I had interviewed another company prior to talking to Kel at Alpha foundation and after speaking with Kel Decided to go with them because of how he spent the time showing me how he knew where the voids under my pool slab was and what it would take to get there he didn’t promise anything that he couldn’t fulfill, and in fact, told me that he probably wouldn’t be able to get it exactly level, but what would do the best he could, and when Jordan and Hector came out, I spoke with Jordan and he was thorough and making sure if I had any questions or concerns that he gave me the opportunity to say something. They did a great job it was done a lot quicker than I expected and very satisfied with the work done. We purchased the five-year service plan and I know that if we have an issue that they will take care of. done a lot quicker than I expected and very satisfied with the work done. Alpha Foundations is by far the most superior specialty contractor we’ve ever experienced. We had Malik Antoine & Andrew come to our home and install a new environment underneath our home. We had mold and bouncy floors throughout our home. We wanted to make sure we had a safe environment for the family. We went through numerous contractors to see what was the best option. In this case we did not go with the cheapest option we went with by far the most credible and reputable company with what seems to be true professionals and true tradesmen. From the level of communication from A to Z it was just an amazing experience. We spent well over our expected budget of $24,000 but I had no doubt that this company was the best company to hire. The crew came in, started work immediately and truly showed that they cared throughout the entire installation. It took numerous days but they got it done and I’m very satisfied with the results. Thank you Alpha Foundations!!

I had Alpha Foundations lift and repair several sections of my sidewalk, including some bad cracks, and the results were excellent. Troy handled the sales side with professionalism and clear communication—no pressure, just straight answers. Kevin and Cody did the actual work and were outstanding. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and delivered a beautifully finished job. The sidewalk looks better than it has in years. I’m extremely satisfied and would recommend Alpha Foundations without hesitation.

We are beyond pleased with our experience with Alpha Foundations! Our salesman, Ezekiel, was incredibly thorough in his inspection and so wonderfully patient with us as we asked him 1000+ questions about the products, process, and pricing. We especially appreciate how flexible and creative he was while helping us to create a solution that satisfied our needs and our budget – something that other companies we'd spoken with hadn't even tried to do. Our work permit was processed faster than expected, so we were given the option to move our install date up by 3 weeks! The work was completed just before Christmas, and what a gift it was. Steven, Chris, and Brandon did an absolutely phenomenal job and we are so grateful to have had such dedicated, attentive, and hard-working professionals for our job. They arrived right on time bright and early and got to work straight away installing 19 helical piers to support the lower half of our home. In order to access the foundation in some places they had to cut several holes in my concrete patio and remove a panel of my vinyl fence. After all of that plus a trip to the hardware store for a new hose they were still done by 4pm- and that includes an unparalleled cleanup job! The fence panel was back in place, all debris was removed, new concrete was poured and leveled, and all dirt was tamped back down. Honestly, my yard looked better after they left than it did when they arrived. HUGE thank you to everyone at Alpha Foundations! We are so happy that we chose this company and we recommend them for any foundation needs.

After buckling floors and major moisture issues in our crawlspace (post house renovations), Alpha Foundations worked with my husband and I for over a month to ensure we were doing the optimal things to save our original 1920 wood floors and preventing mold/further deterioration in our crawlspace. Once we solidified the scope of work, Tyler, Tristan, Greg, and Dalin came out to install. They were professional and pleasant to work with (rare to find in this industry). Also, it was a pleasant surprise to watch them work together; friendly yet competent communication between Tyler and the crew (I could hear them discussing best practices and helping each other under my house as they worked LOL!) I was so impressed with these guys & the work they did. Extremely happy!

I would like to recommend ALPHA FOUNDATIONS not only as a great company with great people but as a professional solution to whatever foundation problems you may be facing. Twice I have had to call on them to address two different but unique problems for which I had no idea how to approach. The representative was very patient and understanding but with professionalism coupled with valuable knowledge depth, and experience explained with candor what was needed. I recently had George and Hunter come to my home to repair my back patio. There were large voids from soil runoff and erosion that had caused the patio to crack and fall in several places. George and Hunter were very professional and did a fantastic job filling the voids, leveling the patio, and repairing the cracks. I highly recommend both George, Hunter, and the Alpha Foundations team. Had I known it would be such an easy fix, I would have called much sooner!

