Mallory, field inspector came to my condo and explained the process. I had a hole outside the slab and water was causing my tiles to come up . She measured all my floors. I signed the contract and within a week George and his coworker was here filling all areas of concern. All involved were experts in their field. Within two hours job completed and you would never know they were here. It was a pleasure to deal with all involved.

Jake, Alberto and Charles, did an amazing job with my rental property’s foundation repairs. My property is an older home and when I found out that there were foundation issues, I sought out Alpha Foundations due to their impeccable reputation and quality of work. Jake and the crew did not disappoint. They kept me informed of the work, sent pictures of the progress and assured me that my home would be taken care of the correct way. After the work was complete, I was also notified of the next steps to complete the inspection. These are really great people, and I’m so happy I used them for my foundation needs. The inspection process went super smoothly and Ryan really listened to my concerns and provided an honest, reasonable fix to the issue I had, as well as the options I had available to me. He was on time, and even bumped my inspection date up as well as my scheduled job. Ryan was in contact with me the whole time through the process and even got my repair date moved up. Trace and Tanner who were the crew that came out to do the job were efficient, on time, and super polite! They talked with me and even went over the process of what they were going to be doing. All three guys really knew what they were doing, and did an amazing job. Overall I’m super happy and if I ever have any other issues I know who I’ll be calling again! Thank you to the Aplha Foundations Sarasota team for being an honest, reliable company I feel I can trust!

Would definitely recommend Alpha! I had a good bit of work done to the crawlspace of my home – five jacks, two sistered joists, and a drain system with sump pumps installed. From the start I felt really comfortable with Alpha. My salesperson, Zack Long, was excellent and so helpful with all the questions I had. The team followed up with me the week before the job started to let me know when they would arrive and to run over the specs. Keith, Miguel, and Jake could not have been more efficient throughout the whole install. Clean up was perfect and they added a few thoughtful touches that I really appreciated. Even more, since I had an electrician coming out the next day Keith and the team made sure the area where they’d be working was dry and clean so that part would go smoothly as well. I don’t think I could have asked for a better crew!Great experience start to finish. Thank you!

They did a great job installing support posts in our basement and piers under our porch. They were quick and professional and Ryan explained clearly the work they were doing. He also stated why, as the foreman, after seeing the plans and reality, I didn’t need all of the work that was outlined in the plan. This saved me money, which is honestly rare. They didn’t try to upsell me anything, and I do appreciate the honesty. Jared and Taylor were also friendly and helpful.

This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

I also asked them to do a little thing that there was some confusion about whether it was included or not – and they came back the very next day to take care of it. No questions asked – the customer was right. I would recommend the Miami area team for any foundation repair. Not only did they complete everything they were contracted to do efficiently and professionally, but they also went above and beyond by pointing out other areas of concern and helping me better understand what was going on. Dealing with house settling and foundation repair has been a stressful experience; however, Alpha Foundation has felt like a partner along the way and definitely made the process feel smoother. Dean worked with me from the beginning and kept me updated on the process of permitting and scheduling. The team was able to split my repair into 2 parts so that the foam injection could be done ASAP so that I could have my new floors put in; then, once the permits came through, Charles, Tristan, and Alberto were able to come out and knock out the pier install in one day. Everyone I've interacted with at Alpha Foundation has been very professional and made me feel comfortable with my choice of who would perform such a large repair to my home. I already have and will in the future suggest Alpha Foundation to anyone in need of foundation repair.

Overall was an easy and smooth process. 1st crew to install push pilings with Maximos, Wilkinson and Peterson and the 2nd crew to fill voids with Thomas and Felix did a great job, kept everything neat and organized, placed everything back in place and the guys were very professional. Job site was left clean with no complaints. Only issue I have was a slab that was discussed at the inspection that was supposed to be leveled and void filled which was talked about, did not some how make it apart of the job. Being beside another slab to get filled didn’t make sense why it wouldn’t have been listed on the contract.

Shane and Chris arrived right on time, first thing in the morning, as promised. They performed a poly foam lift on my floating slab foundation. They repaired the tiny holes in my floor that they needed to drill to pump the poly foam down into the ground, and they were very pleasant and professional. The whole thing took about 3 hours and 15 minutes and they left no mess. I would recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone based on my experience with these two (Shane and Chris).

Best crews I had ever hired. I hired Alpha Foundation for two jobs: Helical piers installation under the foundation, and polyurethane foam injection in the concrete patio. They came on time with professional equipment. They explained to me what they were going to do and what they might need. Both crews – Piering crew: Steven, Chris, and Brandon, Poly: Garrett and James were very friendly, professional, polite. They were very efficient and made sure all work sites were cleaned up after the work. They were very patient with all questions I had. I’d recommend this company to anyone as they’re professional and easy to work with from the beginning to installation procedure.

I had issues with the previous repair jobs but Jacob and his crew came out and knocked it out of the park. He was professional and explained everything to me as they went along. When he realized the job was a little more than expected he called for backup to make sure it was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction, enough so to where I extended my warranty. Contacted Alpha Foundations regarding my father’s house we inherited. Built in 1945, it is 2 old farm houses, joined by a breezeway. House was unlevel more than 3”. Tyler and his crew were excellent. A reasonable quote was provided, and the work was completed with great care and attention to detail. No damage was caused and every door in the house closes and latches properly. Sliding glass doors close smoothly for the first time in 20+ years. Thank you so much. I definitely chose the right company to handle this sentimental issue.

Sterling answered and easily explained all of my concerns. I do not need any assistance now yet he explained what to look for if there are any concerns and took pictures as a base. Just wanted to say how great a job you did on my home. I was especially impressed with the crew that came to do the job Jacob, Ryan, Cam and William. They were totally professional and dedicated to seeing the job done right. They even found an area that needed to be done that was not on the original estimate and took the time to explain why it should be done, how they were going to do it, and how it would affect the rest of the project. They were always on time worked from the time they arrived and never left without providing us with an update on the days progress. Even took us on a walk to show us the progress. When they got ready to leave Jacob, the foreman, walk thru the area to insure it was clean and nothing was left that belong to the company. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations for any job.

Now protected against the neighbors broken waterpipe which is drilling a cavern to the aquifer… neighbors used 80yds of concrete underpinning their foundation, we called Alpha Foundations, in and out 2 days.

We had a great experience with Alpha Foundations from start to finish. Our home required a piling encasement due to a split piling—something that understandably got our attention. Our realtor recommended Alpha, and the team responded quickly and professionally. They showed up on time, ready to work, and clearly knew what they were doing. Along the way, we did run into a small hiccup—some grout leakage during the install. But what really stood out was how the team handled it. The root cause (a joint alignment issue) was identified, they took ownership, and resolved it the right way. No excuses—just problem-solving and follow-through. By the end, everything was properly sealed, the work area was clean, and the job was done with care. Most importantly, the team maintained a positive attitude throughout—there were even a few smiles and light moments along the way, which we appreciated. He helped set up the additional financing through GreenSky. All three worked hard and completed the project in 2 days. Cleanup was good and things looked pretty much like they did before they began.
