They crew just finished fixing my driveway and pool deck (this was from hurricane damage). Yesterday they put in some pilings to lift/support a slab on the corner of my pool deck. They did an excellent job. Both crews were very nice, friendly, and professional. I will gladly hire them again. In fact, I'll likely ask them to come back in a few months and check my foundation. I would gladly recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors.

I recently had my driveway repaired by Alpha Foundations, and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism by George, Cesar and Alex. My driveway had cracks and uneven areas that needed attention, and their team went above and beyond to deliver excellent results. From the start, the entire process was smooth and efficient. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and paid attention to every detail. They clearly take pride in their work and made sure everything was done to perfection. Ryan, Jared and Jayden did an impeccable job on our foundation work. We had some major structural movement and it needed to be mitigated. They did a lot of work before I I could drink my first cup of coffee. This team of three does what a team of six or seven could do. Alpha Foundations pulled the permit, did all the prep and installed all of the structural work. I highly recommend them for the Tallahassee area foundation work.

Awesome job! The team did not disappoint, Jesse Henson’s (sales)confidence made my decision to contract with Alpha easy. The appointed was set for a few weeks. Fast forward to install day, The foreman Zach hit the ground running, with Omar and Jaydon do the heavy lifting. All three guys were great, in and out in a day and a half. I contacted Alpha Foundations about a brick patio that had a significant dip across the middle. Josh came out and gave an estimate and the repair was scheduled.There was good communication with the company, confirming time and who would be coming to do the actual repairs.Brandon and Huntercame and began the process to lift the slab. Brandon was upfront about the challenge concerning lifting the concrete while not causing more damage to the brick overlay. He gave realistic scenarios. The patio was almost unusable prior. It is now functional again. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Alpha Foundation without any reservations.

Colin came out and did an inspection and was very thorough and professional. Alpha handled the city permits and everything. Colin also checked in with me before and after. Logan, the foreman and Lane came out to do the actual work. We had to have some foundation work under our house. Logan talked me through the whole process and the entire job only took a few hours. He was very professional and kind. Everyone was great to work with! I chose Alpha based on recommendations from friends and I’m very happy with the work and communication. They had fair pricing and did a good job with every step of the process. Highly recommend!

riendly, professional, and a great result! We feel a newfound confidence in our house again with a clinically clean encapsulation system complete with dehumidifier and two sump pumps! Having previously gotten work with Alpha on our foundation we were impressed with the results by Keith and team, so we had our house crawlspace encapsulation service done by them as well. We learned about our need through the inspector Jordan who was very helpful and worked through options/payment plans to find something that worked for our house and budget. Will, Chris, and Freddy from Alpha came out about a month later for the two day job. They were very friendly and approachable and communicated the whole process clearly. They were even accommodating to our particular requests, such as our request for them to evacuate any frogs before laying down the system, haha. Our crawl space used to be nothing but dirt and debris(and frogs) and a sauna of humidity but now it just what the word sounds like, encapsulated. Effectively a basement of sorts. Clean and white, like a hospital clinic! See below pics for more to see the sump pump (black circle with pipe) and dehumidifier (the box). They were able to already start bringing the humidity down with the new system before they even left the second day. We are so thankful for their friendly demeanor and it was a pleasure welcoming them into our home (or rather under it) as they delivered a great result! We will now sleep easy at night knowing our house is on literal solid ground!

