So very thrilled with the work done by Oso and Q today. They stood by the warranty and not only did they fix the piece of cement that sank but they saw other issues that could become a problem and fixed those too. They were so considerate and professional. I have full confidence that the issues are resolved. Way to stand by your work guys. Great company!

I had an excellent experience with Caleb from Alpha Foundations. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Before starting the work, Caleb took the time to clearly explain the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect. His communication throughout was outstanding, and he was thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s not often you come across someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer service. Caleb made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. If you’re considering Alpha Foundations, I highly recommend asking for Caleb. He is a true professional and a great representative of the company.

He was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood the entire process. If you’re comparing companies, just know that Alpha Foundations is operating at a higher standard. The difference in service, communication, and final results is obvious once you experience it.

The day of the foundation repairs, Nick C. , Damian, Shane, Mike and Q was very professional and showed respect and careful for my property while doing the the foundation support installation. I have gone down the list provided by Google maps for my search of "concrete driveway". I went through at least a dozen companies and not a single one of them answered. Is it really that difficult to employ minimum skilled workers to answer phones? Alpha not only answered the call, but was also able to schedule me a time to get an in-person estimate. The ONE other company that answered wants to give me a quote based on pictures I emailed. As if pictures can't be deceptive (and not necessarily on purpose!).

We loved working with our Project Manager, Batu. He spent the time to explain not only the problem, but why it was happening and how Alpha Foundations would fix it. That level of knowledge and professionalism gave us complete confidence in our decision. Alpha Foundations exceeded our expectations in every way. The team was punctual, respectful, and incredibly detail-oriented. Batuhan kept us informed throughout the process and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. Thanks to Alpha Foundations for helping lift and stabilize our house. The overall experience was really great. We have a very large home, and the team did an amazing job. The house was not level, and different areas were at different elevations. In the end, they lifted it by about 8 inches or more. A special thank you to Batuhan — he stayed in touch the entire time, answered all of our questions, and didn’t just try to sell the project. He was honest about all possible situations and the challenges we might face. The pier crew was incredible — I honestly fell in love with their work. They were very detail-oriented, kept everything as clean as possible, worked fast, and always arrived on time. Foreman Dylan discussed everything with us, was very polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. You can tell they work as a strong team. The poly crew was also amazing. They worked cleanly and carefully — you can barely see where they drilled unless you really look closely. Both crews worked together as much as needed to achieve the final result. If these guys are working on your project, you can be sure you’re in good hands. And to future customers — please be kind and polite to them, offer them some cold water or coffee. Management, please consider getting them massage memberships — they work incredibly hard, and I can’t imagine how much strain they put on their backs and muscles.
