So let me tell you the facts!! We have been needing to raise our driveway and patio for sometime and we heard about this company Alpha Foundations. So we called and set up a meeting and Maurice came to the house . Many things we found great about this company is that he called us to confirm our appointment. The next morning I called him letting him know if he could come earlier would help us out greatly and he was able to do so. Had lots of information and seemed to have much knowledge about what needed to be done and what it would take to get the desired results! We made our deal and signed on the dotted line to get things rolling. We received a call with the date and time they would come out and who would be coming. In a few hours we received a call from the foreman telling us his name and what and when he would show up the next day. Five minutes before the time George the foreman showed up and walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. George’s professionalism and his desire to do his best was seen in his work. He and Davon did everything that they said they would do and even took the time during the work to answer more questions. During the process, George was training a new guy Davon. I watched George clearly speak and work with Davon in a very kind and compassionate way. It’s good to see and hear someone like George take the time and be so thoughtful and thorough with his trainee. He complimented how great the company they work for looks after them and helps them to be better people and to work ethically. I even overheard George say to Davon always do the kind of work for the customers that you would do for your own mother and would want someone else to do for your family. There were a few things I thought this raising would fix in the driveway but George explained why it wouldn’t and it made sense. The results look good and they cleaned up all the mess they made. He walked me through again and told me all that was done and asked if I was satisfied. They went above and beyond what was expected and now all I can do is wait and see if the promises and warranty hold true over time. George also took the time after to go over and speak with two separate neighbors that had come over to see what I was having done to our home.

Would definitely recommend Alpha! I had a good bit of work done to the crawlspace of my home – five jacks, two sistered joists, and a drain system with sump pumps installed. From the start I felt really comfortable with Alpha. My salesperson, Zack Long, was excellent and so helpful with all the questions I had. The team followed up with me the week before the job started to let me know when they would arrive and to run over the specs. Keith, Miguel, and Jake could not have been more efficient throughout the whole install. Clean up was perfect and they added a few thoughtful touches that I really appreciated. Even more, since I had an electrician coming out the next day Keith and the team made sure the area where they’d be working was dry and clean so that part would go smoothly as well. I don’t think I could have asked for a better crew!Great experience start to finish. Thank you!

My first interaction was with Sheldon. He came out. He took measurements and took his time explaining the whole entire process to me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and exactly what I needed to have done. The day of the insulation Steven and his crew came out to do my foundation repairs. They were absolutely amazing, very professional, on time! When the job was done, Steven came and asked me if I had any questions Or concerns. He walked me through what they had done. Again I was treated with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend anybody who is needing foundation repair to request Sheldon as your sales salesman and Steven and his crew To perform the work you were needing to have done. Wow what a team! This adventure started off with an interview and inspection of our home with Micah Nyborg. We determined that we needed some hydraulic lift on the pool deck and our home needed to be jacked up and leveled. Alpha Foundation sent Jonah, Antoine and Chris and two days of intense work the job was completed. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and the professional way it was handled. Not only was the house leveled but they also installed a sump pump and humidifier to prevent any damage from mold! Thank you Alpha Foundation now we have peace of mind knowing that our home is protected for years to come!

I had issues with the previous repair jobs but Jacob and his crew came out and knocked it out of the park. He was professional and explained everything to me as they went along. When he realized the job was a little more than expected he called for backup to make sure it was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction, enough so to where I extended my warranty. We are very pleased with the foundation work that was done. However, their Permit team leaves something to be desired. We started the process in January 26 and the permit wasn't received until Athe beginning of April and I had to make the phone calls to the County office to find out it was approved! We would have been pushed back another month if I had not pursued the permit. The work was done in one day which was awesome. We are still waiting for the final inspection of work almost a month later! Would have been 5 stars if the Permit department had been on the ball.

Eric Fotis, A Certified Foundation Inspector from your company came out to the house to look at the crawlspace for a possible vapor barrier. He took his time, inspecting the crawlspace of the home and even more time explain to me the situation as as and his proposed solution. Eric is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the humidity issues here in Florida. I appreciate that he came down here in Monroe County to see me and the h ome. Eric is definitely an asset to the company! At this time, I may not be able to install the vapor barrier in the home, but if and when that time comes, I will be contacting Eric at Alpha Foundations.

Great Company, very professional. Thank you TJ Landenberg, who was our first contact. He came to our home and looked at our issues and then educated us on the solutions. I had already done research myself so I knew that I was being given the correct information. We signed a contract to have the work completed. A week later The Alpha crew arrived at my property and went right to work. Zack, Omar and Jayden were very polite and professional and very respectful of the property. Just wanted to say how great a job you did on my home. I was especially impressed with the crew that came to do the job Jacob, Ryan, Cam and William. They were totally professional and dedicated to seeing the job done right. They even found an area that needed to be done that was not on the original estimate and took the time to explain why it should be done, how they were going to do it, and how it would affect the rest of the project. They were always on time worked from the time they arrived and never left without providing us with an update on the days progress. Even took us on a walk to show us the progress. When they got ready to leave Jacob, the foreman, walk thru the area to insure it was clean and nothing was left that belong to the company. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations for any job.

We recently had foundation stabilization work completed on our building, along with foam lifting on a section of the sidewalk, and we were very pleased with the entire experience. While the long-term results will naturally be seen over time, the quality of the work performed was evident, and the team was professional from start to finish. Steven, David, and Isaiah did an excellent job and were always responsible, courteous, and respectful while working on site. The poly foam work completed by Jordan and Hector was handled efficiently and professionally, and they took the time to explain the process and answer our questions. A special thanks as well to Sheldon, the inspector, who was thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the project. What stood out the most was the communication. Everyone involved kept us informed, responded promptly to questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend this team to anyone needing foundation or concrete lifting work.

I had Alpha foundation come out and look at my house. Chris was the inspector and looked at the problems I was having. Chris patiently explained to me about foundations and Florida. No pressure sale explained how many pairs I would need. The job was set up in a reasonable time period. I was contacted by Steve the Forman was told when they would be coming for the job. The day of the day I got a text to let me know they were there way. When they arrive Steve introduced me to david and isaiah. Steve was very informative about how the job was going to get done. Dave and isaiah were very friendly and went right to work. The job was done in a timely manner and clean up was completed. This team was very professional from start till finish. I would highly recommend this team/ company.
