They were able to do the work that was required very efficiently and meticulously. All the staff were great: Steven, Brandon and Chris installed the piers, David, Jonah, and Antoine did the crawl space, then Garrett and Hector were the poly crew. He was very professional, yet warm in his presentation. Before the work started I was given a written contract for my files and addendum to the contract. Wow what a team! This adventure started off with an interview and inspection of our home with Micah Nyborg. We determined that we needed some hydraulic lift on the pool deck and our home needed to be jacked up and leveled. Alpha Foundation sent Jonah, Antoine and Chris and two days of intense work the job was completed. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and the professional way it was handled. Not only was the house leveled but they also installed a sump pump and humidifier to prevent any damage from mold! Thank you Alpha Foundation now we have peace of mind knowing that our home is protected for years to come!

Today Jordan Holland and coworker George performed concrete lifting and grinding down of concrete left behind by prior contractor. The outcome exceeded our expectations and our driveway is now level and professional. Jordan and George are extremely friendly, polite, and showed up on time prepared to get the job done. Everyone I worked with at Alpha Foundations were great to work with, the initial inspector Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issues I was experiencing with my home. He didn't try to upsell anything and was thorough in explaining my options. The day before the install, the crew foreman, Donald, reached out to me to touch base and introduce himself. The day of the install, Donald and his crew arrived, introduced themselves, and immediately began working. The crew worked at an incredible pace and were happy to answer any questions I had throughout the install. Once the install was complete, they did a phenomenal job cleaning up the area. The warranty offered is outstanding. While I hope I will not need foundation work at any future houses, if I do, I will be using Alpha Foundations and their team. My experience with Alpha Foundations was top notch.

Alpha foundation encapsalated my crawl space and I also had them install a dehumidifier under my house many years ago. I have them inspect the system and change the filter annually.
