My driveway had cracks and uneven areas that needed attention, and their team went above and beyond to deliver excellent results. From the start, the entire process was smooth and efficient. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and paid attention to every detail. They clearly take pride in their work and made sure everything was done to perfection. Nick, Nick, Joe and Zach from Alpha Foundations did a fantastic job. On time, did exactly what they were supposed to do, and were very friendly. I also asked them to do a little thing that there was some confusion about whether it was included or not – and they came back the very next day to take care of it. No questions asked – the customer was right. I would recommend the Miami area team for any foundation repair. The sales team, office / permit team, and the field team were all extremely prompt, professional, and just nice human beings.

Could not ask for a better experience on this first stage of the project. My field technician Batuhan and his team have been excellent in setting this up and putting the pieces in place. They did the job, lifted the 7" thick foundation up 1 inch and within FL code. Nick was a pro, in and out. His leadman Aaron is another pro who explained everything multiple times never tiring. Now protected against the neighbors broken waterpipe which is drilling a cavern to the aquifer… neighbors used 80yds of concrete underpinning their foundation, we called Alpha Foundations, in and out 2 days.

The entire team Jacob, Sam and Sebastien did a really good job at encapsulating our crawl space and installing concrete footings to level up part of the house. Receive a detailed repair plan and quote
Once the inspection is complete, the Inspector will sit with you and present their findings. And because we provide same-day estimates, you’ll have all the cost and financing information you need to make a decision right away.
Get the work done when you’re ready
When you’re ready to move forward with repairs, we’ll help you choose an installation date that works for your schedule, and notify our Installation team immediately of the upcoming work.
