I have had a great experience with the installation of multiple helical piers to support my home. Steven, Chris and Brandon did the work and were stellar. They went out of their way to explain everything and answer new questions of mine that I hadn't thought to ask of Ethan, who initially met with me and was also great. I really liked that pre-quote interior measurements were taken in all the rooms of the house as that gave me data to fully understand the extent of the settlement of my house. Prior to and on installation day, which took place as originally scheduled without any delays, I experienced expertise and understanding from everyone. Steven, Chris and Brandon worked efficiently and expertly and kept me informed all through the process. They are a really great team and I highly recommend them! I appreciate the peace of mind that I now have about my house. Thank you!!!

Our experience with Alpha foundations has been amazing! Ethan came out to do the initial inspection and spent hours testing, measuring, inspecting our home and pool area and answering all of our questions. Once hired, Alpha Foundations took care of all the permitting to do the repairs on our property. On the day of installation we had two different crews come out as we had helical piers installed under our foundation, as well as polyurethane injected into the voids under our driveway, walkway, patio, and deck. The piers crew, Steven (foreman), Brandon, and Chris, were on time, incredibly polite and professional. They were efficient and had 14 piers installed around our home, and the site cleaned up, before 2pm. They hand dug the locations for each to ensure that they were not going to damage our electrical or plumbing in any way, before proceeding to machine drill the piers. Steven found another area of concern upon inspecting the exterior of our home, called their engineer, and verified what needed to be done to stabilize the area on the spot. The crew was patient with all of our questions and made sure we were informed every step of the way. Excellent customer service! The poly crew, Jordan (foreman), Max, and Noah, were on time, polite and professional. Jordan took extra time to go over each of the treated areas with my husband to ensure he was satisfied that all the voids were being filled. Jordan went above and beyond what we expected to make sure we were happy. We would gladly recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone who has concerns about their foundation or has issues with their concrete. What a pleasure to work with!

After years of searching for a replacement for the decaying wood/dirt retaining wall of a 40ft slab that was added in my backyard by the previous owners, I found Alpha. Ashton, who gave me the quote, was the first professional who actually knew what he was talking about, and it was a no brainer to sign with them on the spot as I could finally get rid of that huge and ugly decaying ´planter’. Josh, David and Anthony, who did the work, are all exceptional young professionals, knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful of my property, and fun to have around! It took the crew one full Florida high sun / high humidity day and a morning to reinforce the 2ft deep foundations into a 20 ft deep system and now that slab is going nowhere! They cleaned up after themselves and left the place ready for my new backyard improvements! I’m mega happy with their work and recommend them and the company even in preventative situations like mine. Money well spent! All Floridians should have this system under their house!

We had a mold issue under in house, damp crawl space. We called Alpha Foundations, they were prompt to reply. I am a building contractor in Florida and have very little experience in crawl space issues. That was put to rest when "Dylan" arrived, he was very knowledgeable. He explained in depth the procedure on what was needed to be done. After careful thought we called him and signed up. We were scheduled in. When the crew arrived (Andrew, Woody and Ryan) they all introduced themselves and explained everything that was going to happen, including pictures of the work as it progressed. When they were under the house working you could hear them working ( note: we were not intentionally trying to listen we were just up there). There was no negative talk or cussing just business. Wow what a team! This adventure started off with an interview and inspection of our home with Micah Nyborg. We determined that we needed some hydraulic lift on the pool deck and our home needed to be jacked up and leveled. Alpha Foundation sent Jonah, Antoine and Chris and two days of intense work the job was completed. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and the professional way it was handled. Not only was the house leveled but they also installed a sump pump and humidifier to prevent any damage from mold! Thank you Alpha Foundation now we have peace of mind knowing that our home is protected for years to come!

