The entire team Jacob, Sam and Sebastien did a really good job at encapsulating our crawl space and installing concrete footings to level up part of the house. They were extremely professional and always kept me updated, with text and phone calls, while I was at work. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I am happy with the work done, so far.

I have an old home and it needed the foundation repaired and new floors. I am a retired teacher on limited salary. Noah from ALpha came out, check, measured and provided me with a quote takingin consideration for price. It was great. Then the best was a few week later Alec and his crew (Jesus & John) came out and did the first par tof the house in 2 days. rippedout beans, replaced and put in new sublfoor -All in 3 days. They were courteous, let me know what was happening, check that everythign was progressing as I needed. They fixed things to make me happy. 2 weeks later they came out and finished the job!. Alec was just the best!

This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

George & Jeff at Alpha Foundations were fantastic! I recently had the pleasure of working with George & Jeff from Alpha Foundations, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service! As a real estate agent, I needed their expertise to correct a slab issue in one of my listings. They understood the urgency of the situation—my listing was under contract, and this issue, discovered during the inspection period, could have been detrimental to the transaction. Despite their busy schedule, they fit me in on rather short notice and completed the job within the quoted 4-hour window. Their professionalism was evident from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the job site neat. George explained everything before they started and answered all my questions along the way.
