Excellent customer service! Steven, Chris and Brandon were skilled professionals that worked proficiently with clean worksite and as minimal intrusion to the work area. The crew arrived on time, posted the permit, advised me on steps and procedures of the job and quickly went to work. Steven was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. Even took special precautions to avoid any unnecessary issues. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great Job guys!

The salesman, Cameron, was such a joy to work with and explained all of his recommendations thoroughly making sure I had no questions unanswered. I was very impressed with the way the work crew of Tyler, Alex, Matt, and Wes worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. All the guys were very polite, hardworking, and conscientious. Finishing up late on a Friday with a couple of hours drive to get home, with no hesitations, Alex took the time to show me pictures of the crawl space and explain the job. I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations, specifically with two outstanding employees–Tory and Blake–who came out this morning to address a sidewalk issue at my property. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and their expertise really showed. I can't say enough about how great Tory and Blake were. I could smell mold under my sink. Countless plumbers told me it was just a faulty garbage disposal, but I wasn't buying it. After having mold remediation specialists remove my cabinets, mold was discovered with no apparent water source. It was determined that my crawlspace was the culprit. My neighbor who is a GC, recommended Alpha Foundations. Batuhan came over to give me a quote. As a single mother of four, it was a bit overwhelming to be faced with such a huge and overwhelming problem, but he was very patient with me and painstakingly went over the pros and cons of encapsulating my crawlspace and adding dehumidifiers and pumps. He also explained to me other much less costly options such as DIY vents and fans, but educated me on how this may cost more in the long run. He was knowledgable and courteous throughout. He was very kind and trustworthy. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was always notified when the crew would be arriving. Dylan, the main crew worker was professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations and working with Batuhan if you can. I no longer have any smell and I can tell that the humidity has been significantly controlled. Batuhan even helped me pick out humidity monitors to keep in my crawlspace and check via my phone for peace of mind.

As a real estate agent, I needed their expertise to correct a slab issue in one of my listings. They understood the urgency of the situation—my listing was under contract, and this issue, discovered during the inspection period, could have been detrimental to the transaction. Despite their busy schedule, they fit me in on rather short notice and completed the job within the quoted 4-hour window. Their professionalism was evident from start to finish. Within a week Cody came out and did an inspection and was very friendly and answered any questions I had regarding what needed to be done. Within two weeks, Tory and William came to my house and stabilized both my porches within a couple of hours. Tory and William were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and did am amazing job. They even went above and beyond and cleaned my entire porches for me after they were finished. I am extremely happy with the results and feel at peace that my home is safe from any settling under my porches. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations as you will not be disappointed! 😊

In advance of the foundation work, we prepared the area for the Technicians, which is very helpful in expediting the work. Tyler and crew arrived at 8:30 am, followed by Brandon and crew at 11:00 am, all work was completed by 12:30 pm, and the final result was perfect. Pictures show that you would never know technical work that Alpha Foundation provides ever happened. Mr. Clark and both Crews are professional, experienced, and excellent ambassadors for their Company. We highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

I really appreciated George's time and expertise with the consult. He did not try to hard sell me on any very expensive (and possibly unnecessary) services like the previous company did. He told me exactly what the issues were and made some recommendations, which happened to be services Alpha didn't actually perform. I was very impressed with that level of integrity (a quality that seems to be lacking in a lot of businesses these days) and will not hesitate to reach out to Alpha if I require their services in the future.

Alpha Foundations did such a great job! I truly enjoyed working with them. Tyler Greg, Tristan, and Ryan were the crew who came out, and they were so kind, helpful, and courteous. They answered all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I loved working with them! Lance, our field inspector, was also incredibly nice and made sure we understood all the details clearly. It was such a great experience working with this team. My Alpha Foundation crew was amazing ! All three of them , Steven , David & Isaiah were professional, but friendly. They all worked so hard and even stayed until dark to finish my job in one day. They were courteous from a minute they got here. They took the time to explain everything they were doing. They suggested some field adjustments to give me the best results.—- but without pressure. My sales rep Skylar was also professional and helpful. He even helped me move some furniture before the project began. I had gotten three quotes and he was willing to work with me to get very competitive pricing. The inside crew, Jordan and Hector were all of the above— professional, friendly, helpful, and fast! Did a great job cleaning up when they were done! We had a few broken sprinklers, unavoidable with the digging locations needed. But Alpha Foundation scheduled the repair work the very next day and took care of the bill. You couldn’t ask for a better company to deal with!! These guys genuinely cared about making me —-the customer, happy! I Highly recommend you work with Alpha Foundation. Thanks and much appreciation to all these great guys !!!

