Great work from Alpha Foundations beginning with Salesman David Premo who assured me I would be happy with their work. Today Jordan Holland and coworker George performed concrete lifting and grinding down of concrete left behind by prior contractor. The outcome exceeded our expectations and our driveway is now level and professional. Jordan and George are extremely friendly, polite, and showed up on time prepared to get the job done. They are definitely highly experienced and an asset to this company. Highly recommend Alpha Foundations!

My family and I recently moved into a beautiful Spanish Mediterranean-style home built-in 1926. It was a crash course lesson on caring for a historic home in South Florida. The crawl space was a breeding ground for termites and mold, and the structural issues were the cause of our sagging and sinking floors.After a comprehensive assessment by the Alpha Foundation Design Technician, crawl space encapsulation and foundation support were our home's best options. Alpha Foundations encapsulated the crawl space and installed crawl space jacks ahead of schedule, eliminating the high humidity and resolving the floor leveling issue. Immediately after encapsulation, the humidity level reduced from 70% to 54% inside our home, allowing our air condition unit to operate more efficiently. The improvement in air quality and comfort inside our house is remarkable!Special thanks to Alpha Foundation's Design Technician Gavin, Foreman Jackson, Javid and Sam for their service, integrity, and professionalism. Crawl space encapsulation and foundation repair were an investment in the future of our home. Thanks to Alpha Foundations, our home will be our refuge here in paradise for many years to come.

Our floor was bowing and would actually bounce as we walked. In some areas was down 1” and 2”.. I very apprehensive at first not knowing what to expect, sales guy Joseph was very professional and made me feel comfortable, but still didn’t know what to expect as contractors in Miami are sketchy at best.. checked the reviews, signed the contract and hoped for the best. And frankly that is what I got in the form of Jacob and Sam.. I was very impressed not only by how clean and efficiently they worked but also how knowledgeable and friendly they were. I cannot express how happy I was when the floor lifted to level and it stopped bouncing!! Jacob really went out of his way to show me everything and answer all my endless questions. Feels firm like a slab now. Wasn’t cheap, but quality never is and peace of mind is priceless! Thank you, Joseph, Jacob, Sam and Alpha Foundations.
