What a great experience we had with Alpha foundations. From the salesman to the install crew, I would give them a five star.

Alpha Foundations surpassed our expectations. From the salesman (Danny) to the crawl space crew (Jacob, Matt, Cisco, and Jerome) they all did an amazing job. Our home’s foundation, built in 1926, had issues. They were able to stabilize the structure and lift 2.5 inches without any damage to the tiles. Utterly happy with the results. Highly recommended.

Both crews working at our home did an awesome job, worked hard and left the work area as they found it. These guys have a very difficult job and I sure hope they are rewarded well for their efforts. Thanks crew leaders Wes and Nick as well as Cooper for putting an plan in place and follow thru.

Nathan is an honest, down to earth and caring individual who takes the time to listen to concerns and challenges and answer honestly rather than try to sell me on services. That's more and more a rarity with businesses these days so that holds a lot of weight for me as to where I'll spend my money. Give this team the opportunity to really serve you, youll be happy you did.

Cooper Baker was very professional and thorough. The product and services recommended were representative of a thorough understanding of the issues he found while crawling into the crawl space. He took his time to go over all the photos and readings which all supported his recommendation. He went over all the options and was incredibly patient and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with Alpha Foundations from start to finish. Dewey and his crew installed the piers and worked hard and steadily on the day they said they would be here until the job was done. The next day, Wilkinson and Kornell injected the poly substance through the slab and did a great job. Everyone I came in contact with on this job was pleasant and they all delivered as promised starting with Chris who did the original proposal through the guys that installed the piers and poly. I would certainly recommend them.

From the beginning of the project, with the surveying the problem, planning, permitting to the actual days of work below my house, the experience with Alpha Foundation was wonderful. Nate came out first to determine the site and engineer a plan. Then Ben, Bear and George came out and stabilized my foundation, and leveled my home. They were prompt, pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this team.

Nick, Nick, Joe and Zach from Alpha Foundations did a fantastic job. On time, did exactly what they were supposed to do, and were very friendly. I also asked them to do a little thing that there was some confusion about whether it was included or not – and they came back the very next day to take care of it. No questions asked – the customer was right. I would recommend the Miami area team for any foundation repair. The sales team, office / permit team, and the field team were all extremely prompt, professional, and just nice human beings.

I have had the best experience with the people who represent Alpha Foundation! From the day Efrain Borrero came out to find out what was going on with my home's foundation to Steven, Brandon, and Chris coming out and performing the work needed to fix the problem. All of these people I encountered were polite, walked me through everything from what was happening to what was needed to be done to how the job would be done! Steven showed me a diagram of what my home would look like when they finished the job and I notice one corner of the home would be left without piers. I asked questions, he answered my questions/concerns with much detail! I asked if I had to wait to add the additional piers and long story short he made it happen while they were already on site which spoke volume of how the company value their customers. To Efrain, Steven , Brandon and Chris, thanks for walking me, a female homeowner through this intimidating process feeling at ease!!

I have had Alpha Foundations twice now. This time it was Tory and Christopher. They did a great job from beginning to end. They explained exactly what they would be doing, did the work, again explained what was done and cleaned up. The two of them were professional, kind and did a 6 star job. Very pleased.
