Alpha Foundations did an excellent job from start to finish. The entire team was professional, kind, and well informed. The salesman, Cameron, was such a joy to work with and explained all of his recommendations thoroughly making sure I had no questions unanswered. I was very impressed with the way the work crew of Tyler, Alex, Matt, and Wes worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. All the guys were very polite, hardworking, and conscientious. Finishing up late on a Friday with a couple of hours drive to get home, with no hesitations, Alex took the time to show me pictures of the crawl space and explain the job. I can't say enough about how outstanding the service and work we received from the Alpha,Foundation team….Starting with Brad, who came out evaluated our home and situation. He explained our options and made suggestions that would help us with our decisions. Next, step was to have the work done…two crews came out. One, Clint and Hunter, to I stall piers around the perimeter. A second crew, Bobby,Philip and Alexis, had the job in the crawl space, installing jacks and support beams..Bobby explained each and everything that was going to happen. He and his crew went above and beyond what i expected. They addressed and fixed any issue they found. Squeaky floors to gaps on joists…didn't leave the job until he was sure that I was,satisfied. A few days later he reached out to check on things. I mentioned some floor movement and squeaks, a few days later he was back out under the house looking for the problem…it was found, addressed and fixed….a true professional and a really nice guy. Bobby. Philip and Alexis, Clint, and Hunter know their jobs and do it well! Thank you all.

Had a wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations. The initial consult and quote was done by Colin, who went out of his way to make sure that I understood everything. He had options for me based on my budget. Ryan, Lane and Aiden came out to complete the work. They were friendly and very communicative. They did a great job and even finished a day early!

We are still deciding if we can financially move forward but if we do it wouldn't be with any other company than Alpha Foundations after my experience with Gavin. Strongly recommend you contact this company if you have any suspicion of foundation issues.

Reached out to this company for a foundation inspection. Very pleased with the professionalism and expertise from our certified field inspector, Gavin Gordon. He arrived early to survey our home, took pictures, videos, and measurements of the condition of our home. Then sat down and explained everything, including video presentations. Walked us through the whole process and timeline to expect for acquiring permit and carrying out the repairs. I highly recommend his services.

Jake & Freddy did a wonderful job fixing all of the cracks including busted and sunken pieces and our driveway looks great again at about 1/2 the price of a new driveway. Very professional company!!

JORDAN did everything we discussed and agreed to regarding my home. He listened to my needs and concerns then addressed them with creative solutions to really assist me with this unexpected and large project. Jordan and the company kept me informed during the entire process with our agreement, financing, engineering, permitting start dates and completion as scheduled in-between storms! Jordan overdelivered as he helped onsite and was there to ensure I was happy at completion. WILL AND HIS CREW – RYAN AND TAY, ON SITE, WE AWESOME TOO! Will took over where Jordan left off to get this big job done. These guys really listened to me and treated my home like it was their own. They went out of their way to address my concerns and save me time and money to rebuild the finishing touches back in my home. This entire process went as planned and discussed. I won't waste any time on quotes when my next foundation needs develop. You should meet this team if you have foundation issues!!

Our experience with Alpha foundations has been amazing! Ethan came out to do the initial inspection and spent hours testing, measuring, inspecting our home and pool area and answering all of our questions. Once hired, Alpha Foundations took care of all the permitting to do the repairs on our property. On the day of installation we had two different crews come out as we had helical piers installed under our foundation, as well as polyurethane injected into the voids under our driveway, walkway, patio, and deck. The piers crew, Steven (foreman), Brandon, and Chris, were on time, incredibly polite and professional. They were efficient and had 14 piers installed around our home, and the site cleaned up, before 2pm. They hand dug the locations for each to ensure that they were not going to damage our electrical or plumbing in any way, before proceeding to machine drill the piers. Steven found another area of concern upon inspecting the exterior of our home, called their engineer, and verified what needed to be done to stabilize the area on the spot. The crew was patient with all of our questions and made sure we were informed every step of the way. Excellent customer service! The poly crew, Jordan (foreman), Max, and Noah, were on time, polite and professional. Jordan took extra time to go over each of the treated areas with my husband to ensure he was satisfied that all the voids were being filled. Jordan went above and beyond what we expected to make sure we were happy. We would gladly recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone who has concerns about their foundation or has issues with their concrete. What a pleasure to work with!

Tyler and Giovanni were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also delightful. They made the whole experience a pleasant one. Would highly recommend this company and these two young men. Start to finish they let you know everything that’s going on and make sure that you are happy. A secondary note: The cost of doing foundation repair is quite high. Most of that goes to permits and engineering fees. If you’re going to take care of repairing your home, sometimes you just have to pay the price. That old adage of you get what you pay for I believe stands firm in this case.

