I write this review to commend Collin Tower the field inspector who came out today and addressed our issues. This guy was so very professional, polite and knowledgeable!! He guided us through the whole process and advised what would be the best solution for our concerns. It's refreshing to know that there are honest people that do what is truly best for the customer and not just out to take your money. If he were one of my employees, he would be promoted immediately! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kevin and Cody 🫶🏼from Alpha Foundations (a Groundworks company) were absolutely outstanding! They came to level my pool deck and did an exceptional job from start to finish. Not only did they complete everything they were contracted to do efficiently and professionally, but they also went above and beyond by pointing out other areas of concern and helping me better understand what was going on. That level of honesty and customer care is hard to find. I truly hope Alpha Foundations recognizes these two employees. They deserve a company-wide shout-out because they are the face of your business. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine kindness made such a positive impression on me. What stood out the most was how personable they were. They treated my home with respect, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable. By the time they left, it honestly felt like family had come over to help rather than contractors doing a job. Kevin and Cody represent excellence in every sense of the word. Alpha Foundations did a great job earlier this week on providing outdoor foundation support with piers and indoor support with injected poly under the slab. We found all of the workers very professional and speedy while still being willing to stop and answer any questions. Dylan, Chris and Caleem handled the outside. These guys jumped into the job. Caleem dug out the initial holes and he was an incredibly hard worker throughout the day (with the most manual job). Chris placed the piers and Dylan ran the crew and the equipment. Dylan also answered all my wife’s questions with patience and politeness. Jonathan and Adam arrived about 30 minutes later and started on the inside. They didn’t break a single tile by drilling through the grout. The carpet had to be cut, but that was expected. They made as little mess as possible and cleaned up like their mother was watching. We were warned that it would be dusty so we covered lots of furniture, but the mess was localized and cleaned up by Jonathan and Adam. I’ve already recommended Alpha Foundations to a friend and will again when given the opportunity.

We are utilizing them again in 2024 for the installation of a encapsulation system under our crawlspace. They were friendly, honest, and professional. Seeing the piers being installed was confirming to me that this was the right and solid way to avoid further subsidence. Brandon W. and Nick C. worked on my pool deck. We recently had foundation work completed by Alpha Foundations in Jacksonville, and I am extremely pleased with the experience from start to finish. The crew — Luke, Hunter, and Jordan — were hardworking, professional, and very polite throughout the entire project. The job turned out to be more complex than originally expected because parts of the foundation layout were different from the initial assessment. Trey Sumner, the engineer who came to verify the foundation issues, was thorough and professional, and once I provided the foundation plans, the crew adapted quickly and handled the changes efficiently. Luke kept me informed every step of the way and explained things clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. There was a tremendous amount of digging and hard physical work involved, yet the crew remained positive and efficient the whole time. What impressed me even more was how clean they left the property afterward — honestly cleaner than when they arrived. It is rare these days to find a team that combines skill, communication, professionalism, and respect for the property the way they did. I would absolutely recommend them.

Overall was an easy and smooth process. 1st crew to install push pilings with Maximos, Wilkinson and Peterson and the 2nd crew to fill voids with Thomas and Felix did a great job, kept everything neat and organized, placed everything back in place and the guys were very professional. Job site was left clean with no complaints. Only issue I have was a slab that was discussed at the inspection that was supposed to be leveled and void filled which was talked about, did not some how make it apart of the job. Being beside another slab to get filled didn’t make sense why it wouldn’t have been listed on the contract.

From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and their expertise really showed. I can't say enough about how great Tory and Blake were. These are really great people, and I’m so happy I used them for my foundation needs. The inspection process went super smoothly and Ryan really listened to my concerns and provided an honest, reasonable fix to the issue I had, as well as the options I had available to me. He was on time, and even bumped my inspection date up as well as my scheduled job. Ryan was in contact with me the whole time through the process and even got my repair date moved up. Trace and Tanner who were the crew that came out to do the job were efficient, on time, and super polite! They talked with me and even went over the process of what they were going to be doing. All three guys really knew what they were doing, and did an amazing job. Overall I’m super happy and if I ever have any other issues I know who I’ll be calling again! We purchased a 100 year old historic home with significant issues in the crawl space. We had 100 year old support columns leaning and the beginnings of mold with all the moisture. Chris, Brad, David, and Malik spent an entire week getting dirty under my house stabilizing the columns, lifting the house, remediating all the microbial growth, and encapsulating the entire crawl space. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Floors feel stable now, and knowing the crawl is clean and dry is assuring. They brought this house back to the status it deserves to be in and set us up for years to come!

Firstly, if you are having foundation issues the peace of mind that comes with a repair is worth it. And I’m very pleased we went with Alpha for that work. We went with Alpha after getting the project scoped and quoted by 3 companies, they were competitively priced but one of the biggest reasons was how well the inspector Alton communicated, I felt he really cared about making sure the job was done right and we were confident in the process. The office team we corresponded with while permitting and scheduling were all quick to reply and courteous. Once the work began I was really really impressed with the team we had for the project. Tyler, Giovanni, Charles and Jeff. They carried the same great communication and genuine care for our house that brought us to choose Alpha. Making sure to leave the work areas clean and well marked at the end of each day. It was a big project and they were still able to complete it 100% on time – which if you’ve worked with contractors you’ll appreciate is remarkable in its own right. I’m not sure how typical it is of all jobs but many of the areas look completely undisturbed when they finished which I was really impressed by – what would leave lasting cosmetic marks they were clear about up front and they worked with us to accommodate how we wanted it left so that we could get it further repaired. Absolutely the smoothest experience I’ve ever had in a house project, and very grateful I chose Alpha. I’ve already recommended them to some family who are looking for similar work and I’ll absolutely be recommending they ask for the team we had, those guys were great.

Cannot recommend this company enough! Starting with the initial consultation and walk through with Christian, to the actual installation and repair with Logan, Andrew, and Jordan, the entire team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to answer all of my questions and were very communicative throughout the entire process providing me with updates and pictures. Logan took the time to talk me through any changes and made sure everything was satisfactory. 10/10 from start to finish!

Of course there was lots of banging but luckily I don’t have a dog that would be stressed by the noise. They completed their job and came to tell me their progress. Although I was here alone I still felt safe due to their gentle nature. The house is 101 years old and due to their work it might last another hundred years.

Alpha foundations what can I say five star 10 star as high as the stars can go. From the get-go from talking to the sales person to the completion of the job Alpha foundations made me feel like I was getting my moneys worth. Very informative of the procedures and descriptions of what was happening. Sales person Colin spent more than ample amount of time explaining the procedure as well. The crew Kyrie, Tyler, Z and Will followed by Jake and Josh to complete the job. All very professional very courteous. I would recommend Alpha foundation over anybody.

Ryan, Jared and Jayden did an impeccable job on our foundation work. We had some major structural movement and it needed to be mitigated. They did a lot of work before I I could drink my first cup of coffee. This team of three does what a team of six or seven could do. Alpha Foundations pulled the permit, did all the prep and installed all of the structural work. I highly recommend them for the Tallahassee area foundation work.

My foundation repair project with Alpha Foundations was huge. I was in a state of terror just thinking about it for months. And now, thanks to the caring and understanding and downright terrific skill of the Alpha Team, I am cool as a cucumber and ready to party! They did everything right from soup to nuts. Not one of my questions was stupid. I thank Tyler, Gregory, Kyle, and Sam for my sweet house, and stable foundation again. It was reassuring to have that level of competence working with me.
