From the very first call, their team was responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in solving our problem quickly. We were especially impressed with Alex, who came out for the inspection the very next day. He was incredibly thorough, clearly explained what was causing the issues, and walked us through exactly how they would fix it. His knowledge and friendly demeanor put us completely at ease. The real standout, though, was the crew that performed the work—Jake and Josh. These guys were absolute rock stars! They arrived on time, worked efficiently without cutting any corners, and left the site cleaner than they found it. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding, and the pool deck now looks better than it did when it was new. If you're dealing with any concrete or foundation issues, do yourself a favor and call Alpha Foundations. Their speed, professionalism, and attention to detail are second to none. I could smell mold under my sink. Countless plumbers told me it was just a faulty garbage disposal, but I wasn't buying it. After having mold remediation specialists remove my cabinets, mold was discovered with no apparent water source. It was determined that my crawlspace was the culprit. My neighbor who is a GC, recommended Alpha Foundations. Batuhan came over to give me a quote. As a single mother of four, it was a bit overwhelming to be faced with such a huge and overwhelming problem, but he was very patient with me and painstakingly went over the pros and cons of encapsulating my crawlspace and adding dehumidifiers and pumps. He also explained to me other much less costly options such as DIY vents and fans, but educated me on how this may cost more in the long run. He was knowledgable and courteous throughout. He was very kind and trustworthy. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was always notified when the crew would be arriving. Dylan, the main crew worker was professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations and working with Batuhan if you can. I no longer have any smell and I can tell that the humidity has been significantly controlled. Batuhan even helped me pick out humidity monitors to keep in my crawlspace and check via my phone for peace of mind.

Using Alpha Foundations was a great experience starting with Ronnie who came out and gave us the quote and scope of work needed, to Cooper W and James D who raised our pool patio foundation. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly to our family and dog! 🐶. The cleanup was flawless and you can’t tell they were even here! We are going to paint the patio anyway so the small minor holes and repaired cracks will disappear in the new paint job! I highly recommend Alpha for any foundation work you might need!!

Wonderful competent work My foundation repair project with Alpha Foundations was huge. I was in a state of terror just thinking about it for months. And now, thanks to the caring and understanding and downright terrific skill of the Alpha Team, I am cool as a cucumber and ready to party! They did everything right from soup to nuts. Not one of my questions was stupid. I thank Tyler, Gregory, Kyle and his team, and Sam for my sweet house, and stable foundation again. It was reassuring to have that level of competence working with me.

We almost went with another company because their quote came in slightly lower, but after meeting Batuhan, we realized the value was in the expertise and service. Alpha Foundations took the time to understand our concerns, explain the solution, and follow through on every promise. Looking back, choosing them was one of the best decisions we've made for our home. What separates Alpha Foundations from the competition isn't just the quality of their work, it's the people. Batuhan treated us with respect from day one, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Chose Alpha Foundations Chris V and Matt W to stabilize the concrete area under my spa and pool area and Mike and Kesly to fill the cracks on my pool deck and add poly to seal. After a few hiccups which they solved quickly they did an excellent job. Explained everything as they went along and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and professional. Cleaned the area of any debris when they were finished. I would highly recommend.

Our home was built in 1959, with a crawlspace and a wood floor/subfloor that was starting to warp and sag. Alpha Foundations took care of us. David W. educated us regarding all the technicalities of the crawlspace encapsulation, equipment, and process, and explained how the jacks would correct the un-even floor. The crew (Jonah, Malik, Tammy, and Andrew) were outstanding, courteous, efficient, proficient, and the communication was great from start to finish! Thank you all for a wonderful job!

This year was phase 2 of a foundation stabilization project at my house, with the work done by Alpha Foundations. Sam and Kevin were here today to fill voids and stabilize indoors underneath my tile floors. Both guys were very professional, very courteous and friendly. They explained things so that I could understand what needed to be done and then proceeded to do it efficiently and effectively. And as a bonus, they really liked my dogs! Yesterday, Chris and crew were here to install 9 piers to stabilize my foundation on the outside. The crew again, very professional, very courteous and did the job efficiently and effectively. I very much appreciate that Alpha Foundations will check back each year for the next few years to make sure things are still stable and to determine whether I need a phase 3 to my foundation issues.

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations, specifically with two outstanding employees–Tory and Blake–who came out this morning to address a sidewalk issue at my property. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and their expertise really showed. I can't say enough about how great Tory and Blake were.
