From start to finish, Tristan, Ian and Houston did a fabulous job repairing my floor. Tristan answered all my questions and throughly explained the process of repairing the floor. They are friendly, respectful and professional. If I could give them more than 10, I surely would. I highly recommend them and Alpha Foundation.

Alpha Foundations did a great job earlier this week on providing outdoor foundation support with piers and indoor support with injected poly under the slab. We found all of the workers very professional and speedy while still being willing to stop and answer any questions. Dylan, Chris and Caleem handled the outside. These guys jumped into the job. Caleem dug out the initial holes and he was an incredibly hard worker throughout the day (with the most manual job). Chris placed the piers and Dylan ran the crew and the equipment. Dylan also answered all my wife’s questions with patience and politeness. Jonathan and Adam arrived about 30 minutes later and started on the inside. They didn’t break a single tile by drilling through the grout. The carpet had to be cut, but that was expected. They made as little mess as possible and cleaned up like their mother was watching. We were warned that it would be dusty so we covered lots of furniture, but the mess was localized and cleaned up by Jonathan and Adam. I’ve already recommended Alpha Foundations to a friend and will again when given the opportunity.

Wonderful competent work My foundation repair project with Alpha Foundations was huge. I was in a state of terror just thinking about it for months. And now, thanks to the caring and understanding and downright terrific skill of the Alpha Team, I am cool as a cucumber and ready to party! They did everything right from soup to nuts. Not one of my questions was stupid. I thank Tyler, Gregory, Kyle and his team, and Sam for my sweet house, and stable foundation again. It was reassuring to have that level of competence working with me.

I appreciate the very professional job that Alpha Foundation had done. They always kept me aware of what was being done and took time to explain the details of the work. I especially appreciated the team that showed up. Maximos, Wilkinson, and Peterson who were always friendly and clean the area making sure the house looked as when they had arrived. Great asset to Alpha Foundation.

I was very pleased with Alpha Foundations from start to finish. Dewey and his crew installed the piers and worked hard and steadily on the day they said they would be here until the job was done. The next day, Wilkinson and Kornell injected the poly substance through the slab and did a great job. Everyone I came in contact with on this job was pleasant and they all delivered as promised starting with Chris who did the original proposal through the guys that installed the piers and poly. I would certainly recommend them.

Jake, Alberto and Charles, did an amazing job with my rental property’s foundation repairs. My property is an older home and when I found out that there were foundation issues, I sought out Alpha Foundations due to their impeccable reputation and quality of work. Jake and the crew did not disappoint. They kept me informed of the work, sent pictures of the progress and assured me that my home would be taken care of the correct way. After the work was complete, I was also notified of the next steps to complete the inspection. Kudos to the team – I would definitely recommend Alpha Foundations to my friends and family in the future.

What a great company ! From Dean Faulkenberry, certified field inspector, understanding and explaining what needed to be done to level my manufactured home, to the work crew of Greg, the foreman and his crew William ( woody) and Jeff. Got the job completed in one day, the workers showed up on time, were professionals the whole time, not one complaint, just put their heads down and got to work. I cannot rave enough about the company and the aforementioned gentlemen in this review. It was nice to witness that Customer Service is still alive and a priority to this company. I couldn't be happier with Alpha Foundations. I had an appt. on 10-12-23 at 8:30am. I arrived at 8:25 and Jordan, Kalod and Jon were on site working. The job entailed placing nine supports and leveling a mobile home damaged during hurricane Ian. I expected it to be an all day job; they finished in 2 hours. I walked through the home, the floors in all rooms were solid under foot.I highly recommend Alpha Foundations. They are true to their word and very professional.

My experience with Ben, Nick and Chris from Alpha foundations was extremely pleasant And informative. These young men worked nonstop to fix the water issue under my house. They explained every step of the way, were so pleasant and mannerly. Not only did they answer my questions, but they smiled and exuded such pleasure in working for Alpha foundations. They love their jobs and it shows. Ben was especially informative by explaining and showing me what they were doing every step of the way. These three are quality young men. Without them, I doubt your business could thrive. These men know they represent the business and they do their best to represent Alpha Foundation in a very positive way.

We had Alpha Foundations come out to stabilize our patio, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They used a spray foam injection method to lift and secure the slab, and the difference was immediate. The team was professional, on time, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. You can tell they take pride in their work and don’t cut corners. Most importantly, everything feels solid and secure now, which gives me peace of mind for my family. If you’re dealing with uneven or sinking concrete, I highly recommend giving Alpha Foundations a call.

