We purchased a 100 year old historic home with significant issues in the crawl space. We had 100 year old support columns leaning and the beginnings of mold with all the moisture. Chris, Brad, David, and Malik spent an entire week getting dirty under my house stabilizing the columns, lifting the house, remediating all the microbial growth, and encapsulating the entire crawl space. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Floors feel stable now, and knowing the crawl is clean and dry is assuring. They brought this house back to the status it deserves to be in and set us up for years to come!

We contacted three different companies: one quote was exorbitant (company obviously taking advantage of the glut of damaged seawalls resulting from Hurricane Milton); one company never called us back (I guess we were small potatoes); and then there was Alpha: they came out as promised, when promised, evaluated the job, quoted us a reasonable price (they also gave a Veterans discount) with a great guarantee, showed up on time and did a great job. Kudos to their sales rep Everette for his thorough evaluation and explanations, and their field crew who did the work, Tory and Blake. I've been around a while and I work with building codes and standards and we live in a e live in a subsidence zone and they came out and did a job of a team twice their size in a little less than a day and stopped any future foundation movement. I was extremely happy with their work. They even went around some of the previous owners crazy plumbing. They also left the yard looking better than when they started the project.
