I contacted Alpha Foundations about a brick patio that had a significant dip across the middle. Josh came out and gave an estimate and the repair was scheduled. There was good communication with the company, confirming time and who would be coming to do the actual repairs.Brandon and Huntercame and began the process to lift the slab. Brandon was upfront about the challenge concerning lifting the concrete while not causing more damage to the brick overlay. He gave realistic scenarios. The patio was almost unusable prior. It is now functional again. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Alpha Foundation without any reservations.

We had major issues at my house and called Alpha foundation. They walked us through the whole process and answered all questions we had. On the day of the job Dillon and Chris showed up and explained every step of the work which I thought was outstanding. These guys did a walk through first showed us every step of the scope of work. I believe Aloha foundation hit a home run by employing Dillon and Chris. Thank you for giving my family peace of mind and allowing us to love our home again.

Our 50 yr old house shifted 1” on one end right after thanksgiving 25. Had Alpha come inspect- they had aready solution to stabilize the house indefinitely, clear out the musty smell and lift the house so any damage inside along the ceilings could be easily recovered. They were prompt polite, very informative, went the extra mile with under the house coverage. They encapsulated the crawl space and braced the house with steel beams. From inside the house – a definite tightening was evident. House is tight, quiet & the musty smell is all but gone. Jon George Alex and Zach did an excellent job job wrapping and cleaning up on the crawlspace. KUDOS!

The team at Alpha Foundations is one of the most professional I have ever worked with. And I have high standards. Will, Ryan, Jake and Hunter worked 18 hours at my home on a Saturday to mitigate water intrusion and further damage. Everyone on the team was polite, professional and careful with my home. Will was a great communicator and kept me updated on their progress all day and night. Everyone on the team was highly skilled and I am very confident with their work. If you have high standards and really need a company you can rely on, I recommend that you contact Jordan, Will, Ryan, Jake and Hunter. I am very pleased!

The Alpha Foundations team of Jake, Charles, and Alberto did a terrific job of not just arresting the slant of our house, but making it more level. Very professional, skilled, and courteous. Jake, the foreman, made sure we were informed about the process the entire time, and answered all our questions. Great work, minimally invasive, and cleaned everything up. We couldn't be happier!

We’ve used Alpha Foundations twice now. Once right after the hurricane to take care of some foundation damage and now to complete encapsulation under the home. Everyone we’ve worked with has been extremely professional and informative. The work has always been implacable. This time the work was done by Will, Jeff and Dan who did an immaculate job with the encapsulation. Taking so much care around the property.

About 12 years ago, I noticed a step pattern crack in masonry between bricks on one side of my house. I called Alpha Foundation and after their and inspection and proposal, I accepted their proposal and they fixed the problem. I have had no other noticeable foundation problems since. Recently, I have decided to downsize and plan to put my home up for sale. I want to be able to guarantee a potential buyer that there are no issues with the foundation. So I called Alpha Foundation again and Sam Bridges, assisted by Brian, performed an extensive inspection, both inside and outside. For the inside of the house, they produced a house diagram showing 4 or more location measurements in each room noting any variance in elevation from the elevation at the center of the house. Only one interior location had a variance of -0.4 or greater so their proposal included steps to stabilize that area. Exterior concrete areas showed cracks, 2 need lifting and several need stabilization only. The price of the overall proposal was very reasonable. I got a 5% discount as a repeat customer. And I have documentation to show potential buyers that the house foundation is still solid after 24 years. The inspectors were very professional, showed me all issues found, explained how the issues would be resolved and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

I reached out to Alpha Foundations for a crawlspace encapsulation. The inspection process was far more detailed than I could've ever imagined. I learned a great deal about the process and my home. I opted to Move forward with the installation. They were able to schedule me quickly, and the team that completed the project was very efficient on time and polite. Sam Martin completed a foam injection under our home foundation. He was great at taking the time to explain the process, both before and during the injection process. He was able to match the grout where the holes were made in the floor to where no one would know a hole was made for the injection. He was clean, neat, thorough, and very professional. We would highly recommend him and Alpha Foundation for work in the future. Thank you for such a nice experience.

I'm very pleased. We had three helical piers installed to stabilize one corner of our foundation. Chris W and his crew arrived early and worked quickly to hand dig the holes. They were professional and addressed any questions i had along the way. They used excavator with a boom to install the piers. They cleaned up and restored the foundation dirt/sand as if no work had been done. Best part is the foundation is stable and 'is not going anywhere'. It was not inexpensive but when I think of how expensive it is to fix damage caused by failing foundations, it was a wise investment. Additionly, considering the skill, labor and equipment required to complete the job, the cost was reasonable.

Best crews I had ever hired. I hired Alpha Foundation for two jobs: Helical piers installation under the foundation, and polyurethane foam injection in the concrete patio. They came on time with professional equipment. They explained to me what they were going to do and what they might need. Both crews – Piering crew: Steven, Chris, and Brandon, Poly: Garrett and James were very friendly, professional, polite. They were very efficient and made sure all work sites were cleaned up after the work. They were very patient with all questions I had. I’d recommend this company to anyone as they’re professional and easy to work with from the beginning to installation procedure.

Alpha Foundations came to fix my mother-in-law’s foundation. Chris, Webber and Rollie were most excellent. Chris took me around showed me the location of the pylons and explained the process. Rollie and Webber were working away. Throughout the process I’d look at where they were at and all three of them were focused on their job at hand. Quite frankly, I was amazed at how quick the job went. When they were done with the job Rollie Chris and Webber walked me around and shared their knowledge of the process and asked what I thought. it was like they were the wind. They came, conquered and left. You couldn’t tell they were even there because of the clean up job they did. They were like the wind. It was a great experience with this company and we will use them again if we have any issues.

