Jake, Charles, and Alberto did an incredible job. They even put up with me coming in and out of the house to watch what they were doing. I was fascinated how it all worked. At the end, watching the outside cracks close up to almost invisible was amazing.

They did the job, lifted the 7" thick foundation up 1 inch and within FL code. Nick was a pro, in and out. His leadman Aaron is another pro who explained everything multiple times never tiring. Now protected against the neighbors broken waterpipe which is drilling a cavern to the aquifer… neighbors used 80yds of concrete underpinning their foundation, we called Alpha Foundations, in and out 2 days.

Could not recommend this company more. The initial quote was informative, the customer service was helpful, scheduling was quick. Tory and Blake, the technicians for my project, are nothing short of experts at their craft. They were very knowledgeable and explained in detail what the process was, what to expect and things to look out for. I highly recommend requesting them if possible.

Sheldon was the inspector Steven, David, and Isaiah were the install crew and they gave me peace of mind throughout the process. I was very impressed with how the work sight was restored back to normal. They also invited me to come out and see the pillar before they covered them up and explained what they were doing. It was a positive experience and I am planning to recommend Alpha Foundation because of my experience.

I had an outstanding experience with Alpha Foundations! They recently did an encapsulation for our property. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, everything was top-notch. Dylan, the sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the process smooth and easy. The installation team—Kyle, Drew, and Max—went above and beyond to walk me through everything they had done and with what I needed to know. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend Alpha Foundations for anyone in need of their services!

Hunter and Brad arrived today and performed an outstanding job making repairs to several sections of my driveway which were having issues with severe cracking, caused by settling which left void areas beneath the sections of driveway. They injected foam into those areas which will stabilize those areas to prevent further damage then filled in the cracks. Their work made a dramatic improvement in the appearance of the driveway.

What I liked most was the honesty. Batu didn’t oversell anything, he simply showed us what was happening and what needed to be done. That kind of transparency is rare. Five stars for communication alone. Every step was explained, every appointment was on time, and we were never left guessing what was happening.

What a great company ! From Dean Faulkenberry, certified field inspector, understanding and explaining what needed to be done to level my manufactured home, to the work crew of Greg, the foreman and his crew William ( woody) and Jeff. Got the job completed in one day, the workers showed up on time, were professionals the whole time, not one complaint, just put their heads down and got to work. I cannot rave enough about the company and the aforementioned gentlemen in this review. It was nice to witness that Customer Service is still alive and a priority to this company. Was a great experience !!!! RC Jones

This is an update from a previous post ***UPDATED 7-13-24 After being contacted by the local manager, Kyle, he was able to resolve all the issues promptly and went over and above my expectations to get everything corrected. I am back to recommending this company since they do seem to be quick to respond to any issues you may have.
