En 2002, Matt Shanley fundó Alpha Foundations tocando puertas en su vecindario local. Después de ocho años de operar el negocio solo, Matt trajo a dos personas para ayudar a hacer crecer su negocio. They came out the day after Thanksgiving and explained everything they were doing that day and explained a few different options for us. Rich was very professional and easy to talk with and had answers for everything we were concerned about. They scheduled the work to be done in two weeks, and Zack and his team were thorough and got the work done the same day and left the work area clean! We are very very happy with Alpha Foundations and will recommend them to anyone needing Foundation work done. Thank you, Rick, Zack & Omar!

After years of searching for a replacement for the decaying wood/dirt retaining wall of a 40ft slab that was added in my backyard by the previous owners, I found Alpha. Ashton, who gave me the quote, was the first professional who actually knew what he was talking about, and it was a no brainer to sign with them on the spot as I could finally get rid of that huge and ugly decaying ´planter’. Josh, David and Anthony, who did the work, are all exceptional young professionals, knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful of my property, and fun to have around! It took the crew one full Florida high sun / high humidity day and a morning to reinforce the 2ft deep foundations into a 20 ft deep system and now that slab is going nowhere! They cleaned up after themselves and left the place ready for my new backyard improvements! I’m mega happy with their work and recommend them and the company even in preventative situations like mine. Money well spent! All Floridians should have this system under their house!

Alpha Foundations, especially inspector Justin Hurd, is our go to when we need solutions and quotes. (We buy old homes in the Jax area and flip them to revitalize the community). So we run into foundation issues all the time with these homes. Alpha Foundations is always on speed dial for us. Justin Hurd was an amazing communicator, he showed up on time and gave us good details on-site. Afterwards he emailed us the inspection report in even greater detail & included drawings. It's so helpful to us and Justin is great to work with! Thank you!

From start to finish, Alpha Foundations was a great experience. My foundation began to slip a while ago, and fortunately my paver professional suggested I have a foundation company do an assessment. ALPHA FOUNDATIONS was my first choice because of the positive reviews, and I completely agree with those reviews. Lance, the company's CFI, inspected my property and explained in detail how the procedure to raise my sinking stem wall was going to be addressed. I was sold. On the day the work was to begin, foreman Jake arrived with his team, Charles and Alberto. I cannot tell you the skill and precision those guys exhibited. Not only were they efficient, they were respectful of my property and did everything to keep me abreast of their progress. Jake, Charles and Alberto went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased with their work. They were AWESOME. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations for any foundation issues. 100%! And the lifetime guarantee isn't bad either

Tory and Chris were especially amazing to work with, both were extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and left everything clean when finished. Huston, Ian, and Tristan from Alpha Foundations did an outstanding job. I’ve had contractors in my home who could learn a lot from these three. From the moment they arrived, they were professional without being stiff, communicated everything clearly, and worked at a pace that genuinely surprised me. I never had to wonder what was happening or when something would be done — they just kept me in the loop. Fast doesn’t usually mean good. In this case it meant both. I’d recommend them without hesitation.
