Watching dj do his inspection was very impressive. No other company that came to quote me did such a through job. Once I decided on the work. My appointment came and josh and William did such a fabulous job. I noticed the leveling of my concrete slabs right away. Also very impressed with how highly professional and friendly they were. After the work was done, they cleaned up. I am satisfied with the high level of professionalism and quality these amazing people did for my home. I was told to even expect dj to come back and make sure everything will be reevaluated to know my home is stable and no farther problem remain in my foundation. Thank you all. I feel I am in safe hands now.

The work was done by two crews and all members of the crews performed the work agreed to and corrected any issues I had with the work. So let me tell you the facts!! We have been needing to raise our driveway and patio for sometime and we heard about this company Alpha Foundations. So we called and set up a meeting and Maurice came to the house . Many things we found great about this company is that he called us to confirm our appointment. The next morning I called him letting him know if he could come earlier would help us out greatly and he was able to do so. Had lots of information and seemed to have much knowledge about what needed to be done and what it would take to get the desired results! We made our deal and signed on the dotted line to get things rolling. We received a call with the date and time they would come out and who would be coming. In a few hours we received a call from the foreman telling us his name and what and when he would show up the next day. Five minutes before the time George the foreman showed up and walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. George’s professionalism and his desire to do his best was seen in his work. He and Davon did everything that they said they would do and even took the time during the work to answer more questions. During the process, George was training a new guy Davon. I watched George clearly speak and work with Davon in a very kind and compassionate way. It’s good to see and hear someone like George take the time and be so thoughtful and thorough with his trainee. He complimented how great the company they work for looks after them and helps them to be better people and to work ethically. I even overheard George say to Davon always do the kind of work for the customers that you would do for your own mother and would want someone else to do for your family. There were a few things I thought this raising would fix in the driveway but George explained why it wouldn’t and it made sense. The results look good and they cleaned up all the mess they made. He walked me through again and told me all that was done and asked if I was satisfied. They went above and beyond what was expected and now all I can do is wait and see if the promises and warranty hold true over time. George also took the time after to go over and speak with two separate neighbors that had come over to see what I was having done to our home.

The guys at Alpha Foundations did an awesome job on my foundation. They diagnosed the problem and came up with the plan quickly. They were flexible on the schedule, showed up when they were supposed to, were professional and polite, worked quickly, and cleaned up the mess before leaving. I signed the contract and within a week George and his coworker was here filling all areas of concern. All involved were experts in their field. Within two hours job completed and you would never know they were here. It was a pleasure to deal with all involved.

Well I didnt have to look any further! Every step of the process was easy and stress free! The consultation was great with the full explanation. There was no pressure to use their services. Through the whole process I was informed every step of the way. The day of the foundation repairs, Nick C. , Damian, Shane, Mike and Q was very professional and showed respect and careful for my property while doing the the foundation support installation. They spent additional time and effort to address my concerns before and during the installation. Logan’s team was professional and treated my property with care and respect. We noticed the recent addition on our house had cracks in the drywall and the door wouldn’t close properly. We reached out to a handful of companies and ended up going with Alpha Foundations. They did a great job and were very professional and friendly. Tory, Christopher, and Kevin did the chemical grout after the piers were installed. They were thorough and explained everything very well. The cleanup was great. I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations for any foundation issues.

Alpha Foundations did an excellent job from start to finish. The entire team was professional, kind, and well informed. The salesman, Cameron, was such a joy to work with and explained all of his recommendations thoroughly making sure I had no questions unanswered. I was very impressed with the way the work crew of Tyler, Alex, Matt, and Wes worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. All the guys were very polite, hardworking, and conscientious. Finishing up late on a Friday with a couple of hours drive to get home, with no hesitations, Alex took the time to show me pictures of the crawl space and explain the job. Matt and Wes were very patient. Thank you Alpha Foundations for such great customer service! Job well done! T Biggers

I was very pleased with the quality of work Felipe, Miguel, and Ben completed at my home. I had some sagging floor joists and major rotten wood under my bathroom floor. They arrived on time and started work right away tearing out the bathroom floor and tub. Using that as an access point they repaired the sagging joists and beams under the house. As they were working, I walked through the house and noticed stability had been restored under the floors. They completed the repair by sistering the joists under the bathroom floor and replaced the subfloor. They worked so hard and were so polite the entire time they were here and took the time to answer my questions during the process. I can’t thank you enough for restoring my house and my peace of mind! You guys are amazing! Thank you!

They took time answer all our questions and concerns. While doing their job, they cared and pay attention to details. They did it just like it is their property. Overall they did an awesome job.
