The salesman, Joe, was so informative and helpful in explaining what the issue was. The gentleman who came out to do the job were prompt and very efficient. Dylan, Jake, Alberto, Charles and Blake did a fantastic job from the initial contact and estimation of the job to the installation of the towers and finally to the installation of the foam. I feel confident that we will no longer have any water intrusion through our foundation. When they were done each day, you could not even see that they had been there .They were always on time, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

I write this review to commend Collin Tower the field inspector who came out today and addressed our issues. This guy was so very professional, polite and knowledgeable!! He guided us through the whole process and advised what would be the best solution for our concerns. It's refreshing to know that there are honest people that do what is truly best for the customer and not just out to take your money. If he were one of my employees, he would be promoted immediately! Sam Martin completed a foam injection under our home foundation. He was great at taking the time to explain the process, both before and during the injection process. He was able to match the grout where the holes were made in the floor to where no one would know a hole was made for the injection. He was clean, neat, thorough, and very professional. We would highly recommend him and Alpha Foundation for work in the future. Thank you for such a nice experience.

Had Nathan come out to my house to give me some help and my foundation to see if it was cracking or not luckily for me it wasn't that and he had some awesome advice for me. He seemed extremely trustworthy. If I did need foundation work, I would definitely go to them based on him. He doesn't seem like someone that would work for a shady organization so just based on my interaction with him when I need foundation work I would trust this company and Nathan was amazing.

I would prefer to leave them 10 stars! Nick and his crew did an excellent job installing the piers. They were professional, cleaned up the site and made certain I didn't have any questions. Samuel W., aka Cooper, and Ceasar G. did an exceptional job injecting the PolyRenewal( structural foam) under the tile. Cooper was so careful not to damage the flooring. Wow! Cooper and Ceasar were professional and polite. Gavin, my project engineer, never dropped the ball. Anytime I had a question, he always responded to my calls or texts. He is very knowledgeable about the process from the beginning to the end! Over the years, I've had several contractors to my home for various projects. I can honestly say, Alpha Foundations has been the Best!! Thank you guys!!!

I recently moved to Tallahassee from West Palm Beach where I was born and raised. A crawl space is a new thing to me which our new home has. I kept seeing the Alpha Foundation commercials and how they could encapsulate and protect it. So I decided to give them a call and be proactive against any future problems. I have been self employed my whole life, and customer service is paramount to me! From my initial call to meeting with our salesperson Dallas, to our very professional, prompt excellent installation crew (Zach, Omar, and Jaydon) this has been a pleasurable and great decision for our new home. I highly recommend this company and the peace of mind using them will give you. Now our crawl space feels like “Space Station Alpha”, thank you Alpha Foundations!

I have gone down the list provided by Google maps for my search of "concrete driveway". I went through at least a dozen companies and not a single one of them answered. Is it really that difficult to employ minimum skilled workers to answer phones? Alpha not only answered the call, but was also able to schedule me a time to get an in-person estimate. The ONE other company that answered wants to give me a quote based on pictures I emailed. As if pictures can't be deceptive (and not necessarily on purpose!).