They came out the day after Thanksgiving and explained everything they were doing that day and explained a few different options for us. Rich was very professional and easy to talk with and had answers for everything we were concerned about. They scheduled the work to be done in two weeks, and Zack and his team were thorough and got the work done the same day and left the work area clean! From the beginning, Zack came and performed a free inspection to our home. We had some issues that needed taken care of and we were given several options for repair. There was no pressure whatsoever one way or the other in which option we decided, if any at all. After we made our decision, a start date was set up and my husband received a call the Friday before the Monday start date to reaffirm the schedule. That Monday we received a call that the crew was on their way and their estimated arrival time. When Chance and Chris arrived, they introduced theirselves and informed us of the plans for our foundation repair. Our job consisted of 10 piers and 36 supports which was a pretty big job. Chance and Chris are great guys and such hard workers. On the following day a new staff arrived to work with Chance and Chris, his name was Tyler, he was introduced to us and he too was an extremely hard worker. We were very impressed that Tyler was visited on site by Adlai from the corporate office to check in on him. This team worked so hard on our home, always giving us a call on their way here each day and staying late several afternoons to get the job done. They always cleaned the work area before leaving each day and they worked well together. We are so happy they were the ones to repair our home.Darryl and Trish GishValdosta, GA

We contacted three different companies: one quote was exorbitant (company obviously taking advantage of the glut of damaged seawalls resulting from Hurricane Milton); one company never called us back (I guess we were small potatoes); and then there was Alpha: they came out as promised, when promised, evaluated the job, quoted us a reasonable price (they also gave a Veterans discount) with a great guarantee, showed up on time and did a great job. Kudos to their sales rep Everette for his thorough evaluation and explanations, and their field crew who did the work, Tory and Blake. I reached out to Alpha Foundations for a quote on extensive driveway repairs caused by years of ground shifting and tree roots. I was concerned the damage would require a complete repour. A representative came to my home and conducted a thorough evaluation. The quote I received was very reasonable, and within a few days, two technicians, Hunter and Brad, arrived to work on my driveway and sidewalk. They were both meticulous and highly skilled. Thankfully, a full repour wasn’t necessary—they only needed to pour a small section, and the rest was repaired using an innovative technique. Dean came out and provided us with an estimate for crawl space encapsulation. He came highly recommended by my brother who had previously used Alpha Foundations to do the encapsulation for his crawl space after experiencing water intrusion from Hurricane Helene. Dean was very knowledgeable. Tyler, Tristan, and Greg completed the encapsulation. They were fantastic! The installation took a little more than a day. We received text notifications both mornings when they were on their way and again when they arrived. They were friendly and professional and took pride in their work. It was a pleasure working with Alpha Foundations and their crew.

I can’t give enough praise for our inspector Will G. From scheduling his visit, his professionalism, punctuality, and knowledge, I was very pleased with the level of service he provided. He was very honest and didn’t just try and sell us something that we didn’t need. He also identified a potential fire risk which alerted me to contact an electrician to avoid a catastrophic mishap. I am so thankful and I’ll definitely be referring people in future to Will @ Alpha.

Alpha Foundations surpassed our expectations. From the salesman (Danny) to the crawl space crew (Jacob, Matt, Cisco, and Jerome) they all did an amazing job. Our home’s foundation, built in 1926, had issues. They were able to stabilize the structure and lift 2.5 inches without any damage to the tiles. Utterly happy with the results. Highly recommended.

This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

I couldn't be happier with Alpha Foundations. I had an appt. on 10-12-23 at 8:30am. I arrived at 8:25 and Jordan, Kalod and Jon were on site working. The job entailed placing nine supports and leveling a mobile home damaged during hurricane Ian. I expected it to be an all day job; they finished in 2 hours. I walked through the home, the floors in all rooms were solid under foot.I highly recommend Alpha Foundations. They are true to their word and very professional.

He was very professional, yet warm in his presentation. Before the work started I was given a written contract for my files and addendum to the contract. I highly Commend the team giving them all a 10/10 for a job so professionally done. Team foreman Chris W. with Webber and Resly, did their job so well and when we asked questions they did not hesitate to answer. Another Team of Wilkinson and Emmanuel also a 10/10…very professional! My foundation repair project with Alpha Foundations was huge. I was in a state of terror just thinking about it for months. And now, thanks to the caring and understanding and downright terrific skill of the Alpha Team, I am cool as a cucumber and ready to party! They did everything right from soup to nuts. Not one of my questions was stupid. I thank Tyler, Gregory, Kyle, and Sam for my sweet house, and stable foundation again. It was reassuring to have that level of competence working with me.
