Eric Fotis, A Certified Foundation Inspector from your company came out to the house to look at the crawlspace for a possible vapor barrier. He took his time, inspecting the crawlspace of the home and even more time explain to me the situation as as and his proposed solution. Eric is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the humidity issues here in Florida. I appreciate that he came down here in Monroe County to see me and the h ome. Eric is definitely an asset to the company! At this time, I may not be able to install the vapor barrier in the home, but if and when that time comes, I will be contacting Eric at Alpha Foundations.

I can’t give enough praise for our inspector Will G. From scheduling his visit, his professionalism, punctuality, and knowledge, I was very pleased with the level of service he provided. He was very honest and didn’t just try and sell us something that we didn’t need. He also identified a potential fire risk which alerted me to contact an electrician to avoid a catastrophic mishap. I am so thankful and I’ll definitely be referring people in future to Will @ Alpha.

He arrived early to survey our home, took pictures, videos, and measurements of the condition of our home. Then sat down and explained everything, including video presentations. After doing much research we called Alpha foundations to stabilize the floors in our older home built on a stemwall. Mallik, Antoine & Andrew came as planned, spent hours digging & securing metal jacks under our house to prevent the floors from bouncing. Mallik sent photos for us to see, numbering each jack they installed and showed the before, mid & finished jacks that were installed. He & Antoine explained we have an extended service for 5 years and that they can keep making slight adjustments in order to ensure a stable floor. They were very professional and were happy to answer questions we had.

super happy with the job alpha did – first and foremost, they did an outstanding job with the pier installation and foam injection. second, the specific work crew was incredible – always prompt, finished the project on time, incredibly kind and thoughtful, and somehow left the place cleaner and tidier than how they found it. they even went above and beyond to fix little things along the way that they saw (like for example they had to remove my fence door which was broken to get the excavator through…when they replaced the door, they went to home depot and got the stuff to fix the fence and fixed the fence door too). the crew, Luke, Hunter and Jordan were outstanding. I hope you never need foundation work..but if so, I'd call alpha.

The Orange Park, Florida Office is top flight from the initial call, to the field visit by Mr. Clark to determine the recommended solution. In advance of the foundation work, we prepared the area for the Technicians, which is very helpful in expediting the work. Tyler and crew arrived at 8:30 am, followed by Brandon and crew at 11:00 am, all work was completed by 12:30 pm, and the final result was perfect. Pictures show that you would never know technical work that Alpha Foundation provides ever happened. Mr. Clark and both Crews are professional, experienced, and excellent ambassadors for their Company. We highly recommend Alpha Foundations.
