Everything about my experience with Alpha was great. I had a tree that had caused serious damage to my driveway and garage. Alpha accessed the situation and didn't try to over exaggerate the work that needed to be done. ( we got a quote from another highly promoted foundation company who wanted almost 25k to do things that were completely unnecessary). Alpha was super communicative and professional. They were so flexible with my schedule as I had to keep delaying things on account of the tree removal. At the end of the day I couldn't be happier with the work and the service. Over the years sections of the deck had developed cracks, and several areas had become uneven creating trip hazards and cosmetic concerns. Brandon and Zach carefully repaired the damaged areas, corrected the uneven sections and left the deck looking fantastic. Hunter and Brad arrived today and performed an outstanding job making repairs to several sections of my driveway which were having issues with severe cracking, caused by settling which left void areas beneath the sections of driveway. They injected foam into those areas which will stabilize those areas to prevent further damage then filled in the cracks. Their work made a dramatic improvement in the appearance of the driveway.

We started with Zach, who set everything up to have our foundation slightly raised and stabilized. Unfortunately the work was postponed due to Hurricane Milton. However, Zach kept us informed about the permit progress. The work crew was Jake, Charles, Alberto, and Tori. Everyone was very professional and friendly. We have an almost 100-year-old house and discovered our washing machine was sinking through the floor. Christian came out, put on a hazmat suit, and crawled under our house for an inspection. We were very impressed with his thoroughness, assurance of the construction timeline, and other high reviews and decided to go with Alpha. Will, our foreman, was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with as he stayed in contact with us and on schedule. The entire floor of our kitchen and utility area was removed, spray-on insulation scraped off and joists reinforced. This was especially impressive as our subfloor had dissolved into mulch in places and was only held up by ceramic tile! Crew members Freddy, Broskey, Jake and Emmanuel did a great job both with construction and clean-up. Alpha's reviews are well deserved for their quality of work and ability to stay on schedule. We highly recommend them as well!

Thank you very meticulous, they stopped my water leakage from coming from below.Foundation & pier crew Jake & Alberto saved my overhead floor from collapse. We were kept informed all the way in each process. We were of course very curious of each step kept informed of each process Eager to show the process to us. We believe they felt like they were glad to save our home. Built in 1961 and Helene and Milton hurricanes really took a toll on our foundation. Alpha was the rescue. After Hurricane Milton we had water intrusion that forced us to remove the carpets in each room and replace the flooring. When we removed the carpet, we found a crack that went from one corner to the next in one of the rooms. Lance was our sales guy, super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and worked with us on options since our insurance wasn't going to cover it. Although some settling cracks are probably ok, I had a feeling this one wasn't. We decided to do the hydrophobic injection under the foundation. Tory came out to do the work. He was on time, very responsive, super nice. Everything moved along smooth. Tory noticed that it seemed like there was a bit more foam injected than he expected- which confirms there was a larger void in that area than we expected. Tory patched the holes and I can't even tell anything was done! Looks great! I think of this room as now the strongest room in our house. I'm SO happy I got this done. I would do this again if we ever needed to in our next house. Thank you!!!

I had Alpha foundation come out and look at my house. Chris was the inspector and looked at the problems I was having. Chris patiently explained to me about foundations and Florida. No pressure sale explained how many pairs I would need. The job was set up in a reasonable time period. I was contacted by Steve the Forman was told when they would be coming for the job. The day of the day I got a text to let me know they were there way. When they arrive Steve introduced me to david and isaiah. Steve was very informative about how the job was going to get done. Dave and isaiah were very friendly and went right to work. The job was done in a timely manner and clean up was completed. This team was very professional from start till finish. I would highly recommend this team/ company.

Alpha Foundations did a wonderful job sealing my crawl space. Dean explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions. Taylor, Tristan, and Greg spent two days completing the work and kept me up to date on the progress. When the project was completed Tyler reviewed a check list with me to be sure I understood what was done and what to expect. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, respectful, and kind. An excellent company for sure!

What a great company ! From Dean Faulkenberry, certified field inspector, understanding and explaining what needed to be done to level my manufactured home, to the work crew of Greg, the foreman and his crew William ( woody) and Jeff. Got the job completed in one day, the workers showed up on time, were professionals the whole time, not one complaint, just put their heads down and got to work. I cannot rave enough about the company and the aforementioned gentlemen in this review. It was nice to witness that Customer Service is still alive and a priority to this company. I have gone down the list provided by Google maps for my search of "concrete driveway". I went through at least a dozen companies and not a single one of them answered. Is it really that difficult to employ minimum skilled workers to answer phones? Alpha not only answered the call, but was also able to schedule me a time to get an in-person estimate. The ONE other company that answered wants to give me a quote based on pictures I emailed. As if pictures can't be deceptive (and not necessarily on purpose!).
