Alpha did a great job encapsulating our crawlspace. It was a mess under there. The crew removed all of the old insulation and debris, which was a daunting task. All of the crew members were polite, respectful and extremely hard working. I cannot say enough about how hard they worked and what a pleasant attitude they all had. I have nothing negative to say about the entire experience. Jonny, Chris, Jake, Ethan, Carson and Tyler are exemplary employees of Alpha Foundations. Chance, the young man who came out initially for the quote, is also very nice and kind and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. This is the second project Alpha did for our family and they’ve been extremely diligent in making sure the job was done properly and completely. I would give them more stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could. The first 4 photos are before, the last 4 are after.

It was great to work with Alpha Foundations everyone was great and the work they did was outstanding. They listened then they thoroughly searched out all of my foundation concerns. They were able to do the work that was required very efficiently and meticulously. All the staff were great: Steven, Brandon and Chris installed the piers, David, Jonah, and Antoine did the crawl space, then Garrett and Hector were the poly crew. This team was very professional and they worked tirelessly until the job was done.

Alpha Foundations came out recently to help fix our crawl space. We had some minor sinking that took place from the storms last year and they helped us stabilize a few areas of our house. Now we have peace of mind knowing our 100 year house is good. Jake came out to give us the quote and communication was awesome throughout the process. Then Joseph, Houston, and Dan came out for installation. Also great communication throughout the process. They got the work done quickly and we feel confident knowing they did things the right way.

Justin Yearwood was our representative, and we appreciated that he contacted us well before arriving. He was punctual, professional, and courteous throughout the visit. He took the time to explain every detail of what was needed to resolve the issues at our 8-unit townhouse, including a clear breakdown of the fees we should expect moving forward. We truly appreciated the thorough explanation and the time he dedicated to ensuring we fully understood the process. Highly recommend!

I hired Alpha Foundations to stop my house from settling. Andrew, my initial contact, conducted a thorough inspection, devised a plan of action, and clearly explained the process. Ryan, the crew foreman, along with Jarod and Taylor, were competent and knowledgable. They installed supports and returned my yard and landscaping to its original appearance. I highly recommend Alpha and these exceptional employees.

We loved working with our Project Manager, Batu. He spent the time to explain not only the problem, but why it was happening and how Alpha Foundations would fix it. That level of knowledge and professionalism gave us complete confidence in our decision. Alpha Foundations exceeded our expectations in every way. The team was punctual, respectful, and incredibly detail-oriented. Batuhan kept us informed throughout the process and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. The finished result was outstanding, and we would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

My crawl space was a mess. Constantly flooding in heavy rain and hurricanes. It was moldy and a dank mess. The house was Constantly humid and musty. I tried different things myself but nothing worked. Im glad I called Alpha! I feel the difference already from the encapsulated crawl space. It looks like a NASA clean room under there! Thank you to the sales manager Colin and the incredible crew: Donald, Lawrence, Corey and Tori. Very professional and excellent work. My wife and I highly recommend all of you.

We had a major crack in our found slab that rendered the floor uneven. And outside, we had an uneven walkway. Kevin arrived ready to get both jobs done! He explained everything he was about to do and when finished, he reviewed it all again. An apparent perfectionist, he didn't leave until he was 100% confident that the void was filled and we were satisfied. Then… he left everything just as he found it… he even returned the door mat to its place. Thank you Kevin!

This was my initial contact with Alpha foundations and I was very impressed from the live person you got when you called the office to being able to schedule an appointment within one or two days was great. Ronnie was my technician. We sat down and discussed what was going on and then walked the property. My job wasn’t a big one, but it was big for me. He gave me a price to level my AC pad outside and it was in the price range. I was kind of anticipating from what I had read. This company is very professional from the office staff and your first contact to their service technicians. I would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the professional work Alpha Foundations did on my house. Two job were fulfilled to my fullest setisfactory: Tyler E. and his assistant installed nine helical piers. Seeing the piers being installed was confirming to me that this was the right and solid way to avoid further subsidence. Brandon W. and Nick C. worked on my pool deck. They lifted, evened out, and seal the cracks perfectly. Thank you, great jobs done.

Steven and Chris arrived on time and after introducing themselves, started work immediately. I was naive about the procedure, but they answered my questions (throughout the day) in a friendly yet professional manner and their answers greatly increased my confidence in the decision to call Alpha Foundations. Steven and Chris worked incessantly, approached difficulties in an intelligent manner and when the job was done, the property looked like it did before the work started. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Our experience started way back with Jon Q.(8/30/24). He inspected our property and gave us a diagnosis. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Move on to our project this October 16,17th. I highly Commend the team giving them all a 10/10 for a job so professionally done. Team foreman Chris W. with Webber and Resly, did their job so well and when we asked questions they did not hesitate to answer. Another Team of Wilkinson and Emmanuel also a 10/10…very professional! As homeowners we have been very hesitant to do huge projects like these. These gentlemen has otherwise did not make us feel bad at all. Thank you so much!

I needed to have both my porches stabilized due to settling so I called Alpha Foundations for a free estimate! Within a week Cody came out and did an inspection and was very friendly and answered any questions I had regarding what needed to be done. Within two weeks, Tory and William came to my house and stabilized both my porches within a couple of hours. Tory and William were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and did am amazing job. They even went above and beyond and cleaned my entire porches for me after they were finished. I am extremely happy with the results and feel at peace that my home is safe from any settling under my porches. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations as you will not be disappointed! 😊

The entire inspection process with Alpha Foundations was great and the crawlspace encapsulation results were even better. TJ performed the initial inspection and quote. He was extremely thorough, patient, and answered all my questions. He ensured I understood the benefits of their different options and set clear expectations and scope of work. Never pushy and very easy to work and communicate with. Ben, Nick, and Chris were the crew who came to do the encapsulation. Hats off to them because I couldn't imagine doing what they did as thoroughly in such a cramped space. I was doubtful they could knock it out in the estimated two and a half days – but they did. They were fantastic and were always happy to answer my questions throughout the process. Overall a 10/10 experience. I am thrilled with the results and can rest easy knowing I've taken a big step in protecting and improving my home.

