Dakota was my initial point of contact. He came out, did a full inspection of my driveway, and the foundation of my house, set me at ease with some issues and addressed the driveway that needed the foam injected to level it. Brandon and Chris were the ones to come do the job, and they were fantastic. Top notch. They walked me through the process beforehand — extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled. Driveway looks great.

Just great. They were on time. Worked as a well experienced team and were very patient with me when I asked questions—of which I asked many. Was skeptical on cost until I saw them work and scope of the job. Would recommend anyone needing ground work to talk with Alpha. Steven, David, Isaiah, Hector and Jordon were good at what they do and in working with people. And great to explanations of the process.

Had the opportunity to meet with Chris B. Based on a request for Alpha to review my recently purchased property due to some found erosion and differential shifting noticed. He was extremely professional, information but mostly honest. He provided me a few recommendations to help with the current issues experienced but also a plan to help with proactively attacking the overall issue now before it worsens. Really appreciate the great customer service provided today along with the plethora of knowledge shared.

Sheldon was the inspector Steven, David, and Isaiah were the install crew and they gave me peace of mind throughout the process. I was very impressed with how the work sight was restored back to normal. They also invited me to come out and see the pillar before they covered them up and explained what they were doing. It was a positive experience and I am planning to recommend Alpha Foundation because of my experience.

Donnie provided a quote for raised foundation reinforcement. He was very professional and patient explaining the condition, considerations, and options. His quote was thousands less than prior estimates I had received and gave me high confidence the solution would be long lasting. Brett & John completed the install and were friendly, prompt, effort, and professional. They addressed all questions and concerns and left the space cleaner than they found it. Great experience!

The team was very professional and communicated openly about the work being done and any issues they encountered. super happy with the job alpha did – first and foremost, they did an outstanding job with the pier installation and foam injection. second, the specific work crew was incredible – always prompt, finished the project on time, incredibly kind and thoughtful, and somehow left the place cleaner and tidier than how they found it. they even went above and beyond to fix little things along the way that they saw (like for example they had to remove my fence door which was broken to get the excavator through…when they replaced the door, they went to home depot and got the stuff to fix the fence and fixed the fence door too). the crew, Luke, Hunter and Jordan were outstanding. I hope you never need foundation work..but if so, I'd call alpha.

I am so glad that I choose Alpha Foundations for my pool deck leveling. From the time Sam and Kevin arrived, until the job was completed, they worked as a team with precision and knowledge that could be seen right from the start. Any and all my questions were answered and explained, sometimes with a laugh thrown in. So pleasant to hear that, which is rare these days. They worked nonstop until the job was done. Very grateful for these two guys, who do great work.

Using Alpha Foundations was a great experience starting with Ronnie who came out and gave us the quote and scope of work needed, to Cooper W and James D who raised our pool patio foundation. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly to our family and dog! 🐶. The cleanup was flawless and you can’t tell they were even here! We are going to paint the patio anyway so the small minor holes and repaired cracks will disappear in the new paint job! I highly recommend Alpha for any foundation work you might need!!

Sam Martin completed a foam injection under our home foundation. He was great at taking the time to explain the process, both before and during the injection process. He was able to match the grout where the holes were made in the floor to where no one would know a hole was made for the injection. He was clean, neat, thorough, and very professional. We would highly recommend him and Alpha Foundation for work in the future. Thank you for such a nice experience.

The team at Alpha Foundations did an incredible job encapsulating our crawl space. This team listened to our concerns, and truly went above and beyond to deliver a system that has brought peace of mind to my wife and I. The special attention brought by their production manager, Daniel, and our salesman, Eric, made this project a success that not only adds value to our home, but defines the term 'customer service.' Brandon and Nick did a fabulous job on my driveway repair. There were two sections of concrete driveway that had sunk down because the dirt underneath had shifted out. The whole driveway and my sidewalk coming from the front door was inspected and it was determined by Tyler that there was quite a bit of dirt that had sifted out from under my driveway. Brandon and Nick were able to Get the treatment under the driveway in order to raise it up, so that it was all even. They also took out the wooden pieces that had rotted between the driveway concrete slabs, and put sealant in there, which will work much better in the hot and cold temperatures for expansion. Everything was nice and even when they finished and they cleaned up the worksite. I am very happy with the way it looks and would recommend Alpha to others with similar situations. Thanks again for your Professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail.

I really appreciated George's time and expertise with the consult. He did not try to hard sell me on any very expensive (and possibly unnecessary) services like the previous company did. He told me exactly what the issues were and made some recommendations, which happened to be services Alpha didn't actually perform. I was very impressed with that level of integrity (a quality that seems to be lacking in a lot of businesses these days) and will not hesitate to reach out to Alpha if I require their services in the future.

