We had a mold issue under in house, damp crawl space. We called Alpha Foundations, they were prompt to reply. I am a building contractor in Florida and have very little experience in crawl space issues. That was put to rest when "Dylan" arrived, he was very knowledgeable. He explained in depth the procedure on what was needed to be done. After careful thought we called him and signed up. We were scheduled in. When the crew arrived (Andrew, Woody and Ryan) they all introduced themselves and explained everything that was going to happen, including pictures of the work as it progressed. When they were under the house working you could hear them working ( note: we were not intentionally trying to listen we were just up there). There was no negative talk or cussing just business. About 12 years ago, I noticed a step pattern crack in masonry between bricks on one side of my house. I called Alpha Foundation and after their and inspection and proposal, I accepted their proposal and they fixed the problem. I have had no other noticeable foundation problems since. Recently, I have decided to downsize and plan to put my home up for sale. I want to be able to guarantee a potential buyer that there are no issues with the foundation. So I called Alpha Foundation again and Sam Bridges, assisted by Brian, performed an extensive inspection, both inside and outside. For the inside of the house, they produced a house diagram showing 4 or more location measurements in each room noting any variance in elevation from the elevation at the center of the house. Only one interior location had a variance of -0.4 or greater so their proposal included steps to stabilize that area. Exterior concrete areas showed cracks, 2 need lifting and several need stabilization only. The price of the overall proposal was very reasonable. I got a 5% discount as a repeat customer. And I have documentation to show potential buyers that the house foundation is still solid after 24 years. The inspectors were very professional, showed me all issues found, explained how the issues would be resolved and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

Nick was my next contact, he helped streamline the whole process and even extended the expiration of a discount they were offering. Karen kept me informed throughout the whole permitting process. Big shout out to all the boys that crawled under the house and did some tough manual labor!!!! Tristan, Gio, and Will were amazing. They worked very well together and quick. They did the whole project in one day. The three of them were very informative and answered all my questions. They kept me up to date with where the project was at each step which allowed me to run errands throughout the day. Communication couldn't have been been better. In the beginning and end of the project they made sure they answered all my questions and that I was fully informed with each step. At the end they documented and photographed everything and went over each photo to make sure I was satisfied. Can't thank everyone enough for job well done!

We had 3 different areas of concern. A driveway apron that was sinking, the front steps that were sinking and a crack in the front porch due to settling. The driveway and the steps were done by Brandon he had the job of putting the hydraulic cement under the driveway and steps. He was polite and courteous and definitely knew what he was doing. We had some other areas of concern with the walkway leading to the front door, which we had planned to do. However, after talking with him we re-evaluated the situation and decided replacing the sections of the sidewalk would be a better option. (this is something they don't do) His honest evaluation of the job was greatly appreciated. The front porch was done by Clint and his crew. They did a really great job, protecting the surrounding areas as they dug the holes to place the supports under the porch. When they were finished, they put everything back the way it was. You couldn't tell they were there. All the people I dealt with at Alpha Foundations are first rate if you need this type of work give them a call.

He explained everything he was about to do and when finished, he reviewed it all again. An apparent perfectionist, he didn't leave until he was 100% confident that the void was filled and we were satisfied. Great company to work with. They answers all my questions and made sure that I was comfortable with the process. I am so happy with Zach D.’s crew! Zach, John, Lorenzo, Josh, and Sam worked hard and kept me updated of the work that was done. They finished the work on time and cleaned everything like nothing happened. This is the most professional, transparent, knowledgeable, reliable company and group of people I've ever worked with! No surprises. No upsales. No disappointments. From the very beginning consultation with DJ, to the email and text updates from Brook, and the actual work done by Jonny, Chris and Jake, complete with photos and phone call follow-ups, the entire process was exactly as I was told. What a concept! And surprise, my indoor doors no longer stick! Other businesses could learn a lot from Alpha Foundations and their team!

I loved working with Alpha Foundations from the beginning to the end. We first met with Gavin, who instantly became family. He was professional and genuine with all recommendations. Once we were ready to begin the repairs, we worked with Cooper and Reese. They were amazing and extremely efficient. Seeing their work had me in awe. I was worried about the repairs in my floors, but the work they did was seemless. I am happy with the service provided with Alpha Foundations and I will recommend to anyone.

Cody diligently analyzed the foundation/pool deck for any possible issues, establishing a baseline to revisit over time. Working the Tory – one the handful of top professionals nationwide – my outdoor pool deck was stabilized, circumventing any future concerns. Tory was extremely knowledgeable, passionate about the product and process, and carefully skilled in the precision necessary for stabilization. Excellent work – terrific peace of mind from the highly skilled team.

They spent additional time and effort to address my concerns before and during the installation. Logan’s team was professional and treated my property with care and respect. Awesome job! The team did not disappoint, Jesse Henson's (sales)confidence made my decision to contract with Alpha easy. The appointed was set for a few weeks. Fast forward to install day, The foreman Zach hit the ground running, with Omar and Jaydon do the heavy lifting. All three guys were great, in and out in a day and a half. Alpha Foundations did an amazing job from start to finish. Jacob K with the full information of the project and kept us up to date on the progress and key dates on when the installation was going to happen. Our Poly Guys George and Hector were amazing and full of information on the procedure, encouraged us to watch what they were doing, and even gave recommendation on what we need done in the future. When the piers were installed by Steven and Chris, I was a bit nervous that my house would fall over, they assured me that would not happen. From every phone call to full completion Steven was on the ball – communication was way better that I expected and even small talk was fun and engaging. Both Steven and Chris were very informative with each step of the process and also encouraged us watch along. When the project was completed they cleaned up not only our yard but themselves as well. Very professional and would recommend Alpha to anyone who has a slight issue. Thank you for working so hard on a warm day.

Very fair pricing and great end result. The full cycle of experience with the team was outstanding. Ked walked us through the whole process and very respectful. Then the crew of Josh , William, and Chuck came out to do a spot on job ! They guys were so great we went out and got them breakfast to show our appreciation. I’d give 10 stars based on my interactions with the people mentioned here. Will use and recommend them again

Just wanted to say how great a job you did on my home. I was especially impressed with the crew that came to do the job Jacob, Ryan, Cam and William. They were totally professional and dedicated to seeing the job done right. They even found an area that needed to be done that was not on the original estimate and took the time to explain why it should be done, how they were going to do it, and how it would affect the rest of the project. They were always on time worked from the time they arrived and never left without providing us with an update on the days progress. Even took us on a walk to show us the progress. When they got ready to leave Jacob, the foreman, walk thru the area to insure it was clean and nothing was left that belong to the company. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations for any job.
