Couldn't ask for a better experience! From the initial phone call, contacts and the actual install, it was the best professionalism one could ask for. They handled the permitting and inspections. Luke, Brett and Tyler treated the job site like it was their own property. From initial greeting, job set up, install, cleanliness and breakdown. Other than the repaired foundation, it was like they were never there. Well done. Highly recommend this installation crew and this company.

I called Alpha Foundation off of Google and I’m so grateful I did! I’m a single female yet Sterling (my field inspector) was very helpful Extremely Knowledgeable professional personable and Honest! Sterling answered and easily explained all of my concerns. I do not need any assistance now yet he explained what to look for if there are any concerns and took pictures as a base. This was done as a free inspection I even offered him a payment as he put my mind at peace and he said it’s no charge! I’m so grateful for Sterling and Alpha Foundation I’m so glad I called! I had a great experience with Alpha Foundations. Justin and Gavin were extremely detailed during the inspection and took the time to answer every question I had without rushing me. They explained everything clearly, including what they found, possible causes, and the recommended solutions. I really appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, and helpful they both were throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find companies that are this thorough and honest. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing foundation work or an evaluation.

From the beginning, Zack came and performed a free inspection to our home. We had some issues that needed taken care of and we were given several options for repair. There was no pressure whatsoever one way or the other in which option we decided, if any at all. After we made our decision, a start date was set up and my husband received a call the Friday before the Monday start date to reaffirm the schedule. That Monday we received a call that the crew was on their way and their estimated arrival time. When Chance and Chris arrived, they introduced theirselves and informed us of the plans for our foundation repair. Our job consisted of 10 piers and 36 supports which was a pretty big job. Chance and Chris are great guys and such hard workers. On the following day a new staff arrived to work with Chance and Chris, his name was Tyler, he was introduced to us and he too was an extremely hard worker. We were very impressed that Tyler was visited on site by Adlai from the corporate office to check in on him. This team worked so hard on our home, always giving us a call on their way here each day and staying late several afternoons to get the job done. They always cleaned the work area before leaving each day and they worked well together. We are so happy they were the ones to repair our home.Darryl and Trish GishValdosta, GA

We are beyond pleased with our experience with Alpha Foundations! Our salesman, Ezekiel, was incredibly thorough in his inspection and so wonderfully patient with us as we asked him 1000+ questions about the products, process, and pricing. We especially appreciate how flexible and creative he was while helping us to create a solution that satisfied our needs and our budget – something that other companies we'd spoken with hadn't even tried to do. Our work permit was processed faster than expected, so we were given the option to move our install date up by 3 weeks! The work was completed just before Christmas, and what a gift it was. Steven, Chris, and Brandon did an absolutely phenomenal job and we are so grateful to have had such dedicated, attentive, and hard-working professionals for our job. They arrived right on time bright and early and got to work straight away installing 19 helical piers to support the lower half of our home. In order to access the foundation in some places they had to cut several holes in my concrete patio and remove a panel of my vinyl fence. After all of that plus a trip to the hardware store for a new hose they were still done by 4pm- and that includes an unparalleled cleanup job! The fence panel was back in place, all debris was removed, new concrete was poured and leveled, and all dirt was tamped back down. Honestly, my yard looked better after they left than it did when they arrived. HUGE thank you to everyone at Alpha Foundations! We are so happy that we chose this company and we recommend them for any foundation needs.

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations, specifically with two outstanding employees—Tory and Blake—who came out this morning to address a sidewalk issue at my property. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and their expertise really showed. I can't say enough about how great Tory and Blake were.