We almost went with another company because their quote came in slightly lower, but after meeting Batuhan, we realized the value was in the expertise and service. Alpha Foundations took the time to understand our concerns, explain the solution, and follow through on every promise. Looking back, choosing them was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our home. What separates Alpha Foundations from the competition isn’t just the quality of their work, it’s the people. Batuhan treated us with respect from day one, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I recently had the pleasure of working with Alpha Foundations for the stabilization of my home's floors in Jacksonville, Florida. Alpha Foundations did an amazing job. Malik, Antoine and Tammy did amazing on our encapsulation repair and on the structural repair we had done. We had multiple companies come and quote us and although Alpha Foundations was the most expensive option we felt they knew what they were doing and we felt comfortable using them for our project. We spent just about 30k and we are very pleased! The crew did great and made sure we were fully satisfied before they left. The process from when they arrived to our home to start and as well the clean up that made us feel like they truly cared about our home. They spent multiple days in a gruesome project and were very efficient. Barely even saw these guys take a break, they are amazing!!! I Would recommend this company to anyone who needs foundation repair.

Alpha Foundations did a super great job on restoring and resetting the foundation of our home and driveway and have guaranteed the work to include yearly service inspections for the next 5 years. We are very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, skill level and kindness. Both crews explained what they were going to do before they did it and then walked us through the final product. Big time shout outs to Kevin, Cody, Chris, Weber and Rollie! And Spencer, who came out to our house and got the job. Way to go Guys! Thanks so much! Douglas and Karen

Huston, Ian, and Tristan from Alpha Foundations did an outstanding job. I’ve had contractors in my home who could learn a lot from these three. From the moment they arrived, they were professional without being stiff, communicated everything clearly, and worked at a pace that genuinely surprised me. I never had to wonder what was happening or when something would be done — they just kept me in the loop. Fast doesn’t usually mean good. In this case it meant both. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Alpha Foundation! From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make sure my home was taken care of with the highest level of professionalism and expertise. Dallas, the sales guy, was incredibly communicative and thorough from day one. He spent hours meticulously measuring my home’s elevation and inspecting every inch under the house to ensure an accurate and detailed assessment. He answered every single question I had with patience and a deep knowledge of the process, making sure I understood exactly what needed to be done and why. When it came time to get permits, there were a few unavoidable delays, but Dallas kept me in the loop every step of the way, giving me regular updates so I never felt left in the dark. His dedication and transparency made all the difference in giving me confidence in the project. When the work finally began, Tyler and Greg were absolutely fantastic! They were not only highly efficient but also incredibly communicative throughout the entire job. Foundation work can be nerve-wracking, but these guys made it a seamless experience. They treated my home with the utmost care, keeping everything clean and organized while ensuring that every step of the process was done correctly. The lifting process was the part I was most nervous about, but Tyler and Greg took such a conservative and careful approach that I knew I was in good hands. They explained each phase, reassured me along the way, and made sure that no unnecessary stress was put on my home. Their precision and expertise were evident, and they truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was done safely and effectively. If you need foundation work done, look no further! The team at Alpha Foundation is top-notch. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are second to none. Huge thanks to Dallas, Tyler, and Greg for making this such a smooth and stress-free experience! Highly recommend!

So let me tell you the facts!! We have been needing to raise our driveway and patio for sometime and we heard about this company Alpha Foundations. So we called and set up a meeting and Maurice came to the house . Many things we found great about this company is that he called us to confirm our appointment. The next morning I called him letting him know if he could come earlier would help us out greatly and he was able to do so. Had lots of information and seemed to have much knowledge about what needed to be done and what it would take to get the desired results! We made our deal and signed on the dotted line to get things rolling. We received a call with the date and time they would come out and who would be coming. In a few hours we received a call from the foreman telling us his name and what and when he would show up the next day. Five minutes before the time George the foreman showed up and walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. George’s professionalism and his desire to do his best was seen in his work. He and Davon did everything that they said they would do and even took the time during the work to answer more questions. During the process, George was training a new guy Davon. I watched George clearly speak and work with Davon in a very kind and compassionate way. It’s good to see and hear someone like George take the time and be so thoughtful and thorough with his trainee. He complimented how great the company they work for looks after them and helps them to be better people and to work ethically. I even overheard George say to Davon always do the kind of work for the customers that you would do for your own mother and would want someone else to do for your family. There were a few things I thought this raising would fix in the driveway but George explained why it wouldn’t and it made sense. The results look good and they cleaned up all the mess they made. He walked me through again and told me all that was done and asked if I was satisfied. They went above and beyond what was expected and now all I can do is wait and see if the promises and warranty hold true over time. George also took the time after to go over and speak with two separate neighbors that had come over to see what I was having done to our home.

Best crews I had ever hired. I hired Alpha Foundation for two jobs: Helical piers installation under the foundation, and polyurethane foam injection in the concrete patio. They came on time with professional equipment. They explained to me what they were going to do and what they might need. Both crews – Piering crew: Steven, Chris, and Brandon, Poly: Garrett and James were very friendly, professional, polite. They were very efficient and made sure all work sites were cleaned up after the work. They were very patient with all questions I had. I’d recommend this company to anyone as they’re professional and easy to work with from the beginning to installation procedure.
