En 2002, Matt Shanley fundó Alpha Foundations tocando puertas en su vecindario local. Después de ocho años de operar el negocio solo, Matt trajo a dos personas para ayudar a hacer crecer su negocio. We had a great experience with Alpha Foundations from beginning to end. We have an old (95 years!) grove cottage that was experiencing some floor sag from an aging raised pier foundation. Mike came out and gave us a comprehensive evaluation and price. He was knowledgeable and helpful aiding us in understanding what needed to be done to correct the problem. We settled on a very good price and Mike told us that they could be available to do the work in just a few days (a cancellation maybe?). Jake, the project foreman, called the day before to make sure we were good to go and advised when they would arrive to start work. Jake and Wilson arrived on time and ready to go to work. Jake came inside to check out the problem then under the house to confirm what he suspected needed to be accomplished. He and Wilson were wonderful, Mike came by to check on the job as well. These guys are dedicated to doing a good job AND will return within 5 years if any adjustments are needed. All in all…we're very happy with the experience! Thanks guys!

I couldn't be happier with Alpha Foundations. I had an appt. on 10-12-23 at 8:30am. I arrived at 8:25 and Jordan, Kalod and Jon were on site working. The job entailed placing nine supports and leveling a mobile home damaged during hurricane Ian. I expected it to be an all day job; they finished in 2 hours. I walked through the home, the floors in all rooms were solid under foot.I highly recommend Alpha Foundations. They are true to their word and very professional.

I would like to recommend ALPHA FOUNDATIONS not only as a great company with great people but as a professional solution to whatever foundation problems you may be facing. Twice I have had to call on them to address two different but unique problems for which I had no idea how to approach. The representative was very patient and understanding but with professionalism coupled with valuable knowledge depth, and experience explained with candor what was needed. On both occasions PROBLEM SOLVED. I couldn’t be happier and while I hope I never have another similar issue I can assure you that ALPHA FOUNDATIONS will remain on my speed dial.April 2, 2018

Alpha foundations is one of the best companies we have worked with in a very long time. Our entire experience, from start to finish, was pleasant. Our foreman, Will, was an absolute professional. He and his team (Jake & Hunter) did a stellar job on our encapsulation and even stayed late the first day on the job to ensure they got to a point where they knew they could finish it up on time the next day. He even discovered a pest situation we weren’t aware of under our home and when the pest control man went under the house, even he was impressed by their work! He said he’s seen a lot of encapsulation jobs under homes and ours was by far the best he’s ever seen. We highly recommend this company and you will be even luckier if Will, Jake, and Hunter are your assigned team to get the job done.

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations, specifically with two outstanding employeesâ Tory and Blakeâ who came out this morning to address a sidewalk issue at my property. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and their expertise really showed. I can't say enough about how great Tory and Blake were. Itâ s rare to find such exceptional service, and I am truly grateful for their hard work. Shane and Chris arrived right on time, first thing in the morning, as promised. They performed a poly foam lift on my floating slab foundation. They repaired the tiny holes in my floor that they needed to drill to pump the poly foam down into the ground, and they were very pleasant and professional. The whole thing took about 3 hours and 15 minutes and they left no mess. I would recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone based on my experience with these two (Shane and Chris).
