Alpha was very professional from the start. It was easy to make an appointment by phone. Gavin texted me to assure he’d be here at the appointed time, and he rang my doorbell at exactly 1:00! Impressive. Gavin was congenial, thorough, and gave me so much information. He walked me through every part inside and out and provided an estimate before leaving. I haven’t signed up, as the estimate was staggering…but I really like everything I’ve been provided thus far. Thank you, Gavin Gordon!

Nick, Nick, Joe and Zach from Alpha Foundations did a fantastic job. On time, did exactly what they were supposed to do, and were very friendly. I also asked them to do a little thing that there was some confusion about whether it was included or not – and they came back the very next day to take care of it. No questions asked – the customer was right. I would recommend the Miami area team for any foundation repair. The sales team, office / permit team, and the field team were all extremely prompt, professional, and just nice human beings.

We loved working with our Project Manager, Batu. He spent the time to explain not only the problem, but why it was happening and how Alpha Foundations would fix it. That level of knowledge and professionalism gave us complete confidence in our decision. Alpha Foundations exceeded our expectations in every way. The team was punctual, respectful, and incredibly detail-oriented. Batuhan kept us informed throughout the process and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. The finished result was outstanding, and we would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

Eric Fotis, A Certified Foundation Inspector from your company came out to the house to look at the crawlspace for a possible vapor barrier. He took his time, inspecting the crawlspace of the home and even more time explain to me the situation as as and his proposed solution. Eric is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the humidity issues here in Florida. I appreciate that he came down here in Monroe County to see me and the h ome. Eric is definitely an asset to the company! At this time, I may not be able to install the vapor barrier in the home, but if and when that time comes, I will be contacting Eric at Alpha Foundations.

We did our homework and met with a few companies before making a decision. What set Alpha Foundations apart wasn’t just the solution, it was the experience from start to finish. Our project manager Batu, was patient with all my questions and concerns. He took the time to educate us instead of trying to sell us, and that made what the company stand out.
