Steven, Isaiah and David arrived on time. Steven identified additional stair-step cracks on the side and recommended six additional braces to prevent further slab movement. He helped set up the additional financing through GreenSky. All three worked hard and completed the project in 2 days. Cleanup was good and things looked pretty much like they did before they began.

From the moment they arrived, they were professional without being stiff, communicated everything clearly, and worked at a pace that genuinely surprised me. I never had to wonder what was happening or when something would be done — they just kept me in the loop. Fast doesn’t usually mean good. In this case it meant both. During the initial inspection and work Drew found that I didn't need additional structural support which saved me a significant amount of money. I noticed cracking in my garage and googled foundation repair companies. Alpha Foundation came up first and they had such outstanding reviews, I decided to give them a try. Well I didnt have to look any further! Every step of the process was easy and stress free! My guys, Steven, David, Isaiah and Inspector David W came out and were so helpful, informative, professional, explaining to me every step and even encouraged my "looking over their shoulders"!!!! Contacted Alpha Foundations regarding my father’s house we inherited. Built in 1945, it is 2 old farm houses, joined by a breezeway. House was unlevel more than 3”. Tyler and his crew were excellent. A reasonable quote was provided, and the work was completed with great care and attention to detail. No damage was caused and every door in the house closes and latches properly. Sliding glass doors close smoothly for the first time in 20+ years. Thank you so much. I definitely chose the right company to handle this sentimental issue.

After learning our foundation needed repaired and reinforced in our home we were beyond overwhelmed. Working with the Alpha foundation team from start to finish was a dream! From the initial evaluation to scheduling to the actual days of work was smooth and completed timely. The actual work looks and feels fabulous which is a huge weight off a homeowner’s shoulders. They also offered financing which was a huge help. We could not be more pleased with their work. Shout out to Nathan who did our initial eval and planning and shout out to Victor P, Julian, and Jack who worked tirelessly in the heat for 2 days to complete the work. Would absolutely recommend!

They are fast, professional, experienced, and HONEST! I am so thankful that I found AF. They have SAVED my house. Today's crew of Josh, Rickey, Antoine, and Ray were delightful to work with. About 12 years ago, I noticed a step pattern crack in masonry between bricks on one side of my house. I called Alpha Foundation and after their and inspection and proposal, I accepted their proposal and they fixed the problem. I have had no other noticeable foundation problems since. Recently, I have decided to downsize and plan to put my home up for sale. I want to be able to guarantee a potential buyer that there are no issues with the foundation. So I called Alpha Foundation again and Sam Bridges, assisted by Brian, performed an extensive inspection, both inside and outside. For the inside of the house, they produced a house diagram showing 4 or more location measurements in each room noting any variance in elevation from the elevation at the center of the house. Only one interior location had a variance of -0.4 or greater so their proposal included steps to stabilize that area. Exterior concrete areas showed cracks, 2 need lifting and several need stabilization only. The price of the overall proposal was very reasonable. I got a 5% discount as a repeat customer. And I have documentation to show potential buyers that the house foundation is still solid after 24 years. The inspectors were very professional, showed me all issues found, explained how the issues would be resolved and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

