From start to finish everyone was great! Our pool deck was sinking and the team used the Poly product to secure and level the slab. The sales agent MICHAEL MULLEN was very clear and professional. He took extra time to answer any follow up questions and I knew exactly what to expect the day of the job. The installation team BRANDON WELLS and NICK CAIN were very polite and professional the day of the job. They took time to discuss the job before they started, during and after it was complete. THANK YOU ALL! VERY HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT!

Ryan and his crew were fantastic. I received a text from him the night before my appointment explaining that they would arrive around mid-morning (we live about two hours from their business). The morning of the appointment, Ryan called to confirm the estimated arrival time, and I also received a text with updates on the crew’s arrival. When they arrived, they introduced themselves, and Ryan walked me through the project, clearly explaining what they would be doing and how they planned to complete the work. Once they began, they spent most of the day under the house, working diligently. After finishing the work underneath, Ryan came inside and began raising the flooring. When the job was complete, he walked me through the areas they had worked on, explained everything that had been done, and discussed what to expect moving forward. The entire crew was very professional, and I truly appreciated the overall experience.

About 12 years ago, I noticed a step pattern crack in masonry between bricks on one side of my house. I called Alpha Foundation and after their and inspection and proposal, I accepted their proposal and they fixed the problem. I have had no other noticeable foundation problems since. Recently, I have decided to downsize and plan to put my home up for sale. I want to be able to guarantee a potential buyer that there are no issues with the foundation. So I called Alpha Foundation again and Sam Bridges, assisted by Brian, performed an extensive inspection, both inside and outside. For the inside of the house, they produced a house diagram showing 4 or more location measurements in each room noting any variance in elevation from the elevation at the center of the house. Only one interior location had a variance of -0.4 or greater so their proposal included steps to stabilize that area. Exterior concrete areas showed cracks, 2 need lifting and several need stabilization only. The price of the overall proposal was very reasonable. I got a 5% discount as a repeat customer. And I have documentation to show potential buyers that the house foundation is still solid after 24 years. The inspectors were very professional, showed me all issues found, explained how the issues would be resolved and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

House had settled an excessive amount on one side, so decided to go with Alpha Foundations to install helical piers to (slightly) lift and brace the house. Jake and his team were prompt, explained everything that was going on with the process of installing helical piers, and left me feeling that the house was in better shape (and protected for the future) than when they started. Overall, the folks from Alpha Foundations were reliable, set good expectations, and imo, reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend going with these guys for assistance with home foundation issues.

One of the best operation right in our neighborhood! I was so pleased with our first job that I did not have to look for new company to fix our issue. Dylan was excellent in measuring and assessing the cause and recommending the best solution that money could buy with lifetime warranty! What a fantastic overall experience, thank you so much for taking care of us. Work team of Tyler was beyond my expectations, what a great teamwork. Tyler, Kevin, Ryann and Giovanni… thank you all for making everything so clean, no one would know that I had done such level of big job done at our house. Simple advise to AF's management, make sure this team never leave you! Keep it up. Thank you, Raj

Alpha foundation led by Lance and Tory did an amazing job repairing our concrete walkway to the Gulf as well as lifting carports, garages, and screened in lanai. It was incredible watching Tory work for two days to make all of this happen. My husband, who is the president of our condo association, was enthralled with the process and videotaped much of it. It was cost-effective, easy, and the communication was amazing! I highly highly recommend Alpha foundation.

Dean came out and provided us with an estimate for crawl space encapsulation. He came highly recommended by my brother who had previously used Alpha Foundations to do the encapsulation for his crawl space after experiencing water intrusion from Hurricane Helene. Dean was very knowledgeable. Tyler, Tristan, and Greg completed the encapsulation. They were fantastic! The installation took a little more than a day. We received text notifications both mornings when they were on their way and again when they arrived. They were friendly and professional and took pride in their work. Contacted Alpha Foundations regarding my father’s house we inherited. Built in 1945, it is 2 old farm houses, joined by a breezeway. House was unlevel more than 3”. Tyler and his crew were excellent. A reasonable quote was provided, and the work was completed with great care and attention to detail. No damage was caused and every door in the house closes and latches properly. Sliding glass doors close smoothly for the first time in 20+ years. Thank you so much. I definitely chose the right company to handle this sentimental issue.

