I had interviewed another company prior to talking to Kel at Alpha foundation and after speaking with Kel Decided to go with them because of how he spent the time showing me how he knew where the voids under my pool slab was and what it would take to get there he didn’t promise anything that he couldn’t fulfill, and in fact, told me that he probably wouldn’t be able to get it exactly level, but what would do the best he could, and when Jordan and Hector came out, I spoke with Jordan and he was thorough and making sure if I had any questions or concerns that he gave me the opportunity to say something. They did a great job it was done a lot quicker than I expected and very satisfied with the work done. We purchased the five-year service plan and I know that if we have an issue that they will take care of. done a lot quicker than I expected and very satisfied with the work done. Our experience with Alpha foundations has been amazing! Ethan came out to do the initial inspection and spent hours testing, measuring, inspecting our home and pool area and answering all of our questions. Once hired, Alpha Foundations took care of all the permitting to do the repairs on our property. On the day of installation we had two different crews come out as we had helical piers installed under our foundation, as well as polyurethane injected into the voids under our driveway, walkway, patio, and deck. The piers crew, Steven (foreman), Brandon, and Chris, were on time, incredibly polite and professional. They were efficient and had 14 piers installed around our home, and the site cleaned up, before 2pm. They hand dug the locations for each to ensure that they were not going to damage our electrical or plumbing in any way, before proceeding to machine drill the piers. Steven found another area of concern upon inspecting the exterior of our home, called their engineer, and verified what needed to be done to stabilize the area on the spot. The crew was patient with all of our questions and made sure we were informed every step of the way. Excellent customer service! The poly crew, Jordan (foreman), Max, and Noah, were on time, polite and professional. Jordan took extra time to go over each of the treated areas with my husband to ensure he was satisfied that all the voids were being filled. Jordan went above and beyond what we expected to make sure we were happy. We would gladly recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone who has concerns about their foundation or has issues with their concrete. What a pleasure to work with!

Loved how professional everyone was! Great at communication from estimate, text messages and e-mails as well as phone calls. Explained the process and gave literature also explaining the process too. Short window of arrival time! Workers that came were kind and went above and beyond what was expected! David gave our estimate and was available whenever we had questions. Jordan and Max did the labor and were kind and got the job done and we were not disappointed at all! Thank you everyone at ALPHA Foundations!

What a terrific experience, Josh Berner let the foundation crew and those three guys worked so hard. We’re very professional, very knowledgeable and polite. Jonah leading the crawlspace team were likewise extremely hard-working polite they explained things to me and we’re very professional. And lastly, the team that came and did the poly were in and out of here you couldn’t even tell it they left the space so neat and clean they got to it explained what they were going to do and did it thank you everyone you were great to work with

Alpha Foundations did an amazing job from start to finish. Jacob K with the full information of the project and kept us up to date on the progress and key dates on when the installation was going to happen. Our Poly Guys George and Hector were amazing and full of information on the procedure, encouraged us to watch what they were doing, and even gave recommendation on what we need done in the future. When the piers were installed by Steven and Chris, I was a bit nervous that my house would fall over, they assured me that would not happen. From every phone call to full completion Steven was on the ball – communication was way better that I expected and even small talk was fun and engaging. Both Steven and Chris were very informative with each step of the process and also encouraged us watch along. When the project was completed they cleaned up not only our yard but themselves as well. Very professional and would recommend Alpha to anyone who has a slight issue. Thank you for working so hard on a warm day.
