Nick, Nick, Joe and Zach from Alpha Foundations did a fantastic job. On time, did exactly what they were supposed to do, and were very friendly. I also asked them to do a little thing that there was some confusion about whether it was included or not – and they came back the very next day to take care of it. No questions asked – the customer was right. I would recommend the Miami area team for any foundation repair. The sales team, office / permit team, and the field team were all extremely prompt, professional, and just nice human beings.

They identified everything about the project and made it easy for me to understand. The quality of work and the completion of a project was superb. Dalin and Junior arrived when they said they would right on time, they worked together like a well oiled machine, Junior knew exactly how much pressure to put under the slab which his working on a both answered all my questions, they left me a clean house with holes that were drilled filled. I’m not use to the high professionalism that they showed. Down here in the keys you’re lucky if they show up and sober. I would recommend highly if you issues with sinking concrete.

The entire team Jacob, Sam and Sebastien did a really good job at encapsulating our crawl space and installing concrete footings to level up part of the house. They were extremely professional and always kept me updated, with text and phone calls, while I was at work. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I am happy with the work done, so far.
