I reached out to Alpha Foundations for a quote on extensive driveway repairs caused by years of ground shifting and tree roots. I was concerned the damage would require a complete repour. A representative came to my home and conducted a thorough evaluation. The quote I received was very reasonable, and within a few days, two technicians, Hunter and Brad, arrived to work on my driveway and sidewalk. They were both meticulous and highly skilled. Thankfully, a full repour wasn’t necessary—they only needed to pour a small section, and the rest was repaired using an innovative technique. Throughout the process, they remained courteous, professional, and responsive, answering all my questions promptly. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations for anyone in need of driveway repairs.

Alpha did a great job encapsulating our crawlspace. It was a mess under there. The crew removed all of the old insulation and debris, which was a daunting task. All of the crew members were polite, respectful and extremely hard working. I cannot say enough about how hard they worked and what a pleasant attitude they all had. I have nothing negative to say about the entire experience. Jonny, Chris, Jake, Ethan, Carson and Tyler are exemplary employees of Alpha Foundations. Chance, the young man who came out initially for the quote, is also very nice and kind and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. This is the second project Alpha did for our family and they’ve been extremely diligent in making sure the job was done properly and completely. I would give them more stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could. They were able to do the work that was required very efficiently and meticulously. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Alpha Foundation. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Tory and Christopher were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Before calling Alpha Foundation, I received estimates of over $10,000 from other contractors who planned to tear up a large portion of my pool deck. Alpha Foundation fixed the problem for about one-third of the cost, with no demolition, no mess, and the entire job was completed in just two hours. My pool deck looks beautiful! The five-year warranty and annual inspections provide added peace of mind and show their commitment to standing behind their work. If you have foundation or pool deck issues, I highly recommend Alpha Foundation. Their quality, value, and customer service are outstanding, and Tory and Christopher made the entire experience a pleasure.

Brandon and Nick did a fabulous job on my driveway repair. There were two sections of concrete driveway that had sunk down because the dirt underneath had shifted out. The whole driveway and my sidewalk coming from the front door was inspected and it was determined by Tyler that there was quite a bit of dirt that had sifted out from under my driveway. Brandon and Nick were able to Get the treatment under the driveway in order to raise it up, so that it was all even. They also took out the wooden pieces that had rotted between the driveway concrete slabs, and put sealant in there, which will work much better in the hot and cold temperatures for expansion. Everything was nice and even when they finished and they cleaned up the worksite. I am very happy with the way it looks and would recommend Alpha to others with similar situations. Thanks again for your Professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail.

From start to finish, Alpha Foundations was a great experience. My foundation began to slip a while ago, and fortunately my paver professional suggested I have a foundation company do an assessment. ALPHA FOUNDATIONS was my first choice because of the positive reviews, and I completely agree with those reviews. Lance, the company's CFI, inspected my property and explained in detail how the procedure to raise my sinking stem wall was going to be addressed. I was sold. On the day the work was to begin, foreman Jake arrived with his team, Charles and Alberto. I cannot tell you the skill and precision those guys exhibited. Not only were they efficient, they were respectful of my property and did everything to keep me abreast of their progress. Brandon Ward and Hunter Handley, we’re great hard working and didn’t drag around. They were extremely nice and respectable! Also I had called their office earlier about an invoice and the lady who took my call was extremely nice, courteous and you could tell she had a smile on her face! I certainly would hire her, sight unseen!! This is something us old business men recognize! The first person who came out to look at job and price it was also great, nice, on time! From the start of the estimate to the finished job it was a fantastic experience. My driveway was sinking in one major area and cracks were forming in 3 other areas. My estimator was David. Very personable and professional and explained everything in detail. Communicated well before the appointment and throughout service day. They were able to get me on the calendar very quickly. Tory (senior foreman) and William showed up on time and ready to work. Both were excited and clearly they love what they do. We went over specifics and then they went to work. I was able to see the step by step process and it is something else. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and did a fantastic job. Every place was leveled out and the cracks were sealed in about 2 hours. I couldn’t recommend them enough. If you have ANYTHING going on with concrete, this better be your first call. So let me tell you the facts!! We have been needing to raise our driveway and patio for sometime and we heard about this company Alpha Foundations. So we called and set up a meeting and Maurice came to the house . Many things we found great about this company is that he called us to confirm our appointment. The next morning I called him letting him know if he could come earlier would help us out greatly and he was able to do so. Had lots of information and seemed to have much knowledge about what needed to be done and what it would take to get the desired results! We made our deal and signed on the dotted line to get things rolling. We received a call with the date and time they would come out and who would be coming. In a few hours we received a call from the foreman telling us his name and what and when he would show up the next day. Five minutes before the time George the foreman showed up and walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. George’s professionalism and his desire to do his best was seen in his work. He and Davon did everything that they said they would do and even took the time during the work to answer more questions. During the process, George was training a new guy Davon. I watched George clearly speak and work with Davon in a very kind and compassionate way. It’s good to see and hear someone like George take the time and be so thoughtful and thorough with his trainee. He complimented how great the company they work for looks after them and helps them to be better people and to work ethically. I even overheard George say to Davon always do the kind of work for the customers that you would do for your own mother and would want someone else to do for your family. There were a few things I thought this raising would fix in the driveway but George explained why it wouldn’t and it made sense. The results look good and they cleaned up all the mess they made. He walked me through again and told me all that was done and asked if I was satisfied. They went above and beyond what was expected and now all I can do is wait and see if the promises and warranty hold true over time. George also took the time after to go over and speak with two separate neighbors that had come over to see what I was having done to our home.

Our floor was bowing and would actually bounce as we walked. In some areas was down 1” and 2”.. I very apprehensive at first not knowing what to expect, sales guy Joseph was very professional and made me feel comfortable, but still didn’t know what to expect as contractors in Miami are sketchy at best.. checked the reviews, signed the contract and hoped for the best. And frankly that is what I got in the form of Jacob and Sam.. I was very impressed not only by how clean and efficiently they worked but also how knowledgeable and friendly they were. I cannot express how happy I was when the floor lifted to level and it stopped bouncing!! Jacob really went out of his way to show me everything and answer all my endless questions. Feels firm like a slab now. Wasn’t cheap, but quality never is and peace of mind is priceless! Thank you, Joseph, Jacob, Sam and Alpha Foundations.
