A year ago we contacted Cooper Baker from Alpha Foundations to inspect a home we were under contract to purchase. Thanks to his expertise, he identified significant structural concerns, which ultimately helped us make the decision not to move forward with that property. We were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism that when we later noticed a few cracks in the home we did purchase, we didn’t hesitate to call him again. After a thorough inspection, he reassured us that there was nothing concerning and no action was needed. I truly appreciate his honesty and integrity. It’s clear he prioritizes what’s best for the homeowner. I would absolutely recommend Cooper to anyone in need of a trustworthy and knowledgeable inspection.

Smooth experience with Alpha Foundations. They did the permitting for us and were professional. We installed spacers for our crawl space and pillars for an exterior wall to keep it from leaning. The installation crew of Nick, Nick and James were very professional and tidy. Bradley our rep was really nice and kept up updated throughout.

Eric Fotis, A Certified Foundation Inspector from your company came out to the house to look at the crawlspace for a possible vapor barrier. He took his time, inspecting the crawlspace of the home and even more time explain to me the situation as as and his proposed solution. Eric is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the humidity issues here in Florida. I appreciate that he came down here in Monroe County to see me and the h ome. Eric is definitely an asset to the company! At this time, I may not be able to install the vapor barrier in the home, but if and when that time comes, I will be contacting Eric at Alpha Foundations.

We almost went with another company because their quote came in slightly lower, but after meeting Batuhan, we realized the value was in the expertise and service. Alpha Foundations took the time to understand our concerns, explain the solution, and follow through on every promise. Looking back, choosing them was one of the best decisions we've made for our home. What separates Alpha Foundations from the competition isn't just the quality of their work, it's the people. Batuhan treated us with respect from day one, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The professionalism, communication, and final results were simply exceptional.

Dalin and Junior arrived when they said they would right on time, they worked together like a well oiled machine, Junior knew exactly how much pressure to put under the slab which his working on a both answered all my questions, they left me a clean house with holes that were drilled filled. I’m not use to the high professionalism that they showed. Down here in the keys you’re lucky if they show up and sober. I would recommend highly if you issues with sinking concrete.

So let me tell you the facts!! We have been needing to raise our driveway and patio for sometime and we heard about this company Alpha Foundations. So we called and set up a meeting and Maurice came to the house . Many things we found great about this company is that he called us to confirm our appointment. The next morning I called him letting him know if he could come earlier would help us out greatly and he was able to do so. Had lots of information and seemed to have much knowledge about what needed to be done and what it would take to get the desired results! We made our deal and signed on the dotted line to get things rolling. We received a call with the date and time they would come out and who would be coming. In a few hours we received a call from the foreman telling us his name and what and when he would show up the next day. Five minutes before the time George the foreman showed up and walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. George’s professionalism and his desire to do his best was seen in his work. He and Davon did everything that they said they would do and even took the time during the work to answer more questions. During the process, George was training a new guy Davon. I watched George clearly speak and work with Davon in a very kind and compassionate way. It’s good to see and hear someone like George take the time and be so thoughtful and thorough with his trainee. He complimented how great the company they work for looks after them and helps them to be better people and to work ethically. I even overheard George say to Davon always do the kind of work for the customers that you would do for your own mother and would want someone else to do for your family. There were a few things I thought this raising would fix in the driveway but George explained why it wouldn’t and it made sense. The results look good and they cleaned up all the mess they made. He walked me through again and told me all that was done and asked if I was satisfied. They went above and beyond what was expected and now all I can do is wait and see if the promises and warranty hold true over time. George also took the time after to go over and speak with two separate neighbors that had come over to see what I was having done to our home.
