Dalin and Junior arrived when they said they would right on time, they worked together like a well oiled machine, Junior knew exactly how much pressure to put under the slab which his working on a both answered all my questions, they left me a clean house with holes that were drilled filled. I’m not use to the high professionalism that they showed. Down here in the keys you’re lucky if they show up and sober. I would recommend highly if you issues with sinking concrete.

The consultation was great with the full explanation. There was no pressure to use their services. Through the whole process I was informed every step of the way. The day of the foundation repairs, Nick C. , Damian, Shane, Mike and Q was very professional and showed respect and careful for my property while doing the the foundation support installation. I was very impressed and help with my decision to use Alpha Foundation.

I could smell mold under my sink. Countless plumbers told me it was just a faulty garbage disposal, but I wasn't buying it. After having mold remediation specialists remove my cabinets, mold was discovered with no apparent water source. It was determined that my crawlspace was the culprit. My neighbor who is a GC, recommended Alpha Foundations. Batuhan came over to give me a quote. As a single mother of four, it was a bit overwhelming to be faced with such a huge and overwhelming problem, but he was very patient with me and painstakingly went over the pros and cons of encapsulating my crawlspace and adding dehumidifiers and pumps. He also explained to me other much less costly options such as DIY vents and fans, but educated me on how this may cost more in the long run. He was knowledgable and courteous throughout. He was very kind and trustworthy. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was always notified when the crew would be arriving. Dylan, the main crew worker was professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations and working with Batuhan if you can. I no longer have any smell and I can tell that the humidity has been significantly controlled. Batuhan even helped me pick out humidity monitors to keep in my crawlspace and check via my phone for peace of mind.

Nick, Nick, Joe and Zach from Alpha Foundations did a fantastic job. On time, did exactly what they were supposed to do, and were very friendly. I also asked them to do a little thing that there was some confusion about whether it was included or not – and they came back the very next day to take care of it. No questions asked – the customer was right. I would recommend the Miami area team for any foundation repair. The sales team, office / permit team, and the field team were all extremely prompt, professional, and just nice human beings.

So let me tell you the facts!! We have been needing to raise our driveway and patio for sometime and we heard about this company Alpha Foundations. So we called and set up a meeting and Maurice came to the house . Many things we found great about this company is that he called us to confirm our appointment. The next morning I called him letting him know if he could come earlier would help us out greatly and he was able to do so. Had lots of information and seemed to have much knowledge about what needed to be done and what it would take to get the desired results! We made our deal and signed on the dotted line to get things rolling. We received a call with the date and time they would come out and who would be coming. In a few hours we received a call from the foreman telling us his name and what and when he would show up the next day. Five minutes before the time George the foreman showed up and walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. George’s professionalism and his desire to do his best was seen in his work. He and Davon did everything that they said they would do and even took the time during the work to answer more questions. During the process, George was training a new guy Davon. I watched George clearly speak and work with Davon in a very kind and compassionate way. It’s good to see and hear someone like George take the time and be so thoughtful and thorough with his trainee. He complimented how great the company they work for looks after them and helps them to be better people and to work ethically. I even overheard George say to Davon always do the kind of work for the customers that you would do for your own mother and would want someone else to do for your family. There were a few things I thought this raising would fix in the driveway but George explained why it wouldn’t and it made sense. The results look good and they cleaned up all the mess they made. He walked me through again and told me all that was done and asked if I was satisfied. They went above and beyond what was expected and now all I can do is wait and see if the promises and warranty hold true over time. George also took the time after to go over and speak with two separate neighbors that had come over to see what I was having done to our home.

My pool deck and patio were cracked and lifting. Rick came right out and spent quite a while measuring and inspecting the damage. He explained how the problem could be resolved in detail and how much it would cost to repair. George and another pleasant fellow came and repaired the entire deck quickly and professionally. I was impressed with the quality of the work and would recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone looking for this work.
