Alpha foundation led by Lance and Tory did an amazing job repairing our concrete walkway to the Gulf as well as lifting carports, garages, and screened in lanai. It was incredible watching Tory work for two days to make all of this happen. My husband, who is the president of our condo association, was enthralled with the process and videotaped much of it. It was cost-effective, easy, and the communication was amazing! I highly highly recommend Alpha foundation.

Really enjoyed our experience with Alpha Foundation. The foundation inspector John took his time, explained everything, went above and beyond helping us deal with our mortgage company, called and texted whenever we had a question or gave us an update on our process. The team that came out to do the job was awesome! The Forman Josh was super nice, personable, knowledgeable. Updated us through the process, willing to answer any questions. The team worked quickly, and made no messes. Can hardly tell they were here. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I had my driveway leveled today and sam and tom were phenomenal employees of alpha foundation. Sam answered all my questions , and he walked me through the entire process of what he was going to be doing to my concrete driveway. When they left, they made sure that they cleaned up after themselves and left my area with no mess.Thank you, alpha foundation. Most definitely will recommend you.

After Hurricane Milton we had water intrusion that forced us to remove the carpets in each room and replace the flooring. When we removed the carpet, we found a crack that went from one corner to the next in one of the rooms. Lance was our sales guy, super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and worked with us on options since our insurance wasn't going to cover it. Although some settling cracks are probably ok, I had a feeling this one wasn't. We decided to do the hydrophobic injection under the foundation. Tory came out to do the work. He was on time, very responsive, super nice. Everything moved along smooth. Tory noticed that it seemed like there was a bit more foam injected than he expected- which confirms there was a larger void in that area than we expected. Tory patched the holes and I can't even tell anything was done! Looks great! I think of this room as now the strongest room in our house. I'm SO happy I got this done. I would do this again if we ever needed to in our next house. Thank you!!!

We considered having our driveway replaced but after talking to someone from Alpha Foundations, we decided to have our existing driveway repaired. Jake & Freddy did a wonderful job fixing all of the cracks including busted and sunken pieces and our driveway looks great again at about 1/2 the price of a new driveway. Very professional company!!

Cooper Baker was very professional and thorough. The product and services recommended were representative of a thorough understanding of the issues he found while crawling into the crawl space. He took his time to go over all the photos and readings which all supported his recommendation. He went over all the options and was incredibly patient and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Note: HomeAdvisor did not have the correct category for the work done on my house, which has a raised/pier construction. So I have a complaint against Home Advisor. BUT?. Here?s the actual review for the work I had done: Alpha Foundation sent a two man team to level/add support jacks under the floor of my 1939 home. The jacks were placed in the crawl space. Tori and Darien were efficient and professional, not something easy to be when you?re crawling around in such a confined space. And Tori answered my many questions cheerfully and with lots of patience. Alpha Foundation is lucky to have these guys. I?m happy with their work. Now, Home Advisor, please fix your categories.

Sam Martin completed a foam injection under our home foundation. He was great at taking the time to explain the process, both before and during the injection process. He was able to match the grout where the holes were made in the floor to where no one would know a hole was made for the injection. He was clean, neat, thorough, and very professional. We would highly recommend him and Alpha Foundation for work in the future. Thank you for such a nice experience.

Alpha Foundations did an excellent job from start to finish. The entire team was professional, kind, and well informed. The salesman, Cameron, was such a joy to work with and explained all of his recommendations thoroughly making sure I had no questions unanswered. I was very impressed with the way the work crew of Tyler, Alex, Matt, and Wes worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. All the guys were very polite, hardworking, and conscientious. Finishing up late on a Friday with a couple of hours drive to get home, with no hesitations, Alex took the time to show me pictures of the crawl space and explain the job. Matt and Wes were very patient. Thank you Alpha Foundations for such great customer service! Job well done! T Biggers

Huston, Ian, and Tristan from Alpha Foundations did an outstanding job. I’ve had contractors in my home who could learn a lot from these three. From the moment they arrived, they were professional without being stiff, communicated everything clearly, and worked at a pace that genuinely surprised me. I never had to wonder what was happening or when something would be done — they just kept me in the loop. Fast doesn’t usually mean good. In this case it meant both. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

The crew (Dale, Tori, Darian and others) could not have been more courteous, professional and informative. Plus, they cleaned up with attention to detail. We first spoke about our needs with Taylor who provided information and clear explanations about how Alph could help insure our crawl space will stay dry and at the proper level of humidity. Taylor was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, as was the work crew. We are entirely pleased with Alpha.

