Our inspector Luis P. and our technicians Troy and Trent were knowledgeable and were straightforward in answering our questions. Our job was done with timeliness and professionalism. We felt confident and satisfied in the work that was done on our pool deck. Would recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone with foundation concerns. They told us what needed to be done and then did it.

I hired Alpha Foundations to stop my house from settling. Andrew, my initial contact, conducted a thorough inspection, devised a plan of action, and clearly explained the process. Ryan, the crew foreman, along with Jarod and Taylor, were competent and knowledgable. They installed supports and returned my yard and landscaping to its original appearance. I highly recommend Alpha and these exceptional employees.

I was very pleased with Alpha Foundations from start to finish. Dewey and his crew installed the piers and worked hard and steadily on the day they said they would be here until the job was done. The next day, Wilkinson and Kornell injected the poly substance through the slab and did a great job. Everyone I came in contact with on this job was pleasant and they all delivered as promised starting with Chris who did the original proposal through the guys that installed the piers and poly. I would certainly recommend them.

Crawl space encapsulation The quality of the work was excellent. The guys arrived on time and were very friendly. They made sure to explain everything that they were going to do. Ben , Nick and Alex worked neatly, and they even did a favor for me and fix something that had nothing to do with the crawl space. The overall price was a bit much, but it was needed. I would recommend Alpha Foundation

Team Will, Dylan & Tory all the way. Outstanding service. This entire crew was knowledgeable, polite, responsive and went out of their way to do little things they didn't have to. Alpha Foundations is by far the most superior specialty contractor we’ve ever experienced. We had Malik Antoine & Andrew come to our home and install a new environment underneath our home. We had mold and bouncy floors throughout our home. We wanted to make sure we had a safe environment for the family. We went through numerous contractors to see what was the best option. In this case we did not go with the cheapest option we went with by far the most credible and reputable company with what seems to be true professionals and true tradesmen. From the level of communication from A to Z it was just an amazing experience. We spent well over our expected budget of $24,000 but I had no doubt that this company was the best company to hire. The crew came in, started work immediately and truly showed that they cared throughout the entire installation. It took numerous days but they got it done and I’m very satisfied with the results. Thank you Alpha Foundations!!

About 12 years ago, I noticed a step pattern crack in masonry between bricks on one side of my house. I called Alpha Foundation and after their and inspection and proposal, I accepted their proposal and they fixed the problem. I have had no other noticeable foundation problems since. Recently, I have decided to downsize and plan to put my home up for sale. I want to be able to guarantee a potential buyer that there are no issues with the foundation. So I called Alpha Foundation again and Sam Bridges, assisted by Brian, performed an extensive inspection, both inside and outside. For the inside of the house, they produced a house diagram showing 4 or more location measurements in each room noting any variance in elevation from the elevation at the center of the house. Only one interior location had a variance of -0.4 or greater so their proposal included steps to stabilize that area. Exterior concrete areas showed cracks, 2 need lifting and several need stabilization only. The price of the overall proposal was very reasonable. I got a 5% discount as a repeat customer. And I have documentation to show potential buyers that the house foundation is still solid after 24 years. The inspectors were very professional, showed me all issues found, explained how the issues would be resolved and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

Alpha foundation led by Lance and Tory did an amazing job repairing our concrete walkway to the Gulf as well as lifting carports, garages, and screened in lanai. It was incredible watching Tory work for two days to make all of this happen. My husband, who is the president of our condo association, was enthralled with the process and videotaped much of it. super happy with the job alpha did – first and foremost, they did an outstanding job with the pier installation and foam injection. second, the specific work crew was incredible – always prompt, finished the project on time, incredibly kind and thoughtful, and somehow left the place cleaner and tidier than how they found it. they even went above and beyond to fix little things along the way that they saw (like for example they had to remove my fence door which was broken to get the excavator through…when they replaced the door, they went to home depot and got the stuff to fix the fence and fixed the fence door too). the crew, Luke, Hunter and Jordan were outstanding. I hope you never need foundation work..but if so, I'd call alpha.

Watching dj do his inspection was very impressive. No other company that came to quote me did such a through job. Once I decided on the work. My appointment came and josh and William did such a fabulous job. I noticed the leveling of my concrete slabs right away. Also very impressed with how highly professional and friendly they were. After the work was done, they cleaned up. I am satisfied with the high level of professionalism and quality these amazing people did for my home. I was told to even expect dj to come back and make sure everything will be reevaluated to know my home is stable and no farther problem remain in my foundation. Thank you all. From the time they came out to my home to inspect the issues to the installation they have been excellent to work with. The installation crew was great! Shout out to Tyler, Ryan, and Giovani for their excellent work, great customer service, and their attention to detail! I had 7 helical piers installed on my home and they completed the job in a day, cleaned up, and repaired concrete they had to cut through to install a pier. Excellent team, great company, and a great experience.

We almost went with another company because their quote came in slightly lower, but after meeting Batuhan, we realized the value was in the expertise and service. Alpha Foundations took the time to understand our concerns, explain the solution, and follow through on every promise. Looking back, choosing them was one of the best decisions we've made for our home. What separates Alpha Foundations from the competition isn't just the quality of their work, it's the people. Batuhan treated us with respect from day one, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The professionalism, communication, and final results were simply exceptional.

From the beginning of the project, with the surveying the problem, planning, permitting to the actual days of work below my house, the experience with Alpha Foundation was wonderful. Nate came out first to determine the site and engineer a plan. Then Ben, Bear and George came out and stabilized my foundation, and leveled my home. They were prompt, pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this team.

After buckling floors and major moisture issues in our crawlspace (post house renovations), Alpha Foundations worked with my husband and I for over a month to ensure we were doing the optimal things to save our original 1920 wood floors and preventing mold/further deterioration in our crawlspace. Once we solidified the scope of work, Tyler, Tristan, Greg, and Dalin came out to install. They were professional and pleasant to work with (rare to find in this industry). Also, it was a pleasant surprise to watch them work together; friendly yet competent communication between Tyler and the crew (I could hear them discussing best practices and helping each other under my house as they worked LOL!) I was so impressed with these guys & the work they did. Extremely happy!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Alpha Foundation. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Tory and Christopher were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Before calling Alpha Foundation, I received estimates of over $10,000 from other contractors who planned to tear up a large portion of my pool deck. Alpha Foundation fixed the problem for about one-third of the cost, with no demolition, no mess, and the entire job was completed in just two hours. My pool deck looks beautiful! The five-year warranty and annual inspections provide added peace of mind and show their commitment to standing behind their work. If you have foundation or pool deck issues, I highly recommend Alpha Foundation.

Had a great experience with Alpha Foundations! Felt like we were in good hands from the beginning. Keagan took his time with a thorough look of our house, listened to any concerns and was very explanatory and reassuring (not to mention, our pups new best friend!). Steven, David and Isaiah came in and got right to work and left everything clean and back in place! An awesome team and dependable company with a lifetime guarantee! We appreciate these guys work and definitely recommend their foundational services!
