This was one of the most professional companies that I have her dealt with. Kegan was the inspector. Steven and Isiah installed the piers. George and Patrick did the poly work. Felipe was the field superintendent. This work was done in a timely manner and the cleanup was excellent.

It was great to work with Alpha Foundations everyone was great and the work they did was outstanding. They listened then they thoroughly searched out all of my foundation concerns. They were able to do the work that was required very efficiently and meticulously. All the staff were great: Steven, Brandon and Chris installed the piers, David, Jonah, and Antoine did the crawl space, then Garrett and Hector were the poly crew. This team was very professional and they worked tirelessly until the job was done.

Our home was built in 1959, with a crawlspace and a wood floor/subfloor that was starting to warp and sag. Alpha Foundations took care of us. David W. educated us regarding all the technicalities of the crawlspace encapsulation, equipment, and process, and explained how the jacks would correct the un-even floor. The crew (Jonah, Malik, Tammy, and Andrew) were outstanding, courteous, efficient, proficient, and the communication was great from start to finish! Thank you all for a wonderful job!

Alpha foundation encapsalated my crawl space and I also had them install a dehumidifier under my house many years ago. I have them inspect the system and change the filter annually. They are a super company! Each year I request Austin Haley for the annual inspection, he is so professional and thorough! The air quality in my home is so great thanks to Alpha Foundation!

I can't say enough great things about Alpha Foundations and the amazing crew Malik, Antoine & Andrew. Our home was in need of foundation support and crawl space encapsulation which as you can imagine was very important to our homes longevity. Malik and the crew came in and eased our minds through the entire process with pictures, frequent updates, answers to every question and simply confidence the job was going to be done right by experts. It is rare you find a company in Florida with consummate professionals; Alpha Foundations is the definition of professionalism. I would highly recommend them to you and your family if you need foundation work done. Don't shop around and waste your time and call Alpha today. Thanks Malik and team you guys were awesome.

From beginning to end everything was perfect. John Rousseau (salesman), Steven (foreman), Chris and Brandon (crew), were all well trained, very polite and courteous and seemed to be happily doing their jobs. They are the only company that did an inspection, although I had three estimates. All was explained so well that I understood exactly what to expect and the cost. They cleaned up really well and left everything in great shape. I will recommend at every opportunity.

I have had a great experience with the installation of multiple helical piers to support my home. Steven, Chris and Brandon did the work and were stellar. They went out of their way to explain everything and answer new questions of mine that I hadn't thought to ask of Ethan, who initially met with me and was also great. I really liked that pre-quote interior measurements were taken in all the rooms of the house as that gave me data to fully understand the extent of the settlement of my house. Prior to and on installation day, which took place as originally scheduled without any delays, I experienced expertise and understanding from everyone. Steven, Chris and Brandon worked efficiently and expertly and kept me informed all through the process. They are a really great team and I highly recommend them! I appreciate the peace of mind that I now have about my house. Thank you!!!

I want to share my positive experience regarding the recent repairs to my home’s foundation. After discovering that my foundation was cracking due to the builder's use of organic fill, I chose Alpha Foundations to address the soil collapse. I want to personally commend David W., the Certified Field Inspector. He was incredibly professional and thorough, explaining the technical measurements and the causes of the various cracks in my home. He answered all of my initial questions and remained available via text and phone for any follow-up concerns I had. I also want to recognize the installation team—Steven, David P., and Aaron—who completed the job today. Steven was professional and kept me well-informed regarding their arrival time. He clearly explained the procedure as he walked the property with me. David P. and Aaron were polite and respectful of both the property and the environment while digging the holes. They answered my many questions throughout the process and ensured that all holes were filled, concrete was poured where necessary, and all materials were cleared away. All four individuals I interacted with—David W., Steven, David P., and Aaron—represented Alpha Foundations with a high level of professionalism. Thank you for the excellent service.

Alpha Foundations did an amazing job. Malik, Antoine and Tammy did amazing on our encapsulation repair and on the structural repair we had done. We had multiple companies come and quote us and although Alpha Foundations was the most expensive option we felt they knew what they were doing and we felt comfortable using them for our project. We spent just about 30k and we are very pleased! The crew did great and made sure we were fully satisfied before they left. The process from when they arrived to our home to start and as well the clean up that made us feel like they truly cared about our home. They spent multiple days in a gruesome project and were very efficient. Barely even saw these guys take a break, they are amazing!!! I Would recommend this company to anyone who needs foundation repair.