riendly, professional, and a great result! We feel a newfound confidence in our house again with a clinically clean encapsulation system complete with dehumidifier and two sump pumps! Having previously gotten work with Alpha on our foundation we were impressed with the results by Keith and team, so we had our house crawlspace encapsulation service done by them as well. We learned about our need through the inspector Jordan who was very helpful and worked through options/payment plans to find something that worked for our house and budget. Will, Chris, and Freddy from Alpha came out about a month later for the two day job. They were very friendly and approachable and communicated the whole process clearly. They were even accommodating to our particular requests, such as our request for them to evacuate any frogs before laying down the system, haha. Our crawl space used to be nothing but dirt and debris(and frogs) and a sauna of humidity but now it just what the word sounds like, encapsulated. Effectively a basement of sorts. Clean and white, like a hospital clinic! See below pics for more to see the sump pump (black circle with pipe) and dehumidifier (the box). They were able to already start bringing the humidity down with the new system before they even left the second day. We are so thankful for their friendly demeanor and it was a pleasure welcoming them into our home (or rather under it) as they delivered a great result! We will now sleep easy at night knowing our house is on literal solid ground!

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations, specifically with two outstanding employeesâ Tory and Blakeâ who came out this morning to address a sidewalk issue at my property. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and their expertise really showed. I can't say enough about how great Tory and Blake were. Itâ s rare to find such exceptional service, and I am truly grateful for their hard work. Colin came out and did an inspection and was very thorough and professional. Alpha handled the city permits and everything. Colin also checked in with me before and after. Logan, the foreman and Lane came out to do the actual work. We had to have some foundation work under our house. Logan talked me through the whole process and the entire job only took a few hours. He was very professional and kind. Everyone was great to work with! I chose Alpha based on recommendations from friends and I’m very happy with the work and communication. They had fair pricing and did a good job with every step of the process. Highly recommend!

Jake, Alberto and Charles, did an amazing job with my rental property’s foundation repairs. My property is an older home and when I found out that there were foundation issues, I sought out Alpha Foundations due to their impeccable reputation and quality of work. Jake and the crew did not disappoint. They kept me informed of the work, sent pictures of the progress and assured me that my home would be taken care of the correct way. After the work was complete, I was also notified of the next steps to complete the inspection. Dylan, Jake, Alberto, Charles and Blake did a fantastic job from the initial contact and estimation of the job to the installation of the towers and finally to the installation of the foam. I feel confident that we will no longer have any water intrusion through our foundation. When they were done each day, you could not even see that they had been there .They were always on time, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

We contacted three different companies: one quote was exorbitant (company obviously taking advantage of the glut of damaged seawalls resulting from Hurricane Milton); one company never called us back (I guess we were small potatoes); and then there was Alpha: they came out as promised, when promised, evaluated the job, quoted us a reasonable price (they also gave a Veterans discount) with a great guarantee, showed up on time and did a great job. Kudos to their sales rep Everette for his thorough evaluation and explanations, and their field crew who did the work, Tory and Blake. We are beyond pleased with our experience with Alpha Foundations! Our salesman, Ezekiel, was incredibly thorough in his inspection and so wonderfully patient with us as we asked him 1000+ questions about the products, process, and pricing. We especially appreciate how flexible and creative he was while helping us to create a solution that satisfied our needs and our budget – something that other companies we'd spoken with hadn't even tried to do. Our work permit was processed faster than expected, so we were given the option to move our install date up by 3 weeks! The work was completed just before Christmas, and what a gift it was. Steven, Chris, and Brandon did an absolutely phenomenal job and we are so grateful to have had such dedicated, attentive, and hard-working professionals for our job. They arrived right on time bright and early and got to work straight away installing 19 helical piers to support the lower half of our home. In order to access the foundation in some places they had to cut several holes in my concrete patio and remove a panel of my vinyl fence. After all of that plus a trip to the hardware store for a new hose they were still done by 4pm- and that includes an unparalleled cleanup job! The fence panel was back in place, all debris was removed, new concrete was poured and leveled, and all dirt was tamped back down. Honestly, my yard looked better after they left than it did when they arrived. HUGE thank you to everyone at Alpha Foundations! We are so happy that we chose this company and we recommend them for any foundation needs.
