I would highly recommend this company – I am a property manager in Sarasota/Bradenton area and found this company at my NARPM event. They were extremely informative and went to my rental properties quickly once we discussed the problem we are having. Many of my property are raised homes with crawl spaces and having soft flooring issues. Alpha Foundations was prompt and the level of expertise exceeded my expectations! We were recommended this company by our son who had work done by them. They came when they said they would. Their price was reasonable and their work was excellent. Our lanai slab had cracks and had settled in a couple if spots. Our screen door would not open without a struggle. We could not have any ciating done to make it attractive. Alpha Foundations came in and leveled the slab. The door works well now and we had the floor coated all within one week. I cannit remember the tecs names but they were tge nicest. Hardest working young men. Our salesman was also excellent. This company is top shelf and highly recommended. Don't hesitate to hire them for you foundation work.

I needed to have both my porches stabilized due to settling so I called Alpha Foundations for a free estimate! Within a week Cody came out and did an inspection and was very friendly and answered any questions I had regarding what needed to be done. Within two weeks, Tory and William came to my house and stabilized both my porches within a couple of hours. Tory and William were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and did am amazing job. They even went above and beyond and cleaned my entire porches for me after they were finished. I am extremely happy with the results and feel at peace that my home is safe from any settling under my porches. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations as you will not be disappointed! 😊

Contacted Alpha Foundations regarding my father’s house we inherited. Built in 1945, it is 2 old farm houses, joined by a breezeway. House was unlevel more than 3”. Tyler and his crew were excellent. A reasonable quote was provided, and the work was completed with great care and attention to detail. No damage was caused and every door in the house closes and latches properly. Sliding glass doors close smoothly for the first time in 20+ years. Thank you so much. I definitely chose the right company to handle this sentimental issue.

We recently had foundation stabilization work completed on our building, along with foam lifting on a section of the sidewalk, and we were very pleased with the entire experience. While the long-term results will naturally be seen over time, the quality of the work performed was evident, and the team was professional from start to finish. Steven, David, and Isaiah did an excellent job and were always responsible, courteous, and respectful while working on site. The poly foam work completed by Jordan and Hector was handled efficiently and professionally, and they took the time to explain the process and answer our questions. A special thanks as well to Sheldon, the inspector, who was thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the project. What stood out the most was the communication. Everyone involved kept us informed, responded promptly to questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend this team to anyone needing foundation or concrete lifting work.

House had settled an excessive amount on one side, so decided to go with Alpha Foundations to install helical piers to (slightly) lift and brace the house. Jake and his team were prompt, explained everything that was going on with the process of installing helical piers, and left me feeling that the house was in better shape (and protected for the future) than when they started. Overall, the folks from Alpha Foundations were reliable, set good expectations, and imo, reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend going with these guys for assistance with home foundation issues.

Alpha Foundations did a great job earlier this week on providing outdoor foundation support with piers and indoor support with injected poly under the slab. We found all of the workers very professional and speedy while still being willing to stop and answer any questions. Dylan, Chris and Caleem handled the outside. These guys jumped into the job. Caleem dug out the initial holes and he was an incredibly hard worker throughout the day (with the most manual job). Chris placed the piers and Dylan ran the crew and the equipment. Dylan also answered all my wife’s questions with patience and politeness. Jonathan and Adam arrived about 30 minutes later and started on the inside. They didn’t break a single tile by drilling through the grout. The carpet had to be cut, but that was expected. They made as little mess as possible and cleaned up like their mother was watching. We were warned that it would be dusty so we covered lots of furniture, but the mess was localized and cleaned up by Jonathan and Adam. I’ve already recommended Alpha Foundations to a friend and will again when given the opportunity.

Alpha foundations is professional from start to finish from the contract person Ronnie to my to install techs Kevin and Cody. I couldn’t be happier. It started with my initial call on a Thursday actually getting a live person being able to schedule an appointment the next day and then a few days later, my work was done. Kevin and Cody are exceptional when they left. You couldn’t even tell that they were there. I looked at the job halfway through and couldn’t look anymore until it was done. They did a wonderful job. I’m very pleased with this company and it’s very easy to make a recommendation if you need any type of groundwork done thank you Ronnie Kevin and Cody you made spending money not that bad.

I noticed cracking in my garage and googled foundation repair companies. Alpha Foundation came up first and they had such outstanding reviews, I decided to give them a try. Well I didnt have to look any further! Every step of the process was easy and stress free! My guys, Steven, David, Isaiah and Inspector David W came out and were so helpful, informative, professional, explaining to me every step and even encouraged my "looking over their shoulders"!!!! And the patience they had with all my questions was phenomenal! I highly recommend this company…dont look any further…..Kim woodie

Our 50 yr old house shifted 1” on one end right after thanksgiving 25. Had Alpha come inspect- they had aready solution to stabilize the house indefinitely, clear out the musty smell and lift the house so any damage inside along the ceilings could be easily recovered. They were prompt polite, very informative, went the extra mile with under the house coverage. They encapsulated the crawl space and braced the house with steel beams. From inside the house – a definite tightening was evident. House is tight, quiet & the musty smell is all but gone. Jon George Alex and Zach did an excellent job job wrapping and cleaning up on the crawlspace. KUDOS!

Reached out to this company for a foundation inspection. Very pleased with the professionalism and expertise from our certified field inspector, Gavin Gordon. He arrived early to survey our home, took pictures, videos, and measurements of the condition of our home. Then sat down and explained everything, including video presentations. Walked us through the whole process and timeline to expect for acquiring permit and carrying out the repairs. I highly recommend his services.

Alpha Foundations did an excellent job from start to finish. The entire team was professional, kind, and well informed. The salesman, Cameron, was such a joy to work with and explained all of his recommendations thoroughly making sure I had no questions unanswered. I was very impressed with the way the work crew of Tyler, Alex, Matt, and Wes worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. All the guys were very polite, hardworking, and conscientious. Finishing up late on a Friday with a couple of hours drive to get home, with no hesitations, Alex took the time to show me pictures of the crawl space and explain the job. My family and I recently moved into a beautiful Spanish Mediterranean-style home built-in 1926. It was a crash course lesson on caring for a historic home in South Florida. The crawl space was a breeding ground for termites and mold, and the structural issues were the cause of our sagging and sinking floors.After a comprehensive assessment by the Alpha Foundation Design Technician, crawl space encapsulation and foundation support were our home's best options. Alpha Foundations encapsulated the crawl space and installed crawl space jacks ahead of schedule, eliminating the high humidity and resolving the floor leveling issue. Immediately after encapsulation, the humidity level reduced from 70% to 54% inside our home, allowing our air condition unit to operate more efficiently. The improvement in air quality and comfort inside our house is remarkable!Special thanks to Alpha Foundation's Design Technician Gavin, Foreman Jackson, Javid and Sam for their service, integrity, and professionalism. Crawl space encapsulation and foundation repair were an investment in the future of our home. Thanks to Alpha Foundations, our home will be our refuge here in paradise for many years to come.