My crawl space was a mess. Constantly flooding in heavy rain and hurricanes. It was moldy and a dank mess. The house was Constantly humid and musty. I tried different things myself but nothing worked. Im glad I called Alpha! I feel the difference already from the encapsulated crawl space. It looks like a NASA clean room under there! So let me tell you the facts!! We have been needing to raise our driveway and patio for sometime and we heard about this company Alpha Foundations. So we called and set up a meeting and Maurice came to the house . Many things we found great about this company is that he called us to confirm our appointment. The next morning I called him letting him know if he could come earlier would help us out greatly and he was able to do so. Had lots of information and seemed to have much knowledge about what needed to be done and what it would take to get the desired results! We made our deal and signed on the dotted line to get things rolling. We received a call with the date and time they would come out and who would be coming. In a few hours we received a call from the foreman telling us his name and what and when he would show up the next day. Five minutes before the time George the foreman showed up and walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. George’s professionalism and his desire to do his best was seen in his work. He and Davon did everything that they said they would do and even took the time during the work to answer more questions. During the process, George was training a new guy Davon. I watched George clearly speak and work with Davon in a very kind and compassionate way. It’s good to see and hear someone like George take the time and be so thoughtful and thorough with his trainee. He complimented how great the company they work for looks after them and helps them to be better people and to work ethically. I even overheard George say to Davon always do the kind of work for the customers that you would do for your own mother and would want someone else to do for your family. There were a few things I thought this raising would fix in the driveway but George explained why it wouldn’t and it made sense. The results look good and they cleaned up all the mess they made. He walked me through again and told me all that was done and asked if I was satisfied. They went above and beyond what was expected and now all I can do is wait and see if the promises and warranty hold true over time. George also took the time after to go over and speak with two separate neighbors that had come over to see what I was having done to our home.

From the start of the estimate to the finished job it was a fantastic experience. My driveway was sinking in one major area and cracks were forming in 3 other areas. My estimator was David. Very personable and professional and explained everything in detail. Communicated well before the appointment and throughout service day. They were able to get me on the calendar very quickly. Tory (senior foreman) and William showed up on time and ready to work. Both were excited and clearly they love what they do. We went over specifics and then they went to work. I was able to see the step by step process and it is something else. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and did a fantastic job. Every place was leveled out and the cracks were sealed in about 2 hours. I couldn’t recommend them enough. If you have ANYTHING going on with concrete, this better be your first call. 5 Stars!!! I had an amazing experience with Alpha Foundations. Cody did my initial quote. He was very detailed, very informative and made a great first impression with Alpha. Nick was my next contact, he helped streamline the whole process and even extended the expiration of a discount they were offering. Karen kept me informed throughout the whole permitting process. Big shout out to all the boys that crawled under the house and did some tough manual labor!!!! Tristan, Gio, and Will were amazing. They worked very well together and quick. They did the whole project in one day. The three of them were very informative and answered all my questions. They kept me up to date with where the project was at each step which allowed me to run errands throughout the day. Communication couldn't have been been better. In the beginning and end of the project they made sure they answered all my questions and that I was fully informed with each step. At the end they documented and photographed everything and went over each photo to make sure I was satisfied. Can't thank everyone enough for job well done!

David W. educated us regarding all the technicalities of the crawlspace encapsulation, equipment, and process, and explained how the jacks would correct the un-even floor. Alpha Foundations installed a full liner after we found mold in our crawl space. They have been doing great annual maintenance. We decided we wanted to install an addition dehumidifier. Chris and crew came out and were so quick, professional, detailed and clean. Every interaction with Alpha has been top notch.

This year was phase 2 of a foundation stabilization project at my house, with the work done by Alpha Foundations. Sam and Kevin were here today to fill voids and stabilize indoors underneath my tile floors. Both guys were very professional, very courteous and friendly. They explained things so that I could understand what needed to be done and then proceeded to do it efficiently and effectively. And as a bonus, they really liked my dogs! Yesterday, Chris and crew were here to install 9 piers to stabilize my foundation on the outside. The crew again, very professional, very courteous and did the job efficiently and effectively. I very much appreciate that Alpha Foundations will check back each year for the next few years to make sure things are still stable and to determine whether I need a phase 3 to my foundation issues.

Ryan and his crew were fantastic. I received a text from him the night before my appointment explaining that they would arrive around mid-morning (we live about two hours from their business). The morning of the appointment, Ryan called to confirm the estimated arrival time, and I also received a text with updates on the crew’s arrival. When they arrived, they introduced themselves, and Ryan walked me through the project, clearly explaining what they would be doing and how they planned to complete the work. Once they began, they spent most of the day under the house, working diligently. After finishing the work underneath, Ryan came inside and began raising the flooring. When the job was complete, he walked me through the areas they had worked on, explained everything that had been done, and discussed what to expect moving forward.
