Alpha Foundations is by far the most superior specialty contractor we’ve ever experienced. We had Malik Antoine & Andrew come to our home and install a new environment underneath our home. We had mold and bouncy floors throughout our home. We wanted to make sure we had a safe environment for the family. We went through numerous contractors to see what was the best option. In this case we did not go with the cheapest option we went with by far the most credible and reputable company with what seems to be true professionals and true tradesmen. From the level of communication from A to Z it was just an amazing experience. We spent well over our expected budget of $24,000 but I had no doubt that this company was the best company to hire. The crew came in, started work immediately and truly showed that they cared throughout the entire installation. It took numerous days but they got it done and I’m very satisfied with the results. Thank you Alpha Foundations!!

Best crews I had ever hired. I hired Alpha Foundation for two jobs: Helical piers installation under the foundation, and polyurethane foam injection in the concrete patio. They came on time with professional equipment. They explained to me what they were going to do and what they might need. Both crews – Piering crew: Steven, Chris, and Brandon, Poly: Garrett and James were very friendly, professional, polite. They were very efficient and made sure all work sites were cleaned up after the work. They were very patient with all questions I had. I’d recommend this company to anyone as they’re professional and easy to work with from the beginning to installation procedure.

Last month we noticed some settlement cracks on the side of our home we called Alpha solutions out, and the inspector. Vincent did a thorough review of the outside of our home and the inside we found that there was some settlement cracks to the right side of our home. Vincent was able to explain to us what had happened and why we found the cracks and we went forward with his recommendation of having a process put in place to prevent further damage. The crew arrived this morning at 8 o’clock sharp the lead Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly courteous, and you could tell that he really knew what he was talking about the rest of the crew David and Isaiah were also very polite respectful. They did an amazing job within two hours installing Six piers Around the front perimeter of our home where the foundation problem existed. They had to dig a trench around the whole front area to install the peers. I was amazed at the fact that they were done within two hours. Everything was cleaned up and put back like they were never here. I Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair from their inspector to the crew who did the work. They were nothing but professional , Friendly, and Courteous.

I am in the process of purchasing a new home (brand new construction) and when I went for the walk through a week before closing, I noticed some cracks in the garage floor/bottom of the wall that I wanted to get checked out. Chris Batten fit me into his schedule on short notice and was able to come out the next day to inspect it for me! All was good and now I have peace of mind going into closing next week! After years of searching for a replacement for the decaying wood/dirt retaining wall of a 40ft slab that was added in my backyard by the previous owners, I found Alpha. Ashton, who gave me the quote, was the first professional who actually knew what he was talking about, and it was a no brainer to sign with them on the spot as I could finally get rid of that huge and ugly decaying ´planter’. Josh, David and Anthony, who did the work, are all exceptional young professionals, knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful of my property, and fun to have around! It took the crew one full Florida high sun / high humidity day and a morning to reinforce the 2ft deep foundations into a 20 ft deep system and now that slab is going nowhere! They cleaned up after themselves and left the place ready for my new backyard improvements! I’m mega happy with their work and recommend them and the company even in preventative situations like mine. Money well spent! All Floridians should have this system under their house!

The crew Steven, Chris and Brandon just finished our foundation stabilization. Steven explained the procedure and cost in detail in two different meetings. He was very professional, yet warm in his presentation. Before the work started I was given a written contract for my files and addendum to the contract. I so appreciated their professionalism in completing the work and keeping me informed of their progress. they were also friendly and it was a very cohesive team. I appreciate the hard work they did. They are excellent representatives for your company!

We had some sinking concrete from errosion. Alpha Foundations did an excellent job using foam filler to raise concrete and also fill in other areas where there was errosion, but concrete had yet to sink. Everything was clearly explained from the consultation to start of work to job finished. Garrett and James were courteous and professional. I recommend Alpha.

This might be a little long, but, I wanted to make sure that I hit every thing I wanted too. I also wanted to say that I am a widow, and I am a woman. As a woman and/or a widow, we are ALWAYS afraid of being taken advantage of because this kind of "stuff" is usually out of our realm and we feel uncomfortable making these kind of decisions. Feeling vulnerable for sure!! So THAT'S where I was at when I made my 1st call to schedule an estimate. Ryan Parker came out to do the estimate and he was AMAZING!!! Patient with all of my questions and repeating them when I asked again because I didn't understand. He would reword the answers so I could understand some things better as well. He made me feel comfortable and treated me like he would his own mother. Or at least I felt like that. He was there for about an hour and a half or so, measuring on the inside and outside and using tools on the outside as well. It was a full on inspection as to what was going on, and, in which part of the house. And for Free!! If I said, no thank you, still no cost. But I KNEW I had a serious problem, I just needed to understand exactly what is was, how to fix it and to feel like I was safe with whom I was trusting this with. Both structurally for my house and financially for me! And I did!!! It started with Ryan. Then on the day of installation of the piers (or beams as I call them- lol) Josh, Rickey and Antoine came out. They were equally amazing in making me feel comfortable in what was going on. They took me to the trailer that had all the equipment on it and showed me what they were and explained how they will be placed in the ground and then attached to the foundation. They let me take pictures of them when I asked and I even got to watch them put one in the ground. Made me feel like I was part of the process and not just the "payer". It helped me understand a lot better of what Ryan was saying during the initial visit. I found it all intriguing. Josh, Rickey and Antoine were super great and they worked wonderful together! They were also able to close up my stepping cracks pretty good and lifted that one corner about 2 inches!! I was very impressed!! They even found a spot that wasn't on my original plan that needed some attention either now or pretty soon. My front column was starting to move away from the house. I could visibly see that once he pointed it out to me!! Paint was even missing due to the moving of the column!!! I said yes, please, let's fix it while you are here! He even called GreenSky (their finance people that they use I guess. Not as good of a review for them. I didn't find them friendly or helpful) BUT, Josh called them and got everything squared away for me so we could add it on to what they were already doing!! They cleaned up nicely when they were done as well. I was VERY pleased with the crew (Josh, Rickey and Antoine)! I had just one more step in this process and that is to repair my sidewalk and driveway that was also moved or slanted and cracked from the shifting of my house. Jordan and Hector came out to repair this phase of the project. And like the others that came out this far, impeccable!!! Jordan and Hector introduced themselves, asked if I had any questions and then explained to me what they will be doing. I watched them do that as well because it was the foam stuff they'd shoot under the concrete and I wanted to see how that worked too!! Pretty neat!!! I asked if he could do a couple extra areas that were trip hazards for me while he was there and he said absolutely. Once again I had to call GreenSky, and had difficulties, and he was extremely patient and helped me with them as well!! He needed to come back to remove and then repair some concrete to fix an area of the garage that was sunk and when he did I asked him if he could repair some of the concrete repair that Josh's crew had done because it had rained and got messed up a bit and he said of course!!! Not upset or annoyed that I asked at all!! Jordan was very accommodating with any request I had had. Customer's wants and needs were high priority for him and it showed! When he came back out to fix all the concrete he needed to do, he sent me pictures of it and it looked beautiful!! He did a fantastic job AND he even texted me the next day to see if I was happy or if I needed anything else looked at or addressed. I am telling you, I went into this job scared, nervous and overwhelmed!! But they were ALL just AMAZING!!!!! Very kind, patient and knowledgeable in their field!!!! I couldn't of been in better hands anywhere else!! So if you are debating about calling them, DON'T!! I hope I don't ever have to call them again, but if I do need their service again……… in a heart beat!!!! Thanks guys!!!
