I had a great experience with Alpha Foundations. Justin and Gavin were extremely detailed during the inspection and took the time to answer every question I had without rushing me. They explained everything clearly, including what they found, possible causes, and the recommended solutions. I really appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, and helpful they both were throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find companies that are this thorough and honest. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing foundation work or an evaluation.

Thanks to Alpha Foundations for helping lift and stabilize our house. The overall experience was really great. We have a very large home, and the team did an amazing job. The house was not level, and different areas were at different elevations. In the end, they lifted it by about 8 inches or more. A special thank you to Batuhan — he stayed in touch the entire time, answered all of our questions, and didn’t just try to sell the project. He was honest about all possible situations and the challenges we might face. The pier crew was incredible — I honestly fell in love with their work. They were very detail-oriented, kept everything as clean as possible, worked fast, and always arrived on time. Foreman Dylan discussed everything with us, was very polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. You can tell they work as a strong team. The poly crew was also amazing. They worked cleanly and carefully — you can barely see where they drilled unless you really look closely. Both crews worked together as much as needed to achieve the final result. If these guys are working on your project, you can be sure you’re in good hands. And to future customers — please be kind and polite to them, offer them some cold water or coffee. Management, please consider getting them massage memberships — they work incredibly hard, and I can’t imagine how much strain they put on their backs and muscles. Although our project was small ( two supports installed at corner of garage) I was greatly impressed by Chris and his crew !Chris answered any and all ( there were many) of our questions thoroughly , and was very professional and friendly. His "crew" worked diligently, and quick;y showing they knew their stuff. We watched and photographed each step which did not bother the crew. Matter of fact, they stopped occasionally nd asked if we wanted a photo of current step !The work was quick, the cleanup perfect !When you employ Alpha Foundations, count yourself lucky if Chris and his crew are the ones showing uop at your home

The team at Alpha Foundations is one of the most professional I have ever worked with. And I have high standards. Will, Ryan, Jake and Hunter worked 18 hours at my home on a Saturday to mitigate water intrusion and further damage. Everyone on the team was polite, professional and careful with my home. Will was a great communicator and kept me updated on their progress all day and night. Everyone on the team was highly skilled and I am very confident with their work. If you have high standards and really need a company you can rely on, I recommend that you contact Jordan, Will, Ryan, Jake and Hunter. I am very pleased!

I want to share my positive experience regarding the recent repairs to my home’s foundation. After discovering that my foundation was cracking due to the builder's use of organic fill, I chose Alpha Foundations to address the soil collapse. I want to personally commend David W., the Certified Field Inspector. He was incredibly professional and thorough, explaining the technical measurements and the causes of the various cracks in my home. He answered all of my initial questions and remained available via text and phone for any follow-up concerns I had. I also want to recognize the installation team—Steven, David P., and Aaron—who completed the job today. Steven was professional and kept me well-informed regarding their arrival time. He clearly explained the procedure as he walked the property with me. David P. and Aaron were polite and respectful of both the property and the environment while digging the holes. They answered my many questions throughout the process and ensured that all holes were filled, concrete was poured where necessary, and all materials were cleared away. All four individuals I interacted with—David W., Steven, David P., and Aaron—represented Alpha Foundations with a high level of professionalism. Thank you for the excellent service.