Last month we noticed some settlement cracks on the side of our home we called Alpha solutions out, and the inspector. Vincent did a thorough review of the outside of our home and the inside we found that there was some settlement cracks to the right side of our home. Vincent was able to explain to us what had happened and why we found the cracks and we went forward with his recommendation of having a process put in place to prevent further damage. The crew arrived this morning at 8 o’clock sharp the lead Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly courteous, and you could tell that he really knew what he was talking about the rest of the crew David and Isaiah were also very polite respectful. They did an amazing job within two hours installing Six piers Around the front perimeter of our home where the foundation problem existed. They had to dig a trench around the whole front area to install the peers. I was amazed at the fact that they were done within two hours. Everything was cleaned up and put back like they were never here. I Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair from their inspector to the crew who did the work. They were nothing but professional , Friendly, and Courteous.

Great work from Alpha Foundations beginning with Salesman David Premo who assured me I would be happy with their work. Today Jordan Holland and coworker George performed concrete lifting and grinding down of concrete left behind by prior contractor. The outcome exceeded our expectations and our driveway is now level and professional. Jordan and George are extremely friendly, polite, and showed up on time prepared to get the job done. They are definitely highly experienced and an asset to this company. Highly recommend Alpha Foundations!

Had Nathan come out to my house to give me some help and my foundation to see if it was cracking or not luckily for me it wasn't that and he had some awesome advice for me. He seemed extremely trustworthy. If I did need foundation work, I would definitely go to them based on him. He doesn't seem like someone that would work for a shady organization so just based on my interaction with him when I need foundation work I would trust this company and Nathan was amazing.

Our 40 year old pool deck needed stabilization and some minor lifting. Lance did a great job with the estimate and explaining the process. Tory and Blake came out and got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards like they were never even there. I would recommend Alpha Foundations.

Brandon and Nick did a fabulous job on my driveway repair. There were two sections of concrete driveway that had sunk down because the dirt underneath had shifted out. The whole driveway and my sidewalk coming from the front door was inspected and it was determined by Tyler that there was quite a bit of dirt that had sifted out from under my driveway. Brandon and Nick were able to Get the treatment under the driveway in order to raise it up, so that it was all even. They also took out the wooden pieces that had rotted between the driveway concrete slabs, and put sealant in there, which will work much better in the hot and cold temperatures for expansion. Everything was nice and even when they finished and they cleaned up the worksite. I am very happy with the way it looks and would recommend Alpha to others with similar situations. Thanks again for your Professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail.

We had 3 different areas of concern. A driveway apron that was sinking, the front steps that were sinking and a crack in the front porch due to settling. The driveway and the steps were done by Brandon he had the job of putting the hydraulic cement under the driveway and steps. He was polite and courteous and definitely knew what he was doing. We had some other areas of concern with the walkway leading to the front door, which we had planned to do. However, after talking with him we re-evaluated the situation and decided replacing the sections of the sidewalk would be a better option. (this is something they don't do) His honest evaluation of the job was greatly appreciated. The front porch was done by Clint and his crew. They did a really great job, protecting the surrounding areas as they dug the holes to place the supports under the porch. When they were finished, they put everything back the way it was. You couldn't tell they were there. All the people I dealt with at Alpha Foundations are first rate if you need this type of work give them a call.

I noticed cracking in my garage and googled foundation repair companies. Alpha Foundation came up first and they had such outstanding reviews, I decided to give them a try. Well I didnt have to look any further! Every step of the process was easy and stress free! My guys, Steven, David, Isaiah and Inspector David W came out and were so helpful, informative, professional, explaining to me every step and even encouraged my "looking over their shoulders"!!!! Using Alpha Foundations was a great experience starting with Ronnie who came out and gave us the quote and scope of work needed, to Cooper W and James D who raised our pool patio foundation. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly to our family and dog! 🐶. The cleanup was flawless and you can’t tell they were even here! We are going to paint the patio anyway so the small minor holes and repaired cracks will disappear in the new paint job! I highly recommend Alpha for any foundation work you might need!!

I needed to have both my porches stabilized due to settling so I called Alpha Foundations for a free estimate! Within a week Cody came out and did an inspection and was very friendly and answered any questions I had regarding what needed to be done. Within two weeks, Tory and William came to my house and stabilized both my porches within a couple of hours. Tory and William were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and did am amazing job. They even went above and beyond and cleaned my entire porches for me after they were finished. I am extremely happy with the results and feel at peace that my home is safe from any settling under my porches. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations as you will not be disappointed! 😊
