Dylan, Jake, Alberto, Charles and Blake did a fantastic job from the initial contact and estimation of the job to the installation of the towers and finally to the installation of the foam. I feel confident that we will no longer have any water intrusion through our foundation. When they were done each day, you could not even see that they had been there .They were always on time, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

They even went above and beyond helping us move my aluminum wheelchair ramp out of the way, and more importantly back into the exact position it was previously. I want to share my positive experience regarding the recent repairs to my home’s foundation. After discovering that my foundation was cracking due to the builder's use of organic fill, I chose Alpha Foundations to address the soil collapse. I want to personally commend David W., the Certified Field Inspector. He was incredibly professional and thorough, explaining the technical measurements and the causes of the various cracks in my home. He answered all of my initial questions and remained available via text and phone for any follow-up concerns I had. I also want to recognize the installation team—Steven, David P., and Aaron—who completed the job today. Steven was professional and kept me well-informed regarding their arrival time. He clearly explained the procedure as he walked the property with me. David P. and Aaron were polite and respectful of both the property and the environment while digging the holes. They answered my many questions throughout the process and ensured that all holes were filled, concrete was poured where necessary, and all materials were cleared away. All four individuals I interacted with—David W., Steven, David P., and Aaron—represented Alpha Foundations with a high level of professionalism. Thank you for the excellent service.

What a terrific experience, Josh Berner let the foundation crew and those three guys worked so hard. We’re very professional, very knowledgeable and polite. Jonah leading the crawlspace team were likewise extremely hard-working polite they explained things to me and we’re very professional. And lastly, the team that came and did the poly were in and out of here you couldn’t even tell it they left the space so neat and clean they got to it explained what they were going to do and did it thank you everyone you were great to work with

Had a great experience with Alpha Foundations! Felt like we were in good hands from the beginning. Keagan took his time with a thorough look of our house, listened to any concerns and was very explanatory and reassuring (not to mention, our pups new best friend!). Steven, David and Isaiah came in and got right to work and left everything clean and back in place! An awesome team and dependable company with a lifetime guarantee! I had Alpha foundation come out and look at my house. Chris was the inspector and looked at the problems I was having. Chris patiently explained to me about foundations and Florida. No pressure sale explained how many pairs I would need. The job was set up in a reasonable time period. I was contacted by Steve the Forman was told when they would be coming for the job. The day of the day I got a text to let me know they were there way. When they arrive Steve introduced me to david and isaiah. Steve was very informative about how the job was going to get done. Dave and isaiah were very friendly and went right to work. The job was done in a timely manner and clean up was completed. This team was very professional from start till finish. I would highly recommend this team/ company.

Florida insurance decided we needed a driveway leveling to retain coverage. David from Alpha was quick to come out, do an assessment, and provide adequate documentation for my insurance company. Jordan and George did the leveling today. The process was quick and the warranty can't be beat. They even cleaned up so you can't tell anything was done. Alpha Foundations are the folks to call. The outstanding Alpha Foundations experience began with Ked’s arrival at our home. Ked listened to our concerns about the foundation and then conducted a very thorough inspection of not only the affected area but non-affected areas. Ked provided a complete and understandable explanation of the issues and a recommendation for stabilizing the foundation. His professionalism and clear communications really helped us decide to proceed. The excellent experience continued when Tyler, Gio, and Ryan arrived to install the push piers. Tyler provided a clear explanation of the process and gave me a timeline for its completion. These guys were very professional and took fantastic care of the landscaping while digging the holes and installing the push piers. Once when I was checking on their progress, Gio and Ryan showed me how the piers are pushed into the ground and the brackets support and fully stabilize the foundation. The next step of lifting the foundation went flawlessly. Tyler kept us fully informed of progress. They ended the stabilization process and did a phenomenal job resetting the landscaping and cleaning up the area. The final step of injecting a two-part urethane polymer into the area under the foundation for added stability and better weight distribution was done by Tory and Chris. These guys were at the top of their game and achieved phenomenal results. Their professionalism and skill were plainly evident from the moment they arrive. The cleanup after the job was so good you could not tell they were even there. Bottom line, from start to finish the Alpha Foundations team is head and shoulders above the competition. The professionalism of their staff is great and the quality of the work beyond compare. If you have an issue with your foundation or any of the areas they cover you will be glad you called them.
