Alpha foundations is one of the best companies we have worked with in a very long time. Our entire experience, from start to finish, was pleasant. Our foreman, Will, was an absolute professional. He and his team (Jake & Hunter) did a stellar job on our encapsulation and even stayed late the first day on the job to ensure they got to a point where they knew they could finish it up on time the next day. He even discovered a pest situation we weren’t aware of under our home and when the pest control man went under the house, even he was impressed by their work! He said he’s seen a lot of encapsulation jobs under homes and ours was by far the best he’s ever seen. We highly recommend this company and you will be even luckier if Will, Jake, and Hunter are your assigned team to get the job done.

Now we have peace of mind knowing our 100 year house is good. Jake came out to give us the quote and communication was awesome throughout the process. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and exactly what I needed to have done. The day of the insulation Steven and his crew came out to do my foundation repairs. They were absolutely amazing, very professional, on time! When the job was done, Steven came and asked me if I had any questions Or concerns. He walked me through what they had done. I was very pleased with the quality of work Felipe, Miguel, and Ben completed at my home. I had some sagging floor joists and major rotten wood under my bathroom floor. They arrived on time and started work right away tearing out the bathroom floor and tub. Using that as an access point they repaired the sagging joists and beams under the house. As they were working, I walked through the house and noticed stability had been restored under the floors. They completed the repair by sistering the joists under the bathroom floor and replaced the subfloor. They worked so hard and were so polite the entire time they were here and took the time to answer my questions during the process. I can’t thank you enough for restoring my house and my peace of mind! You guys are amazing! Thank you!

I needed to have my lanai repaired where the corners were cracking a dropping due to erosion. I had quotes done with 3 different companies and went with Alpha, not just because they were competitive with pricing but also because of the people. Starting with Lance who quoted the job, I felt that he was being completely transparent and honest with what I needed to get done. At no time did I feel like he was trying to take advantage to gain extra dollars. Then the crew came to do the pilings, Tyler, Giovanni, and Ryan. Also fantastic! They were so nice, informative, communicative. 2 days later, Tory and Christopher came to do the foam. Equally as fabulous. You can tell that all of the team is invested in their jobs and the quality shows. They weren't there just to make a paycheck. I would ABSOLUTELY use them again without hesitation and would 100% recommend them!

I had issues with the previous repair jobs but Jacob and his crew came out and knocked it out of the park. He was professional and explained everything to me as they went along. When he realized the job was a little more than expected he called for backup to make sure it was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction, enough so to where I extended my warranty. Thanks to Alpha Foundations for helping lift and stabilize our house. The overall experience was really great. We have a very large home, and the team did an amazing job. The house was not level, and different areas were at different elevations. In the end, they lifted it by about 8 inches or more. A special thank you to Batuhan — he stayed in touch the entire time, answered all of our questions, and didn’t just try to sell the project. He was honest about all possible situations and the challenges we might face. The pier crew was incredible — I honestly fell in love with their work. They were very detail-oriented, kept everything as clean as possible, worked fast, and always arrived on time. Foreman Dylan discussed everything with us, was very polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. You can tell they work as a strong team. The poly crew was also amazing. They worked cleanly and carefully — you can barely see where they drilled unless you really look closely. Both crews worked together as much as needed to achieve the final result. If these guys are working on your project, you can be sure you’re in good hands. And to future customers — please be kind and polite to them, offer them some cold water or coffee. Management, please consider getting them massage memberships — they work incredibly hard, and I can’t imagine how much strain they put on their backs and muscles. Tyler and Giovanni were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also delightful. They made the whole experience a pleasant one. Would highly recommend this company and these two young men. Start to finish they let you know everything that’s going on and make sure that you are happy. A secondary note: The cost of doing foundation repair is quite high. Most of that goes to permits and engineering fees. If you’re going to take care of repairing your home, sometimes you just have to pay the price. That old adage of you get what you pay for I believe stands firm in this case.

I had Alpha foundation come out and look at my house. Chris was the inspector and looked at the problems I was having. Chris patiently explained to me about foundations and Florida. No pressure sale explained how many pairs I would need. The job was set up in a reasonable time period. I was contacted by Steve the Forman was told when they would be coming for the job. The day of the day I got a text to let me know they were there way. When they arrive Steve introduced me to david and isaiah. Steve was very informative about how the job was going to get done. Dave and isaiah were very friendly and went right to work. The job was done in a timely manner and clean up was completed. This team was very professional from start till finish. I would highly recommend this team/ company.

Mallory, field inspector came to my condo and explained the process. I had a hole outside the slab and water was causing my tiles to come up . She measured all my floors. I signed the contract and within a week George and his coworker was here filling all areas of concern. All involved were experts in their field. Within two hours job completed and you would never know they were here. It was a pleasure to deal with all involved.

Donald, LJ and Corey did an outstanding job lifting up a column on my front porch. It turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated, but they knew what to do and got the job done without a problem.
