I appreciate the very professional job that Alpha Foundation had done. They always kept me aware of what was being done and took time to explain the details of the work. I especially appreciated the team that showed up. Maximos, Wilkinson, and Peterson who were always friendly and clean the area making sure the house looked as when they had arrived. Chris W. And his foundation team were fantastic! he explained the process's, walked me through each step and repaired and completed in a neat/clean and timely manner.The final walk through was stunning – could not see any sign of the 9 work sites. The 20 plus foot deep auger posts and foundation supports were fully filled and compacted., landscape fabric layed and mulches spread👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Ryan and his crew were fantastic. I received a text from him the night before my appointment explaining that they would arrive around mid-morning (we live about two hours from their business). The morning of the appointment, Ryan called to confirm the estimated arrival time, and I also received a text with updates on the crew’s arrival. When they arrived, they introduced themselves, and Ryan walked me through the project, clearly explaining what they would be doing and how they planned to complete the work. Once they began, they spent most of the day under the house, working diligently. After finishing the work underneath, Ryan came inside and began raising the flooring. When the job was complete, he walked me through the areas they had worked on, explained everything that had been done, and discussed what to expect moving forward. The entire crew was very professional, and I truly appreciated the overall experience.

Alpha Foundations were awesome to work with, from the original representative, who thoroughly explained the process, as he was originally a team leader. The Team that completed the work were excellent, with the Team Leader Maximos being very courteous, also providing details as the work progressed, and the crew were very efficient, especially working in the confined space under our residence. We are very pleased with the work, the crew and the timely manner in which the project was done. Highly recommend.

Start to finish superb job with attention to detail. Taking great care moving machinery through the yard, to keep it as nice as possible all the way through clean up, with great attention to detail. Jake and his entire crew, Charles, Max M., and Alberto were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to talk me through each step as well. I had a couple companies come give me quotes on this job, really happy I went with Alpha Foundations for this Helicon pier project.

This year was phase 2 of a foundation stabilization project at my house, with the work done by Alpha Foundations. Sam and Kevin were here today to fill voids and stabilize indoors underneath my tile floors. Both guys were very professional, very courteous and friendly. They explained things so that I could understand what needed to be done and then proceeded to do it efficiently and effectively. And as a bonus, they really liked my dogs! Yesterday, Chris and crew were here to install 9 piers to stabilize my foundation on the outside. The crew again, very professional, very courteous and did the job efficiently and effectively. I very much appreciate that Alpha Foundations will check back each year for the next few years to make sure things are still stable and to determine whether I need a phase 3 to my foundation issues.

The entire process with this Fort Myers company was exceptional! From the first phone call, inspection/estimate, to the workmanship; I was impressed! Maximus, Wilkson, & Peterson were super kind, polite, & professional throughout the day and a half they were here. The three definitely show off your company as first rate! It was also a nice surprise that a supervisor showed up unexpectedly to see the results. We had settlement issues which they repaired with SettleStop Push Piers. I was also thrilled to know this company will come out once a year for 5 years to check on their work!!! I have a home in Wisconsin & wish I could get them there to do their amazing work!

Zach Larson, a field inspector with Alpha Foundations, arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly, provided a competitive repair cost, and managed to get us on the schedule within a week. Sam Martin, a field foreman, arrived on time, provided an explanation of services, and completed the necessary repairs ahead of schedule. Both guys did a great job from start to finish! I would definitely hire them again if needed.
