House had settled an excessive amount on one side, so decided to go with Alpha Foundations to install helical piers to (slightly) lift and brace the house. Jake and his team were prompt, explained everything that was going on with the process of installing helical piers, and left me feeling that the house was in better shape (and protected for the future) than when they started. Overall, the folks from Alpha Foundations were reliable, set good expectations, and imo, reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend going with these guys for assistance with home foundation issues.

The work was amazing. My patio foundation is perfectly level and we are very happy with how it looks and how affordable it was. My only complaint is that the appointment was supposed to start between 8 and 9am and no one showed up til after 11am. No phone called until 11:20. And as soon as they got here they had to leave to get supplies.

I had heard good things regarding alpha foundations so my expectation was high. Jake and Josh were here when expected. Jake reviewed what they would do and approximately how long it should take. The job they did was remarkable! I was expecting a level floor but they somehow managed almost make the cracks diapear. They blended them into the 30 year old concrete extremely well. Was not expecting such a great job!

So let me tell you the facts!! We have been needing to raise our driveway and patio for sometime and we heard about this company Alpha Foundations. So we called and set up a meeting and Maurice came to the house . Many things we found great about this company is that he called us to confirm our appointment. The next morning I called him letting him know if he could come earlier would help us out greatly and he was able to do so. Had lots of information and seemed to have much knowledge about what needed to be done and what it would take to get the desired results! We made our deal and signed on the dotted line to get things rolling. We received a call with the date and time they would come out and who would be coming. In a few hours we received a call from the foreman telling us his name and what and when he would show up the next day. Five minutes before the time George the foreman showed up and walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. George’s professionalism and his desire to do his best was seen in his work. He and Davon did everything that they said they would do and even took the time during the work to answer more questions. During the process, George was training a new guy Davon. I watched George clearly speak and work with Davon in a very kind and compassionate way. It’s good to see and hear someone like George take the time and be so thoughtful and thorough with his trainee. He complimented how great the company they work for looks after them and helps them to be better people and to work ethically. I even overheard George say to Davon always do the kind of work for the customers that you would do for your own mother and would want someone else to do for your family. There were a few things I thought this raising would fix in the driveway but George explained why it wouldn’t and it made sense. The results look good and they cleaned up all the mess they made. He walked me through again and told me all that was done and asked if I was satisfied. They went above and beyond what was expected and now all I can do is wait and see if the promises and warranty hold true over time. George also took the time after to go over and speak with two separate neighbors that had come over to see what I was having done to our home.

George & Jeff at Alpha Foundations were fantastic! I recently had the pleasure of working with George & Jeff from Alpha Foundations, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service! As a real estate agent, I needed their expertise to correct a slab issue in one of my listings. They understood the urgency of the situation—my listing was under contract, and this issue, discovered during the inspection period, could have been detrimental to the transaction. Despite their busy schedule, they fit me in on rather short notice and completed the job within the quoted 4-hour window. Their professionalism was evident from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the job site neat. George explained everything before they started and answered all my questions along the way. Their communication was also excellent—I received text message confirmations for their ETA and another when they were pulling up. Their knowledge, reliability, and willingness to accommodate my timeline made all the difference. I’m very pleased with their work and will definitely be recommending them to clients and calling on them again whenever needed! Thanks again, George & Jeff. I closed on my listing!