I was very pleased with the quality of work Felipe, Miguel, and Ben completed at my home. I had some sagging floor joists and major rotten wood under my bathroom floor. They arrived on time and started work right away tearing out the bathroom floor and tub. Using that as an access point they repaired the sagging joists and beams under the house. As they were working, I walked through the house and noticed stability had been restored under the floors. They completed the repair by sistering the joists under the bathroom floor and replaced the subfloor. They worked so hard and were so polite the entire time they were here and took the time to answer my questions during the process. I can’t thank you enough for restoring my house and my peace of mind! You guys are amazing! Thank you!

We had our driveway done by Alpha Foundations. First, Zack did our initial inspection & presented the findings in a clear manner. Now to the work itself. Tory & Blake did a wonderful job – they have a great work ethic, kept us informed during the entire process and cleaned up the area after completion. We are very pleased with the result. It is our pleasure to give them a 10 out of 10!

We were recommended this company by our son who had work done by them. They came when they said they would. Their price was reasonable and their work was excellent. Our lanai slab had cracks and had settled in a couple if spots. Our screen door would not open without a struggle. We could not have any ciating done to make it attractive. Alpha Foundations came in and leveled the slab. The door works well now and we had the floor coated all within one week. I cannit remember the tecs names but they were tge nicest. Hardest working young men. Our salesman was also excellent. This company is top shelf and highly recommended. Don't hesitate to hire them for you foundation work.

Zack, Landon and Rubin showed up on time. They introduced themselves and explained what they would be doing. Of course there was lots of banging but luckily I don’t have a dog that would be stressed by the noise. They completed their job and came to tell me their progress. Although I was here alone I still felt safe due to their gentle nature. The house is 101 years old and due to their work it might last another hundred years.

3/2025 Called alpha Foundations because our front walk was sinking and we were concerned that someone would trip and fall. Mike Mullen came the next day and gave us a through assessment of the work to be completed and the expense involved. We agreed they should compete the work and we received a repair date. This morning at 8:30 Brendan Wells and Nick Coln arrived in lite rain and began drilling holes. Less than one hour later they had drilled and lifted the 6 large concrete panel of our front walkway. Brendan was very clear that we had a 5 year warranty should the panels begin to sink again we should call them. We are very pleased!

Alpha Foundations was GREAT to deal with. Zach Long was my inspector and he did an "above and beyond" job of inspecting my 1925 historic home and cottage. His inspection included two exploratory trips into my crawlspace with pictures, explanations, and recommendations following each (on the same visit). As well as a follow up visit (on a different day) where he literally dug around my cottage foundation to try and sort out what the existing conditions were. There was no hesitation on his part to do any of this work. On top of that, he went to great lengths to explain and then brainstorm on which foundation repairs might provide the best solution for my specific situation. This included calls to his colleagues who had experience and might provide additional solutions. This along with multiple follow up calls, texts, and emails with pictures, additional information, etc showed me that Zach and Alpha Foundations care, want to ensure customers feel comfortable, and make sure the right solutions are recommended for the specific situation. These days, this type of customer service is unheard of. If you are in need of any foundation repairs or think you might be, I would highly recommend Zach and Alpha Foundations!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alpha Foundations for the stabilization of my home's floors in Jacksonville, Florida. From the initial consultations with Matt and Joe to the exceptional work of the installation crew (Luke, Ryan, and Jordan), the entire experience was incredibly positive. Every interaction, from initial communication to the final installation, was marked by professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Joe and Luke were incredibly informative, patiently answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. They clearly explained the process, considered my specific needs, and provided me with a clear understanding of what to expect. The installation crew Luke, Ryan, and Jordan, were skilled, efficient, and respectful of my home. They worked diligently and meticulously, ensuring a smooth and seamless installation. I was particularly impressed by the level of communication throughout the entire process. I always felt informed and involved, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and effectively. Alpha Foundations has set a new standard for customer service and quality workmanship in my opinion. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of foundation repair or stabilization. I will undoubtedly be contacting them again for any future needs.
