In 2002, Matt Shanley founded Alpha Foundations by knocking on doors in his local neighborhood. After eight years of operating the business alone, Matt brought on two people to help grow his business. As the business expanded, Alpha partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company in 2021. Alpha is a multi-time winner of the Angi Super Service award and is a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating. I could not have been more impressed with the service, quality of the job and the professionalism of the people who came out. The salesman, Joe, was so informative and helpful in explaining what the issue was. The gentleman who came out to do the job were prompt and very efficient. They explained the process and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations and already did to the inspector who came out to sign off on the project. Thanks again!!!!!

Tyler and Giovanni were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also delightful. They made the whole experience a pleasant one. Would highly recommend this company and these two young men. Start to finish they let you know everything that’s going on and make sure that you are happy. A secondary note: The cost of doing foundation repair is quite high. Most of that goes to permits and engineering fees. If you’re going to take care of repairing your home, sometimes you just have to pay the price. That old adage of you get what you pay for I believe stands firm in this case.

Alpha installed piers at our residence to stabilize the foundation. During their visit, it was noticed that another corner of the home had cracks and also needed stabilization piers. They were able to take care of the additional work while on site so we did not have to go through the permitting process again. They also repaired our sprinkler, which was not their fault, just to provide good customer service. They cleaned up our property afterward and completed all work in a timely manner. Steven, Isaiah, David, and inspector Brandon C were very pleasant and professional.

Had our foundation repaired by Alpha Foundations after damage from Hurricane Ian. Both crews were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We had Sam Martin here today to inject foam into our pool deck and foundation and he was a pleasure. He worked cleanly, methodically and quickly to complete the large job. Would not hesitate to recommed Alpha to any friends or family.

Dealing with house settling and foundation repair has been a stressful experience; however, Alpha Foundation has felt like a partner along the way and definitely made the process feel smoother. Dean worked with me from the beginning and kept me updated on the process of permitting and scheduling. The team was able to split my repair into 2 parts so that the foam injection could be done ASAP so that I could have my new floors put in; then, once the permits came through, Charles, Tristan, and Alberto were able to come out and knock out the pier install in one day. Everyone I've interacted with at Alpha Foundation has been very professional and made me feel comfortable with my choice of who would perform such a large repair to my home. I already have and will in the future suggest Alpha Foundation to anyone in need of foundation repair.
