We’ve used Alpha Foundations twice now. Once right after the hurricane to take care of some foundation damage and now to complete encapsulation under the home. Everyone we’ve worked with has been extremely professional and informative. The work has always been implacable. This time the work was done by Will, Jeff and Dan who did an immaculate job with the encapsulation. Taking so much care around the property.

We had a mold issue under in house, damp crawl space. We called Alpha Foundations, they were prompt to reply. I am a building contractor in Florida and have very little experience in crawl space issues. That was put to rest when "Dylan" arrived, he was very knowledgeable. He explained in depth the procedure on what was needed to be done. After careful thought we called him and signed up. We were scheduled in. When the crew arrived (Andrew, Woody and Ryan) they all introduced themselves and explained everything that was going to happen, including pictures of the work as it progressed. When they were under the house working you could hear them working ( note: we were not intentionally trying to listen we were just up there). There was no negative talk or cussing just business. We highly recommend Alpha Foundations for seawall and foundation repairs. Jason and Kegan very knowledgeable and professional. Tristan, Charles, Ian and Alberto were very polite and courteous entire time they worked on our seawall installing all the anchors. They cleaned up before they finished for the day and kept us informed during the process. Tory, Chris and Kevin did amazing job with finishing the job with polyurethane and they even lifted my ramp back up because it was sinking next to the seawall. Entire crew that worked on our project was great to work with and excellent workmanship. Thank you so much for giving us piece of mind that we don't need to worry about our seawall now.

Working with Alpha Foundations was an exceptionally positive experience from start to finish. The project manager, Joshua, came out to look at our cracking concrete patio, diagnosed the issue, and had a cost-effective solution for us. He also provided all the information we needed to get a quick approval from our HOA. The team that did the work, Tory & Blake, were on time, efficient, and highly skilled. Not only did they stabilize the concrete patio using their foam injection process, they spent a lot of time caulking and smoothing all the cracks (literally on their hands & knees) doing a meticulous job. The process worked so well, it actually lifted one section and eliminated a 1" difference in height so no more trip hazard either. This company clearly invests in a high quality product and skilled professionals. We are very glad we found them.

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations, specifically with two outstanding employees–Tory and Blake–who came out this morning to address a sidewalk issue at my property. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and their expertise really showed. I can't say enough about how great Tory and Blake were. It's rare to find such exceptional service, and I am truly grateful for their hard work. If you're considering any foundation or concrete work, I highly recommend Alpha Foundations, and if you get the chance to work with Tory and Blake, you're in excellent hands!
