We had a mold issue under in house, damp crawl space. We called Alpha Foundations, they were prompt to reply. I am a building contractor in Florida and have very little experience in crawl space issues. That was put to rest when "Dylan" arrived, he was very knowledgeable. He explained in depth the procedure on what was needed to be done. After careful thought we called him and signed up. We were scheduled in. When the crew arrived (Andrew, Woody and Ryan) they all introduced themselves and explained everything that was going to happen, including pictures of the work as it progressed. When they were under the house working you could hear them working ( note: we were not intentionally trying to listen we were just up there). There was no negative talk or cussing just business. I would highly recommend this company and will if I get the chance. Robert & Lisa M.

Just finished with foundation stabilization work by Tyler, Ryan, Huston. Giovanni and Tory from Alpha Foundations. Can't say enough about their professionalism and courtesy. They took the time to explain everything as the work was being done and answered all of my questions. Stayed very late to make sure they completed the work and put back everything as it was before, including patio pavers. They also came back after the concrete patches were firm and power washed the area.

Nate came out first to determine the site and engineer a plan. Then Ben, Bear and George came out and stabilized my foundation, and leveled my home. They were prompt, pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this team.

They were excellent at scheduling our work and communicating with us. They were hard working and kept the work area clean and made sure we were satisfied. The salesman, Cameron, was such a joy to work with and explained all of his recommendations thoroughly making sure I had no questions unanswered. I was very impressed with the way the work crew of Tyler, Alex, Matt, and Wes worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. All the guys were very polite, hardworking, and conscientious. Finishing up late on a Friday with a couple of hours drive to get home, with no hesitations, Alex took the time to show me pictures of the crawl space and explain the job. Just wanted to say how great a job you did on my home. I was especially impressed with the crew that came to do the job Jacob, Ryan, Cam and William. They were totally professional and dedicated to seeing the job done right. They even found an area that needed to be done that was not on the original estimate and took the time to explain why it should be done, how they were going to do it, and how it would affect the rest of the project. They were always on time worked from the time they arrived and never left without providing us with an update on the days progress. Even took us on a walk to show us the progress. When they got ready to leave Jacob, the foreman, walk thru the area to insure it was clean and nothing was left that belong to the company. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations for any job.

I have an old home and it needed the foundation repaired and new floors. I am a retired teacher on limited salary. Noah from ALpha came out, check, measured and provided me with a quote takingin consideration for price. It was great. Then the best was a few week later Alec and his crew (Jesus & John) came out and did the first par tof the house in 2 days. rippedout beans, replaced and put in new sublfoor -All in 3 days. They were courteous, let me know what was happening, check that everythign was progressing as I needed. They fixed things to make me happy. 2 weeks later they came out and finished the job!. Alec was just the best!

We highly recommend Alpha Foundations for seawall and foundation repairs. Jason and Kegan very knowledgeable and professional. Tristan, Charles, Ian and Alberto were very polite and courteous entire time they worked on our seawall installing all the anchors. They cleaned up before they finished for the day and kept us informed during the process. Tory, Chris and Kevin did amazing job with finishing the job with polyurethane and they even lifted my ramp back up because it was sinking next to the seawall. Entire crew that worked on our project was great to work with and excellent workmanship. Thank you so much for giving us piece of mind that we don't need to worry about our seawall now.

Colin came out and did our inspection and provided us with a lot of information regarding our crawl space/measurements within our house and next steps. He was very kind and prompt. Within a month we had Brett, Matt and Matt come out to complete the encapsulation of our crawl space. We were provided updates throughout the whole process as well as pictures of the work. Even with all of their material, they always kept our yard clean and free of debris. Any questions or concerns we had were answered and everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Tyler E, TZ and Will came in and installed helical piers down the side of my house. He said cracks may not close but they were able to close them! Probably the 3 strongest guys I’ve seen do work at my house. Thank all 3 of you!!

I want to share my positive experience regarding the recent repairs to my home’s foundation. After discovering that my foundation was cracking due to the builder's use of organic fill, I chose Alpha Foundations to address the soil collapse. I want to personally commend David W., the Certified Field Inspector. He was incredibly professional and thorough, explaining the technical measurements and the causes of the various cracks in my home. He answered all of my initial questions and remained available via text and phone for any follow-up concerns I had. I also want to recognize the installation team—Steven, David P., and Aaron—who completed the job today. Steven was professional and kept me well-informed regarding their arrival time. He clearly explained the procedure as he walked the property with me. David P. and Aaron were polite and respectful of both the property and the environment while digging the holes. They answered my many questions throughout the process and ensured that all holes were filled, concrete was poured where necessary, and all materials were cleared away. All four individuals I interacted with—David W., Steven, David P., and Aaron—represented Alpha Foundations with a high level of professionalism. Thank you for the excellent service.

5 Stars!!! I had an amazing experience with Alpha Foundations. Cody did my initial quote. He was very detailed, very informative and made a great first impression with Alpha. Nick was my next contact, he helped streamline the whole process and even extended the expiration of a discount they were offering. Karen kept me informed throughout the whole permitting process. Big shout out to all the boys that crawled under the house and did some tough manual labor!!!! Tristan, Gio, and Will were amazing. They worked very well together and quick. They did the whole project in one day. The three of them were very informative and answered all my questions. They kept me up to date with where the project was at each step which allowed me to run errands throughout the day. Communication couldn't have been been better. In the beginning and end of the project they made sure they answered all my questions and that I was fully informed with each step. At the end they documented and photographed everything and went over each photo to make sure I was satisfied. Can't thank everyone enough for job well done!

Maximus, Wilkson, & Peterson were super kind, polite, & professional throughout the day and a half they were here. The three definitely show off your company as first rate! It was also a nice surprise that a supervisor showed up unexpectedly to see the results. We had settlement issues which they repaired with SettleStop Push Piers. Contacted Alpha Foundations regarding my father’s house we inherited. Built in 1945, it is 2 old farm houses, joined by a breezeway. House was unlevel more than 3”. Tyler and his crew were excellent. A reasonable quote was provided, and the work was completed with great care and attention to detail. No damage was caused and every door in the house closes and latches properly. Sliding glass doors close smoothly for the first time in 20+ years. Thank you so much. I definitely chose the right company to handle this sentimental issue.

I had interviewed another company prior to talking to Kel at Alpha foundation and after speaking with Kel Decided to go with them because of how he spent the time showing me how he knew where the voids under my pool slab was and what it would take to get there he didn’t promise anything that he couldn’t fulfill, and in fact, told me that he probably wouldn’t be able to get it exactly level, but what would do the best he could, and when Jordan and Hector came out, I spoke with Jordan and he was thorough and making sure if I had any questions or concerns that he gave me the opportunity to say something. They did a great job it was done a lot quicker than I expected and very satisfied with the work done. We noticed the recent addition on our house had cracks in the drywall and the door wouldn’t close properly. We reached out to a handful of companies and ended up going with Alpha Foundations. They did a great job and were very professional and friendly. Tory, Christopher, and Kevin did the chemical grout after the piers were installed. They were thorough and explained everything very well. The cleanup was great. I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations for any foundation issues.