I contacted Alpha Foundations as my house was cracking all around it outside and my foundation was showing. I had some cracks inside my house on the ceilings, floors, and walls as well as the driveway was all broken up and my street was cracking after already being partially repaired by the City. Ashton came out and did a thorough inspection of my property, told me what was necessary to fix it and explained how they would go about doing so. He also said my back corners to my house had dropped 1.0 & 1.2 inches causing my mattress to my bed to not be level. My scheduled date to come out was February 9th and they were ahead of schedule and called to come out sooner, but I didn't get the message until it was too late. Anyhow, they came out as scheduled on time. Steven, Isaac and David were exceptionally nice and friendly, and polite as was Ashton and explained what they were going to do and answered any additional questions I had. I ended up having to get an additional 6 piers around the front of the house as it had horizonal cracks and Steven wanted to make sure the house was well protected and wouldn't cost me more to fix it down the road. He said with having to get permits again and with the price of materials always going up, it was best I took care of it then to prevent any further damage. They did an excellent job with everything and cleaned up after themselves too. It was a pleasure meeting and doing business with all these fine young men and I would definitely recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone in need of foundation repairs in the future. Thank you, Patty

Extremely professional from initial contact to completed job. Hector was great explaining the process to us. We felt the price was very reasonable. Our service was quickly scheduled & Sam Martin showed up promptly to provide the service. Sam got right to work, providing our 'fix' and cleaned up as he went along. I recently moved to Tallahassee from West Palm Beach where I was born and raised. A crawl space is a new thing to me which our new home has. I kept seeing the Alpha Foundation commercials and how they could encapsulate and protect it. So I decided to give them a call and be proactive against any future problems. I have been self employed my whole life, and customer service is paramount to me! From my initial call to meeting with our salesperson Dallas, to our very professional, prompt excellent installation crew (Zach, Omar, and Jaydon) this has been a pleasurable and great decision for our new home. I highly recommend this company and the peace of mind using them will give you. Now our crawl space feels like “Space Station Alpha”, thank you Alpha Foundations!

Alpha foundations saved our home. Gentleman named Donny took about 3 visits out to our home for various quotes and was very patient every time. By the time we pulled the trigger on a big foundation repair, Donald, Tori and Corey showed up. I could tell this was the A team. Super professional and hard working guys. We ended up with a total of 9 helical piers and the entire house crawl space supported by their jack system. They were extremely professional and even got the work done a day early. I took the days off from my work to be around and be a “fly on the wall” behind their shoulder. They were totally okay with this and gave me a play by play as they worked. They secured the houses foundation and the home feels so much more stable. Now we can work on ei downs and roof for our historic home! Thanks to you gentlemen, much respect and I’d recommend you guys in the future.

Contacted Alpha Foundations regarding my father’s house we inherited. Built in 1945, it is 2 old farm houses, joined by a breezeway. House was unlevel more than 3”. Tyler and his crew were excellent. A reasonable quote was provided, and the work was completed with great care and attention to detail. No damage was caused and every door in the house closes and latches properly. Sliding glass doors close smoothly for the first time in 20+ years. Thank you so much. I definitely chose the right company to handle this sentimental issue.

Wonderful competent work My foundation repair project with Alpha Foundations was huge. I was in a state of terror just thinking about it for months. And now, thanks to the caring and understanding and downright terrific skill of the Alpha Team, I am cool as a cucumber and ready to party! They did everything right from soup to nuts. Not one of my questions was stupid. I thank Tyler, Gregory, Kyle and his team, and Sam for my sweet house, and stable foundation again. It was reassuring to have that level of competence working with me.

We had a great experience with Alpha Foundations from beginning to end. We have an old (95 years!) grove cottage that was experiencing some floor sag from an aging raised pier foundation. Mike came out and gave us a comprehensive evaluation and price. He was knowledgeable and helpful aiding us in understanding what needed to be done to correct the problem. We settled on a very good price and Mike told us that they could be available to do the work in just a few days (a cancellation maybe?). Jake, the project foreman, called the day before to make sure we were good to go and advised when they would arrive to start work. Jake and Wilson arrived on time and ready to go to work. Jake came inside to check out the problem then under the house to confirm what he suspected needed to be accomplished. He and Wilson were wonderful, Mike came by to check on the job as well. These guys are dedicated to doing a good job AND will return within 5 years if any adjustments are needed. All in all…we're very happy with the experience! Thanks guys!

We recently had foundation stabilization work completed on our building, along with foam lifting on a section of the sidewalk, and we were very pleased with the entire experience. While the long-term results will naturally be seen over time, the quality of the work performed was evident, and the team was professional from start to finish. Steven, David, and Isaiah did an excellent job and were always responsible, courteous, and respectful while working on site. The poly foam work completed by Jordan and Hector was handled efficiently and professionally, and they took the time to explain the process and answer our questions. A special thanks as well to Sheldon, the inspector, who was thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the project. What stood out the most was the communication. Everyone involved kept us informed, responded promptly to questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend this team to anyone needing foundation or concrete lifting work.
