En 2002, Matt Shanley fundó Alpha Foundations tocando puertas en su vecindario local. Después de ocho años de operar el negocio solo, Matt trajo a dos personas para ayudar a hacer crecer su negocio. From day one with manager Eric until the day of service with foreman Tyler and team, I have been utterly impressed by their service, responsiveness and professionalism. Alpha Crew: From the start first meeting with Dylan Peebles Fantastic service. The poly foam crew, Blake & Drew professionals. Thank you very meticulous, they stopped my water leakage from coming from below.Foundation & pier crew Jake & Alberto saved my overhead floor from collapse. We were kept informed all the way in each process. We were of course very curious of each step kept informed of each process Eager to show the process to us. We believe they felt like they were glad to save our home. Built in 1961 and Helene and Milton hurricanes really took a toll on our foundation. Alpha was the rescue. We even chatted about Mike Rowe from dirty jobs. Thank you one and all.

I contacted Alpha Foundations as my house was cracking all around it outside and my foundation was showing. I had some cracks inside my house on the ceilings, floors, and walls as well as the driveway was all broken up and my street was cracking after already being partially repaired by the City. Ashton came out and did a thorough inspection of my property, told me what was necessary to fix it and explained how they would go about doing so. He also said my back corners to my house had dropped 1.0 & 1.2 inches causing my mattress to my bed to not be level. My scheduled date to come out was February 9th and they were ahead of schedule and called to come out sooner, but I didn't get the message until it was too late. Anyhow, they came out as scheduled on time. Steven, Isaac and David were exceptionally nice and friendly, and polite as was Ashton and explained what they were going to do and answered any additional questions I had. I ended up having to get an additional 6 piers around the front of the house as it had horizonal cracks and Steven wanted to make sure the house was well protected and wouldn't cost me more to fix it down the road. He said with having to get permits again and with the price of materials always going up, it was best I took care of it then to prevent any further damage. They did an excellent job with everything and cleaned up after themselves too. It was a pleasure meeting and doing business with all these fine young men and I would definitely recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone in need of foundation repairs in the future. Thank you, Patty

We’ve used Alpha Foundations twice now. Once right after the hurricane to take care of some foundation damage and now to complete encapsulation under the home. Everyone we’ve worked with has been extremely professional and informative. The work has always been implacable. This time the work was done by Will, Jeff and Dan who did an immaculate job with the encapsulation. Taking so much care around the property.

Extremely professional from initial contact to completed job. Hector was great explaining the process to us. We felt the price was very reasonable. Our service was quickly scheduled & Sam Martin showed up promptly to provide the service. Sam got right to work, providing our 'fix' and cleaned up as he went along. We are very pleased with Alpha Foundations. This is the second time we have used them – two different properties. Repeat business is the best referral a company can ask for! Thanks Alpha!

I have an old home and it needed the foundation repaired and new floors. I am a retired teacher on limited salary. Noah from ALpha came out, check, measured and provided me with a quote takingin consideration for price. It was great. Then the best was a few week later Alec and his crew (Jesus & John) came out and did the first par tof the house in 2 days. rippedout beans, replaced and put in new sublfoor -All in 3 days. They were courteous, let me know what was happening, check that everythign was progressing as I needed. They fixed things to make me happy. 2 weeks later they came out and finished the job!. Alec was just the best!

Had our foundation repaired by Alpha Foundations after damage from Hurricane Ian. Both crews were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We had Sam Martin here today to inject foam into our pool deck and foundation and he was a pleasure. He worked cleanly, methodically and quickly to complete the large job. Would not hesitate to recommed Alpha to any friends or family.

Alpha Foundations did a great job earlier this week on providing outdoor foundation support with piers and indoor support with injected poly under the slab. We found all of the workers very professional and speedy while still being willing to stop and answer any questions. Dylan, Chris and Caleem handled the outside. These guys jumped into the job. Caleem dug out the initial holes and he was an incredibly hard worker throughout the day (with the most manual job). Chris placed the piers and Dylan ran the crew and the equipment. Dylan also answered all my wife’s questions with patience and politeness. Jonathan and Adam arrived about 30 minutes later and started on the inside. They didn’t break a single tile by drilling through the grout. The carpet had to be cut, but that was expected. They made as little mess as possible and cleaned up like their mother was watching. We were warned that it would be dusty so we covered lots of furniture, but the mess was localized and cleaned up by Jonathan and Adam. I’ve already recommended Alpha Foundations to a friend and will again when given the opportunity.

Jonah and Antoine were awesome and did an amazing job on our crawl space encapsulation. Jordan and George were able to level the back deck and steps and bring life into them. It was a great experience and I will have Alpha back for any new projects.

Steven, Isaiah and David arrived on time. Steven identified additional stair-step cracks on the side and recommended six additional braces to prevent further slab movement. He helped set up the additional financing through GreenSky. All three worked hard and completed the project in 2 days. Cleanup was good and things looked pretty much like they did before they began.
