Had work done on my pool deck by Brandon Wells and Nick Cain of Alpha Foundations on 4/4/2025. I found both of them to be knowledgeable professionals that did an excellent job. They took the time to make sure all my questions were answered before, during, and after the job was completed. They cleaned up thoroughly after they were done. Every touch point was top quality and the fact that Alpha Foundations stands behind their work for 5 years is exceptional. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. I don’t usually do reviews, but Josh and Lawrence really did a fantastic job filling our weakened pool deck with foam and deserve credit for their hard work. Where they couldn’t fix slants they took the time to grind and smooth put the decking so everything would look great. All the concerning cracks were filled and look sharp. The deck work was something we were dreading, but the fair cost and work done has made us feel better about the investment. We are confident now we made the right choice.

Alpha Foundations was awesome! From the timely response to helping us resolve our issue to be honest and giving us the best advice and price! From our initial inspector Jason B, to the team (Jordan , Garritt and Tori) who came and did the hard and dirty work in our crawlspace to install some intellijacks, they we’re all super great! Jordan and his team (Garritt & Tori) were quick, efficient and most of all very the epitome of patience and helpful when dealing with me being extremely stressed and answering my millions of questions!10/10 I would recommend and use them again for all my foundation needs! Thank y’all again for everything!

Alpha Foundations was GREAT to deal with. Zach Long was my inspector and he did an "above and beyond" job of inspecting my 1925 historic home and cottage. His inspection included two exploratory trips into my crawlspace with pictures, explanations, and recommendations following each (on the same visit). As well as a follow up visit (on a different day) where he literally dug around my cottage foundation to try and sort out what the existing conditions were. There was no hesitation on his part to do any of this work. On top of that, he went to great lengths to explain and then brainstorm on which foundation repairs might provide the best solution for my specific situation. This included calls to his colleagues who had experience and might provide additional solutions. This along with multiple follow up calls, texts, and emails with pictures, additional information, etc showed me that Zach and Alpha Foundations care, want to ensure customers feel comfortable, and make sure the right solutions are recommended for the specific situation. These days, this type of customer service is unheard of. If you are in need of any foundation repairs or think you might be, I would highly recommend Zach and Alpha Foundations!

Zach from Alpha took good care of us. We had some unforeseen obstacles to the project bc the original slab that was in place was not done to code. Zach and his team made an extra effort to explain the challenges, propose some possible solutions, and ended up providing additional services at no charge to make sure everything was resolved. We have quite a few friends and vendors who have used Alpha for repeated services that went very smoothly and straightforward. Ours was an outlier that presented a unique challenge. It was great to see Alpha treat us exceptionally well during this process. Thanks, Zach

We have an almost 100-year-old house and discovered our washing machine was sinking through the floor. Christian came out, put on a hazmat suit, and crawled under our house for an inspection. We were very impressed with his thoroughness, assurance of the construction timeline, and other high reviews and decided to go with Alpha. Will, our foreman, was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with as he stayed in contact with us and on schedule. The entire floor of our kitchen and utility area was removed, spray-on insulation scraped off and joists reinforced. This was especially impressive as our subfloor had dissolved into mulch in places and was only held up by ceramic tile! Crew members Freddy, Broskey, Jake and Emmanuel did a great job both with construction and clean-up. Alpha's reviews are well deserved for their quality of work and ability to stay on schedule. We highly recommend them as well!