Alpha Foundations is very professional; from Matt M doing our estimate to Jake and Corey completing the project! Alpha Foundations was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the sales process to the actual installation, everything was smooth and easy. They spent additional time and effort to address my concerns before and during the installation. Logan’s team was professional and treated my property with care and respect. They were highly organized and it was clear that each crew member was experienced. The job was completed quicker than expected and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation. Thanks Alpha team!

Great Company, very professional. Thank you TJ Landenberg, who was our first contact. He came to our home and looked at our issues and then educated us on the solutions. I had already done research myself so I knew that I was being given the correct information. We signed a contract to have the work completed. A week later The Alpha crew arrived at my property and went right to work. Zack, Omar and Jayden were very polite and professional and very respectful of the property. Zack communicated with us throughout the project. There is not enough good things to say about this company and their employees. I would use them again and highly recommend the company and the work.

We had major issues at my house and called Alpha foundation. They walked us through the whole process and answered all questions we had. On the day of the job Dillon and Chris showed up and explained every step of the work which I thought was outstanding. These guys did a walk through first showed us every step of the scope of work. I believe Aloha foundation hit a home run by employing Dillon and Chris. Thank you for giving my family peace of mind and allowing us to love our home again.

Alpha Foundations was awesome! From the timely response to helping us resolve our issue to be honest and giving us the best advice and price! From our initial inspector Jason B, to the team (Jordan , Garritt and Tori) who came and did the hard and dirty work in our crawlspace to install some intellijacks, they we’re all super great! Jordan and his team (Garritt & Tori) were quick, efficient and most of all very the epitome of patience and helpful when dealing with me being extremely stressed and answering my millions of questions!10/10 I would recommend and use them again for all my foundation needs! Thank y’all again for everything!

After shopping around for a company to fix my uneven yard, Dylan explained everything up front and gave me the best deal from any other company. Tory and Blake came out soon after and leveled my driveway and yard as well. Very professional and they both did a great job. It's been a few months and have had no issues. Great company!

From start to finish Alpha Foundations was a great partner on our project. Sheldon was quick to respond and provided an easy to understand bid and scope of work. Work started on time and finished early. Leaving everything better than when they found it. Our crew of Jonah, Miguel and Andrew were so easy to work with and kept us informed along the way. True professionals. I’d recommend them!!!

From the start of the estimate to the finished job it was a fantastic experience. My driveway was sinking in one major area and cracks were forming in 3 other areas. My estimator was David. Very personable and professional and explained everything in detail. Communicated well before the appointment and throughout service day. They were able to get me on the calendar very quickly. Tory (senior foreman) and William showed up on time and ready to work. Both were excited and clearly they love what they do. We went over specifics and then they went to work. I was able to see the step by step process and it is something else. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and did a fantastic job. Every place was leveled out and the cracks were sealed in about 2 hours. I couldn’t recommend them enough. If you have ANYTHING going on with concrete, this better be your first call. They also have excellent financing options in case you need it..!! Thank you David, Tory, William and Alpha Foundations St Pete location..!!

George & Jeff at Alpha Foundations were fantastic! I recently had the pleasure of working with George & Jeff from Alpha Foundations, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service! As a real estate agent, I needed their expertise to correct a slab issue in one of my listings. They understood the urgency of the situation—my listing was under contract, and this issue, discovered during the inspection period, could have been detrimental to the transaction. Despite their busy schedule, they fit me in on rather short notice and completed the job within the quoted 4-hour window. Their professionalism was evident from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the job site neat. George explained everything before they started and answered all my questions along the way. Their communication was also excellent—I received text message confirmations for their ETA and another when they were pulling up. Their knowledge, reliability, and willingness to accommodate my timeline made all the difference. I’m very pleased with their work and will definitely be recommending them to clients and calling on them again whenever needed! Thanks again, George & Jeff. I closed on my listing!

Alpha Foundations is by far the most superior specialty contractor we’ve ever experienced. We had Malik Antoine & Andrew come to our home and install a new environment underneath our home. We had mold and bouncy floors throughout our home. We wanted to make sure we had a safe environment for the family. We went through numerous contractors to see what was the best option. In this case we did not go with the cheapest option we went with by far the most credible and reputable company with what seems to be true professionals and true tradesmen. From the level of communication from A to Z it was just an amazing experience. We spent well over our expected budget of $24,000 but I had no doubt that this company was the best company to hire. The crew came in, started work immediately and truly showed that they cared throughout the entire installation. It took numerous days but they got it done and I’m very satisfied with the results. Thank you Alpha Foundations!!
