked afterwards over an hour. He was easy to talk to and thorough in his explanations. Very impressive! The other 2 companies that came out were here for a total of 30 minutes.Next, I spoke to Mike S. Several times. Again, gave me the courtesy of his valuable time and expertise. I so appreciated the way both Mike and Austin worked together to help solve an issue with my project. They went above and beyond on my behalf and I am grateful.Finally, I had the work crew of Rosalio, Pablo and Jose come twice to my house. These 3 fellas are just fabulous workers and more importantly, amazing human beings. On the second trip they worked until 8pm …in the dark. I never heard them complain, in fact, I had to chuckle as I listened to them get a little slap-happy while working under the house. They were kind, polite and hard-working. They are great ambassadors to the organization and deserve raises! Just can’t speak more highly about each of them. So impressive.As I write this, I hear the hum of the dehumidifier under the house, and have only positive feelings about my experiences with Alpha Foundations, and that’s even after writing the check. I am grateful for their expertise in fixing my water issues and feel so bless to have found such a great team of people! I highly recommend them!

Alpha foundations is professional from start to finish from the contract person Ronnie to my to install techs Kevin and Cody. I couldn’t be happier. It started with my initial call on a Thursday actually getting a live person being able to schedule an appointment the next day and then a few days later, my work was done. Kevin and Cody are exceptional when they left. You couldn’t even tell that they were there. I looked at the job halfway through and couldn’t look anymore until it was done. They did a wonderful job. I’m very pleased with this company and it’s very easy to make a recommendation if you need any type of groundwork done thank you Ronnie Kevin and Cody you made spending money not that bad.

The entire inspection process with Alpha Foundations was great and the crawlspace encapsulation results were even better. TJ performed the initial inspection and quote. He was extremely thorough, patient, and answered all my questions. He ensured I understood the benefits of their different options and set clear expectations and scope of work. Never pushy and very easy to work and communicate with. Ben, Nick, and Chris were the crew who came to do the encapsulation. Hats off to them because I couldn't imagine doing what they did as thoroughly in such a cramped space. I was doubtful they could knock it out in the estimated two and a half days – but they did. They were fantastic and were always happy to answer my questions throughout the process. Overall a 10/10 experience. I am thrilled with the results and can rest easy knowing I've taken a big step in protecting and improving my home.

I recently had George and Hunter come to my home to repair my back patio. There were large voids from soil runoff and erosion that had caused the patio to crack and fall in several places. George and Hunter were very professional and did a fantastic job filling the voids, leveling the patio, and repairing the cracks. I highly recommend both George, Hunter, and the Alpha Foundations team. Had I known it would be such an easy fix, I would have called much sooner!

Of course there was lots of banging but luckily I don’t have a dog that would be stressed by the noise. They completed their job and came to tell me their progress. Although I was here alone I still felt safe due to their gentle nature. The house is 101 years old and due to their work it might last another hundred years.

My crawl space was a mess. Constantly flooding in heavy rain and hurricanes. It was moldy and a dank mess. The house was Constantly humid and musty. I tried different things myself but nothing worked. Im glad I called Alpha! I feel the difference already from the encapsulated crawl space. It looks like a NASA clean room under there! After Hurricane Milton we had water intrusion that forced us to remove the carpets in each room and replace the flooring. When we removed the carpet, we found a crack that went from one corner to the next in one of the rooms. Lance was our sales guy, super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and worked with us on options since our insurance wasn't going to cover it. Although some settling cracks are probably ok, I had a feeling this one wasn't. We decided to do the hydrophobic injection under the foundation. Tory came out to do the work. He was on time, very responsive, super nice. Everything moved along smooth. Tory noticed that it seemed like there was a bit more foam injected than he expected- which confirms there was a larger void in that area than we expected. Tory patched the holes and I can't even tell anything was done! Looks great! I think of this room as now the strongest room in our house. I'm SO happy I got this done. I would do this again if we ever needed to in our next house. Thank you!!!

Thanks to Alpha Foundations for helping lift and stabilize our house. The overall experience was really great. We have a very large home, and the team did an amazing job. The house was not level, and different areas were at different elevations. In the end, they lifted it by about 8 inches or more. A special thank you to Batuhan — he stayed in touch the entire time, answered all of our questions, and didn’t just try to sell the project. He was honest about all possible situations and the challenges we might face. The pier crew was incredible — I honestly fell in love with their work. They were very detail-oriented, kept everything as clean as possible, worked fast, and always arrived on time. Foreman Dylan discussed everything with us, was very polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. You can tell they work as a strong team. The poly crew was also amazing. They worked cleanly and carefully — you can barely see where they drilled unless you really look closely. Both crews worked together as much as needed to achieve the final result. If these guys are working on your project, you can be sure you’re in good hands. And to future customers — please be kind and polite to them, offer them some cold water or coffee. Management, please consider getting them massage memberships — they work incredibly hard, and I can’t imagine how much strain they put on their backs and muscles. My Alpha Foundation crew was amazing ! All three of them , Steven , David & Isaiah were professional, but friendly. They all worked so hard and even stayed until dark to finish my job in one day. They were courteous from a minute they got here. They took the time to explain everything they were doing. They suggested some field adjustments to give me the best results.—- but without pressure. My sales rep Skylar was also professional and helpful. He even helped me move some furniture before the project began. I had gotten three quotes and he was willing to work with me to get very competitive pricing. The inside crew, Jordan and Hector were all of the above— professional, friendly, helpful, and fast! Did a great job cleaning up when they were done! We had a few broken sprinklers, unavoidable with the digging locations needed. But Alpha Foundation scheduled the repair work the very next day and took care of the bill. You couldn’t ask for a better company to deal with!! Alpha Foundations is by far the most superior specialty contractor we’ve ever experienced. We had Malik Antoine & Andrew come to our home and install a new environment underneath our home. We had mold and bouncy floors throughout our home. We wanted to make sure we had a safe environment for the family. We went through numerous contractors to see what was the best option. In this case we did not go with the cheapest option we went with by far the most credible and reputable company with what seems to be true professionals and true tradesmen. From the level of communication from A to Z it was just an amazing experience. We spent well over our expected budget of $24,000 but I had no doubt that this company was the best company to hire. The crew came in, started work immediately and truly showed that they cared throughout the entire installation. It took numerous days but they got it done and I’m very satisfied with the results.
