I contacted Alpha Foundations as my house was cracking all around it outside and my foundation was showing. I had some cracks inside my house on the ceilings, floors, and walls as well as the driveway was all broken up and my street was cracking after already being partially repaired by the City. Ashton came out and did a thorough inspection of my property, told me what was necessary to fix it and explained how they would go about doing so. He also said my back corners to my house had dropped 1.0 & 1.2 inches causing my mattress to my bed to not be level. My scheduled date to come out was February 9th and they were ahead of schedule and called to come out sooner, but I didn't get the message until it was too late. Anyhow, they came out as scheduled on time. Steven, Isaac and David were exceptionally nice and friendly, and polite as was Ashton and explained what they were going to do and answered any additional questions I had. I ended up having to get an additional 6 piers around the front of the house as it had horizonal cracks and Steven wanted to make sure the house was well protected and wouldn't cost me more to fix it down the road. He said with having to get permits again and with the price of materials always going up, it was best I took care of it then to prevent any further damage. They did an excellent job with everything and cleaned up after themselves too. It was a pleasure meeting and doing business with all these fine young men and I would definitely recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone in need of foundation repairs in the future. Thank you, Patty

The driveway is now perfect and the sealant, “which I was very worried about as I’ve seen a lot of terrible sealant jobs” looks phenomenal. Will definitely be using them for any future projects.

From beginning to end everything was perfect. John Rousseau (salesman), Steven (foreman), Chris and Brandon (crew), were all well trained, very polite and courteous and seemed to be happily doing their jobs. They are the only company that did an inspection, although I had three estimates. All was explained so well that I understood exactly what to expect and the cost. They cleaned up really well and left everything in great shape. I will recommend at every opportunity.

If you have foundation issues and need foundation repairs choose Alpha Foundations. They are top notch! From the time they came out to my home to inspect the issues to the installation they have been excellent to work with. The installation crew was great! Shout out to Tyler, Ryan, and Giovani for their excellent work, great customer service, and their attention to detail! I had 7 helical piers installed on my home and they completed the job in a day, cleaned up, and repaired concrete they had to cut through to install a pier. Excellent team, great company, and a great experience.

Our floor was bowing and would actually bounce as we walked. In some areas was down 1” and 2”.. I very apprehensive at first not knowing what to expect, sales guy Joseph was very professional and made me feel comfortable, but still didn’t know what to expect as contractors in Miami are sketchy at best.. checked the reviews, signed the contract and hoped for the best. And frankly that is what I got in the form of Jacob and Sam.. I was very impressed not only by how clean and efficiently they worked but also how knowledgeable and friendly they were. I cannot express how happy I was when the floor lifted to level and it stopped bouncing!! Jacob really went out of his way to show me everything and answer all my endless questions. Feels firm like a slab now. Wasn’t cheap, but quality never is and peace of mind is priceless! Thank you, Joseph, Jacob, Sam and Alpha Foundations.

Everyone I worked with at Alpha Foundations were great to work with, the initial inspector Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issues I was experiencing with my home. He didn't try to upsell anything and was thorough in explaining my options. The day before the install, the crew foreman, Donald, reached out to me to touch base and introduce himself. The day of the install, Donald and his crew arrived, introduced themselves, and immediately began working. The crew worked at an incredible pace and were happy to answer any questions I had throughout the install. Once the install was complete, they did a phenomenal job cleaning up the area. The warranty offered is outstanding. While I hope I will not need foundation work at any future houses, if I do, I will be using Alpha Foundations and their team. My experience with Alpha Foundations was top notch.

He took the time to explain every detail of what was needed to resolve the issues at our 8-unit townhouse, including a clear breakdown of the fees we should expect moving forward. Vinny, Steven, David, and Isaiah were fantastic to work with. Vinny was thorough during the inspection and clearly explained the issues and the recommended solution. Steven, David, and Isaiah did an excellent job installing the helical piers. They were professional, efficient, and kept the work area clean and organized from start to finish. Thanks to their work, our foundation was stabilized before the issue could cause any serious structural damage. We really appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend this team.

Alpha Foundations came to fix my mother-in-law’s foundation. Chris, Webber and Rollie were most excellent. Chris took me around showed me the location of the pylons and explained the process. Rollie and Webber were working away. Throughout the process I’d look at where they were at and all three of them were focused on their job at hand. Quite frankly, I was amazed at how quick the job went. When they were done with the job Rollie Chris and Webber walked me around and shared their knowledge of the process and asked what I thought. it was like they were the wind. They came, conquered and left. You couldn’t tell they were even there because of the clean up job they did. They were like the wind. It was a great experience with this company and we will use them again if we have any issues.

I would prefer to leave them 10 stars! Nick and his crew did an excellent job installing the piers. They were professional, cleaned up the site and made certain I didn't have any questions. Samuel W., aka Cooper, and Ceasar G. did an exceptional job injecting the PolyRenewal( structural foam) under the tile. Cooper was so careful not to damage the flooring. Wow! Cooper and Ceasar were professional and polite. Gavin, my project engineer, never dropped the ball. Anytime I had a question, he always responded to my calls or texts. He is very knowledgeable about the process from the beginning to the end! Over the years, I've had several contractors to my home for various projects. I can honestly say, Alpha Foundations has been the Best!! Thank you guys!!!

From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make sure my home was taken care of with the highest level of professionalism and expertise. Dallas, the sales guy, was incredibly communicative and thorough from day one. He spent hours meticulously measuring my home’s elevation and inspecting every inch under the house to ensure an accurate and detailed assessment. He answered every single question I had with patience and a deep knowledge of the process, making sure I understood exactly what needed to be done and why. When it came time to get permits, there were a few unavoidable delays, but Dallas kept me in the loop every step of the way, giving me regular updates so I never felt left in the dark. His dedication and transparency made all the difference in giving me confidence in the project. When the work finally began, Tyler and Greg were absolutely fantastic! They were not only highly efficient but also incredibly communicative throughout the entire job. Foundation work can be nerve-wracking, but these guys made it a seamless experience.