Awesome job! The team did not disappoint, Jesse Henson’s (sales)confidence made my decision to contract with Alpha easy. The appointed was set for a few weeks. Fast forward to install day, The foreman Zach hit the ground running, with Omar and Jaydon do the heavy lifting. All three guys were great, in and out in a day and a half. I have complete confidence in the work performed, was provided pictures of the crawl space and during the walk around Zach went over the warranty. Job well done! G.Helms PCB,FL

Brandon and Zach did an outstanding job on repairing and restoring our pool deck. Over the years sections of the deck had developed cracks, and several areas had become uneven creating trip hazards and cosmetic concerns. We're extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend Alpha to anyone needing concrete or pool deck repairs.

We purchased an encapsulation with a dehumidifier through the Jacksonville Alpha Foundation team in February 2024. Our initial site survey was conducted by Christian. He did a great job, showed us the pictures he took, thoroughly explained all of our options and presented a very clean proposal which was great. Ethan was our installer along with his team of Andrew and Matt. They were very obviously well trained and experienced – from the first step of unloading through the installation and clean up. Super friendly, answered all of our questions, shared post install photos -GREAT customer service. They hauled out all of the empty boxes and partially cut pieces. Even though we offered, they didn't use our trash or recycling bins which would have been easy, instead they cleaned up everything and then packed it all out. Today (3/7/25), Devin made an appointment and stopped by for our year 1 of our 5 year dehumidifier maintenance service. He cleaned the filter, pump and checked up on the seams, tape and overall encapsulation install work. He took and shared pictures of what he saw under the house. Today wasn't a sale or attempt to sell – just an inspection visit. Even so, Devin, like the rest of the team, was friendly, showed great customer service and made sure we were happy with the project – even though it wasn't generating any additional revenue. However, his continuation of this cycle of GREAT customer service has locked us in with Alpha Foundation for any work we may need in the future. The entire team – from site survey through year 1 check up – were rock stars. No issues or concerns at any point during the process. I don't believe that this is a one off experience for an Alpha Foundation customer, I believe that this is their business standard. We highly recommend Alpha Foundation as your choice for any and all home improvement work you may need.

Couldn't ask for a better experience! From the initial phone call, contacts and the actual install, it was the best professionalism one could ask for. They handled the permitting and inspections. Luke, Brett and Tyler treated the job site like it was their own property. From initial greeting, job set up, install, cleanliness and breakdown. Great job! Jake & Corey were on time and got right to work on my pool deck. Once the deck was leveled up, I asked them not to fill the cracks as what they use, paint won’t stick to. So I will have the people that are going to put a coating on the pool deck fill in the cracks.

Alpha Foundations, especially inspector Justin Hurd, is our go to when we need solutions and quotes. (We buy old homes in the Jax area and flip them to revitalize the community). So we run into foundation issues all the time with these homes. Alpha Foundations is always on speed dial for us. Justin Hurd was an amazing communicator, he showed up on time and gave us good details on-site. Afterwards he emailed us the inspection report in even greater detail & included drawings. It's so helpful to us and Justin is great to work with! Thank you!

Donnie provided a quote for raised foundation reinforcement. He was very professional and patient explaining the condition, considerations, and options. His quote was thousands less than prior estimates I had received and gave me high confidence the solution would be long lasting. Brett & John completed the install and were friendly, prompt, effort, and professional. They addressed all questions and concerns and left the space cleaner than they found it. Great experience!

Alpha was great from start to finish. From the initiating call to the explanation of work they had done. They were responsive, punctual, communicative, personable, tidy and did an amazing job. From the first contact with Christian to the final explanation with the crew (Brendon and Nick) it was seamless and professional. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable. Brendon and Nick did a great job! They even accommodated us on a kind of odd request. Since we had a giant hole in our floor, we asked them to leave it open so we could get a floor safe installed. They figured out what we needed and made it work! Great thinking on their feet! Almost makes me wish we had more foundation issues….Almost! I highly recommend Alpha Foundations!!

One of the best operation right in our neighborhood! I was so pleased with our first job that I did not have to look for new company to fix our issue. Dylan was excellent in measuring and assessing the cause and recommending the best solution that money could buy with lifetime warranty! What a fantastic overall experience, thank you so much for taking care of us. Work team of Tyler was beyond my expectations, what a great teamwork. Tyler, Kevin, Ryann and Giovanni… thank you all for making everything so clean, no one would know that I had done such level of big job done at our house. Simple advise to AF's management, make sure this team never leave you! Keep it up. Thank you, Raj

Spencer did a great job explaining the process needed to raise my cracked pool deck up and supporting underneath the whole deck with the product. Tom and Felix later came out and performed the work and all I can say is that this company from start to finish is the best in there field. I am in the construction business and will definitely refer them to other people and highly recommend using them.

Alpha Foundations is very professional; from Matt M doing our estimate to Jake and Corey completing the project! Our community pool deck needed to be raised and stabilized; the process was carefully explained during the estimate process and again by Jake throughout the project. They scheduled a time and stuck to it even though we had intermittent rain. Once the work was completed Jake and Corey cleaned up the area and replaced the pool furniture. Great crew!
