Tory did a great job on my garage apron. It had been cracked in multiple places and the broken areas had sunk. Tory jacked up All the pieces to meet the curb. Then filled in the crackes. Looks good and is now safe from the tripping hazards.

We had our driveway done by Alpha Foundations. First, Zack did our initial inspection & presented the findings in a clear manner. Now to the work itself. Tory & Blake did a wonderful job – they have a great work ethic, kept us informed during the entire process and cleaned up the area after completion. We are very pleased with the result. I needed to have my lanai repaired where the corners were cracking a dropping due to erosion. I had quotes done with 3 different companies and went with Alpha, not just because they were competitive with pricing but also because of the people. Starting with Lance who quoted the job, I felt that he was being completely transparent and honest with what I needed to get done. At no time did I feel like he was trying to take advantage to gain extra dollars. Then the crew came to do the pilings, Tyler, Giovanni, and Ryan. Also fantastic! They were so nice, informative, communicative. 2 days later, Tory and Christopher came to do the foam. Equally as fabulous. You can tell that all of the team is invested in their jobs and the quality shows. They weren't there just to make a paycheck. I would ABSOLUTELY use them again without hesitation and would 100% recommend them!

Dean came out and provided us with an estimate for crawl space encapsulation. He came highly recommended by my brother who had previously used Alpha Foundations to do the encapsulation for his crawl space after experiencing water intrusion from Hurricane Helene. Dean was very knowledgeable. Tyler, Tristan, and Greg completed the encapsulation. They were fantastic! The installation took a little more than a day. We received text notifications both mornings when they were on their way and again when they arrived. They were friendly and professional and took pride in their work. It was a pleasure working with Alpha Foundations and their crew.

I write this review to commend Collin Tower the field inspector who came out today and addressed our issues. This guy was so very professional, polite and knowledgeable!! He guided us through the whole process and advised what would be the best solution for our concerns. It's refreshing to know that there are honest people that do what is truly best for the customer and not just out to take your money. If he were one of my employees, he would be promoted immediately! Alpha Crew: From the start first meeting with Dylan Peebles Fantastic service. The poly foam crew, Blake & Drew professionals. Thank you very meticulous, they stopped my water leakage from coming from below.Foundation & pier crew Jake & Alberto saved my overhead floor from collapse. We were kept informed all the way in each process. We were of course very curious of each step kept informed of each process Eager to show the process to us. We believe they felt like they were glad to save our home. Built in 1961 and Helene and Milton hurricanes really took a toll on our foundation. Alpha was the rescue. We even chatted about Mike Rowe from dirty jobs. Thank you one and all.

Firstly, if you are having foundation issues the peace of mind that comes with a repair is worth it. And I’m very pleased we went with Alpha for that work. We went with Alpha after getting the project scoped and quoted by 3 companies, they were competitively priced but one of the biggest reasons was how well the inspector Alton communicated, I felt he really cared about making sure the job was done right and we were confident in the process. The office team we corresponded with while permitting and scheduling were all quick to reply and courteous. Once the work began I was really really impressed with the team we had for the project. Tyler, Giovanni, Charles and Jeff. They carried the same great communication and genuine care for our house that brought us to choose Alpha. Making sure to leave the work areas clean and well marked at the end of each day. It was a big project and they were still able to complete it 100% on time – which if you’ve worked with contractors you’ll appreciate is remarkable in its own right. I’m not sure how typical it is of all jobs but many of the areas look completely undisturbed when they finished which I was really impressed by – what would leave lasting cosmetic marks they were clear about up front and they worked with us to accommodate how we wanted it left so that we could get it further repaired. Absolutely the smoothest experience I’ve ever had in a house project, and very grateful I chose Alpha. I’ve already recommended them to some family who are looking for similar work and I’ll absolutely be recommending they ask for the team we had, those guys were great.
