Sam Martin completed a foam injection under our home foundation. He was great at taking the time to explain the process, both before and during the injection process. He was able to match the grout where the holes were made in the floor to where no one would know a hole was made for the injection. He was clean, neat, thorough, and very professional. We would highly recommend him and Alpha Foundation for work in the future. Thank you for such a nice experience.

On time, professional,and completely corrected pool deck problems. Deck was settling by hot tub area as the pool builder (Artisan Pool) did not put support under deck, just on top of dirt, causing the settling. Well worth the money vs replacement of pool deck. Jake and Josh did a great job.

On the day of the job Dillon and Chris showed up and explained every step of the work which I thought was outstanding. These guys did a walk through first showed us every step of the scope of work. George and Hunter were very professional and did a fantastic job filling the voids, leveling the patio, and repairing the cracks. Actually, I was both surprised and impressed with how well I was "Kept in the loop". This was a big job and investment for me. I was a bit skeptical, anxious and overwhelmend all at the same time. But Steven explained what was going on (and why) such that I became confident that we (mainly me) were doing the right thing. Over the years sections of the deck had developed cracks, and several areas had become uneven creating trip hazards and cosmetic concerns. Brandon and Zach carefully repaired the damaged areas, corrected the uneven sections and left the deck looking fantastic. They did a great job installing support posts in our basement and piers under our porch. They were quick and professional and Ryan explained clearly the work they were doing. He also stated why, as the foreman, after seeing the plans and reality, I didn’t need all of the work that was outlined in the plan. This saved me money, which is honestly rare. They didn’t try to upsell me anything, and I do appreciate the honesty. Jared and Taylor were also friendly and helpful.

Alpha did a great job encapsulating our crawlspace. It was a mess under there. The crew removed all of the old insulation and debris, which was a daunting task. All of the crew members were polite, respectful and extremely hard working. I cannot say enough about how hard they worked and what a pleasant attitude they all had. I have nothing negative to say about the entire experience. Jonny, Chris, Jake, Ethan, Carson and Tyler are exemplary employees of Alpha Foundations. Chance, the young man who came out initially for the quote, is also very nice and kind and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. This is the second project Alpha did for our family and they’ve been extremely diligent in making sure the job was done properly and completely. I would give them more stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could. The work was done by two crews and all members of the crews performed the work agreed to and corrected any issues I had with the work. The workman were Crew One – Aaron, Janise, Bernard, Matt W. and Crew Two – Trace, Tanner, Keith, Hayden. Adjustments were needed and the crew returned and performed the adjustments to my satisfaction. An excellent company and working with the crews was a smooth process.

I have seen a lot of these folks work on different residential house and they do a great job. Finally, got them do our crawl space. Ben lead the team and got the job done efficiently. His help Nick and Chris were respectful and clean with their work. Nick even pointed out some plumbing issues I might have in the future with a certain area. Thanks to him I got that figure out now. Chris was very efficient in his work, got the job done right and everyone kept the work area clean and tidy. They add an air system, drainage flooring, new crawl space doors. Even extra support, where needed under the house. I can’t believe they got all that done so quickly. Looks amazing too!

Wonderful competent work My foundation repair project with Alpha Foundations was huge. I was in a state of terror just thinking about it for months. And now, thanks to the caring and understanding and downright terrific skill of the Alpha Team, I am cool as a cucumber and ready to party! They did everything right from soup to nuts. Not one of my questions was stupid. I thank Tyler, Gregory, Kyle and his team, and Sam for my sweet house, and stable foundation again. It was reassuring to have that level of competence working with me.

Alpha Foundations was GREAT to deal with. Zach Long was my inspector and he did an "above and beyond" job of inspecting my 1925 historic home and cottage. His inspection included two exploratory trips into my crawlspace with pictures, explanations, and recommendations following each (on the same visit). As well as a follow up visit (on a different day) where he literally dug around my cottage foundation to try and sort out what the existing conditions were. There was no hesitation on his part to do any of this work. On top of that, he went to great lengths to explain and then brainstorm on which foundation repairs might provide the best solution for my specific situation. This included calls to his colleagues who had experience and might provide additional solutions. This along with multiple follow up calls, texts, and emails with pictures, additional information, etc showed me that Zach and Alpha Foundations care, want to ensure customers feel comfortable, and make sure the right solutions are recommended for the specific situation. These days, this type of customer service is unheard of. If you are in need of any foundation repairs or think you might be, I would highly recommend Zach and Alpha Foundations!

I have had the best experience with the people who represent Alpha Foundation! From the day Efrain Borrero came out to find out what was going on with my home's foundation to Steven, Brandon, and Chris coming out and performing the work needed to fix the problem. All of these people I encountered were polite, walked me through everything from what was happening to what was needed to be done to how the job would be done! Steven showed me a diagram of what my home would look like when they finished the job and I notice one corner of the home would be left without piers. I asked questions, he answered my questions/concerns with much detail! I asked if I had to wait to add the additional piers and long story short he made it happen while they were already on site which spoke volume of how the company value their customers. To Efrain, Steven , Brandon and Chris, thanks for walking me, a female homeowner through this intimidating process feeling at ease!!
