Our community pool deck needed to be raised and stabilized; the process was carefully explained during the estimate process and again by Jake throughout the project. They scheduled a time and stuck to it even though we had intermittent rain. Once the work was completed Jake and Corey cleaned up the area and replaced the pool furniture. Great crew!

I can't say enough about how outstanding the service and work we received from the Alpha,Foundation team….Starting with Brad, who came out evaluated our home and situation. He explained our options and made suggestions that would help us with our decisions. Next, step was to have the work done…two crews came out. One, Clint and Hunter, to I stall piers around the perimeter. A second crew, Bobby,Philip and Alexis, had the job in the crawl space, installing jacks and support beams..Bobby explained each and everything that was going to happen. He and his crew went above and beyond what i expected. They addressed and fixed any issue they found. Squeaky floors to gaps on joists…didn't leave the job until he was sure that I was,satisfied. A few days later he reached out to check on things. I mentioned some floor movement and squeaks, a few days later he was back out under the house looking for the problem…it was found, addressed and fixed….a true professional and a really nice guy. Bobby. Philip and Alexis, Clint, and Hunter know their jobs and do it well! Thank you all.

The work was done by two crews and all members of the crews performed the work agreed to and corrected any issues I had with the work. The workman were Crew One – Aaron, Janise, Bernard, Matt W. and Crew Two – Trace, Tanner, Keith, Hayden. We recently had foundation work completed by Alpha Foundations in Jacksonville, and I am extremely pleased with the experience from start to finish. The crew — Luke, Hunter, and Jordan — were hardworking, professional, and very polite throughout the entire project. The job turned out to be more complex than originally expected because parts of the foundation layout were different from the initial assessment. Trey Sumner, the engineer who came to verify the foundation issues, was thorough and professional, and once I provided the foundation plans, the crew adapted quickly and handled the changes efficiently. Luke kept me informed every step of the way and explained things clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. There was a tremendous amount of digging and hard physical work involved, yet the crew remained positive and efficient the whole time. What impressed me even more was how clean they left the property afterward — honestly cleaner than when they arrived. It is rare these days to find a team that combines skill, communication, professionalism, and respect for the property the way they did. I would absolutely recommend them.

I had Alpha Foundations come out to inspect my townhouse because of a persistent musty smell. Mantas and Chris were fantastic. Even though the issue turned out not to be something Alpha Foundations handles, they took the time to inspect the entire house and try to help identify the source of the odor. They were professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. Rather than trying to sell me something I didn't need, they explained why the issue wasn't related to my foundation and gave me valuable advice on how to continue troubleshooting the problem. It's refreshing to work with people who genuinely want to help. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations, and especially Mantas and Chris, for their excellent customer service and integrity.

We contacted three different companies: one quote was exorbitant (company obviously taking advantage of the glut of damaged seawalls resulting from Hurricane Milton); one company never called us back (I guess we were small potatoes); and then there was Alpha: they came out as promised, when promised, evaluated the job, quoted us a reasonable price (they also gave a Veterans discount) with a great guarantee, showed up on time and did a great job. Attempting to pour your own concrete takes a lot of preparation. The concrete alone requires a precise mixture of three ingredients — cement, water, aggregates (i.e., sand and gravel). - Slab Thickness Matters
Concrete used in different areas needs to be different thicknesses. For example, a sidewalk slab should be four inches thick, while a driveway slab should be eight to ten inches thick.
