Reached out to this company for a foundation inspection. Very pleased with the professionalism and expertise from our certified field inspector, Gavin Gordon. He arrived early to survey our home, took pictures, videos, and measurements of the condition of our home. Then sat down and explained everything, including video presentations. Walked us through the whole process and timeline to expect for acquiring permit and carrying out the repairs. I highly recommend his services.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kevin and Cody 🫶🏼from Alpha Foundations (a Groundworks company) were absolutely outstanding! They came to level my pool deck and did an exceptional job from start to finish. Not only did they complete everything they were contracted to do efficiently and professionally, but they also went above and beyond by pointing out other areas of concern and helping me better understand what was going on. That level of honesty and customer care is hard to find. I truly hope Alpha Foundations recognizes these two employees. They deserve a company-wide shout-out because they are the face of your business. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine kindness made such a positive impression on me. What stood out the most was how personable they were. They treated my home with respect, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable. Clint, Hunter, Daniel, Brandon and (another) Hunter did great work, explained each step, did not leave damage or debris and exhibited easy, pleasant and appropriate senses of humor. John Rousseau (salesman), Steven (foreman), Chris and Brandon (crew), were all well trained, very polite and courteous and seemed to be happily doing their jobs. They are the only company that did an inspection, although I had three estimates. All was explained so well that I understood exactly what to expect and the cost. They cleaned up really well and left everything in great shape. I will recommend at every opportunity.

Shane and Chris arrived right on time, first thing in the morning, as promised. They performed a poly foam lift on my floating slab foundation. They repaired the tiny holes in my floor that they needed to drill to pump the poly foam down into the ground, and they were very pleasant and professional. The whole thing took about 3 hours and 15 minutes and they left no mess. I would recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone based on my experience with these two (Shane and Chris).

I’m not use to the high professionalism that they showed. Down here in the keys you’re lucky if they show up and sober. I would recommend highly if you issues with sinking concrete.

Alpha Foundations took the time to understand our concerns, explain the solution, and follow through on every promise. I could smell mold under my sink. Countless plumbers told me it was just a faulty garbage disposal, but I wasn't buying it. After having mold remediation specialists remove my cabinets, mold was discovered with no apparent water source. It was determined that my crawlspace was the culprit. My neighbor who is a GC, recommended Alpha Foundations. Batuhan came over to give me a quote. As a single mother of four, it was a bit overwhelming to be faced with such a huge and overwhelming problem, but he was very patient with me and painstakingly went over the pros and cons of encapsulating my crawlspace and adding dehumidifiers and pumps. He also explained to me other much less costly options such as DIY vents and fans, but educated me on how this may cost more in the long run. He was knowledgable and courteous throughout. He was very kind and trustworthy. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was always notified when the crew would be arriving. Dylan, the main crew worker was professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations and working with Batuhan if you can. I no longer have any smell and I can tell that the humidity has been significantly controlled. Batuhan even helped me pick out humidity monitors to keep in my crawlspace and check via my phone for peace of mind.

My property is an older home and when I found out that there were foundation issues, I sought out Alpha Foundations due to their impeccable reputation and quality of work. Jake and the crew did not disappoint. They kept me informed of the work, sent pictures of the progress and assured me that my home would be taken care of the correct way. Jordan and the company kept me informed during the entire process with our agreement, financing, engineering, permitting start dates and completion as scheduled in-between storms! Jordan overdelivered as he helped onsite and was there to ensure I was happy at completion. WILL AND HIS CREW – RYAN AND TAY, ON SITE, WE AWESOME TOO! Will took over where Jordan left off to get this big job done. These guys really listened to me and treated my home like it was their own. It was more than a repair and included injections to level one slab, and fill and reinforce areas below to prevent recurrence. Initial visit was thorough and got great explanation of scope of work and process. The day of the actual work — George and James — they were super professional, thorough and did an amazing job! Very pleased with the experience. It was not inexpensive but a great value that saved us from pouring new slabs. Highly recommend.

Jake & Freddy did a wonderful job fixing all of the cracks including busted and sunken pieces and our driveway looks great again at about 1/2 the price of a new driveway. Very professional company!!

They did a lot of work before I I could drink my first cup of coffee. This team of three does what a team of six or seven could do. Alpha Foundations pulled the permit, did all the prep and installed all of the structural work. I highly recommend them for the Tallahassee area foundation work.

I highly recommend Alpha Foundations. My almost 70 year old crawlspace was a complete mess and they did a wonderful job with my crawlspace encapsulation in 2020. Today, Cameron Runyan, came to check on my system. He changed my filter and added new weather stripping to the entrance. Cameron was extremely personable and kind and he took his time answering all my questions. Also, maybe most importantly, he was so sweet to my rambunctious dogs!!
