I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations, specifically with two outstanding employees—Tory and Blake—who came out this morning to address a sidewalk issue at my property. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and their expertise really showed. I can't say enough about how great Tory and Blake were. I write this review to commend Collin Tower the field inspector who came out today and addressed our issues. This guy was so very professional, polite and knowledgeable!! He guided us through the whole process and advised what would be the best solution for our concerns. Ryan and his crew were fantastic. I received a text from him the night before my appointment explaining that they would arrive around mid-morning (we live about two hours from their business). The morning of the appointment, Ryan called to confirm the estimated arrival time, and I also received a text with updates on the crew’s arrival. When they arrived, they introduced themselves, and Ryan walked me through the project, clearly explaining what they would be doing and how they planned to complete the work. Once they began, they spent most of the day under the house, working diligently. After finishing the work underneath, Ryan came inside and began raising the flooring. When the job was complete, he walked me through the areas they had worked on, explained everything that had been done, and discussed what to expect moving forward. The entire crew was very professional, and I truly appreciated the overall experience.

Wow! I am so happy & impressed with the work Jake & Matt did today on my driveway & walkway to my home. My home is 24 years old & the concrete driveway has seen better days. In fact, I tripped & really injured myself on the uneven slab this past October. I knew something had to be done so NO ONE else tripped on this driveway. Uneven driveway slabs are a liability & I didn't want anyone else tripping on the uneven slab like I did. The process they use is really very interesting & it works. It sure beats having a new concrete driveway installed which would be much more expensive & time consuming. Now I'm no longer the only house in my neighborhood with uneven slabs on my driveway. I'm so grateful to Jake & Matt for the wonderful job they did!

Last month we noticed some settlement cracks on the side of our home we called Alpha solutions out, and the inspector. Vincent did a thorough review of the outside of our home and the inside we found that there was some settlement cracks to the right side of our home. Vincent was able to explain to us what had happened and why we found the cracks and we went forward with his recommendation of having a process put in place to prevent further damage. The crew arrived this morning at 8 o’clock sharp the lead Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly courteous, and you could tell that he really knew what he was talking about the rest of the crew David and Isaiah were also very polite respectful. They did an amazing job within two hours installing Six piers Around the front perimeter of our home where the foundation problem existed. They had to dig a trench around the whole front area to install the peers. I was amazed at the fact that they were done within two hours. Everything was cleaned up and put back like they were never here. I Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair from their inspector to the crew who did the work. They were nothing but professional , Friendly, and Courteous.

He arrived early to survey our home, took pictures, videos, and measurements of the condition of our home. Then sat down and explained everything, including video presentations. Just had Joseph, Dan, Houston, Greg, and Dalin complete a full encapsulation of our crawlspace. They were amazing completing all of the work in just two days and let us informed of what was going on the entire time. Alpha Foundations as a whole including our estimator Cody were great, but the crew was amazing. If you’re in the Tampa area ask for Joseph and his crew to be your installers!

This is my second experience with Alpha Foundations in Apopka… Like the first, the second was outstanding. They arrived on time at 8 am. They installed 12 pilars in less than 5 hours. They are fast, professional, experienced, and HONEST! I am so thankful that I found AF. They have SAVED my house. Today's crew of Josh, Rickey, Antoine, and Ray were delightful to work with. Very kind, patient, and friendly. They listened to my questions and were happy to help. They were happy to be there. They enjoy what they do. Thank you again! Money well spent!

This year was phase 2 of a foundation stabilization project at my house, with the work done by Alpha Foundations. Sam and Kevin were here today to fill voids and stabilize indoors underneath my tile floors. Both guys were very professional, very courteous and friendly. They explained things so that I could understand what needed to be done and then proceeded to do it efficiently and effectively. And as a bonus, they really liked my dogs! Yesterday, Chris and crew were here to install 9 piers to stabilize my foundation on the outside. The crew again, very professional, very courteous and did the job efficiently and effectively. I very much appreciate that Alpha Foundations will check back each year for the next few years to make sure things are still stable and to determine whether I need a phase 3 to my foundation issues.

Concerned with preserving the wood, preventing mold and settling pilings, we trusted Alpha to get it right. The job done by TJ, Zack, Omar and Jaydon, was professional, courteous and done in 2 days! Great experience. Our foreman Mike Oliver and his crew, Andrew and Bret were the best. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and incredibly kind. They walked me through the project. Showed me everything and even sent pictures of before and after for my records. All my cracks are taken care of. Even my doors all close on a click. I was very impressed with how the work sight was restored back to normal. They also invited me to come out and see the pillar before they covered them up and explained what they were doing. John Rousseau (salesman), Steven (foreman), Chris and Brandon (crew), were all well trained, very polite and courteous and seemed to be happily doing their jobs. They are the only company that did an inspection, although I had three estimates. All was explained so well that I understood exactly what to expect and the cost. They cleaned up really well and left everything in great shape. I will recommend at every opportunity.

I can't say enough about how outstanding the service and work we received from the Alpha,Foundation team….Starting with Brad, who came out evaluated our home and situation. He explained our options and made suggestions that would help us with our decisions. Next, step was to have the work done…two crews came out. One, Clint and Hunter, to I stall piers around the perimeter. A second crew, Bobby,Philip and Alexis, had the job in the crawl space, installing jacks and support beams..Bobby explained each and everything that was going to happen. He and his crew went above and beyond what i expected. They addressed and fixed any issue they found. Squeaky floors to gaps on joists…didn't leave the job until he was sure that I was,satisfied. A few days later he reached out to check on things. I mentioned some floor movement and squeaks, a few days later he was back out under the house looking for the problem…it was found, addressed and fixed….a true professional and a really nice guy. Bobby. Philip and Alexis, Clint, and Hunter know their jobs and do it well! Thank you all.

So we run into foundation issues all the time with these homes. Alpha Foundations is always on speed dial for us. Justin Hurd was an amazing communicator, he showed up on time and gave us good details on-site. Afterwards he emailed us the inspection report in even greater detail & included drawings.
