After Hurricane Milton we had water intrusion that forced us to remove the carpets in each room and replace the flooring. When we removed the carpet, we found a crack that went from one corner to the next in one of the rooms. Lance was our sales guy, super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and worked with us on options since our insurance wasn't going to cover it. Although some settling cracks are probably ok, I had a feeling this one wasn't. We decided to do the hydrophobic injection under the foundation. Tory came out to do the work. He was on time, very responsive, super nice. Everything moved along smooth. Tory noticed that it seemed like there was a bit more foam injected than he expected- which confirms there was a larger void in that area than we expected. Tory patched the holes and I can't even tell anything was done! Looks great! I think of this room as now the strongest room in our house. I'm SO happy I got this done. I would do this again if we ever needed to in our next house. Thank you!!!

What a great company ! From Dean Faulkenberry, certified field inspector, understanding and explaining what needed to be done to level my manufactured home, to the work crew of Greg, the foreman and his crew William ( woody) and Jeff. Got the job completed in one day, the workers showed up on time, were professionals the whole time, not one complaint, just put their heads down and got to work. I cannot rave enough about the company and the aforementioned gentlemen in this review. It was nice to witness that Customer Service is still alive and a priority to this company. We had a mold issue under in house, damp crawl space. We called Alpha Foundations, they were prompt to reply. I am a building contractor in Florida and have very little experience in crawl space issues. That was put to rest when "Dylan" arrived, he was very knowledgeable. He explained in depth the procedure on what was needed to be done. After careful thought we called him and signed up. We were scheduled in. When the crew arrived (Andrew, Woody and Ryan) they all introduced themselves and explained everything that was going to happen, including pictures of the work as it progressed. When they were under the house working you could hear them working ( note: we were not intentionally trying to listen we were just up there). There was no negative talk or cussing just business. I would highly recommend this company and will if I get the chance. Robert & Lisa M.

I've used Alpha foundations now two times. Tory was my technician before and I requested him to come back out to look at another project I was doing and wanted him to see if I was having settling issues. It ended up being normal settling but he did recommend doing preventative stabilization. Tory & Christopher did an excellent job and did find some voids in the slab so I'm glad I had them do the preventative. They were very knowledgeable, professional and they clean up after they were completed. I would highly recommend having these two guys evaluate any concrete / Foundation settling issues you may have. This is the second time I have used Alpha and had the same technicians do the exact same quality work from the first time.

Great Company, very professional. Thank you TJ Landenberg, who was our first contact. He came to our home and looked at our issues and then educated us on the solutions. I had already done research myself so I knew that I was being given the correct information. We signed a contract to have the work completed. A week later The Alpha crew arrived at my property and went right to work. Zack, Omar and Jayden were very polite and professional and very respectful of the property. Zack communicated with us throughout the project. There is not enough good things to say about this company and their employees. I would use them again and highly recommend the company and the work.

I used Alpha Foundations to stabilize my home's foundation. Tyler, Ryan, Giovanni and Dan did the work on my home and they made the repairs easy to deal with. When they were done you could barely tell any work had been done at my home. They were very informative and answered all my questions. The entire crew was amazing. I am glad I picked Alpha Foundations to repair my home.