The technicians that work for Alpha are very trained and competent to do the job. Drew and Zack arrived at my house on schedule and were both very professional in their demeanor. They measured my house, went through the crawlspace, and assessed my needs and very thorough order. After an assessment of my needs, they answered my questions and addressed my concerns about the work to be done. Everything about my experience with Alpha was great. I had a tree that had caused serious damage to my driveway and garage. Alpha accessed the situation and didn't try to over exaggerate the work that needed to be done. ( we got a quote from another highly promoted foundation company who wanted almost 25k to do things that were completely unnecessary). Alpha was super communicative and professional. They were so flexible with my schedule as I had to keep delaying things on account of the tree removal. At the end of the day I couldn't be happier with the work and the service. Ryan, Jared and Jayden did an impeccable job on our foundation work. We had some major structural movement and it needed to be mitigated. They did a lot of work before I I could drink my first cup of coffee. This team of three does what a team of six or seven could do. Alpha Foundations pulled the permit, did all the prep and installed all of the structural work. I highly recommend them for the Tallahassee area foundation work.

Colin came out and did an inspection and was very thorough and professional. Alpha handled the city permits and everything. Colin also checked in with me before and after. Logan, the foreman and Lane came out to do the actual work. We had to have some foundation work under our house. Logan talked me through the whole process and the entire job only took a few hours. He was very professional and kind. Everyone was great to work with! I chose Alpha based on recommendations from friends and I’m very happy with the work and communication. They had fair pricing and did a good job with every step of the process. Highly recommend!

I needed to have my lanai repaired where the corners were cracking a dropping due to erosion. I had quotes done with 3 different companies and went with Alpha, not just because they were competitive with pricing but also because of the people. Starting with Lance who quoted the job, I felt that he was being completely transparent and honest with what I needed to get done. At no time did I feel like he was trying to take advantage to gain extra dollars. Then the crew came to do the pilings, Tyler, Giovanni, and Ryan. Also fantastic! They were so nice, informative, communicative. 2 days later, Tory and Christopher came to do the foam. Equally as fabulous. You can tell that all of the team is invested in their jobs and the quality shows. They weren't there just to make a paycheck. I would ABSOLUTELY use them again without hesitation and would 100% recommend them!

We had such a great experience with Alpha Foundations. Tyler, Tristan, and Greg let us know when they were on the way so we could get things ready. They were the nicest team to work with and were even happy for us to let our dogs out in the yard from time-to-time to relieve themselves. The crew did amazing work, checking in with us to make sure things were right and to get the maximum benefits to our house. They did a lot of work in one day and we are really happy with the results. It makes a noticeable difference that you can feel just walking on our wood floors. The work is amazing and the team is even better!

I contacted Alpha Foundations as my house was cracking all around it outside and my foundation was showing. I had some cracks inside my house on the ceilings, floors, and walls as well as the driveway was all broken up and my street was cracking after already being partially repaired by the City. Ashton came out and did a thorough inspection of my property, told me what was necessary to fix it and explained how they would go about doing so. He also said my back corners to my house had dropped 1.0 & 1.2 inches causing my mattress to my bed to not be level. My scheduled date to come out was February 9th and they were ahead of schedule and called to come out sooner, but I didn't get the message until it was too late. Anyhow, they came out as scheduled on time. Steven, Isaac and David were exceptionally nice and friendly, and polite as was Ashton and explained what they were going to do and answered any additional questions I had. I ended up having to get an additional 6 piers around the front of the house as it had horizonal cracks and Steven wanted to make sure the house was well protected and wouldn't cost me more to fix it down the road. He said with having to get permits again and with the price of materials always going up, it was best I took care of it then to prevent any further damage. They did an excellent job with everything and cleaned up after themselves too. It was a pleasure meeting and doing business with all these fine young men and I would definitely recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone in need of foundation repairs in the future. Thank you, Patty

We had a mold issue under in house, damp crawl space. We called Alpha Foundations, they were prompt to reply. I am a building contractor in Florida and have very little experience in crawl space issues. That was put to rest when "Dylan" arrived, he was very knowledgeable. He explained in depth the procedure on what was needed to be done. After careful thought we called him and signed up. We were scheduled in. When the crew arrived (Andrew, Woody and Ryan) they all introduced themselves and explained everything that was going to happen, including pictures of the work as it progressed. When they were under the house working you could hear them working ( note: we were not intentionally trying to listen we were just up there). There was no negative talk or cussing just business. I was very pleased with the quality of work Felipe, Miguel, and Ben completed at my home. I had some sagging floor joists and major rotten wood under my bathroom floor. They arrived on time and started work right away tearing out the bathroom floor and tub. Using that as an access point they repaired the sagging joists and beams under the house. As they were working, I walked through the house and noticed stability had been restored under the floors. They completed the repair by sistering the joists under the bathroom floor and replaced the subfloor. They worked so hard and were so polite the entire time they were here and took the time to answer my questions during the process. I can’t thank you enough for restoring my house and my peace of mind! You guys are amazing! Thank you!