We are beyond pleased with our experience with Alpha Foundations! Our salesman, Ezekiel, was incredibly thorough in his inspection and so wonderfully patient with us as we asked him 1000+ questions about the products, process, and pricing. We especially appreciate how flexible and creative he was while helping us to create a solution that satisfied our needs and our budget – something that other companies we'd spoken with hadn't even tried to do. Our work permit was processed faster than expected, so we were given the option to move our install date up by 3 weeks! The work was completed just before Christmas, and what a gift it was. Steven, Chris, and Brandon did an absolutely phenomenal job and we are so grateful to have had such dedicated, attentive, and hard-working professionals for our job. They arrived right on time bright and early and got to work straight away installing 19 helical piers to support the lower half of our home. In order to access the foundation in some places they had to cut several holes in my concrete patio and remove a panel of my vinyl fence. After all of that plus a trip to the hardware store for a new hose they were still done by 4pm- and that includes an unparalleled cleanup job! The fence panel was back in place, all debris was removed, new concrete was poured and leveled, and all dirt was tamped back down. Honestly, my yard looked better after they left than it did when they arrived. HUGE thank you to everyone at Alpha Foundations! We are so happy that we chose this company and we recommend them for any foundation needs.

Great service. Hector Justiz was quick to come out in person and do a complete assessment of our driveway and sidewalk. We called Alpha on recommendation from a neighbor after experiencing water damage in our crawlspace. Scheduling and quote was fast & straightforward, with helpful "what to expect" info ahead of time and notifications/reminders in advance of actions. The end result is a clean, sealed crawlspace that has resolved our moisture issues, with the added benefit of limiting entry points for pests. Having this professionally done gives us great peace of mind that this 100yo house is ready for another 100 years. Another contractor has already been under the house for unrelated work and was very pleased to have a humidity-controlled, easily-lit, and most importantly *clean* area to work. The estimator Johnnie was pleasant and took time to explain what their proposed solution would (and wouldn't) accomplish, and presented multiple options to address our immediate concerns (moisture damage) along with how we could establish a baseline and check back in the future for foundation settling/etc. The job foreman, Brett, and his crew were great from start to finish. Communication was precise & thorough, work was prompt, and the results speak for themselves. We knew right up front that we'd have to have an electrician come in with them to run a circuit for the dehumidifier & sump pump, but we didn't know until the job started that a plumber also needed move some pipes out of the way. That miscommunication led to a bit of frustration, but the Production Manager, Daniel, reached out to me and went above & beyond to make sure I walked away happy not just with the job (which I already was), but also had a good lasting impression of the experience and Alpha's commitment to customer service and standing behind their work. Would absolutely recommend this location of Alpha Foundations, and indeed I intend to have them back out in the future to investigate/remediate settlement issues now that my emergency problem is fixed. Thanks again!

Had a GREAT Day and a GREAT Experience with Alpha Foundations today!!! Special thanks to Steven and Chris who get all the credit. Communication with Steven was "Absolute PRO"! Actually, I was both surprised and impressed with how well I was "Kept in the loop". This was a big job and investment for me. I was a bit skeptical, anxious and overwhelmend all at the same time. But Steven explained what was going on (and why) such that I became confident that we (mainly me) were doing the right thing. WHEWWW… Anyway, glad I connected with ALPHA and really satisfied with how it all went and turned out. THANKS Steven, Chris and ALPHA!

George & Jeff at Alpha Foundations were fantastic! I recently had the pleasure of working with George & Jeff from Alpha Foundations, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service! As a real estate agent, I needed their expertise to correct a slab issue in one of my listings. They understood the urgency of the situation—my listing was under contract, and this issue, discovered during the inspection period, could have been detrimental to the transaction. Despite their busy schedule, they fit me in on rather short notice and completed the job within the quoted 4-hour window. Their professionalism was evident from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the job site neat. George explained everything before they started and answered all my questions along the way. Their communication was also excellent—I received text message confirmations for their ETA and another when they were pulling up. Their knowledge, reliability, and willingness to accommodate my timeline made all the difference. I’m very pleased with their work and will definitely be recommending them to clients and calling on them again whenever needed! Thanks again, George & Jeff. I closed on my listing!

These are really great people, and I’m so happy I used them for my foundation needs. The inspection process went super smoothly and Ryan really listened to my concerns and provided an honest, reasonable fix to the issue I had, as well as the options I had available to me. He was on time, and even bumped my inspection date up as well as my scheduled job. Ryan was in contact with me the whole time through the process and even got my repair date moved up. Trace and Tanner who were the crew that came out to do the job were efficient, on time, and super polite! They talked with me and even went over the process of what they were going to be doing. All three guys really knew what they were doing, and did an amazing job. Overall I’m super happy and if I ever have any other issues I know who I’ll be calling again! Concrete business is a rough crown from my experience. Tori sticks out from the pack. Truly respectable and professional knowledge of his craft, backed up by detailed and thorough work that only comes from years of experience. I saw other reviews and he and Josh truly lived up to their reputation. Alpha got a 1st round draft pick with this crew. Look no further these dudes got you!