Jonathan was absolutely fantastic. First off, he was able to schedule an inspection within 2 days of making contact. Second, the structural inspection of my crawlspace was done with a very high level of professionalism and expertise. He explained everything in great detail and showed areas within the house in comparison to what he saw within the crawlspace. Lastly, a full report and estimate was ready by the end of the inspection. I highly recommend Jonathan for your foundation and structural inspections/repair estimates!

From the beginning, we felt like Alpha Foundations was the company to help us with our issues. We had 2 other companies come assess and quote and we chose Alpha for their professionalism, communication, affordability, and ability to communicate the problem clearly. From start to finish, Tyler, Chris, and Caylob fixed our foundation issues quickly and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed and they were very thorough. Thank you!

Incredibly grateful to have found this company. Everyone we interacted with beginning from the first phone call was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. It can be difficult to navigate your way as a consumer in an industry you know nothing about, and it’s great to work with a company you can have total confidence in. Thanks to Brett, the technicians, and the entire team involved in our repair, we had an affordable solution to our issue in a very short timeframe. Pricing is fair and expertise is outstanding. Highly recommend.

This is the 2nd project Alpha Foundation has done for me. I am very pleased with their work and how they left the work area. Clint and Hunter arrived ahead of schedule (yay!), were very communicative, professional and worked diligently. At the end, they explained the process of the work they did. I would recommend Alpha Foundation (Clint and Hunter) for your foundation/crawl space needs.

Chance, Ben, & Nick were so easy to work with. Their excellent communication, clear instructions and explanations, their punctuality, and just their overall extremely pleasant demeanor made them a joy to work with. They kept things simple and straightforward. Also, they were always on time, outstanding punctuality! The images and information they offered for my foundation issues were very helpful and made me confident in my choice to use Alpha. They explained the scope of work very well. They also kept the work site incredibly clean. I doubt I'll have any foundation issues in the future, considering their excellent work, but if I do, I will definitely use Alpha and will suggest them to anyone having foundation issues.

We are beyond pleased with our experience with Alpha Foundations! Our salesman, Ezekiel, was incredibly thorough in his inspection and so wonderfully patient with us as we asked him 1000+ questions about the products, process, and pricing. We especially appreciate how flexible and creative he was while helping us to create a solution that satisfied our needs and our budget – something that other companies we'd spoken with hadn't even tried to do. Our work permit was processed faster than expected, so we were given the option to move our install date up by 3 weeks! The work was completed just before Christmas, and what a gift it was. Steven, Chris, and Brandon did an absolutely phenomenal job and we are so grateful to have had such dedicated, attentive, and hard-working professionals for our job. They arrived right on time bright and early and got to work straight away installing 19 helical piers to support the lower half of our home. In order to access the foundation in some places they had to cut several holes in my concrete patio and remove a panel of my vinyl fence. After all of that plus a trip to the hardware store for a new hose they were still done by 4pm- and that includes an unparalleled cleanup job! The fence panel was back in place, all debris was removed, new concrete was poured and leveled, and all dirt was tamped back down. Honestly, my yard looked better after they left than it did when they arrived. HUGE thank you to everyone at Alpha Foundations! We are so happy that we chose this company and we recommend them for any foundation needs.

I had interviewed another company prior to talking to Kel at Alpha foundation and after speaking with Kel Decided to go with them because of how he spent the time showing me how he knew where the voids under my pool slab was and what it would take to get there he didn’t promise anything that he couldn’t fulfill, and in fact, told me that he probably wouldn’t be able to get it exactly level, but what would do the best he could, and when Jordan and Hector came out, I spoke with Jordan and he was thorough and making sure if I had any questions or concerns that he gave me the opportunity to say something. They did a great job it was done a lot quicker than I expected and very satisfied with the work done. We purchased the five-year service plan and I know that if we have an issue that they will take care of. done a lot quicker than I expected and very satisfied with the work done. We purchased the five-year service plan and I know that if we have an issue that they will take care of it, they cleaned up the area to my satisfaction and was on their way. Great job guys. 👍

So let me tell you the facts!! We have been needing to raise our driveway and patio for sometime and we heard about this company Alpha Foundations. So we called and set up a meeting and Maurice came to the house . Many things we found great about this company is that he called us to confirm our appointment. The next morning I called him letting him know if he could come earlier would help us out greatly and he was able to do so. Had lots of information and seemed to have much knowledge about what needed to be done and what it would take to get the desired results! We made our deal and signed on the dotted line to get things rolling. We received a call with the date and time they would come out and who would be coming. In a few hours we received a call from the foreman telling us his name and what and when he would show up the next day. Five minutes before the time George the foreman showed up and walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. George’s professionalism and his desire to do his best was seen in his work. He and Davon did everything that they said they would do and even took the time during the work to answer more questions. During the process, George was training a new guy Davon. I watched George clearly speak and work with Davon in a very kind and compassionate way. It’s good to see and hear someone like George take the time and be so thoughtful and thorough with his trainee. He complimented how great the company they work for looks after them and helps them to be better people and to work ethically. I even overheard George say to Davon always do the kind of work for the customers that you would do for your own mother and would want someone else to do for your family. There were a few things I thought this raising would fix in the driveway but George explained why it wouldn’t and it made sense. The results look good and they cleaned up all the mess they made. He walked me through again and told me all that was done and asked if I was satisfied. They went above and beyond what was expected and now all I can do is wait and see if the promises and warranty hold true over time. George also took the time after to go over and speak with two separate neighbors that had come over to see what I was having done to our home.