Thanks to Alpha Foundations for helping lift and stabilize our house. The overall experience was really great. We have a very large home, and the team did an amazing job. The house was not level, and different areas were at different elevations. In the end, they lifted it by about 8 inches or more. A special thank you to Batuhan — he stayed in touch the entire time, answered all of our questions, and didn’t just try to sell the project. He was honest about all possible situations and the challenges we might face. The pier crew was incredible — I honestly fell in love with their work. They were very detail-oriented, kept everything as clean as possible, worked fast, and always arrived on time. Foreman Dylan discussed everything with us, was very polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. You can tell they work as a strong team. The poly crew was also amazing. They worked cleanly and carefully — you can barely see where they drilled unless you really look closely. Both crews worked together as much as needed to achieve the final result. If these guys are working on your project, you can be sure you’re in good hands. And to future customers — please be kind and polite to them, offer them some cold water or coffee. Management, please consider getting them massage memberships — they work incredibly hard, and I can’t imagine how much strain they put on their backs and muscles. Thanks again to: Batuhan -sales manager -PIER CREW- Dylan Robinson Jack Wahlberg Emanuel Franklin Jamesly -Poly crew- Richard Smith Cooper Winton Tyler Smith We were happy to work with you🫶🏻

Everything about my experience with Alpha was great. I had a tree that had caused serious damage to my driveway and garage. Alpha accessed the situation and didn't try to over exaggerate the work that needed to be done. ( we got a quote from another highly promoted foundation company who wanted almost 25k to do things that were completely unnecessary). Alpha was super communicative and professional. They were so flexible with my schedule as I had to keep delaying things on account of the tree removal. At the end of the day I couldn't be happier with the work and the service. Thanks Brad, Dylan and Tory!!

We highly recommend Alpha Foundations for seawall and foundation repairs. Jason and Kegan very knowledgeable and professional. Tristan, Charles, Ian and Alberto were very polite and courteous entire time they worked on our seawall installing all the anchors. They cleaned up before they finished for the day and kept us informed during the process. Tory, Chris and Kevin did amazing job with finishing the job with polyurethane and they even lifted my ramp back up because it was sinking next to the seawall. Entire crew that worked on our project was great to work with and excellent workmanship. Thank you so much for giving us piece of mind that we don't need to worry about our seawall now.

Great job! Jake & Corey were on time and got right to work on my pool deck. Once the deck was leveled up, I asked them not to fill the cracks as what they use, paint won’t stick to. So I will have the people that are going to put a coating on the pool deck fill in the cracks.

I write this review to commend Collin Tower the field inspector who came out today and addressed our issues. This guy was so very professional, polite and knowledgeable!! He guided us through the whole process and advised what would be the best solution for our concerns. It's refreshing to know that there are honest people that do what is truly best for the customer and not just out to take your money. If he were one of my employees, he would be promoted immediately! Thank you, Alpha Foundations, we look forward to doing business with you.

Alpha Foundations completed a foundation repair on our home. Will was great at explaining what needed to be done and how that would be accomplished and the cost followed by Kyle, Trent, Drew and Woody completing the repair. They arrived on time with great communication. The whole crew were so polite and professional even when they had a surprise encounter with an armadillo under our house. These young men are an asset to your company and represent you well.

The work was amazing. My patio foundation is perfectly level and we are very happy with how it looks and how affordable it was. My only complaint is that the appointment was supposed to start between 8 and 9am and no one showed up til after 11am. No phone called until 11:20. And as soon as they got here they had to leave to get supplies.

Last month we noticed some settlement cracks on the side of our home we called Alpha solutions out, and the inspector. Vincent did a thorough review of the outside of our home and the inside we found that there was some settlement cracks to the right side of our home. Vincent was able to explain to us what had happened and why we found the cracks and we went forward with his recommendation of having a process put in place to prevent further damage. The crew arrived this morning at 8 o’clock sharp the lead Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly courteous, and you could tell that he really knew what he was talking about the rest of the crew David and Isaiah were also very polite respectful. They did an amazing job within two hours installing Six piers Around the front perimeter of our home where the foundation problem existed. They had to dig a trench around the whole front area to install the peers. I was amazed at the fact that they were done within two hours. Everything was cleaned up and put back like they were never here. I Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair from their inspector to the crew who did the work. They were nothing but professional , Friendly, and Courteous.

Alpha Foundations did a wonderful job sealing my crawl space. Dean explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions. Taylor, Tristan, and Greg spent two days completing the work and kept me up to date on the progress. When the project was completed Tyler reviewed a check list with me to be sure I understood what was done and what to expect. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, respectful, and kind. An excellent company for sure!

Alpha was great from start to finish. From the initiating call to the explanation of work they had done. They were responsive, punctual, communicative, personable, tidy and did an amazing job. From the first contact with Christian to the final explanation with the crew (Brendon and Nick) it was seamless and professional. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable. Brendon and Nick did a great job! They even accommodated us on a kind of odd request. Since we had a giant hole in our floor, we asked them to leave it open so we could get a floor safe installed. They figured out what we needed and made it work! Great thinking on their feet! Almost makes me wish we had more foundation issues….Almost! I highly recommend Alpha Foundations!!
